KONSEP PENDIDIKAN PESANTREN MENURUT K.H ABDULLAH SYUKRI ZARKASYI DAN RELEVANSINYA BAGI PENGEMBANGAN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DI INDONESIA

The aims of this thesis is to analyze the concept of Islamic boarding school education according to K.H Abdullah Syukri Zarkasyi and its relevance for the development of Islamic education in Indonesia.
This research uses Library Research. The data in the study were taken from written materials in the form of books, journals or others related to the discussion. In this research, the data source comes from the work of K.H. Abdullah Syukri Zarkasyi and other sources related to research will be examined. Sources of data in library research consisting of primary data and secondary data will be collected. As for the data collection technique, the author uses documentary techniques in data collection. To classify the data, it begins with collecting various references related to K.H Adullah Syukri Zarkasyi in the form of books, texts, manuscripts, documentation, journals and so on. The author will take the writing data source through several stages, namely, First, the author reads. Second, the author reads and analyzes. And level third the writer enters the stage of data reduction, data classification so that the writer can formulate a research direction map to describe and draw conclusions. Then in analyzing the data the authors use descriptive analysis techniques, comparative analysis, hermeneutical analysis, historical analysis and Content Analysis.
The research results show thateducation initiated by K.H Abdullah Syukri Zarkasyi is based on the values and philosophy of life at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor which are summarized in the Five Souls. The Five Souls are the five things that become the philosophy of life for PMDG members in carrying out education and teaching. The Five Souls consist of Sincerity, Simplicity, Independence, Ukhuwah Islamiyah, and Freedom. According to K.H Abdullah Syukri Zarkasyi, Education is everything that we see, hear, and feel. The meaning is that everything we do in Islamic boarding schools has educational value.
As for its relevance to Islamic education in Indonesia, thatK.H Abdullah Syukri Zarkasyi's educational concept has an important influence on the development of Islamic education in Indonesia. The development of the pesantren institution led by him into a rapidly growing Islamic boarding school is proof that the concept and system of Islamic boarding school education brought by him can be accepted and well regarded by the people of Indonesia..

REVITALISASI DEWAN PENGAWAS SYARIAH (DPS) PADA LEMBAGA EKONOMI SYARIAH
Sharia Supervision Board (Dewan Pengawas Syariah) plays very strategic roles insharia economic institutions. Since its main roles will give influences, such as toguarantee the safety of ummah in one side due its appropriateness in taking anydecisions and economic practices which are always based Islamic laws, this board will keep the credibility of the institution. This is quite reasonable since ummah believe that those institutions have been run based on Islamic laws. Consequently, Sharia Supervision Board needs revitalizing to optimalize such strategic roles

PERSPEKTIF FIKIH EKONOMI TERHADAP PELAKSANAAN AKAD ÔÇ£UTANG PIUTANGÔÇØ PADA PERBANKAN SYARIAH DI SUMATERA BARAT
This study was purposed at identifying the various transactions in Islamic banking of West Sumatera were categorized on the ÔÇ£debtsÔÇØ; describing the implementation of the transaction; and analyzing the various transactions were based on the economic fiqh perspective. This study belongs to qualitative case study by using in-depth interviews as research instrument. The data were analyzed qualitatively based on the economic fiqh perspective, Al-Qur'an, Sunnah, Ijtihad the scholars, and the Fatwa of National Sharia Council (DSN) and Indonesian Council of Scholars (MUI). The results of this study revealed that the types of transactions were categorized ÔÇ£debtsÔÇØ was murabahah, qardh (bailout pilgrimage), hiwalah, and rahn (pawning gold). Murabahah was presented on all Islamic Bank but not all transactions on Islamic banking of West Sumatera based on the economic fiqh perspective such the calculation of the margin murabahah based on the amount of banks financing. Then the calculation of ujrah on the bailout pilgrimage was still based on the amount of bail. Furthermore, the calculation of ujrah on pawning gold was not based on the calculation of the treatment period but to the amount of ÔÇ£debtÔÇØ funds. The conclusion was the implementation of the ÔÇ£debtsÔÇØ contract in Islamic banking of West Sumatera not run well as the economic fiqh perspective. E-COMMERCE DALAM PERSPEKTIF FIKIH EKONOMI
Economic transactions through electronic commerce (e-commerce) contribute to the vast use of information technology as well as internet nowadays. Its phenomenal development makes Islamic law take part in responding from the perspectives of economic jurisprudence (fiqh). Basically, Islam accommodates any transactions carried out by human as long as there is no single rule that prohibits such transaction, including economic activities. Furthermore, e-commerce is about ijtihad which provide a wide range of opportunity to respond in terms of economic fiqh. Flexibility of acceptability in carrying out translations should wisely refer to the laws and conditions of commerce.┬á Al-BuyuÔÇÖ dan al-Salam are two forms of trading transactions in classical fiqh that can be served as the analogy for e-commerce, yet they must face the challenges dealing with payment using credit card which also attract perspectives fiqh of economy

The paradigm of science and education system has been placed dichotomously over yearswhich causes the birth of the term religion science, on the one hand, and general science, onthe other hand. It can be proved through the material of fasting duringRamadan month. The learning materiasl are usually presented from Fiqh view-point. While, itis a fact that fasting has some implications on the country's economic growth. Thus, the effectof fasting can be studied, for example, from the theory of macroeconomics view-point. By theenrichment of such a concept, it will not only show the philosophy of Islamic Kaffah, but alsogive its own appeal to the learners studying Fiqh

The type of currency in the form of fiat money has contributed to the high inflation and the occurrence of monetary crisis in one country. So, it is considered necessary to have an  alternative solution in the form of changes in the types of currency, namely the forms  of Dinar (gold) and Dirham (silver) because in these two currencies, there is a synchronization between the nominal value of the currency and the value attached to the money-making raw material (intrinsic value). The Role Of Islamic Banks In Increasing The Financial Inclusion Of The People Of Panyabungan City, Mandailing Natal District
Islamic banking in Indonesia has grown significantly, but its services remain unevenly distributed, especially in rural areas like Mandailing Natal Regency, where only 30% of residents access formal financial services (BPS, 2023). This study examines the role of Islamic banks in improving financial inclusion in Panyabungan City. Using a quantitative method and 100 respondents, data were collected via structured questionnaires and analyzed with PLS-SEM. Results show that financial literacy (β = 0.422; p = 0.000) and perception of Islamic banks (β = 0.493; p = 0.000) significantly affect financial inclusion, with R² = 0.647. Despite high account ownership, digital service use and financing remain low. Findings underscore the importance of strengthening financial literacy and expanding access to Islamic digital banking. Recommendations include targeted financial education and outreach strategies to enhance service utilization in underserved region

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Wa’ad berdasarkan Fatwa No.85/DSN-MUI/XIII/2012 pada pembiayaan IMBT berdasarkan Fatwa No.27/DSN-MUI/III/2002. Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 85/2012 memiliki beberapa dampak khususnya pada akad yang menggunakan wa’ad, diantaranya yaitu Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 85/2012 memberikan peluang kepastian hukum dan jaminan keberlangsungan transaksi. Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 85/2012 secara substansial menimbulkan potensi ketidakpatuhan syariah pada akad IMBT sebagai akibat tidak dapat diterapkan secara keseluruhan isi dari Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 27/DSN-MUI/III/2002
