No full textThe writing of this journal aims to analyze and find clarity regarding the perspective of the marriage of TKW Aceh with Bangladesh on children's rights and to find out. This research is field research, in qualitative form, from the results of field interviews that marriages are not recorded, the status of children born from these marriages. Children are also not recognized by the State such as birth and death. Recording only important events, not like marriages, which are legal events, recording does not affect the validity of marriages. It is only an administrative requirement. The problem is that the marriage is from the perspective of the Acehnese women workers, which is a marriage with Bangladesh which has an impact on the status of the child and the legal protection of the rights of the child, which also involves his nationality

No full textAn account officer will definitely face various risks related to disbursed financing. Risk is defined as a deviation from the realization of the plan that has been set as a target that may occur unexpectedly. Therefore, all companies, including Islamic banking, must have management of the risk itself. This study aims to determine the risk and management of risk in Islamic banking. The method used is literature study. The results of the study show that these risks can be classified into 2 groups, namely, first: systematic risk, second: nonsystematic risk. In this case Islamic banks make various efforts in the risk management process by developing written procedures that reflect the overall strategy and ensure its implementation. The procedures made must contain policies to identify, measure, and control risks in all banking activities including. The target of this risk management policy is to monitor and control the course of financing distribution activities with a reasonable level of risk in a directed, integrated and sustainable manner

No full textThis study aims to find the reaction or response of Acehnese dayah scholars (ulama) to the use of ‘urf in istinbath of Fiqh Law from Islam Nusantara. This study departs from the fact that Islam is a religion of rahmatan lil’alamin as a universal religion, and the development of society in Indonesia has a growing variety of cultures, thus requiring a special fiqh methodology in adapting culture to religion. This research is a field research with a descriptive qualitative research type. Data collection techniques using documentation, observation and interview techniques. The interviewees came from several dayah clerics who are members of several Islamic organizations such as the NU organization, the MPU organization, the HUDA organization, and the Tastafi Aceh organization. The results of the study show that the response of Islamic religious scholars in Aceh to the use of ‘urf in istinbath fiqh law of Islam Nusantara, some accepted and some refused. Those who refused reasoned that the use of ‘urf fashid is not in accordance with the Shari'a and leads to shirk as is customary of peulheuh alen, rabu abeh in Acehnese society. While the use of ‘urf shahih, Islamic religious scholars in Aceh accept it because it does not conflict with the Shari'a like khanduri blang because it is included in the generality of the argument for charity. Thus, it can be concluded that the istinbath method of Islam Nusantara fiqh law can be accepted and has its legality according to Acehnese Islamic scholars when using ‘urf shahih. The findings of this study contribute to the fact that customary practices need to be preserved if they do not conflict with Shari'a

Dr. Januddin Sardi sebagai Timbalan Dekan Akademik (TDA), Dr. Muhammad Zaidi Zakaria sebagai Timbalan Dekan Hal Ehwal Pelajar (TD HEP) serta Profesor Madya Dr. Nor Fazlin Mohd Ramli sebagai Timbalan Dekan Penyelidikan, Penerbitan, Jaringan Industri (TD PJI). Barisan pengurusan tertinggi APB didukung oleh seorang Timbalan Pendaftar bagi urusan pentadbiran serta Penolong Pendaftar Kanan bagi urusan akademik dan hal ehwal pelajar serta barisan Ketua Pusat Pengajian, Koordinator dan Penyelaras bagi setiap unit. Walau bagaimanapun, pada Jun 2022 Profesor Ts. Dr. Janudian Sardi telah memangku jawatan Dekan APB seterusnya dilantik menjadi Dekan pada Julai 2022. Tempat beliau telah digantikan dengan Profesor Dr. Anealka Aziz Husin sebagai Timbalan Dekan Akademik (TDA). Pengurusan tertinggi Akademi Pengajian Bahasa melalui Dekan Profesor Ts. Dr. Janudin Sardi sebulat suara memilih bidang tumpuan Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran bagi penilaian Anugerah Kualiti Naib Canselor (AKNC) 2022. Oleh hal yang demikian, Dekan APB telah menyarankan Timbalan Dekan Akademik untuk membuat semakan dan aktiviti yaang berkaitan dengan inisiatif yang dipilih. Justeru, beberapa inisiatif dilaksanakan, dilapor serta ditambah baik oleh jabatan-jabatan yang terlibat
