MANAJEMEN PENGEMBANGAN WAKAF PRODUKTIF ERA DIGITAL DI LEMBAGA WAKAF BANI UMAR
The Community Service Program (PKM) for internal lecturers tries to collaborate with The Bani Umar Waqf Institute, an institution that is concerned in collecting and developing waqf assets to be more productive. The method used is case studi, with direct involvement with the Bani Umar Waqf Institute for approximately 6 months. From the initial review of the author at The Bani Umar Waqf Institute, found two crucial problems that exist within the institution, namely regarding the lack of human resources and marketing channels. Then, the authors propose two concepts to answer these crucial problems, namely the concept of Human Resource Management based on volunteers, and create digital-based marketing channels.Â

Il contributo è una lettura del racconto La Sirena di Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa analizzato nella sua struttura dualistica, basata cioè sull’opposizione di temi e motivi contrastivi attraverso i quali l’Autore fa emergere con maggiore evidenza la dimensione a lui più congeniale, quella del Mito, la cui epifania risulta essere ancora possibile nella Sicilia del tempo del racconto grazie al manifestarsi di Lighea, figlia di Calliope, la sirena che consente al protagonista Rosario La Ciura di sperimentare la realtà ancestrale delle divinità pagane della Grecia arcaica. This article is the result of an analysis of economic history in the past which is to answer economic problems during the Umayyad and Abasiyyah Daulah,economic activities carried out during the Daulah Bani Umayyah and BaniAbasiyyah. This research uses the Historical Method by using secondarysources originating from December. which literature has been previouslyreviewed and analyzed. While in the approach the writer uses a historicalapproach. This approach is used by the author in order to reveal the economicproblems of the Umayyad and Abasiyyah Bani. From the research results, itcan be seen that the development of Islamic economics in the Umayyad andAbbasid dynasties was an economic policy formed based on the ijtihad of thefuqoha and ulama as a consequence of the increasingly distant time spanbetween the Prophet's life and the reign. SEJARAH AWAL BANI ISRAEL DALAM SURAT YUSUF
ABSTRAK
Penelitian skripsi ini dilatabelakangi oleh sejarah awal bani
Israel, seperti digambarkan dalam Surat Yusuf, menunjukkan
dinamika sosial, ekonomi, dan politik yang membentuk mereka
sebagai kekuatan penting dalam sejarah. Dimulai dari hijrah Nabi
Ibrahim AS dari Babilonia ke Kanaan, yang melintasi Sungai Eufrat,
proses ini menandai awal pembentukan masyarakat Ibrani atau Bani
Israel, yang berarti "hamba Allah" dalam bahasa Ibrani. Nama
"Ibrani" atau "menyeberang" mencerminkan perjalanan spiritual
mereka. Ketika Nabi Yusuf AS membawa keluarganya ke Mesir, Bani
Israel mengalami perkembangan pesat namun juga menghadapi
diskriminasi. Kisah ini menyoroti tidak hanya perjalanan Yusuf tetapi
juga bagaimana interaksi sosial dan politik mempengaruhi sejarah
Bani Israel dan hubungannya dengan Mesir. Al-Qur'an mengandung
banyak kisah masa lalu, sejarah bangsa, dan peninggalan umat yang
dikemas menarik dan mempesona.
Jadi, Problem yang peneliti ambil adalah sebagai berikut: (1).
Bagaimana latar belakang sosial dan budaya di kan‟an dan mesir
dalam surat yusuf.? (2). Bagaimana makna sejarah terbentuknya
sebuah masyarakat dalam kisah Bani Israel dan Nabi Yusuf dalam
Surat Yusuf? Tujuan Penelitian: (1) Mengetahui latar belakang sosial
dan budaya di kan‟an dan mesir dalam surat yusuf (2). Mengetahui
makna sejarah terbentuknya sebuah masyarakat dalam kisah Bani
Israel dan Nabi Yusuf dalam Surat Yusuf. Dengan pendekatan sejarah
dan metodologi kualitatif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menambah
wawasan akademis mengenai sejarah Bani Israel dalam Al-Qur'an
serta memberikan pemahaman lebih mendalam tentang pesan-pesan
moral dan spiritual dalam kisah Nabi Yusuf.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Surat Yusuf menggambarkan
kehidupan di Kan'an, yang dikenal dengan kehidupan nomadik dan
struktur keluarga patriarki yang kuat, serta Mesir kuno pada masa
Bangsa Hyksos, yang menonjol dengan peradaban maju dalam
matematika, astronomi, dan irigasi. Kehadiran Nabi Yusuf di Mesir,
yang didominasi oleh politeisme, menunjukkan bahwa keyakinan
monoteistik keluarga Ya‟qub dapat eksis dalam lingkungan religius
yang berbeda. Yusuf, sebagai bendahara Mesir, tetap mempertahankan
keimanannya kepada Allah SWT tanpa menciptakan konflik besar,
menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ada perbedaan antara politeisme dan
ketauhidan, keduanya dapat berdampingan secara damai. Kisah ini
menggarisbawahi pentingnya toleransi dan saling menghargai dalam masyarakat yang beragam religius.Kisah ini menyoroti kontras antara
monoteisme Yusuf dan politeisme Mesir, serta berbagai peristiwa
yang memperlihatkan kesabaran, kebijaksanaan, dan pengampunan
Yusuf. Melalui karakterisasi tokoh-tokoh utama seperti Yusuf, Yakub,
saudara-saudaranya, Potifar, dan Firaun.

The research of this thesis is based on the early history of the
children of Israel, as described in the Epistle of Joseph, showing the
social, economic, and political dynamics that shaped them as
important forces in history. Beginning with the migration of the
Prophet Abraham from Babylon to Canaan, which crossed the
Euphrates River, this process marked the beginning of the formation
of Hebrew society or the Children of Israel, which means "servant of
God" in Hebrew. The name "Ibrani" or "crossing" reflects their
spiritual journey. When the Prophet Joseph took his family to Egypt,
the Children of Israel experienced rapid development but also faced
discrimination. This story highlights not only Joseph's journey but
also how social and political interactions influenced the history of the
Children of Israel and his relationship with Egypt. The Qur'an
contains many stories of the past, the history of the nation, and the
heritage of the people that are packaged attractively and
fascinatingly.
So, the problems that the researcher took were as follows: (1).
What is the social and cultural background in Canaan and Egypt in
the Epistle of Joseph? (2). What are the historical events and figures
(Israel and its children) in the Epistle of Joseph? Research
Objectives: (1) To find out the social and cultural background in
Can'an and Egypt in the letter of Yusuf (2). The historical significance
of the formation of a society in the story of the Children of Israel and
Prophet Yusuf as described in letter joseph. With a historical
approach and qualitative methodology, this research aims to add
academic insight into the history of the Children of Israel in the
Qur'an and provide a deeper understanding of the moral and spiritual
messages in the story of the Prophet Joseph.
The result of this research is the Epistle of Joseph describing
life in Canaan, known for its nomadic life and strong patriarchal
family structure, as well as ancient Egypt during the time of the
Hyksos Nation, which stood out with advanced civilizations in
mathematics, astronomy, and irrigation. The presence of the Prophet
Joseph in Egypt, which was dominated by polytheism, shows that the
monotheistic beliefs of the Ya'qub family could exist in different
religious environments. Joseph, as the treasurer of Egypt, maintained
his faith in Allah SWT without creating major conflicts, showing that
although there are differences between polytheism and monotheism,
the two can coexist peacefully. This story underscores the importance of tolerance and mutual respect in a religiously diverse society. This
account highlights the contrast between Joseph's monotheism and
Egypt polytheism, as well as events that demonstrate Joseph's
patience, wisdom, and forgiveness. Through the characterization of
key characters such as Joseph, Jacob, his brothers, Potiphar, and
Pharaoh.

Pengelolaan Pesantren Tahfidz Bani Yusuf Malang dalam meningkatkan kualitas santri

Pengelolaan adalah proses yang mengendalikan semua masalah yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan kebijakan dan pencapaian tujuan. pengelolaan yang baik akan berdampak kepada kualitas dari anggotanya sehingga begitu pentingnya pengeloaan dalam suatu organisasi, setiap kebijakan yang dilaksakan akan terorganisir dengan baik jika dalam setiap unsur manajemen yang di dalamnya bisa berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien. Oleh karena itu strategi pesantren dalam meningkatkan kualitas santrinya menjadi salah satu tolak ukur keberhasilan dan keseriusan pesantren dalam menjalankan tugas serta fungsinya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen kurikulum, manajemen sumber daya manusia, manajemen kesantrian yang ada di Pesantren Tahfidz Bani Yusuf Malang.
Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis secara umum bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana Pengelolaan Pesantren Tahfidz Bani Yusuf Malang Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Santr dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang dimana fokus penelitiannya adalah manajemen kurikulum, manajemen sumber daya manusia, manajemen kesantrian. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan wawancara,dokumen dan observasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1.) Manajemen kurikulum pesantren yang terdapat di Pesantren Tahfidz Bani Yusuf telah menerapkan kurikulum yang di susun secara bebas, yakni mulai dari penyususan, penerapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi, hal tersebut berisi tentang kebutuhan pendidikan agama kebutuhan pengalaman dan moral kebutuhan pendidikan ketrampilan dan khusus. 2.) Manajemen sumber daya manusia di Pesantren Tahfidz Bani Yusuf terdapat: rekruitmen & seleksi, pelatihan dan pengembangan,penilaian kerja. Kompensasi. Manajemen sumber daya manusia yang ada di pesantren disesuaikan dengan kebijakan yang dibuat oleh pesantren sehingga analisis kebutuhan bisa tercapai sesuai kebutuhan. 3.) Manajemen kesantrian di Pesantren Tahfidz Bani Yusuf terdapat beberapa tahapan yakni: rekruitmen, seleksi santri baru, pengelompokan kelas, pembinaan dan pengembangan, pencatatan dan pelaporan, kelulusan dan alumni.

Management is a process that controls all issues related to implementing policies and achieving goals. good management will have an impact on the quality of its members so that management is so important in an organization, every policy implemented will be well organized if every element of management in it can run effectively and efficiently. Therefore, the pesantren's strategy in improving the quality of its students is one of the benchmarks for the success and seriousness of the pesantren in carrying out its duties and functions.
This study aims to determine curriculum management, human resource management, and Islamic boarding school management at Tahfidz Bani Yusuf Islamic Boarding School Malang.
The research conducted by the author in general aims to describe how the Management of Tahfidz Bani Yusuf Islamic Boarding School Malang in Improving the Quality of Santr by using descriptive qualitative research methods where the research focus is curriculum management, human resource management, Islamic boarding school management. The collection of data used is by interview, document and observation.
The research results show that; 1.) Management of the pesantren curriculum in the Tahfidz Bani Yusuf Islamic Boarding School has implemented a curriculum that is arranged freely, starting from the preparation, application, implementation and evaluation, it contains the needs of religious education, the needs of experience and moral needs, skills and special education. 2.) Human resource management at the Tahfidz Bani Yusuf Islamic Boarding School includes: recruitment & selection, training and development, work assessment. Compensation. The management of human resources in the pesantren is adjusted to the policies made by the pesantren so that a needs analysis can be achieved as needed. 3.) Islamic boarding school management at the Tahfidz Bani Yusuf Islamic Boarding School has several stages, namely: recruitment, selection of new students, class grouping, coaching and development, recording and reporting, graduation and alumni.

الإدارة هي عملية تتحكم في جميع القضايا المتعلقة بتنفيذ السياسات وتحقيق الأهداف. سيكون للإدارة الجيدة تأثير على جودة أعضائها بحيث تكون الإدارة مهمة جدًا في المنظمة ، وستكون كل سياسة يتم تنفيذها منظمة جيدًا إذا كان كل عنصر من عناصر الإدارة فيها يمكن أن يعمل بفعالية وكفاءة. لذلك ، فإن استراتيجية مدرسة داخلية في تحسين جودة طلابها هي واحدة من معايير نجاح وجدية مدرسة داخلية في القيام بواجباتها ووظائفها.

Religious intolerance cases in Indonesia still occur frequently. This happens due to the minimal awareness of the society. Additionally, it is also caused by the ideology and influence of Islamic fundamentalist groups. Therefore, the author utilizes the thoughts of Johann Gotlieb Fichte to shape societal awareness and highlight the errors of Islamic fundamentalists. The author employs a qualitative-descriptive method, elaborating research findings in descriptive form with sources from qualitative data. Consequently, data collection is conducted through literature review. The author presents five aspects from the research findings. Firstly, the awareness of individuals to use their reason in practicing religion. Secondly, everyone needs to ensure the religious freedom of others due to moral demands. Thirdly, there is a need for encouragement that upholds equality rights. Fourthly, individuals practicing religion need to prioritize morality to achieve common goals. Fifthly, there is a necessity for a language of diversity to be collectively embraced
