    Cooking is an art which several ingredients are put together to food, meal and also drinks. The act of cooking were dated long ago where the exact date long ago where the exact date are unknown but it start about 1.5 million years ago. Cooking were invented to handle several problem such as kill microorganism in food and make it easy to chew. There are a lot of ways we can cook our food. Some of the basic ways are boiling, heating, grilling, frying and smoking. There's also more specific way of cooking such as indirect smoking, deep frying, poaching and sauté. Through this various ways of cooking, a lot of cooking style were invented as the time goes on. Most of the time, the cooking style of place were affected by the region of the country. For example, the eastern cooking style and Asian cuisine cooking style. Our business are solely aiming for the western cooking style. We are starting a class about cooking, and we are focusing on teaching western style cooking using domestic ingredients as replacement of ingredients that are not available locally. There's a bunch of brunch on western cooking style, such as American style, French style and British style. These classes cover all of western style cooking brunch. A lot of new recipe will be introduce to our students weekly. The aim of this class is to introduce unique cultures and ways of cooking is Asian cooking style. In Asian cooking style, a lot of poaching and food. However, by introducing western cooking style, we can cut or reduce the spicy and oil in Malaysian food without sacrificing the taste of food. This is because western style cooking tend to smoke and grill their food. By teaching the western style cooking, we can promote a healthier lifestyle. In this business, we are targeting on housewife as main target. Housewives needs to take care of their family. So, they need to cook a healthy meal for the whole family. Moreover, housewives were always looking for a new recipe to try which we provide in our class. We also targeting culinary student that want to learn new things such handling kitchen appliances and creating new recipe. Not only that, owner of cooking business was also our target.     Abelmoschus esculentus pod contains polyphenolic compounds, carotene, folic acid, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin C, oxalic acid, and amino acids. Abelmoschus esculentus seed contain polyphenolic compounds, mainly oligomeric catechins and flavanols derivatives, protein (i.e., high lysine levels), and oil fraction (in particular, its derived oil is rich in palmitic, oleic, and linoleic acids). This study aimed to formulate a sheet mask of Lady Finger extract, and examined its moisturizing effect on volunteers' skin. This was the new innovation, which build the new beauty treatment product using Abelmoschus esculentus. Abelmoschus esculentus was combined with the cold powder using the method that was stated by the author. There have many benefits of Abelmoschus esculentus in the beauty treatment product as stated by the author in the journal below.     The issue of interfaith marriage in Indonesia remains a hot issue to be studied from various aspects, and not infrequently we still get interpretations of verses from the Quran and regulations that say, that interfaith marriage is legally permissible and valid, in this case, katakana only, for example, the opinion of Ahmad Nurcholis who is a counselor for interfaith marriage in Indonesia. So, in this journal article, the author will examine the verses of the Quran and the rules that are the basis for the law used whether marriages between different religions are used and how valid they are in Indonesia, then how strong the arguments that allow it is. This journal research is qualitative research using juridical and philosophical approaches, where the author examines the meaning and wisdom contained in the verse and examines the regulations related to interfaith marriage. The results of this study show that interfaith marriage cannot be justified either by using paragraphs or laws and regulations in Indonesia

    The campus is one of the educational supporting infrastructure buildings in Bengkalis Regency which consists of three floors. The construction of this lecture building was built using pile foundations. This campus building has problems with the foundation structure which was originally planned to use a borepile foundation, after PDA Test testing it turned out that the results could not withstand the weight of the upper structure of the campus building, in this case a re-planning of the foundation was carried out where the foundation used was a minipile type pile foundation. The author examined this study to determine the strength of support, safe factors, decrease and PDA test results. The research method uses quantitative methods by means of secondary collection in the form of N-SPT data, calendaring, PDA tests, structural drawings, and architectural drawings. For calculation methods using static methods, dynamic and 2D finite element methods. static method analysis uses Meyerhof method, Briaud et al method, and L. Decourt method while dynamic method uses Hiley method and Engineering News-Records method , and 2D finite element method uses axisymmetry with interface. For the analysis of the decline using the method of Poulos and Davis. From the results of this analysis with a maximum load of 179.57 kN at points T2-J13, from the review point, the results of the strong capacity supporting the PDA test obtained amounted to 774.99 kN. So the carrying strength capacity that is close to the PDA test results is the Hiley method (1930) with a value of pole carrying strength capacity of 978.77 kN with a safety factor produced exceeding 2.50. For the results of the decline analysis using the Poulos and Davis method, a decrease of 2.69 mm was obtained, while in the 2D finite element method with an interface of 11.53 mm and a consolidated decrease of 23.83 mm, with a decrease in clearance of 35 mm. Due to safety factors exceeding 2.50 and dips below 35 mm allowed, the pile foundation is declared safe from collapse and subsidence

    Publishing is one of the supporting components in the process of the emergence of the history of the world of print media in the world and in Indonesia in particular. In general, publishing is a business entity that bridges the ideas of an author of fiction and non-fiction books so that the publisher can publish it to the general public, both those who already know him and those who do not know him. This study aims to see the effect of products, prices, promotions and processes on the purchase of Islamic books at PT. Grafindo King. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach and used multiple regression analysis with a questionnaire instrument given to 100 respondents. The results showed that partially and simultaneously product prices, promotions and processes significantly influence the purchase of books at PT. Grafindo King. With a level of determination the value of the multiple correlation coefficient of 0.903 is positive, meaning that the influence of product, price, promotion, and process variables on purchases is very strong, or 90.3% of the dependent variable can be influenced by the independent variable, while 0.7% is influenced by other variables no

    Divorce is a way out provided by Islamic law and its position as an emergency exit in family problems that cannot be resolved, so that if the marriage continues and is forced it will cause damages, both with respect to rights and obligations. Therefore, it can be said that in essence, the existence of the shari'atan divorce is a consummation of the marriage order. This is because if a marriage is no longer good in it, then divorce is the solution. The problem in some communities is why the implementation (pledge) of divorce must be before the panel of judges at the Religious Court and before the pronouncement of divorce must be heard by witnesses, in this case the opinion of Ibn Hazm who said that the presence of witnesses in the process of imposing divorce is an obligation. this is a difference with the results of ijma' among jumhur fuqaha', therefore in this study the authors analyze how if the opinion of Ibnu Hazm and this jumhur is related to its relevance to the divorce process in the Religious Courts, more precisely in the Pekanbaru Religious Court. This type of research is field research supported by library data, to fully and in-depth describe the author uses a juridical and philosophical approach. In conclusion, that there is relevance between the regulations that are carried out in court by presenting witnesses and Ibnu Hazm's opinion. KEWAJIBAN MENGHADIRKAN SAKSI DALAM TALAK DI PENGADILAN AGAMA DAN RELEVANSINYA DENGAN PANDANGAN IBNU HAZM Abstrak Talak merupakan jalan keluar yang disediakan oleh syari’at Islam dan posisinya sebagai pintu darurat dalam permasalahan keluarga yang tidak bisa dicarikan solusinya, sehingga apabila pernikahan terus dilanjutkan dan dipaksakan akan menimbulkan kerusakan-kerusakan, baik itu yang berkenaan dengan hak maupun kewajiban. Oleh karena itu dapat dikatakan pada hakikatnya dengan adanya pensyari’atan talak merupakan penyempurnaan bagi tatanan pernikahan. Hal itu dikarenakan apabila sebuah pernikahan tidak lagi ada kebaikan di dalamnya, maka dengan cara berpisah (talak) adalah solusinya. Yang menjadi permasalahan di sebagian masyarakat adalah kenapa pelaksaan (ikrar) talak harus dihadapan majelis hakim Pengadilan Agama dan sebelum pengucapan talak harus didengarkan kesaksian saksi-saksi, dalam hal ini pendapat Ibnu Hazm yang mengatakan bahwa kehadiran saksi di dalam proses penjatuhan talak adalah sebuah kewajiban, hal ini terdapat perbedaan dengan hasil ijma’ dalam kalangan jumhur fuqaha’, oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini penulis menganalisa bagaimana apabila pendapat Ibnu Hazm dan jumhur ini dikaitkan dengan relevansinya dengan proses perceraian di Pengadilan Agama, lebih tepatnya di Pengadilan Agama Pekanbaru. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan yang didukung dengan data perpustakaan, untuk menggambarkan secara utuh dan mendalam penulis menggunakan pendekatan yuridis dan pilosofis. Kesimpulannya, bahwa terdapat relevansi antara regulasi yang dijalankan dalam persidangan dengan menghadirkan saksi dengan pendapat Ibnu Hazm tersebut. Kata Kunci: Saksi Dalam Talak, Ibnu Hazm, Pengadilan Agama.Talak adalah sesuatu yang tidak diinginkan oleh semua orang, namun wujudnya hakikatnya untuk menyelesaikan permasalah yang terjadi dalam rumah tangga. Agama Islam mensyariatkan pernikahan untuk memenuhi kemaslahatan hamba, maka disyariatkannya talak adalah untuk menyempurnakan pernikahan, karena apabila suatu pernikahan sudah tidak bisa dipertahankan lagi, tentu harus dicarikan jalan keluarnya. Ibnu Hazm mengatakan bahwa wajib menghadirkan saksi ketika menjatuhkan talak, yang mana hal ini berbeda dengan apa yang telah menjadi ijmak dikalangan jumhur ulama fikih, kemudian ditemukan pula dalam hukum perkawinan di Indonesia bahwa perceraian hanya dapat dilaksanakan di depan sidang Pengadilan Agama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari tahu apakah pendapat Ibnu Hazm relevan dengan hukum perkawinan di Indonesia tentang saksi dalam talak. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan yang didukung dengan data perpustakaan, untuk menggambarkan secara utuh dan mendalam penulis menggunakan pendekatan yuridis dan pilosofis, dengan begitu dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa adanya kesamaan antara pendapat Ibnu Hazm dan hukum perkawinan di Indonesia.     The Effect of Religiosity and Sharia Financial Literacy Towards The Usage of Sharia Investments

    Abstract. Investment is one of the muamalah activities that aims to increase the value of assets owned at this time which will be used for future interests. As a country that has the most Muslim population in the world the Indonesian government has seriously worked on a system where Muslim communities can invest comfortably, but this is contrary to the facts in the field. The level of inclusion of Islamic investment products is still very low, and the managed funds of Indonesian Sharia investments are still far behind Malaysia and Saudi Arabia, which have fewer Muslim populations than Indonesia. In view of this, the potential use of Sharia investment in increasing its market share is still large and wide open considering that the Muslim population in Indonesia is the largest in the world. There are many factors that influence the use of a product, especially investment. This study aims to determine whether the level of community religiosity and the level of Islamic financial literacy influence the use of Islamic investment products. This study uses a quantitative approach involving 429 respondents from the Indonesian muslim population. The sampling technique in this study used Purposive Sampling Technique. This research is based on primary data in the form of a questionnaire filled in by all respondents involved. Data analysis method uses Binary Logistic Regression analysis. Research divided into 5 model where the dependant variable is dummy variable. Whereas in testing the instrument variable this study uses validity test, reliability test. And for the hypotheses testing author using Binary Logistic Regression with Hosmer and Lemeshow, F-Test, Wald Test, and Nagelkerke R2 test as the tools.     PENGARUH VARIASI PENAMBAHAN SEMEN DAN PERBEDAAN SUHU SAAT PENCAMPURAN TERHADAP MUTU BETON

    Concrete is one of the building structural elements consisting of a mixture of aggregate as a filler and cement paste as a binder. Improving the quality of the concrete mixture will produce concrete with high or maximum compressive strength. Many people think and assume that the more cement used in a concrete mix, the quality/strength will increase. Actually, this assumption is not completely wrong and not completely correct and here the author will try to examine whether adding a lot of cement will improve the quality of the concrete and see the effect of temperature on the quality of the concrete mixture. Variations in adding cement from 450 kg, 500 kg, and 550 kg showed an increase in concrete quality, with compressive strength values of 34.19 MPa, 37.40MPa, and 42.01MPa, while variations in adding 600kg cement experienced a decrease in concrete quality. With a compressive strength value of 41.16MPa. From this research, adding cement does not always improve the quality of concrete. Variations in adding cement of 450kg, 500kg, 550kg and 600kg during morning mixing with a mixing temperature of 24°C with compressive strength values of 33.22 MPa, 37.3MPa, 40.51MPa and 44.69MPa, show increasing quality values. Meanwhile, during the afternoon mixing time with a mixing temperature of 32℃, variations in the addition of 450kg, 500kg and 550kg cement showed that the compressive strength results continued to increase, namely with compressive strength values of 34.19MPa, 37.40MPa and 42.01MPa. Meanwhile, by adding 600 kg of cement variation, the compressive strength value was found to be 41.16MPa, where the concrete experienced a decrease in the compressive strength value. So it can be concluded that mixing the concrete mixture in the morning with a mix temperature of 24℃ is better than in the afternoon with a mix temperature of 32℃Beton merupakan salah satu bahan elemen struktur bangunan yang terdiri dari campuran agregat sebagai filler dan pasta semen sebagai bahan pengikat Peningkatan kualitas campuran beton akan menghasilkan beton dengan kuat tekan tinggi atau maksimum. Banyak orang yang beripikiran dan beranggapan, dalam sebuah adukan beton/coran dengan semakin banyak semen yang digunakan, maka mutu/kekuatan akan semakin meningkat. Sebenarnya anggapan ini tidak sepenuhnya salah dan tidak sepenuh nya benar dan disini penulis akan coba meneliti apakah dengan penambahan semen yang banyak akan dapat meningkatkan mutu pada beton dan melihat pengaruh suhu terhadap mencampuran mutu beton.Variasi penambahan semen dari 450kg,500 kg,dan 550 kg menunjukkan peningkatan mutu beton, dengan nilai kuat tekan, 34,19 MPa, 37,40MPa, dan 42,01MPa, sedangkan variasi penambahan semen 600kg mengalami penurunan mutu beton. Dengan nilai kuat tekan,41,16MPa. Dari penelitian ini tidak selamanya penambahan semen dapat meningkatkan mutu beton. Variasi penambahan semen 450kg, 500kg, 550kg dan 600kg pada waktu pengadukan pagi hari dengan suhu adukan 24°C dengan nilai kuat tekan 33,22 MPa, 37,3MPa, 40,51MPa dan 44,69MPa, menunjukkan nilai mutu yang semakin meningkat. Sedangkan pada waktu pengadukan siang dengan suhu adukan 32°C, variasi penambahan semen 450kg, 500kg dan 550kg menunjukkan hasil kuat tekan yang masih terus meningkat, yaitu dengan nilai kuat tekan 34,19MPa, 37,40MPa dan 42,01MPa. Sedangkan penambahan semen variasi 600 kg, di dapati nilai kuat tekan 41,16MPa, yang mana beton mengalami penurunan nilai kuat tekannya. Maka dapat di simpulkan pengadukan campuran beton di pagi hari dengan suhu adukan 24℃ lebih baik dari pada di siang hari pada suhu adukan  32℃

    The effects of printing parameters on the surface quality of metal composite by using fused deposition modeling

    Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) is a three-dimensional (3D) printing method that uses a material in filament form to fabricate a product directly from a CAD design. The flexibility of the system has placed this technology as a popular choice among the users whereby with a single FDM machine, various types of building materials can be printed such as polymer, composite, and ceramic. However, FDM poses its drawback in terms of producing a good surface finish. This research examines the effect of several printing parameters on the surface quality of metal matrix composite, which is a combination of polylactic acid and copper by using a low-cost FDM-3D printer. From the analysis, it shows that the raster angle is the main factor that affects the surface finish of the printed parts, followed by layer thickness and bed temperature. This finding is essential in tuning the right printing parameters to achieve the desired surface finis

    Effects of coating and lubrication on friction and wear for metal-to metal application

    Friction and wear between sliding surfaces can lead to various issues in industrial applications, such as increased costs, reduced machine lifespan, loss of functionality, energy loss, and decreased system efficiency. To mitigate these problems, lubricants and coatings are commonly employed. This study aims to investigate the impact of coatings and lubrication on friction coefficient, wear volume loss, and lubricant temperature using the block-on-ring wear test. The effectiveness of different coatings (uncoated, DLC, CrN, and TiALN) and lubricants (anti-friction graphene oxide additive oil and strong nano engine oil additive) in reducing friction and wear is evaluated. The block-on-ring tests are conducted under varying loads (6-60 N), speeds (1450 rpm), lubricant volumes (40 ml), and durations (2-20 min). The coefficient of friction is measured using an inline load cell, wear volume loss is determined by weighing the blocks before and after the experiment, and lubricant temperature is monitored using thermocouples. The results indicate that the coefficient of friction decreases with increasing load, while the lubricant temperature rises. Coated blocks exhibit lower wear volume loss compared to uncoated blocks. Overall, the combination of CrN-coated blocks and anti-friction graphene oxide additive oil demonstrates the best tribological performance
