Role Of Elementary School In Sport Development In Wonosobo Distric, Central Java
Full text linkAbstract - This study aims to analyze the development of wonosobo district sports which is seen from the role of elementary school. This research is included in the type of public policy analysis research with a qualitative research approach. Where data collection techniques use observation, interview, document study and policy analysis techniques using the exercise development program implementation index. The results showed that the index value was not so high, it showed that the role of physical education at the elementary school level in Wonososbo Regency had not been implemented well, of course because of the lack of active role of schools in increasing the hobby of exercising from an early age, this had an impact on the lack of sports human resources in the long run. The conclusion of this study is that Wonosobo Regency is still in the low category because the total human resource index of Wosnosobo Regency is still below the national index number

Full text linkAbstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya prestasi yang diperoleh SMP Negeri 2 Muntilan pada cabang olahraga sepakbola serta permainan dilapangan yang kurang berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola tentang taktik dan strategi dalam permainan sepakbola di SMP Negeri 2 Muntilan Kabupaten Magelang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anggota ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 2 Muntilan Kabupaten Magelang yang berjumlah 33 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan adalah menuangkan frekuensi ke dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola tentang taktik dan strategi dalam permainan sepakbola di SMP Negeri 2 Muntilan Kabupaten Magelang adalah 6,06 % kategori tinggi, 69,70 % kategori sedang, dan 24,24 % kategori rendah. Kata kunci: pengetahuan, taktik, strategi Abstract The research backgrounds were the low achievement of SMP Negeri 2 Muntilan, Magelang Regency, in football and the undeveloped play in the field. This study aimed to find out levels of the tactic and strategy knowledge in the football play among the extracurricular football participants at SMP Negeri 2 Muntilan, Magelang Regency. This was a descriptive quantitative study. The method was the survey method. The research subjects were participants of the extracurricular football at SMP Negeri 2 Muntilan, Magelang Regency, with a total of 33 students. The instrument was a test. The data were analyzed by converting frequencies into percentages. The results of the study showed that regarding levels of the tactic and strategy knowledge in the football play among the extracurricular football participants at SMP Negeri 2 Muntilan, Magelang Regency, 6.06% were in the high category, 69.70% in the moderate category, and 24.24% in the low category. Full text linkPraktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) merupakan salah satu mata kuliah
yang wajib ditempuh oleh mahasiswa program studi kependidikan. Mata kuliah
ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman kepada mahasiswa dalam bidang
pembelajaran dan manajerial di sekolah atau lembaga, dalam rangka untuk
melatih dan mengembangkan kompetensi keguruan atau kependidikan.
SMP Negeri 2 Muntilan merupakan salah satu sekolah yang dijadikan
lokasi PPL tahun 2014. SMP Negeri 2 Muntilan beralamat di Jl. Wates, Wonosari,
Muntilan, Magelang. Berdasarkan hasil observasi ada beberapa hal yang menjadi
perhatian dalam melaksanakan PPL meliputi pembenahan fasilitas dan
perlengkapan untuk menunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar.
Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) diselenggarakan oleh Universitas
Negeri Yogyakarta pada tahun 2014 ini dimulai tanggal 2 Juli 2014 sampai
dengan 17 September 2014. Pelaksanaan PPL di SMP Negeri 2 Muntilan berjalan
dengan baik dan lancar meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala yang cukup menjadi
pembelajaran. Namun, secara umum program PPL ini telah menambah
pengalaman yang berharga bagi kemampuan mengajar di sekolah yang nantinya
menjadi bekal menuju lapangan kerja yang sesungguhnya, yaitu sebagai guru
yang profesional serta memiliki kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian dan sosial
yang tinggi baik sebagai tenaga pengajar sekaligus pendidik sehingga dapat
menerapkan dan mengembangkan ilmu serta keterampilan yang dimiliki sesuai
dengan program studi masing-masing dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas sumber
daya manusia Indonesia secara umum

Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan pembangunan olahraga Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Wonosobo (Ditinjau Dari Sarana Prasarana dan Sumber daya Manusia) yang berpusat pada sarana dan prasarana olahraga, kuantitas dan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan kebijakan pembangunan olahraga.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kebijakan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah informan dan dokumen Perda. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah pedoman wawancara. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan mengkaji dokumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan simpulan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia di Kabupaten Wonosobo, untuk olahraga pendidikan secara umum memang sudah relatif tercukupi, walaupun mungkin ada beberapa sekolah yang relatif belum tercukupi, sementara itu untuk olahraga prestasi dan olahraga rekreasi sarana prasarana masih relatif agak jauh dari kata optimal. Sumber daya manusia bidang keolahragaan di Kabupaten Wonosobo bisa dikatakan masih relatif belum. Sehingga masih perlu di tingkatkan, diantaranya meliputi pembinaan atlet sejak usia dini, peningkatan kemampuan atau kompetensi para pelatih dan tenaga keolahragaan yang lain masih perlu ditingkatkan. Adapun guru pendidikan jasmani berjumlah 462, pelatih aktif berjumlah 23, dan atlet aktif berjumlah 97. Standar kelulusan pendidikan formal dalam struktur maupun fungsional SDM bidang olahraga di Kabupaten Wonosobo tidak ditentukan oleh status pendidikan, sehingga masih banyak SDM bidang keolahragaan yang belum berkompeten dibidangnya. Kebijakan yang diambil oleh pemerintah daerah terkait pembangunan olahraga di Kabupaten Wonosobo sudah muncul, bahwa memang sudah ada kebijakan tentang olahraga, penurunan dari undang undang ke RPJMD sudah sinergis namun anggaran pendanaan alokasi yang diberikan masih sangat kecil. Dari total dana APBD 1.817.724.344.012 yang ada di Kabupeten Wonosobo, untuk alokasi anggaran dana pemuda dan olahraga sebesar 7.865.500.000, atau 0,40% dari total belanja APBD tahun anggaran 2016. Dikatakan minim karena dari anggaran 7.865.500.000, dana yang diberikan untuk pembinaan olahraga hanya mendapat 1.000.000.000 dan dibagi untuk tiga program olahraga yaitu olahraga pendidikan, olahraga prestasi dan olahraga rekreasi, masing-masing hanya memperoleh 300.000.000 untuk pembinaan olahraga. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa keberpihakan pemerintah masih perlu ditingkatkan, tidak lebih dari 0,40% dari APBD. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
