PENGOLAHAN AIR BERSIH DI MASJID RAUDHATUL ISLAMIYAH DESA JAWA TENGAH, KEC. SUI.AMBAWANG KAB. KUBU RAYA [WATER TREATMENT IN RAUDHATUL ISLAMIYAH MOSQUE JAWA TENGAH VILLAGE, SUI.AMBAWANG SUB DISTRICT, KUBU RAYA DISTRICT]
Raudhatul Islamiyah Mosque which is located on Jl. Trans Kalimantan, Jawa Tengah Village, Sungai Ambawang District, Kubu Raya District is one of the mosques that had problem in fulfill the demand of clean water for flushing and daily activities. The water used comes from artesian well whose quality and quantity were inadequate. This had an impact on the damage to mosque facilities such as faucet because of rust and the bathtub turn brownish yellow. Besides flushing, activity in the form of mouthwash - gargle using water that was yellowish brown and smelly can potentially cause disease because of the presence of iron, organic matter, microbes, and others. Therefore it needed a water treatment that treats water quality so that it was safe to use. Water treatment was designed using aeration and shell sand filtration with a processing capacity of 1000 liters. The method used in this activity was the participatory method where the youth at the mosque participated in socialization and training activities, making water treatment plants, operation and maintenance water treatment equipment. In addition there was an operational standard manual to facilitate the operation and maintenance of the water treatment equipment.BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: Masjid Raudhatul Islamiyah yang terletak di Jl.Trans Kalimantan, Desa Jawa Tengah, Kecamatan Sungai Ambawang, Kabupaten Kubu Raya merupakan salah satu masjid yang memiliki permasalahan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersih untuk wudhu dan aktivitas harian lainnya. Air yang digunakan berasal dari sumur bor yang kualitas dan kuantitasnya kurang memadai. Hal tersebut berdampak pada rusaknya fasilitas masjid berupa keran air wudhu karena karat dan beberapa fasilitas masjid salah satunya adalah bak kamar mandi menjadi berwarna kuning kecoklatan. Selain itu aktivitas wudhu berupa kumur - kumur menggunakan air yang berwarna kuning kecoklatan dan berbau dapat berpotensi mengakibatkan penyakit karena adanya kandungan besi, zat organik, mikroba, dan lainnya. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan suatu instalasi pengolahan air yang mampu mengolah kualitas air sehingga aman untuk digunakan. Pengolahan air yang dirancang menggunakan proses aerasi dan filtrasi pasir kerang dengan kapasitas pengolahan sebesar 1000 liter. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan metode parsipatori dimana remaja masjid ikut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan, pembuatan instalasi pengolahan air, operasional dan pemeliharaan alat pengolahan air. IDENTIFIKASI MIKROPLASTIK DI SUNGAI KAPUAS
Perubahan pola hidup masyarakat yang lebih memilih berbelanja online dengan menggunakan aplikasi e-commerce tertentu berdampak pada meningkatnya jumlah sampah plastik yang dihasilkan dari proses pengemasan paket menggunakan bubble wrap. Sampah plastik yang dibuang ke badan air permukaan lama kelamaan akan terdekomposisi menjadi ukuran yang kecil disebut mikroplastik. Mikroplastik adalah salah satu pencemar yang menjadi ancaman bagi lingkungan karena dapat mencemari lingkungan, merusak sistem rantai makanan, dan menyebabkan gangguan kesehatan pada hewan dan manusia apabila terakumulasi di dalam tubuh. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan identifikasi dan kelimpahan mikroplastik di air Sungai Kapuas, tepatnya di dekat intake air baku Perumda Tirta Khatulistiwa Pontianak. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah air baku air minum mengandung pencemar mikroplastik atau tidak. Sampel air sungai diambil dengan menggunakan plankton net. Setelah dilakukan pengambilan sampel air maka dilanjutkan dengan analisis laboratorium yang dilakukan di Laboratorium Terpadu Universitas Tanjungpura. Adapun tahapan analisis laboratorium dimulai dari persiapan sampel, penyisihan / degradasi zat organik, pemisahan densitas, pemilahan sampel / filtrasi, identifikasi secara visual dengan mikroskop, dan analisis kelimpahan mikroplastik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 39 partikel mikroplastik yang terdapat di Sungai Kapuas, yang didominasi oleh bentuk fiber dan fragment. Kelimpahan mikroplastik sebesar 0,39 partikel/liter
STUDI PERILAKU MASYARAKAT DI TEPI SUNGAI KAPUAS DALAM MEMBUANG SAMPAH
Sungai Kapuas memiliki peranan penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat di Kota Pontianak. Selain sebagai sumber air baku PDAM dan sarana transportasi, Sungai Kapuas juga digunakan untuk aktivitas MCK oleh masyarakat yang berada di tepi sungai. Adanya kebiasaan masyarakat menjadikan sungai sebagai halaman belakang mengakibatkan sampah yang dihasilkan ddibuang begitu saja ke sungai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku masyarakat dalam membuang sampah dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan kuisioner. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 50 masyarakat yang berada di tepi Sungai Kapuas yang tersebar di 5 Kecamatan yang berbeda yaitu Kecamatan Pontianak Barat, Kecamatan Pontianak Kota, Kecamatan Pontianak Selatan, Kecamatan Pontianak Timur, dan Kecamatan Pontianak Utara. Hasil kuisioner dianalisis menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan uji chi square. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
