The company is itself is located in the Selangor. Main competitors of our business are Akemi company, Novelle Company and King Koil Company which are this al comp ny have their regular customer and their products was very famous among people.
The market for our products will be centred around the Selangor area, with a population of 6 million people. The reason for this is because the base of our company will be around Selangor as it is an industrial area with a densely populated suburban population. Our production will be done in Selangor area due to the availability of resources that is offered therefore it allows for strategic convenience when providing services to our customers

Insolvency law: the humane approach of classical Islamic jurisprudence
No full textThe Islamic finance industry continues to be characterized by uncertainty over how it will deal with individual as well as corporate insolvency. As a result, interest in this area of law is growing. To this end, Islamic insolvency law is emerging as an independent field of study. Being a legal exploratory study using the library method, this study aims to highlight some of the humane principles that should inform a framework for the industry. The author made an attempt to trace back these humane principles to the primary and secondary sources of Islamic jurisprudence. In addition, the author has attempted to focus on the specific legal differences between Islamic and civil law in terms of insolvency. The outcome of this study emphasizes the need for policy makers to focus on both the substantive, and procedural rules of Islamic Banking and Finance. It further highlights that Islamic financial instruments need to properly be geared towards dealing with default or default-like situations and that community resources need to be channeled towards the development of dispute resolution mechanisms

No full textHistoriography has traditionally assumed that the Granada's infante Cojo that appears in the Castilian chronicles was Muhammad X ibn Utman, and it had identifyed Yusuf ibn Ahmad with the also chronistical infante Aben lsmail. M. Charouiti's PHD, that edits and studies a Granada's writer lbn Asim work that had been considered missing, proves that Yusuf and lsmail were two different people. A revision of the information that this work gives together with new data obtained in catalan archives and of the Cojo's presence in Castilian chronicles, that never designate him as Muhammad, permits to discover that Yusuf V ibn Ahmad could be the chronistical infante Cojo and, in case, that the conjectural existence of Muhammad X el Cojo has been produced by Granada's XVth. century sultans homonymy, by lack of precision in their succession and by the long traditional mistakes commited by attributing them their appellatives.L'historiographie avait identifié, traditionnellement, l'infant Cojo de Grenade qui apparait aux chroniques castillanes avec Muhammad X ibn Utman, alors qu'avait assimilé Yusuf ibn Ahmad avec l'Aben Ismael des chroniques. La thèse de M. Charouiti, qui édite et étudie une oeuvre du grenadin Ibn Asim, contemporain aux événements, que l'on considérait perdue, démontre que Yusuf et Ismail furent deux personnes différentes. Alors, une revision des données que cet ouvrage nous apporte, de quelques nouvelles données inédites des archives catalans et de la présence de l’infant Cojo aux chroniques castillanes, lesquelles ne l'appellent jamais Muhammad, nous permet découvrir que Yusuf V ibn Ahmad pourrait être l'infant Cojo des chroniques, et que la supposition de l'existence de ce Muhammad X el Cojo avait été produite par l'homonymie des sultans grenadins du XVe. siècle, par les imprécisions en leur succession et par les erreurs, avec une longue tradition, dans l'attribution de leurs appellatifs

Chicken wings are also quite popular among Malaysians since it has a particular position among Malaysians of all ages. Moreover, it has a high demand for chicken wing that make it easy to sell. The company's headquarters are in Pasir Gudang. Chick Flick chose to open a business there since it is one of the cities with the biggest concentration of higher education students, residents, and workers. Pendidikan adalah usaha untuk mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki setiap individu sehingga dapat hidup secara optimal, sebab pendidikan menjadi media yang terbukti paling efektif dalam mewujudkan berbagai tujuan, termasuk tujuan mencetak manusia yang memiliki karakter . lewat pendidikan baik formal maupun non formal karakter seseorang dapat terbentuk.
Adapun permasalahan yang diteliti dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah (1) Apa saja Nilai-Nilai pendidikan karakter dalam Kitab Hayatus- Shohabah karya Maulana Muhammad Yusuf Al-Kandahlawi, (2) Bagaimana relevansi pendidikan karakter di dalam kitab Hayatus-Shohabbah karya Maulana Muhammad Yusuf Al-Kandahlawi dengan pendidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui apa saja Nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam kitab Hayatus Shohabah karya Maulana Muhammad Yusuf Al-Kandahlawi, Untuk mengetahui Apa relevansi pendidikan karakter di dalam kitab Hayatus -Shohabbah karya Maulana Muhammad Yusuf Al-Kandahlawi dengan Pendidikan di Indonesia.
Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian pustaka atau literatur, maka penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Penulis berusaha mengkaji nilai-nilai pendidikan Karakter yang terdapat dalam kitab “Hayatus Shohabah”, dan kemudian merelevansikannya dengan pendidikan karakter di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kepustakaan (library research) karena penelitian ini mengkaji sumber data dari materi atau literatur dan sumber pustaka.
Hasil dari penelitian nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter di dalam kitab Hayatus-Shohabah kemudian direlevansikan dengan pendidikan karakter yang ada di Indonesia, yaitu: religius, jujur, toleransi, disiplin, kerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, demokratis, rasa ingin tahu, semangat kebangsaan, cinta tanah air, menghargai prestasi, bersahabat, cinta damai, gemar membaca, tanggung jawab, peduli sesama, peduli lingkungan. Ke delapan belas point tersebut dapat di terapkan oleh pendidik untuk mendidik karakter siswa agar menjadi manusia yang berkarakter.

Education is the effort to develop the potention of everyone can live optimally, because education into a medium that proved most effective in realizing a variety of purposes, including the goal of making human characters,both the formal education and non formal can form characters someone.
As for the problems examined in this thesis writing is (1) What are the values of the character education in the book of “Hayatus-Shahabah” by Maulana Muhammad Yusuf Al-Kandahlawi. (2) How the relevance of character education in the book of “Hayatus-Shahabah” by Maulana Muhammad Yusuf Al-Kandahlawi with the education in Indonesia. This research aims to find out what are the values of the character education in the book of “Shohabah-Hayatus” by Maulana Muhammad Yusuf Al-Kandahlawi. To know what the relevance of character education in the book of “Hayatus-Shahabah” by Maulana Muhammad Yusuf Al-Kandahlawi with education in Indonesia.
This research belong to the library research or the literature, this research uses qualitative paradigm with descriptive analytical approach. The author try to examine values character education contained in the book of "Hayatus-Shohabah", then on the right with the relevance of character education in Indonesia. This research is the study of librarianship (library research) because this research examines data from the source material or literature and references.
The results of the research values character education in the book “Hayatus-Shohabah” then in relevance to the character education that exists in Indonesia, IE: religious, honest, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, spirit of nation, love of the fatherland, appreciate the achievements, friendly, peace-loving, an avid reader, responsibility, care, care for the environment. The eighteen point may be applied by educators to educate students to become characters as a human character

Nonetheless, he also contributes to hadith studies by producing several books on it. He attempts to correct Muslim\u27s understanding what was really meant by the Prophet in his sayings and doings. This problem appears may be due to misunderstanding of such a hadith because not all of his actions can be considered as an absolute command from the Prophet. For, there are hadiths where the Prophet p.b.u.h. uttered in different capacity such as a ordinary human being, a ruler, a judge or as his personal experience.
