    Affixation in Arabic can be formed from the verb stem fi’l by adding prefix (as-sābiq), infix (az-ziyādah) and confix (as-sābiq wa al-lāhiq). Prefix and infix which are used ti form noun ism from the verb stem fi’l consist of prefix mim and infix alif, and confix mim and ta’, confix mim and waw and confix mim and alif. Adding affix from the adjective stem which consist of prefix hamzah and infix alif while adding affix ahruf-l- ziyādah from the noun stem ism consist of sufix ya syaddah, confix alif and nun, waw and nun, ya and nun, and alif and ta’. Noun in Arabic can be formed from the verb and adjective stem by adding affix. Affix ahruf ziyādah can be added from the verb and adjective stem or noun stem itself. The grammatical meaning of the process of affixation from the verb stem fi’l has 5 (five) points, they are (1). Noun of person (ism fā’il), (2). Noun of object (ism maf’ūl), (3. noun of place (ism makān), (4).noun of time (ism zamān), and (5) noun of thing (ism alat). The grammatical meaning of infix alif has 2 (two) points, they are (1). Reciprocal, and (2).noun of person. The grammatical of confix mim and ta’ marbūţah states the tool. The grammatical meaning of confix mim and alif states the tool. The grammatical meaning of adding an affix of stem of adjective, that is prefix hamzah has three points, they are ; (1). Transitive, (2). Intensive, (3). Comparative. While the grammatical meaning of infix alif states the person, an adding affixes which based on ism, nouns themselves, those are alif and nun state the dual muśannā, confix waw and nun state the meaning many for masculine (jamak muźakkar)and confix alif and ta state the meaning many for feminine (jamak muannaś).Proses afiksasi dalam bahasa Arab dibentuk dari bentuk dasar verba/fi’l dengan penambahan prefiks/awalan (as-sābiq), infiks/sisipan (az-ziyādah),dan konfiks/ awalan dan akhiran (as-sābiq wa al-lāhiq). Prefiks dan infiks yang digunakan untuk membentuk nomina/ism dari bentuk dasar verba/ fi’l terdiri dari prefiks mim dan infiks alif, serta konfiks mim dan ta’, konfiks mim dan waw dan konfiks mim dan alif. Afiks /ahruf ziyādah tersebut dapat ditambahkan dari bentuk dasar verba, adjektiva maupun bentuk dasar nomina itu sendiri. Makna gramatikal dari proses afiksasi dari bentuk dasar verba/fi’l memiliki 5 (lima) makna yaitu : (1). Nomina pelaku (ism fā’il), (2). Nomina penderita (ism maf’ūl), (3). Menyatakan tempat (ism makān), (4). Menyatakan masa (ism zamān), dan (5). Menyatakan alat. Makna gramatikal dari infiks alif memiliki 2 makna yaitu: (1). Resiprokal, (2) nomina pelaku. Makna gramatikal dari konfiks mim dan alif menyatakan alat dan makna gramatikal dari konfiks mim dan ta’ marbūţah menyatakan alat. Makna gramatikal penambahan afiks dari bentuk dasar adjektiva yaitu prefiks hamzah memiliki makna : (1). Transitif, (2) bersangatan, (3) lebih.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Whole Brain Teaching (WBT) dengan teknik Mind Mapping. Subjek penelitian adalah  siswa kelas XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Pakusari Jember tahun pelajaran 2015/2016.  Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan sebanyak 2 siklus dimana setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi.  Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan tes, sedangkan metode analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif  kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan penerapan model pembelajaran Whole Brain Teaching (WBT) dengan teknik Mind Mapping dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar Biologi pada materi sistem pernapasan di kelas XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Pakusari Jember tahun pelajaran 2015/2016

    Penelitian ini dirancang sebagai sebuah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research) dengan dua siklus pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan SMP Negeri 2 Kalibaru Banyuwangi dan bertujuan meningkatkan aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar Biologi siswa kelas VIII A melalui model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing. Dalam penelitian ini, analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang dianalisis pada penelitian ini antara lain skor aktivitas dan hasil belajar Biologi yang diperoleh dari hasil pembelajaran melalui penerapan pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing. Penilaian meliputi penilaian aktivitas siswa, hasil belajar ranah kognitif dan psikomotor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan rata-rata aktivitas siswa sebesar 9,8% dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2 dan hasil belajar siswa (rata – rata persentase ketuntasan sebesar 66,66% pada pra siklus, 72,2% pada siklus 1 dan 83,3% pada siklus 2). Berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan model inkuiri terbimbing mampu meningkatkan aktivitas siswa yang secara konsekutif berdampak pada kenaikan ketuntasan belajar siswa

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving dengan Mind Mapping terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan hasil belajar IPA Biologi siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 11 Jember. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen (eksperimen semu). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan metode tes (pretest dan postest desain), pada kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen¸ subyek dipilih secara clustering random dengan nilai rerata yang berdekatan antar semua kelas. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan statistik Anakova dan Uji Independent Sample T-Test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh model pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving dengan Mind Mapping terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan hasil belajar IPA Biologi siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 11 Jember tahun pelajaran 2014/2015

    This study aims to determine whether the beauty vlogger’s dimensions that consist of source credibility, physical attractiveness, social attractiveness, homophily, openness to experience, conscientiousness, agreeableness and extraversion have an influence on purchase intentions in Kamalia Beauty’s lipstick and lipgloss on Tasya Farasya’s Youtube subscribers. The population in this study were all of Tasya Farasya's YouTube subscribers, while the sample in this study were active Tasya Farasya’s subscribers (having watched and commented on Tasya Farasya's video about beauty vlogs in the past 1 month), and had knowledge of the beauty product Kamalia Beauty with a total sample of 90 respondents. This study uses multiple regression analysis techniques to determine the effect of the beauty vlogger’s dimensions that consist of source credibility, physical attractiveness, social attractiveness, homophily, openness to experience, conscientiousness, agreeableness and extraversion on purchase intentions in Kamalia Beauty’s lipstick and lipgloss. The results obtained showed that the variable source credibility, social attractiveness, homophily, openness to experience and extraversion had a positive and significant effect on purchase intentions in Kamalia Beauty products

    Citizen-centric demand model for transformational government / Kamalia Azma Kamaruddin

    Transformational government (t-government) emerges from the evolution of electronic government (e-government) to become more citizen-focused while recognizing the need for fundamental changes of governance. Citizen-centric is a central concept being coined together with t-government implementation. Using t-government as a context, citizen-centricity is proposed as a remedial justification in solving e-government implementation issues. However, the question that remains is, how do we move a traditional agency-centric e-government to become a citizen-centric t-government? It has been found from the literatures that none of the research in e-government field has studied the characteristics of transformational government that addressed citizencentricity and modelled e-government services that described citizen-centric demand requirements. The knowledge gap on what constitutes citizen-centric demands of transformational government suggests that there is an impending need for a study to be conducted in this context. The aim of this study is to support the evolution of egovernment and complement transformational government by developing a model that address citizens' demands. Thus, this thesis makes modest theoretical, methodological and empirical contributions to the t-government phenomenon to identify the characteristics of transformational government that address citizen-centricity, model citizen-centric demand requirements for transformational government's online services and validate citizen-centric requirements model for transformational government's online services. The research sets out to produce a demand model that outlines the basic principles of citizen-centricity to implement transformational government online services. A qualitative approach is undertaken as the research attempts to establish elements of citizen-centric t-government and model citizen-centricity through interpretivism paradigm. To develop the model, this study has gone through an exploratory phase that involved two studies using literature analysis and experts' interview as its data collection methods, and thematic analysis for its data analysis method. Subsequently in the confirmatory phase, a multi-stakeholders interview has been conducted and model validation process has been performed using the criteria of importance and completeness. The result showed that, the constructs of Openness, Transparency, Participation and Responsiveness have been established as components of citizen-centric demand requirements that can benefit the supply side in conducting requirement gathering and designing of t-government online services. The findings can assist the governments, as a governing body in a state or country, to develop online services that fulfil citizens' needs thus increase satisfaction and trust to the government. The research has also provided theoretical, methodological and knowledge contributions to the field of e-government

    Technology supported writing is crucial especially currently when digital transformation and innovation were rife. Previous studies in the field suggested that technology-enhanced learning became more widespread as writing tools that serve multiple purposes namely evaluation, scoring and instructional. In the present study, the needs for a certain components of writing instructions that are enabled by technological support were looked into. The study focuses on the perception of workers in different service sectors in Malaysia on technology-enhanced writing supports for their workplace writing in English needs. 46 operational level workers responded to the survey. Data were analysed quantitatively using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 26, descriptive statistics. The findings revealed that most workers believed in the importance of digital support not only struggling second language writers but also as tools to assist them with the text-level focus (language) and genre focus. In conclusion, technology support serves as tools to assist the users with the structure and mapping the direction of their text, as well as mechanics in writing, grammar and spelling
