No full textTujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengetahui manajemen pengelolaan perpustakaan berbasis Digital Library yang dikembangkan di SMK (2) menghasilkan sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis Digital Library yang dikembangkan valid dan efektif digunakan di SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian R & D (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan Borg and Gall. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Berbasis Digital Library di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan dikembangkan dinyatakan valid setelah dilakukan validasi instrumen dan validasi produk oleh dua ahli media. Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Berbasis Digital Library dikatakan efektif karena telah memenuhi kriteria penilaian terhadap pustakawan dan guru terhadap sistem informasi perpustakaan yaitu berada pada kategori sangat baik/sangat efektif. Disimpulkan bahwa Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Berbasis Digital Library di SMK yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kategori kevalidan dan keefektifan sehingga layak untuk digunakan, Sistem informasi perpustakaan yang berjalan saat ini harus dirubah, diharapkan menggunakan sistem informasi pepustakaan yang sudah terkomputerisasi dan terkoneksi keinternet guna menpermudah proses peminjaman buku, mengunduh e-book dan pembuatan laporan

The sample in this objective research involving 84 adolescence and sampling design by using simple random sampling. Data collected by using psychology scales is Self Esteem Scales compiled with reference to the Coopersmith theory (1967) and Consumptive Behavior Scales compiled with reference to the Sumartono theory (2002). Limited supporting infrastructure and the availability of reliable human resources (HR) are the main factors that need attention. The academic community has great potential in building an integrated, comprehensive and sustainable environmental management. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a concept that can unite all elements in an environmental management system. From this system, it is hoped that it can build awareness about the importance of environmental management. This research takes the type of field research (field research), namely the type of research carried out in a place, namely research conducted in real life. Regarding the data source in this study, the opinions of the campus users are in preserving and protecting the campus environment. The results of the research are efforts to strengthen the participation of campus residents to develop their awareness of environmental preservation towards sustainable development based on the Green Campus concept. Forms of participation of campus residents in environmental preservation are through routine activities in the form of independent, integrated and mutual cooperation as a form of empowerment. In realizing a green, clean, orderly, neat, beautiful and comfortable campus; involving campus residents can participate in accordance with their respective main duties. No full textPesan dakwah adalah sesuatu proses penyampaian informasi dalam harapan untuk mempengaruhi atau merubah seseorang menjadi seperti apa yg disampaikan. Media sosial instagram adalah media sosial yang banyak diminati manusia pada era sekarang, instagram juga salah satu media penyebaran dalam berdakwah salah satunya adalah akun @xkwavers yang menyebarkan dakwah nya untuk hijrah dari dunia hallyu. Masalah dari penelitian ini tentang bagaimana pesan dakwah yang terdapat pada akun @xkwavers dapat mempengaruhi pengikutnya untuk hijrah dari budaya Korea. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut penulis memeliki tujuan untuk menanalis pesan dakwah menggunakan metode penelitan kualitatif dan menggunakan analisis semiotika Roland Bartes dengan menggali makna denotasi makna konotasi, makna mitos yang dianggap mampu untuk menggali tanda dan pesan yang tersembunyi dibalik qoute pesan dakwah tentang hijrah dari dunia Hallyu, dengan menentukan quote, menfasirakn quote, serta mengaitkan dengan yang dianggap masyarakat bernilai. Hasil dari penelitian disimpulkan bahwa pesan dakwah tentang Hijrah dari dunia Hallyu yang di unggah oleh pengelola akun @xkwavers mulai dari tanggal 9 Maret 2021 sampai 29 April 2021 terdapat 4 qoute pesan dakwah yaitu mengawali hari dengan doa, tidak boleh berputus asa dalam mencari ilmu, cintai sesorang dengan sekedarnya, mencotoh ilmuan yang mempunyai karya yang bermanfaaat dimasa depan. Secara denotatif unggahan yang terdapat pada gambar mengandung unsur gambar, tulisan kata-kata dan secara konotatif berkaitan dengan makna yang terdapat pada data denotasi sedangkan makna mitos berkaitan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari

Get PDFGaya Kepemimpinan seorang pemimpin dalam memimpin sebuah organisasi sangat urgen untuk mempengaruhi bawahannya dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi secara efektif dan efesien. Gaya kepemimpinan yang dianggap efektif dalam era global ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan spiritual, yaitu gaya kepemimpinan yang pemimpinnya memimpin dengan etika religius yang mampu membentuk karakter, integritas dan keteladanan yang luar biasa Namun, gaya tersebut dipersepsikan berbeda antara satu karyawan dengan lainnya. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi tersebut adalah jenis kelamin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi karyawan terhadap kepemimpinan spiritual atasan ditinjau dari jenis kelamin pada karyawan UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode statistik dan teknik analisis t-test. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu skala persepsi kepemimpinan spiritual dan angket jenis kelamin. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh, dengan populasi sebanyak 914 orang dan sampel sebanyak 251 orang. Pengambilan sample dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode probility sampling dengan teknik proportioned sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai koefisien t-test sebesar -2.903 dengan nilai p < 0,05 (0,002). Hal ini berarti hipotesis pada penelitian ini diterima, yaitu terdapat perbedaan yang sangat signifikan persepsi karyawan terhadap gaya kepemimpinan spiritual atasan antara karyawan laki – laki dengan perempuan, di mana persepsi karyawan perempuan (N = 129 & skor rata – rata = 243,65) lebih tinggi dari persepsi terhadap gaya kepemimpinan spiritual pada karyawa laki – laki (N = 122 & skor rata – rata 235,32)

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

This research aims to know how far the level of significance of pre-marriage courses is to people of marriageable age as a form of increasing understanding of the community from the perspective of Islamic community development. The approach used is a qualitative approach. Data is sourced from primary, secondary, and population and sample data. The population is 16 pairs of prospective brides or 32 people, and the sample is 8 pairs of prospective brides or 16. With data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, documentation, and data analysis. Based on the results from research on the implementation of pre-marital courses and the processes carried out, it can be concluded that pre-marital courses are beneficial and necessary for the community. Community development aims to improve the quality of life of the community through the awareness process, the capacity-building process, and the enrichment process. Get PDFThis study aims to describe the role of the TASTAFI Religious Study Assembly in developing the religious knowledge of the community in Bireuen City, Aceh. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and direct observations, with primary data sourced from respondents and secondary data obtained from literature, legal norms, and supporting documentation. The findings reveal that the TASTAFI Assembly plays a significant role in enhancing religious understanding, serving as a platform for religious guidance, and providing relevant spiritual mentoring to the community. Additionally, the assembly contributes to increasing religious knowledge, particularly in spiritual well-being, and strengthening Islamic values in daily life. The TASTAFI Assembly has effectively functioned as a means of fostering a devout and spiritually enriched society.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peranan Majelis Pengajian TASTAFI terhadap pengembangan pengetahuan keagamaan masyarakat di Kota Bireuen, Aceh. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan pengamatan langsung, dengan sumber primer berupa informasi dari responden dan data sekunder dari literatur, norma hukum, serta dokumentasi pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Majelis TASTAFI berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman agama, menjadi wadah pembinaan kehidupan beragama, dan memberikan bimbingan spiritual yang relevan bagi masyarakat. Selain itu, majelis ini berkontribusi dalam menambah ilmu keagamaan, terutama terkait kesehatan rohaniah, serta memperkuat nilai-nilai keislaman dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
