ACOMPANHAMENTO FARMACOTERAPÊUTICO DE PACIENTES COM HIPERTENSÃO ARTERIAL ATENDIDOS EM UMA DROGARIA EM GUARANI DAS MISSÕES - RS
Get PDFO presente estudo teve como principal objetivo o acompanhamento farmacoterapêutico de pacientes hipertensos. Foram acompanhados 10 pacientes, no período de março a maio de 2018, sendo 5 homens e 5 mulheres. Para o acompanhamento dos pacientes utilizou-se o Programa SOAP, um método clássico de seguimento farmacoterapêutico. Dos pacientes em estudo diagnosticados hipertensos, 40% estavam com a pressão arterial elevada ou em limítrofe, 30% apresentavam glicemia descompensada não diagnosticada, e 90% estavam com sobrepeso ou obesidade. Com a aplicação da Atenção Farmacêutica, houve redução da pressão arterial e da glicemia à níveis desejáveis em todos os pacientes e leve redução do peso em 70% deles, ocorrendo mudança no nível do Índice de Massa Corporal em apenas 50% dos pacientes, devido ao espaço de tempo do acompanhamento. A aplicação da Atenção Farmacêutica mostrou-se benéfica e efetiva no acompanhamento da Hipertensão Arterial Sistêmica.Palavras-chave: Atenção Farmacêutica, Hipertensão Arterial, Paciente
A fé cristã na era digital: diálogo entre a revelação na teologia de Bruno Forte e a experiência religiosa na internet
No full textNovas possibilidades são oferecidas à religião na sociedade atual, marcada pela cultura da informação, da mídia digital e da virtualidade. Diante disso, cabe a interrogação: será possível fazer uma experiência de escuta e diálogo com Deus, por meio da nova ambiência da fé criada pela Internet? À luz do pensamento teológico de Bruno Forte, a dissertação parte da Revelação cristã, para demonstrar em que poderia consistir o diálogo mediado pela fé experimentada na Era Digital. Para isso, utilizam-se as categorias êxodo e advento, a fim de demonstrar como o autor desenvolve o pensamento sobre a situação do ser humano em relação a Deus e ao próximo no plano da fé. A seguir, identificam-se como as pessoas procuram a experiência de Deus nas mídias da comunicação, especialmente nas novas redes sociais da Internet. Verificam-se, ao longo do trabalho, possíveis direcionamentos para as questões: É possível encontrar-se com Deus no espaço virtual? Uma comunidade de fé virtual pode ser considerada um espaço de evangelização e vivência comunitária? Finalmente, por meio de uma pesquisa qualitativa, identificam-se categorias que expressam a experiência religiosa de cristãos que usam a Internet para esse fim. Conclui-se, estabelecendo um diálogo entre Teologia e Comunicação, valendo-se da obra de Bruno Forte, confrontada com o resultado das entrevistas.New possibilities are offered to religion in the society now, which is marked by information culture, digital media and virtuality. Thus, we asked: is it possible to make a hearing experience and to maintain a dialogue with God through the new ambience of faith, created by the Internet? In the light of Brono Forte’s theological ideas, the current study is part of the Christian Revelation that was carried out to demonstrate what is the dialogue that is mediated by faith, experienced in Digital Era. Therefore, we used exodus and advent categories, in order to demonstrate how the author develops his conception of the situation of man, considering God and neighbor in the plan of faith. After that, we identified how people look for experience with God in media of communication, particularly in the new social networking sites. We verified that some questions arise, through the development of the present study: Is it possible to find God in virtual space? Can a community of face be considered a space of evangelization and community of experience? Finally, through a qualitative research, we identified categories that express a Christian religious experience that use internet with this purpose. We concluded that there is dialogue between Theology and Communication, if we consider Bruno Forte’s ideas, confronted to the results of the interviews
O papel do jornalista no resgate de histórias silenciadas : uma análise da apuração de Christa Berger para a biografia de Jurema Finamour
Get PDFEste Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso tem como objetivo compreender os métodos de apuração para a construção da biografia Jurema Finamour: a jornalista silenciada, escrita pela jornalista e pesquisadora Christa Berger. A pesquisa investiga os métodos de apuração jornalística utilizados na construção da obra, publicada em 2022, e analisa como se dá a elaboração de sentidos sobre uma personagem silenciada. Os objetivos específicos são: a) identificar as formas de apuração jornalística para o resgate de histórias e a construção de biografias; b) mapear os tipos de fontes utilizadas na apuração para construir os sentidos sobre desvelamento de uma história silenciada; c) refletir sobre o papel da biografia e do jornalismo no relato da vida silenciada do Outro. Na reflexão teórica, abordo a construção da biografia como gênero jornalístico, buscando compreender conceitos, limites e possibilidades da escrita biográfica, além do papel do jornalista como biógrafo e a construção de um “Outro” silenciado. Na sequência, trago teorias acerca da apuração jornalística, seus conceitos, métodos e tipos de fontes que podem ser acessadas durante a investigação. A fim de analisar os sentidos presentes na biografia, este trabalho se fundamenta metodologicamente na Análise de Discurso (AD) de linha francesa. Por meio desse mapeamento, foram encontradas 294 sequências discursivas (SDs), que indicaram três estratégias discursivas de apuração: 1) fontes primárias; 2) fontes secundárias; e 3) a busca. Ainda, cada uma dessas três categorias apresentou um ou mais eixos que reiteram o sentido de apuração na biografia. Além da AD da obra, também foi realizada uma entrevista de profundidade, em modelo semiaberto, com a autora.This research aims to understand the investigative methods used in the construction of the biography Jurema Finamour: A Silenced Journalist, written by journalist and researcher Christa Berger. The study examines the journalistic investigation techniques employed in the development of the work, published in 2022, and analyzes how meaning is constructed around a silenced subject. The specific objectives are: a) to identify the journalistic investigation techniques used to recover stories and construct biographies; b) to map the types of sources used to shape meanings regarding the unveiling of a silenced story; and c) to reflect on the role of biography and journalism in narrating the silenced life of the Other. The theoretical discussion approaches biography as a journalistic genre, aiming to understand the concepts, limits, and possibilities of biographical writing, as well as the journalist’s role as biographer and the construction of a silenced "Other." The study also discusses theories on journalistic investigation, including its concepts, methods, and the types of sources that can be accessed during the inquiry process. To analyze the meanings present in the biography, the research adopts the French Discourse Analysis (DA) approach as its methodological foundation. Through this mapping, 294 discursive sequences (DSs) were identified, indicating three major investigative categories: 1) primary sources; 2) secondary sources; and 3) the search process. Furthermore, each of these categories revealed one or more thematic axes that reinforce the key investigative meanings within the biography. To change the practice of in-service teacher education: a research inspired by the theoretical and methodological framework of Paulo Freire
No full textEsta pesquisa analisa o processo de construção e desenvolvimento de uma pesquisa-formação, tendo em vista o desvelamento crítico de obstáculos que se interpõem à formação continuada de professores e a investigação de possibilidades de reconstrução da prática pedagógica dos educadores participantes. Tem como referencial teórico a pedagogia de Freire ([1970] 1987) e aportes de autores que se colocam em um mesmo espectro de preocupação com a formação docente, no bojo da educação crítica, tais como Zeichner e Diniz-Pereira ([2002] 2011), Nóvoa ([1992] 1995b), Imbernón (2010), Freitas (1992b), Gatti, Barreto e André (2011), A. M. Saul ([1985] 2010) e Silva (2004) e que permitiram ampliar o escopo de interpretação dos dados produzidos. Trabalha com a metodologia da investigação temática (FREIRE, [1970] 1987) acrescida de proposições de Silva (2004), principalmente em relação à construção e utilização de redes temáticas. A proposta de pesquisa concretizou-se em uma oficina de formação, realizada em doze encontros, com nove alunos do Mestrado Profissional Educação: Formação de Formadores da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), nomeada Mudar é difícil, mas é possível e urgente: uma prática crítico-transformadora de formação de educadores . Os dados produzidos na prática dessa pesquisa-formação foram agrupados em eixos que correspondem aos momentos da investigação temática: leitura da realidade, análise crítica da realidade e elaboração de propostas de ação. A análise das evidências foi realizada com apoio do referencial teórico selecionado, sobretudo as categorias: reflexão crítica sobre a prática , linguagem , diálogo , participação , autonomia e transformação , que compõem uma trama conceitual que explicita a compreensão do autor da Tese sobre o conceito de formação permanente de Paulo Freire. Os resultados obtidos demonstram o valor e a viabilidade da investigação temática como caminho de pesquisa e formação docente, comprometido com a superação de situações-limites apresentadas pelos educadores envolvidos no processo; a ampliação da compreensão dos sujeitos da pesquisa sobre a formação continuada, na perspectiva da formação permanente freireana e movimentos de transformação de formas de pensar e agir dos participantes, com relação à formação docente, evidenciados em sua adesão a novos valores e intenções de mudar suas práticas. Esta pesquisa pode oferecer contribuições ao que vem sendo investigado no tocante à formação de educadores, porque construiu e pôs em ação um processo formativo que vai na contramão do que tem dominado as políticas e práticas contemporâneas de formação continuadaThis research analyzes the process of construction and development of a research-education practice, in view of the critical unveiling of obstacles that stand in the way of the in-service teacher education and the investigation of possibilities for the rebuilding of the pedagogical practice of the participating educators. Its theoretical framework is based on the pedagogy of Paulo Freire ([1970] 1987), and on contributions of authors who are placed in the same spectrum of concern regarding teacher education, in the scope of critical education, such as Zeichner and Diniz-Pereira ([2002] 2011), Nóvoa ([1992] 1995b), Imbernón (2010), Freitas (1992b), Gatti, Barreto and André (2011), A. M. Saul ([1985] 2010) and Silva (2004) and that have allowed the range of interpretation of the data produced in the present work to be broadened. It works with the methodology of thematic investigation (Freire, [1970] 1987) plus Silva propositions (2004), especially in relation with the construction and use of thematic networks. The research proposal was materialized in a teacher education workshop held in twelve meetings, with nine students of the Professional Masters course - Education: Education of Teacher Educators of the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), named "Changing is difficult but it is possible and urgent: a critical-transforming practice of teacher education". The data produced in the practice of this research-education have been grouped into axes corresponding to thematic research phases: reading of reality , critical analysis of reality and preparing action proposals . The analysis of the evidences was held with the support of the selected theoretical framework, especially the categories "critical reflection on practice", "language", "dialogue", "participation", "autonomy" and "transformation", which make up a "conceptual thread" that explains the understanding of the author of the thesis on the concept of permanent education of Paulo Freire. The results demonstrate the value and feasibility of the methodology of thematic investigation as a research path and as a teacher education practice, committed to overcoming limit-situations presented by the educators involved in the process; expanding the understanding of the research subjects on in-service teacher education, in the perspective of Freirean permanent education, and movements of transformation in ways of thinking and acting of the participants, with regard to teacher education, evidenced in their adherence to new values and intentions to change their practices. Mundo esse que exige um processo de aprendizagem permanente e contínuo, propondo uma nove forma de trabalhar, q ual explora as potencialidades das mídias da Informática. A fundamentação teórica desse trabalho está pautada na teoria de Paulo Freire e, entre outras, será usado o sintema de autoria Toolbook como ferramenta para o desenvolvimento de atividades que sirvam de suporte ao aprendizado de matemática.In this monograph, the author take us into a deep reflection upon our need to adapt mathematics to the constant daily changes experienced worldwide. A new proposal knowledge development that involves a continuous and permanent methodology is explored. The potentiality of midia advertisement is also discussed. The teory behind this learning process is based on Paulo Freire's well known published work in this area. Toolbook authoring process will be used in order to provide support for different learning activities and mathematics learning itself

A ânsia eterna, a violência, o silenciamento e o grotesco em Os Porcos, de Julia Lopes de Almeida
Get PDFJulia Lopes de Almeida was an abolicionist in the 19th Century and one of the idealizers of Brazilian Academy of Letters. The aim of this study is to discuss about the abovementioned author by taking into account the process of silencing and violence that affects women inside and outside the literary scene. In Os Porcos, published in 1903, such phenomena are personified in the figure of Umbelina. The aforementioned work is not part of the canon, is not present in the most renowned manuals of literature, didactic books, nor has it ever reached a massive audience. However, it reflects the social ills resulting from years of submission and lack of acknowledgement, mostly due to its criticism that grotesquely exposes blindspots in the feminine writing in the historiography of literature. The dialog between ficctional violence which the main character suffers from and both symbolic and empirical violences that Julia Lopes de Almeida suffered from walk hand in hand with inumerous rights violations experienced by women these days. The theoretical framework is mainly based on Woolf (1982), Telles (1988), Perrot (2005), and Colling (2004). The representation of a woman who wishes to break free from the silencing, which is a form of violence, has been discussed in this study.Julia Lopes de Almeida foi uma abolicionista do século XIX e uma das idealizadoras da Academia Brasileira de Letras. O objetivo da discussão é resgatar essa escritora, tomando como base o processo de silenciamento e violência que atinge as mulheres dentro e fora do âmbito literário e personificado por Umbelina, em Os porcos, escrito em 1903. A referida obra não faz parte do cânone, dos renomados manuais de literatura, dos livros didáticos, nem tampouco do conhecimento do grande público. Contudo ela reflete as mazelas sociais resultantes de anos de submissão e ausência de reconhecimento, sobretudo da crítica que fomenta, grotescamente, pontos cegos na escrita feminina na historiografia da literatura. O diálogo entre a violência ficcional sofrida pela protagonista do conto e a violência simbólica e empírica vivida pela referida escritora andam ombro a ombro com as inúmeras violações de direitos vivenciadas pelas mulheres até os dias atuais. O referencial teórico compõe-se, principalmente, por Woolf (1928), Telles (1988), Perrot (2005) e Colling (2004). Eventos culturais em livrarias no contexto da plataforma multicanal
No full textCom a profissionalização da cultura após a década de 1980, no Brasil, e o uso de
novas linguagens, meios eletrônicos e inovações tecnológicas fez com que o
mercado cultural assumisse um caráter múltiplo e singular, onde artistas e
intelectuais participam de uma rede de comunicação ampla e plural. As livrarias,
parte deste movimento, assumem outras funções além de vender livros e tornam-se
espaços culturais multicanais e, muitas, investem para serem third space na vida das
pessoas. Os eventos relacionados aos seus produtos passam a acontecer com mais
frequência. Este artigo procurou responder ao questionamento por que e como as
livrarias realizam estes eventos? Escolheu-se a rede de Livrarias da Travessa, na
cidade do Rio de Janeiro para servir de exemplo de estudo. O objetivo constou-se
em entender o porquê, como ocorrem e organizam eventos em livrarias pela ótica da
teoria de planejamento e organização de eventos. Uma pesquisa de caráter
experimental foi realizada em quatro eventos entre o final de janeiro e o início de
fevereiro de 2016, em diferentes Livrarias da Travessa e uma entrevista em
profundidade com os gestores dos eventos na livraria pesquisada. O resultado
apontou que a participação em eventos para os leitores é uma oportunidade de
estabelecer uma troca de informações, conhecer pessoas e prestigiar um autor e,
também, apreciam eventos culturais. Pela entrevista com os responsáveis pode-se
aferir que os eventos realizados pela Travessa seguem a teoria sobre o
planejamento de eventos e os motivos pelo qual os realiza é porque atuam como
facilitadores para as vendas e geradores de encontros e diálogosWith the professionalization of culture after the 1980s, in Brazil, and the use of new
languages, electronic and technological innovation has made the cultural market
assumed a multiple and unique character, where artists and intellectuals take part in
a wide communications network and plural. Bookstores, part of this movement,
assume other functions in addition to selling books and become multi cultural and
many invest to be third space in people's lives. The events related to your products
start to happen more often. This article aims to answer the question why and how the
libraries hold these events? It was chosen network Travessa’s Bookstores in the city
of Rio de Janeiro to serve as an example to this academic study. The objective
consisted in understanding why they occur and organize events in bookstores from
the perspective of planning and organization theory of events. An experimental
research was conducted in four events between late January and early February
2016 in different Travessa’s Bookstores and in-depth interviews with managers of the
events in the research library. The results showed that participation in events for
readers is an opportunity to establish an exchange of information, meeting people
and honor an author and also enjoy cultural events. The interview with those
responsible can assess the events held by Lane follow the theory of event planning
and the reasons for which accomplishes is because they act as facilitators for sales
and generating meetings and dialogue
Multicentric osteoblastoma-like: report of a rare case in the craniofacial region
No full textABSTRACT The osteoblastoma-like tumor is a rare condition with limited information about its treatment in the current medical literature. The tumor histologically resembles osteoblastoma, although the imaging features are similar to those seen in primary vascular lesions. Due to the uncertainty in the biological behavior of this tumor and because it is an unusual diagnosis, treatment can be aggressive, such as amputation, en bloc resection, and/or chemotherapy. This work reports a rare case of a patient with multicentric osteoblastoma-like in the craniofacial region, treated aggressively with total resection of the lesions.</div
