methods).
efisiensi teknis selama tahun 2009 - 2013.
ME 86,03%, OR 80,97%, pol 9,58%, rendemen 6,76%.
pengolahan tebu menjadi gula, (2) kualitas bahan baku PG Watoetoelis tahun

Citarum River is one of them, this river is the longest and largest river in Tatar Pasundan, West Java Province, Indonesia . The Citarum River has been named the dirtiest and most polluted river in the world. This title was given by The World Bank in 2007. The low attitude of caring for the environment of the community around the Citarum watershed is one of the factors causing the contamination of the Citarum River. With a length of almost 300 kilometers, the water of this river is used by more than 30 million people for irrigation, washing, and even as drinking water. Starting from the people of Bandung, Karawang, Purwakarta, Bekasi to Jakarta. This means that the Citarum river is not only used by the people of West Java. The issuance of Presidential Regulation Number 15 of 2018 concerning Acceleration of Pollution Control and Damage to the Citarum Watershed (DAS) is a breath of fresh air for the future of the Citarum River. Furthermore, this Presidential Regulation encourages industry players to regulate and manage factory waste so that it is not dumped into the Citarum River. Thus environmental ethics becomes very important in observing social capital because social capital often includes dimensions that are difficult to measure. Social Capital as a theoretical framework should be adopted in various aspects of people\u27s lives. The use of social capital in development, community empowerment and environmental management is an example of how a modality that is based on the utilization of social relations is applied. This paper uses qualitative research methods, to obtain the necessary data the author uses data collection techniques with literature studies obtained by reading and studying literature, documents, theories and regulations that have to do with research problems. This paper is expected to provide an overview of the concept of social capital in the community empowerment community in the Citarum River area

A Particle Swarm Optimization-based Clustering for NonMetric Data
Advance development of information technology enables an organization to get their transaction data easily or it is called as a big data era. The data they have are meaningless unless there is an effort to mine those data to be valuable information that can be used for the managerial level to make a decision. One of the methods to mine the data is clustering technique. To the best of author knowledge there are many researches have been found dealing with clustering metrics for metric data however there is limited research dealing with clustering technique for nonmetric data.
This paper proposes Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO)- based clustering for non-metric data

Gusta Ehrlich’s Letters
In 1942, Gusta (Gustawa) Ehrlich landed in prison in Krzeszowice. This Jewess from Cracow tried to survive the occupation hiding near Cracow. She was denounced and arrested. The presented collection of documents includes her diary in form of the letters to her daughter, being at the same time the record of Gusta Ehrlich’s last weeks. The author described the conditions in the prison and relation with the fellow inmates. She also left information concerning the person who denounced her to the authorities, informing them of her origin. In the notes, there are numerous hints for the daughters, who remained at large, concerning both the personal and financial matters connected with running the business. Gusta Ehrlich’s letter of 1940 to the Metropolitan Curia, in which the author asks for baptism, is a supplement to the diar
The 'true use of reading' : Sarah Fielding and mid eighteenth-century literary strategies.
PhDThe aim of this thesis is to explore, by examining her life and
works, how Sarah Fielding (1710-68) established her identity as an author.
The definition of her role involves her notions of the functions of
writing and reading.
Sarah Fielding attempts to invite readers to form a sense of ties
by tacit understanding of her messages. As she believes that a work
of literature is produced through collaboration between the writer and
the reader, it is an important task in her view to show her attentiveness
toward reading practice. In her consideration of reading, she has two
distinct, even opposite views of her audience: on the one hand a familiar
and limited circle of readers with shared moral and cultural values and
on the other potential readers among the unknown mass of people. The
dual targets direct her to devise various strategies. She tries to
appeal to those who can endorse and appreciate her moral values as well
as her learning. Her writings and letters testify that she is sensitive
to the demands of the literary market, trying to lead the taste of readers
by inventing new forms.
The thesis opens with an overview of Sarah Fielding's career,
followed by a consideration of her critical attention to the roles of
reading. I go on to examine the narrative structures and strategies
she deploys, with a particular emphasis on her use of the epistolary
method. The following chapter deals with her attention to the reading
of the moral message tangibly embodied in her educational writing. It
is followed by an analysis of the activity which earned her a reputation
as a learned woman. Various as the forms of her works are, they invariably
reflect her attempt to balance herself between the two demands of
inventiveness and familiarity

The Chronicle of Zuqnin is a universal history beginning with the Creation according to the biblical account and ending with the time of the Chronicler, the years 775-776 AD. The author is most probably Joshua the Stylite, a contemporary of the Caliphs al-Mansur and al-Mahdi, who lived in the monastery of Zuqnin that was located near Amid, the Diar-Bakr of modern Turkey. Parts I and II contain compiled sources some of which survived only in this Chronicle. Sources include the Bible, Cave of Treasures, the Sleepers of Ephesus, Eusebius of Caesarea, Socrates, and the short Chronicle called Pseudo-Joshua the Stylite that deals with Sassanian-Byzantine warfare at the begging of the 6th century. Parts III and IV cover the years 488 and 775 AD. In this volume, Parts I and II, including the author's dedicatory letter, are now published in an updated edition of the Syriac text and the first English translation.Includes bibliographical references and indexes. The Chronicle of Zuqnin is a universal history beginning with the Creation according to the biblical account and ending with the time of the Chronicler, the years 775-776 AD.
