EU Foreign Fighters in the 2022 Russo-Ukrainian War: A Glance into the Legal Protection Offered by International Humanitarian and Human Rights Law
In the latest Saar Blueprint, Elza Seferian examines the legal status of EU foreigners who have been involved as combatants in the Russian war of aggression against Ukraine since 2022. Initially, the author takes a definitional approach to the concept of the EU foreign fighter. Subsequently, she explores the legal protection of EU foreign fighters in the context of the Ukraine conflict, first from the perspective of international humanitarian law and then from the perspective of international human rights law
Balancing Interests: Reimagining Legal Deposit in Latvia’s Dynamic Publishing Field [Webinar paper]
The current Legal Deposit Law of Latvia entered into force in mid-2006. While it can be considered relatively progressive for the time it was written, we at the National Library of Latvia are increasingly aware of how it no longer suffices in the ever-changing field of publishing, sometimes limiting our ability to acquire and preserve certain publications and other times creating unnecessary burden for publishers. Therefore, we will share the main points regarding the updates to the Law we are actively working to implement, especially regarding legal deposit regulations of digital publications, including production files, multi-media publications, publications by trade publishers, web-based content, etc. Inseparable from these developments is our ongoing work with the heterogenous publishing community, including in the form of feedback to the legal amendments proposed by us, which has led us to some takeaways we aspire to implement as part of an extensive communication campaign we are designing to target new publishers and groups of publishers that are typically more challenging to work with in particular to foster a more positive perception of the concept of the legal deposit system shifting the focus from legal duties to the idea of individual and common good.

Motivational factors that influencing knowledge sharing behaviour among academicians in IPG Batu Lintang, Kuching / Jusphine Owen Ulan and Zuraima Elza Ismail
This day, knowledge sharing is a process of interchanges the knowledge among individuals and also the groups. Promoting a knowledge sharing behaviour is a challenge for most organizations, including the educational institutions. Developing a behaviour which values and practices knowledge sharing is an effort involving attention to organizational and academicians perspective and performance. Therefore, this study expected to examine the knowledge sharing behaviour among academicians in IPG Batu Lintang and to cover areas such as organizational incentives towards knowledge sharing behaviour, enjoyment in helping others towards knowledge sharing behaviour, subjective norm towards knowledge sharing behaviour, perceived behavioural control towards knowledge sharing behaviour and the most dominant gender towards knowledge sharing behaviour. A questionnaire was used for collecting data and 73 academicians from IPG Batu Lintang participated in this study. Generally, organizational incentive and enjoyment in helping others have a positive influence towards knowledge sharing behaviour. Other than that, subjective norm also can be one of the factors that can influence the academicians towards knowledge sharing behaviour. Apart from that, the academicians also have a positive perceived behavioural control towards the knowledge sharing behaviour. The study revealed the dominant gender towards knowledge sharing behaviour. This study proposes further examine knowledge sharing behaviour by applying Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB). Besides, this study also among the first research studies to investigate knowledge sharing behaviour among academicians in IPG Batu Lintang
Patient Care After Cataract Surgery in the Surgery Department
Bakalaura darba autore Elza Lukomska izstrādāja darbu, kura temats ir “Pacienta aprūpe pēc kataraktas operācijas ķirurģijas nodaļā”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot pacienta aprūpi pēc kataraktas operācijas ķirurģijas nodaļā. Pētījumā izmantota kvalitatīva pētījuma metode – intervija. Pētījumā brīvprātīgi piedalījās 10 respondenti: oftalmoloģijas mikroķirurģijas nodaļas praktizējošas māsas. Respondenti uzskata, ka viņiem ir pietiekami daudz zināšanu, lai veiksmīgi piedalītos pacientu aprūpes procesā. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 48 lappuses, 7 attēli, 2 pielikumi. Galvenie rezultāti: Pacienta izglītošana notiek pirms kataraktas operācijas, lai cilvēks varētu labāk uztvert informāciju. Pie operējošā ķirurga ir jānāk nākošajā dienā pēc operācijas, ja viņš aicinājis pacientu uz apskati, kā arī pacientam vajadzēs nākt uz vizīti pie acu ārsta ambulatori desmitajā dienā pēc operācijas.The author of the bachelor paper, Elza Lukomska, developed the work on which subject is "Patient care after cataract surgery in the surgery department". The aim of the Bachelor's paper is to find out the patient's care after cataract surgery in the surgery department. The study used a qualitative research method - an interview. The study volunteered 10 respondents, ophthalmic microsurgery nurses. Respondents believe that they have enough knowledge to successfully participate in the patient care process. The volume of the bachelor paper is 48 pages, 7 pictures, 2 annexes. Main results: Patient education takes place before a cataract surgery so that a person can better understand the information. The operating surgeon must come on the next day after the surgery if he has called for the patient to be examined. Also, the patient will need to come to an ophthalmologist's tenth day after surgery

ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang : Posyandu merupakan progam pelayanan kesehatan berupa pemantauan tumbuh kembang, konseling dan imunisasi, serta pemberian makanan tambahan (PMT Penyuluan). Selain mengandung gizi yang dibutuhkan PMT wajib aman dikonsumsi. Hal tersebut karena Balita merupakan golongan yang rawan mengalami penyakit, salah satunya food born disease. Salah satu aspek untuk menentukan keamanan makanan yaitu dengan Skor Keamanan Pangan (SKP). Untuk meningkatkan keamanan makanan tambahan maka perbaikan tindakan dalam pegolahan makanan perlu dilakukan. Salah satu cara memperbaiki tindakan pengolah yaitu dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan dengan memberikan intervensi berupa penyuluhan dengan tema keamanan makanan. Salah satu aspek untuk menentukan keamanan makanan yaitu dengan Skor Keamanan Pangan (SKP).
Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment pendekatan pretest - postest. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan April dan Juni 2018. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 14 orang. Uji statistik untuk menilai pengaruh penyuluhan terhadap pengetahuan menggunakan willcouxson signen rank sedangkan keamanan pangan dinilai secara deskriptif
Hasil Peneitian : Rata-rata nilai pengetahuan kader sebelum penyuluhan adalah 58,93 sedangkan rata-rata nilai sesudah penyuluhan 77. 86 (p= 0.001). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh pemberian penyuluhan terhadap pengetahuan kader mengenai keamanan pangan. Rata rata keamanan pangan PMT berdasar aspek SKP sebelum penyuluhan yaitu 87.42 (Rawan tapi aman dikonsumsi) sedangkan setelah penyuluhan meningkat menjadi 94.26 (Sedang)
Kesimpulan : Ada pengaruh penyuluhan terhadap perubahan pengetahuan kader dan keamanan pangan PMT posyandu Ngudi Santosa dusun Prian Kabupaten Bantul.

ABSTRACT
Background : Autism is one pervasif developmental disorders in children. The number of children autis in Indonesia in 2013 as many as 112.000 children and heightened in the year 2015 be 134.000 children. The autism have a problem of an enzyme digestion sulfotransferase cause protein such as gluten and casein absorbed not perfect. Gluten and csein only split until polipepdida that comes out of the walls of the intestines because leak. Gluten and casein absorbed into the bloodstream into gluteo caseomorphin and cause symptoms of autis behavior in children. Gluten and casein is the type of protein most common in find in wheat flour and dairy cattle cannot be given on child autis. hence researchers use flour rice red, farina and soybean milks be pei fruit free gluten and casein or free gluten free casein (FGFC) for children autis.
Purpose : Obtained formula prescription pie fruit free gluten free casein (FGFC) for children autis seen of the nature of physical, organoleptik, gluten levels and casein and nutrition content.
Method : the kind of research pure by samples were randomly selected simple with 4 treatment, 2 times reverb and each recurrence are 3 unit experiment total are 24 unit experiment.
The result : The hypothesis had shown the influence of the variations of the mixed of the flour in the form of rice red and potatoes. Physical properties pie fruit FGFC looked reddish borwn, tasteless sweet savory, flvorful flour red typical rice, and crisp textured. Pie fruit FGFC proven % gluten 0 levels and casein. Based on the level fondness by 50 the panel obtained pie fruit FGFC formula B the most favorite. Nutritional value 3 variant pie fruit FGFC per cereal offered 36 grams containing energy 135,86-145,86 calories, protein 1,49-1,71 grams, fat 6,18-6,25 grams, and carbohydrates 23,41-23,92 grams. Nutritional value protein pie FGFC 1,49-1,71 grams this had not been in accordance with a protein requirements PMT-AS 3,96-5,76 grams.
Conclusion : Pie fruit FGFC formula B that favored the panel. Pie fruit FGFC formula B contain energy 145,86 calories, protein 1,71 grams, fat 6,25 grams, and carbohydrates 23,41 grams with the borwn color of, typical scented rice flour, a sweet taste, textured and crisp. Proteins pie fruit FGFC formula B not qualified protein PMT-AS. Pie fruit FGFC proved 0% gluten and casein so that it can be consumed the autis.

THE ROMANCE-EROTIC NOVELS OF ELZA BUDAU
Diplomska naloga obravnava ljubezensko-erotična romana Diagram neke ljubezni in Ljubezen v f-molu avtorice Elze Budau. Na začetku diplomske naloge so razloženi pojmi, s katerimi lahko povezujemo romana: ženski roman, ljubezenski roman in trivialna literatura. V nadaljevanju naloge sem predstavila avtorico, potem sem se osredinila na analizo romanov. Analiza za vsak roman je vsebovala obnovo romana, opis glavnega ženskega lika, osredinila sem se tudi na ženske in moške vloge v romanu in na tematsko analizo vsakega romana. Za utemeljitev tem, ki sem jih odkrila v romanih, sem vključila tudi citate iz njih. Obravnavala sem tudi moški pogled na avtorico v intervjujih, ki sem jih našla.
V drugem delu diplomske naloge sem primerjala roman Elze Budau Ljubezen v f-molu z romanom Strah pred letenjem ameriške pisateljice Erice Jong, ki sem jo v nadaljevanju tudi predstavila. Obravnavala sem pomen obeh romanov in namenila razdelek avtobiografskosti obeh romanov. V sklepnem delu diplomske naloge sem se še dotaknila vprašanja, ali spada roman Strah pred letenjem v trivialno književnost.The thesis deals with the romance-erotic novels A diagram of some love and Love in f-mol written by Elza Budau. At the begining there are the explanations of terms which we associate with the novels: women\u27s literature, romantic literature and popular literature. In the continuation of the work I wrote about the author, and then focused on analysis of the novels. The analysis for each novel contains the summary of the novel, the description of the main female character, the male and female role in the novel and the analysis of themes in each novel, in which I also included quotations from the novels, which serve as a justification for each recognized theme. I also decided to write about the male view on the female author based on interviews I have found.
In the second part of the thesis I compared Budau\u27s novel Ljubezen v f-molu with a novel by American author Erica Jong Fear of flying. I also wrote about the importance of the novels, about the author Erica Jong, the autobiographical characteristics of both novels and touched upon the question whether or not the novel Fear of flying is popular literature

A mulher no fim do mundo : identidade da mulher negra no discurso das biografias jornalísticas de Elza Soares
Biographies have a close relationship with history and literature, but they also represent a
cultural corpus and an editorial market that has been strengthened by the inclusion of journalism
in these productions, generating reflections from this third field as well. In this context, this
dissertation analyzes the discursive practice in the journalistic biographies of Brazilian singer
Elza Soares, based on the following guiding question: How do the two biographies of Elza
Soares (Louzeiro, 1997; Camargo, 2018) reflect the discursive elaboration of race and gender
identity? As an investigative method, three levels of observation are proposed, ranging from
the search for an understanding of historical and cultural contexts of the object to the
interpretation of statements that allow for the investigation of the black woman’s identity as a
discursive regularity (Foucault, 2008). To navigate this, we resort to multidisciplinary
reflections on narrative (Martinez, 2016; Motta, 2022; Silva, 2005), identity (Bauman, 2005;
Hall, 2006; Woodward, 1997) and intersectionality (Hirata, 2014; Akotirene, 2018; Crenshaw,
2002), in addition to the innovative perspectives of Almeida (2020), Hooks (2019a; 2019b;
2020) and Kilomba (2019). At the end of the investigation, it is observed that the biographical
narratives showed deviations in discourse instruments such as the choice of approaches in
thematic trajectories, the use of sources, and the interference of the biographer/author, in
addition to the categories of transparency and extraordinariness (Vilas-Boas, 2008). On the
other hand, when approaching the story of Elza Soares, the narratives also demonstrated
socially constructed regularities about the identity of the black woman, implicated by a
structure of colonialist patriarchy that tries to keep black women in roles linked to the idea of
otherness: the other sexual object, the other exotic, the other subservient, the other to care for.
In this sense, Elza’s uniqueness is exalted by transgressing this historically constructed
imaginary, but always at the cost of oppression such as internalized guilt that demands
compensation/remission from those who infringe it. Despite the objectification/dehumanization
that black women must confront, they develop their own discourse in order to occupy the
position of a subject - the one who develops their own identity.NenhumaAs biografias têm estreita relação com a história e a literatura, mas também representam um
corpus cultural e mercado editorial que se fortaleceu com a adesão do jornalismo a essas
produções, gerando reflexões a partir desse terceiro campo também. Nesse contexto, a
dissertação analisa a prática discursiva nas biografias jornalísticas da cantora brasileira Elza
Soares, a partir da seguinte questão norteadora: Como as duas biografias de Elza Soares
(Louzeiro, 1997; Camargo, 2018) refletem a elaboração discursiva da identidade de raça e de
gênero? Como método investigativo, propõe-se três níveis de observação, que vão da busca
pela compreensão de contextos históricos e culturais do objeto até a interpretação de enunciados
que permitam investigar a identidade da mulher negra enquanto regularidade discursiva
(Foucault, 2008). Para este navegar, recorremos a reflexões multidisciplinares sobre narrativa
(Martinez, 2016; Motta, 2022; Silva, 2005), identidade (Bauman, 2005; Hall, 2006; Woodward,
1997) e interseccionalidade (Hirata, 2014; Akotirene, 2018; Crenshaw, 2002), além dos olhares
inovadores de Almeida (2020), Hooks (2019a; 2019b; 2020) e Kilomba (2019). Ao final da
investigação, percebe-se que as narrativas biográficas demonstraram afastamentos em
instrumentos do discurso, como as escolhas de abordagens em trajetos temáticos, o recurso das
fontes e a interferência do biógrafo/autor, além das categorias da transparência e da
extraordinariedade (Vilas-Boas, 2008). Já quanto a aproximações, ao contar a história de Elza
Soares, as narrativas também demonstraram regularidades socialmente construídas sobre a
identidade da mulher negra, implicada por um estrutura do patriarcado colonialista que tenta
manter a/s mulher/es negra/s em identidades ligadas à ideia de outridade: o outro objeto sexual,
o outro exótico, o outro subserviente, o outro a cuidar. Nesse sentido, a singularidade de Elza
é exaltada a partir da transgressão a este imaginário construído historicamente, porém sempre
ao custo da opressão como a culpa internalizada que exige uma compensação / remissão por
quem a infringe. Apesar da objetificação / desumanização que a mulher negra precisa enfrentar,
ela desenvolve seu próprio discurso a fim de ocupar o lugar de sujeito – aquele que desenvolve
sua própria identidade
