    KESADARAN MASYARAKAT DALAM MELAKSANAKAN PERKAWINAN KE DUA SETELAH PERCERAIAN BERDASARKAN PUTUSAN PENGADILAN DI PASAMAN BARAT

    Abstract: Polyandry marriages have taken place in Ranah Batahan, West Pasaman. There are 2 (two) polyandry marriages. From the two examples of polyandry marriages that the author described above, actually a valid marriage is when the husband and wife are divorced, and the wife may marry another man. However, in the case of a polyandry marriage that occurred in Ranah Batahan, West Pasaman, it was not carried out according to the proper procedure, namely through the first divorce. Proof of divorce can only be proven by a divorce certificate based on Article 8 of the Compilation of Islamic Law which states that marriage decisions other than divorce can only be proven by divorce certificates in the form of decisions of the Religious Court in the form of divorce decisions, divorce pledges, chuuk or decisions to take talak. In fact, the biggest difficulty in polyandry that causes the failure of this marriage in practice is the unknown father of the child being born, so that in this marriage model the relationship between father and child becomes uncertain. From the results of the research, the community's weak legal awareness in carrying out the second dispute after a court decision was caused by a lack of education and knowledge of the community, coupled with the customary customs of the community and the existence of economic factors, especially for polyandry couples that occurred in the Batahan West Pasaman Realm while efforts to make the community aware of having Legal decisions that remain divorced before the second marriage are carried out by understanding the existence of positive marriage law and Islamic law and providing legal sanctions against the cancellation of polyandry marriages so that this method reduces the practice of polyandry marriages in Ranah Batahan, West Pasaman. Abstrak: Pernikahan poliandri telah terjadi di Ranah Batahan, Pasaman Barat. Ada 2 (dua) pernikahan poliandri. Dari kedua contoh perkawinan poliandri yang penulis uraikan di atas, sebenarnya perkawinan yang sah adalah apabila suami istri bercerai, dan istri boleh menikah dengan laki-laki lain. Namun dalam kasus perkawinan poliandri yang terjadi di Ranah Batahan, Pasaman Barat, tidak dilakukan sesuai prosedur yang semestinya, yakni melalui perceraian pertama. Pembuktian cerai hanya dapat dibuktikan dengan akta cerai berdasarkan Pasal 8 Kompilasi Hukum Islam yang menyatakan bahwa putusan perkawinan selain cerai hanya dapat dibuktikan dengan akta cerai berupa putusan Pengadilan Agama di berupa putusan cerai, ikrar cerai, chuuk atau putusan ambil talak. Padahal, kesulitan terbesar dalam poliandri yang menyebabkan gagalnya perkawinan ini dalam praktiknya adalah tidak diketahuinya ayah dari anak yang dilahirkan, sehingga dalam perkawinan model ini hubungan ayah dan anak menjadi tidak pasti. Dari hasil penelitian, lemahnya kesadaran hukum masyarakat dalam melaksanakan perkawinan kedua setelah adanya putusan pengadilan disebabkan kurangnya pendidikan dan pengetahuan masyarakat, ditambah lagi dengan kebiasaan adat masyarakat serta adanya faktor ekonomi khususnya bagi pasangan poliandri yang terjadi di Ranah Batahan Pasaman Barat sedangkan upaya menyadarkan masyarakat agar memiliki keputusan hukum yang tetap cerai sebelum perkawinan ke 2 dilakukan dengan memahami adanya hukum perkawinan positif dan Islam hukum dan memberikan sanksi hukum terhadap pembatalan perkawinan poliandri sehingga cara ini mengurangi praktek perkawinan poliandri di Ranah Batahan, Pasaman Barat

    Eksplorasi Model Sistem Pembelajaran Pendidikan Tinggi berbasis Gamifikasi

    Pendidikan saat ini tidak terpaku hanya duduk dan mendengarkan saja, tetapi terdapat banyak opsi metode pembelajaran yang bisa digunakan. Metode yang bisa dijadikan pilihan adalah gamifikasi. Gamifikasi adalah penggunaan unsur game (permainan) dalam konteks non-game. Pada penelitian ini, konteks gamifikasi dikhususkan untuk pendidikan. Gamifikasi dinilai merupakan salah satu metode dari e-learning dan cocok digunakan pada pembelajaran jarak jauh seperti pada saat pandemi COVID-19. Selama penggunaannya, gamifikasi sering kali tidak tepat sasaran karena tidak cocok dengan gaya belajar dari pelajar. Salah satu model gaya belajar yang umum dijadikan acuan adalah model gaya belajar dari Felder-Silverman. Metode ini membagi gaya belajar menjadi empat dimensi berdasarkan bagaimana pelajar lebih suka dalam menerima dan memproses informasi, yaitu processing (proses), perception (persepsi), input (masukan), dan understanding (pemahaman). Pada penelitian ini, gamifikasi akan diuji tingkat penerimaannya dengan teori technology acceptance model (TAM). TAM merupakan sebuah model yang sering digunakan yang mengukur suatu perilaku terhadap penggunaan teknologi informasi. Aspek yang akan diteliti pada TAM adalah percieved interactivity dan percieved playfulness. Hasil dari penelitian diharapkan mampu memberikan pemahaman baru pada sistem pembelajaran yang tepat bagi perguruan tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa lebih cenderung memiliki tipe gaya belajar visual dan aktif. Percieved interactivity dan percieved playfulness memiliki mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa dalam menggunakan gamifikasi. ====================================================================================================== Education nowdays is not just sitting and listening to mentor, but there are some methods that usually used. One of the method is gamification. Gamification is using game essential in a non-game need. In this study, the context of gamification is for education. Gamification is considered to be one of e-learning method and is suitable for use in distance learning such as during the COVID-19 pandemic. In its application, gamification encounter obstacle that each learner has different learning style, so that gamification is often not works. There are many clasification of learning styles that have been studied before. One of learning style classification is often used is from Felder-Silverman. This theory classificate learning style into four dimensions, its processing, perception, input and understanding. In this study, learning style will be tested the acceptance level from learner with technology acceptance model (TAM). TAM is the theory that often used to measure a behavior toward use of information technology. The aspects that will tested are percieved interactivity and percieved playfulness. The author expect results of this study able to provide new understanding for the appropriate learning system in higher education. The results of this study show most of learner from higher education has active and visual learning styles. Then from analysis, percieved interactivity and percieved playfulness has significanly postive impact to student intention using gamification for education

    AI-Integrated Pedagogies in Primary Education: A Decade of Global Trends and Strategic Adaptation for Indonesia’s Curriculum Transformation

    This study investigates the global scholarly evolution of AI-integrated pedagogical practices in primary education and proposes strategic pathways for adapting these trends to enhance learning innovation in the Indonesian context. The urgency to align basic education with 21st-century competencies and the accelerating growth of artificial intelligence has created a significant research gap, particularly in translating global pedagogical models into localized applications. Through a bibliometric analysis of 126 peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2014 and 2024 and indexed in Scopus, this study employs the Bibliometrix R-package within RStudio to examine publication growth, source distribution, author collaboration, keyword co-occurrence, thematic mapping, and conceptual structures. Results indicate a sharp increase in research interest beginning in 2021, highlighting emerging themes such as computational thinking, adaptive learning, personalized education, generative AI, and affective computing. These patterns reveal a global pedagogical shift toward data-driven, student-centered, and emotionally intelligent instructional models. When viewed in relation to Indonesia’s Curriculum Merdeka and Society 5.0 ambitions, the findings suggest high potential for contextual integration particularly through CPD programs that enable teachers to apply AI tools like chatbots, self-regulated learning dashboards, and real-time feedback systems in culturally relevant ways. The study concludes that successful adaptation depends on multi-level collaboration, policy support, and iterative design rooted in both global evidence and local realities. By bridging bibliometric insights with educational policy transformation, this research offers a timely and scalable contribution to the discourse on AI in education. It highlights how developing countries can leverage global innovation trajectories to achieve inclusive, future-ready classroom ecosystems

For each Focus Area the NSP committee has identified: 1) long-standing goals, i.e., key questions persistent through SCOSTEP scientific programs and 2) objectives, i.e., precise outcomes that can be addressed over the 5-year program duration, which contribute to achieving the goals over the long term.     A Real-Time Hooke's Law Experiment using IoT Mobile Application

    Hooke's Law is one of the topics in physics that can be simplified for better understanding through practical methods. This research aims to design a Real-Time remote Hooke's Law experiment in laboratory with Blynk as IoT Mobile Application, allowing students to experiment more flexibly in terms of time and location. The research methodology is based on Research and Development (R&D), including hardware design, software design, testing and data collection, data analysis, and report writing. This study resulted in the development of a laboratory Hooke's Law experiment and a Blynk application as its controller. The apparatus was tested by conducting experiments with three different loads: 30 grams, 40 grams, and 50 grams. The experiments aimed to obtain the spring constant, k, which were then processed using Hooke's Law formula based determine spring elongation data, ∆x. The 30 gram load yielded an average ∆x of 0.059 meters with an accuracy of 99.98% and an average k value of 4.90 N/m with an accuracy of 98.75%. The 40 gram load yielded an average ∆x of 0.059 meters with an accuracy of 99.93% and an average k value of 5.32 N/m with an accuracy of 95.40%. The 50 gram load yielded an average ∆x of 0.089 meters with an accuracy of 99.94% and an average k value of 5.53 N/m with an accuracy of 96.39%. The overall accuracy of the apparatus was 99.95% for ∆x and 96.18% for the spring constant.     Polymorphism of Human FcγRIIa and Its Association with P. falciparum Density and Efficacy of Dihydroartemisinin- Piperaquine

    FcγRlla dimorphism has been related to the ability of the host to eliminate malaria parasite so it is necessary to investigate the allele polymorphism FcγRlla of population in malaria-endemic areas in Indonesia in order to know the role of immunity in eliminating malaria parasite. A total of 120 samples of Dried Blood Spot (DBS) falciparum malaria acquired from DHP drug efficacy studies in 5 regions in Indonesia were analyzed by Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) and sequencing, to look at variants of FcγRIIa-131 allele and its Association with Parasite DensityandEfficacy ofDihydroartemisinin- Piperaquine. The FcγRIIa gene analysis indicated that genotype RH has the highest frequency (50.8%) compared to RR (17.5%) and HH (31.7%). Allele R131 showed a protective effect against High Density Parasitemia (HDP) (>5000 parasites/μL; odds ratio [OR]= 0.133, 95% confidence interval [CI]= 0.053–0.334, P< 0.001) and associated with longer gametocytes carrier clearance time (> 72 hours; Relative Risk [RR]= 1,571, 95% confidence interval [CI]= 1,005–2,456, P= 0.090). &nbsp

    TRUST as A Pillar of Religious Moderation in Islamic Education: A Multicultural Approach to Diversity

    This study explores the strategic role of Islamic education in promoting religious moderation through a multicultural approach. Responding to the increasing diversity in Indonesian society, the research seeks to answer how Islamic education integrates the values of tolerance, inclusivity, and social harmony into learning. Using a meta-synthesis method, 25 relevant journal articles published between 2020–2024 were analyzed to identify the patterns of implementation, challenges, and strategies in promoting religious moderation. The study finds that religious moderation is practiced through curriculum integration, dialogical pedagogy, and role modeling by educators. A multicultural approach—encompassing inclusive, critical, and humanistic perspectives—enhances empathy and social understanding. However, challenges such as political interference, exclusivist resistance, and pedagogical limitations remain significant. To address these, the study proposes the TRUST model (Tolerance, Respect, Understanding, Solidarity, Togetherness) as a conceptual and practical framework to reinforce harmony in Islamic educational settings. This model bridges Islamic teachings with multicultural values, offering a relevant paradigm for contemporary education.     La pulpa dental es un tejido especializado que mantiene la vitalidad del diente, compuesto por células, colágeno, vasos sanguíneos y nervios. Durante el aclaramiento dental, agentes como el peróxido de hidrógeno liberan radicales libres que pueden atravesar la dentina y causar inflamación reversible e hipersensibilidad dentinal (HD), afectando hasta el 78% de los pacientes. La HD se manifiesta como dolor agudo por la activación de fibras nerviosas A-delta y C, que liberan sustancia P (SP), generando vasodilatación e inflamación. El neuropéptido Y (NPY) contrarresta estos efectos, promoviendo la reparación pulpar y regulando el flujo sanguíneo. Sin embargo, no existen protocolos claros para minimizar estos efectos adversos, y el papel protector del NPY en la regeneración pulpar aún requiere mayor investigación.1. Tabla de contenido. – 2.
