Video Installation as a Language: an Interpretation of Mohd Fuad Arif’s Artworks
Full text linkThis paper is focused on the language and the music in Mohd Fuad Arif’s artworks especially in his installations. Language is a powerful tool that can be used as a source of inspiration for contemporary artists. For Malaysian conceptual artist Mohd Fuad Arif the Language plays a significant role in particular in his installations. Indeed for Mohd Fuad Arif the Language itself can be seen as artwork. Also, the specific question which investigated was the relationship between artist or artist intent, artwork, and spectator. The purpose of this paper was to provide a deeper insight into Mohd Fuad Arif’s artworks. This study attempted to decode some of his installations such as Pembukaan (The opening), Ya Allah Selamatkan Bumi Singapura (O Allah, Save Singapore). The different interpretations of the same subject are the main characteristic of the postmodern era. The author of this paper had his own interpretation of Mohd Fuad Arif’s installations.

No full textIndonesia adalah negara berkembang yang terus berusaha meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakatnya. Untuk mengukur tingkat kesejahteraan suatu wilayah, digunakan suatu indeks yang disebut Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM). Data yang dijadikan obyek penelitian yaitu data Provinsi Papua yang merupakan provinsi dengan IPM terendah di Indonesia dan data Provinsi DKI Jakarta yang merupakan provinsi dengan IPM tertinggi di Indonesia menurut Badan Pusat Statistika tahun 2013. Dalam penelitian ini, untuk menghitung IPM digunakan metode fuzzy Mamdani dengan bantuan program/ toolbox fuzzy Matlab. Perhitungan IPM menggunakan metode fuzzy Mamdani memberikan proses yang lebih halus karena adanya fungsi keanggotaan fuzzy. Hasil perhitungan metode fuzzy Mamdani akan dibandingkan dengan data IPM Badan Pusat Statistika berdasar provinsi di Indonesia tahun 2013. Secara umum, Provinsi Papua dan Provinsi DKI Jakarta termasuk dalam kategori IPM menengah atas. Perbedaannya adalah Provinsi Papua termasuk dalam kategori IPM menengah atas pada batas bawah. Nef‘î’yi Tanzîren Keçecizâde Fuad Paşa’ya Yazılmış Manzum Mektup Örneği
No full textMakalemizin konusu “Hâdî” mahlaslı bir şair tarafından yazılmış “Manzum Mektup” örneğidir. Eser müellif hattı olup tek nüsha halindedir. Hâdî, eserin başlangıcında “Fuâd Paşa” ya sunulan bir mektup ve aynı zamanda “Nef’î” merhuma nazîre olduğunu ifade eden mensur bir giriş yapmıştır. Fuâd Paşa’nın hayatı hakkındaki tarihsel bilgilerden hareketle eserin şairinin kimliği ve yazılış tarihi saptanmaya çalışılmıştır. Metin incelemesinden hareketle, eserin Türk Edebiyatı’ndaki yeri, şekil ve tür, dil, ifade ve üslûp özellikleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Zemin şiir olan Nef’î’ye ait Genç Osman Kasîdesi’nin de tamamı nakledilmiştir. Ayrıca orijinal metnin transkripsiyon yöntemi ile metin neşri yapılmıştır. Çalışmamızın konusu olan Nef’î’nin Genç Osman Kasîdesi’ne nazîre olan Hâdî’nin manzum mektup örneği, Fuâd Paşa'ya hitaben yazılmıştır. Araştırmalarımız neticesinde manzum mektup örneğinin Hâdî mahlaslı şairin Tanzîmat döneminde yaşamış “Ali Hâdî” isimli bir şair ve müellif olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Manzum mektup türüne de örnek teşkil eden Hâdî’nin eseri, klasik kasîde tertibinde kaleme alınmış bir nazîredir. Eserin Dîvân Edebiyatı’nın kullandığı şekil ve tür özelliklerinin yanı sıra mazmunlar, edebî sanatlar gibi dil, ifade ve üslûp bakımından Klasik dönemin ve Nef’î’nin şiirine yaklaştığını söylemek mümkündür.The aim of this study is to present the manuscript "Manzum Mektup" written by a poet with the pseudonym "Hâdî”. The manuscript, which is a single copy and author's own handwriting, consists of a prose introduction and a poem written in kasîde verse style. In the introduction, it is mentioned that this letter was presented to "Fuad Pasha" and was written as a nazîre to the poet "Nef'î", who had passed away before. There is no information about this work and its poet, other than the ones given above. Another purpose of this article is to determine the real name of the poet with the pseudonym Hâdî, who is the author of the manuscript, and to answer the question of who Fuad Pasha is, to whom the work is presented. As a result, based on some clues given in the letter about Fuad Pasha's life, it has been determined that the work was written for Keçecizâde Fuad Pasha, one of the great statesmen of the Tanzîmat period, and that Hâdî was a poet named Ali Hâdî, who lived in the same period. In addition, in our study, we focused on manzum mektup in Turkish literature and gave some information about its style, genre, language, expression and style. We also quoted the entire Young Osman Kasîda by Nef'î, which we determined to be the ground poem for the manzum mektup, and we wrote the original text of the letter with the transcription method.</div

attention when the author found out that the case was a case containing a highly
viscous political charge. The new Order era has felt that the writer still leaves
wounds and leaves a former that is so deep for both activists and students.Fuad
Muhammad Syafrudin is a journalist and journalist who works AT BERNAS

information and data needed not only rely on data sources originating from the
field alone but the author also needs to collect information and data by reading,
writing, and Study the books related to the author's research in particular the
legal books.
The results of the research authors that are sourced in PWI Yogyakarta
branch and POLDA DIY, almost the same as the case of Udin killing until now
still floating and not clear the direction of the case. The PWI Yogyakarta branch
wanted to immediately release the SP-3 letter by the DIY Polda by submitting the
pre- trial to Sleman court. This is in contrast to the PARTY of DIY Polda who
handles the case directly, according to which case it will still be in the process of
law, and has not yet been a tax.DAluwarsa is a condition in which the perpetrator
of the criminal act is not immediately prosecuting in the face of the prosecution,
due to the undetermined criminal delic or perpetrators escaping, and if based on
the rules of law when the perpetrators do Crime or criminal offences that have
been past the time of reporting and prosecution, then against the perpetrators
should not be held investigation, investigation, andprosecution.
( INDONESIA ) Kasus pembunuhan Fuad Muhammad Syafrudin menarik perhatian
penyusun ketika penyusun mengetahui bahwa kasus ini merupakan kasus yang
mengandung muatan politik yang sangat kental. Jaman Orde Baru dirasa
penyusun masih menyisakan luka dan meninggalkan bekas yang begitu dalam
bagi kalangan aktivis maupun mahasiswa. Fuad Muhammad Syafrudin
merupakan wartawan dan jurnalis yang bekerja di BERNAS Jogja. Pembunuhan
yang menimpa Fuad Muhammad Syafrudin atau yang akrab di panggil Udin,
terjadi ketika Udin melakukan keritik yang begitu tajam dalam setiap kebijakan
yang dilakukan Bupati Bantul Sri Roso Sudarmo. Kasus pembunuhan Udin
sekarang telah berumur 23 tahun dan masih belum jelas siapa pelaku dan motif
apa yang menyerang atau membunuh Udin. Berdasar Pasal 78 dan 79 KUHP
kasus selain pelanggaran HAM berat akan mengalami daluwarsa, dan upaya
hukum apa pun tidak akan berguna lagi.
Demi mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal dalam pengolahan, analisa dan
mencari data, penyusun menggunakan metode pengumpulan data wawancara
dengan mengajukan beberapa pertanyaan yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh
jawaban yang berisi informasi yang akurat dan mendengarkan secara langsung
keterangan-keterangan yang disampaikan nara sumber. Narasumber yang akan
dituju adalah pihak-pihak yang langsung ada kaitannya dengan kasus
pembunuhan Fuad Muhamad Syafrudin, yang bertempat di Polda D.I.Y, Kantor
PWI Cabang Yogyakarta dan. Selain wawancara penyusun juga menggunakan
studi pustaka dalam mengumpulkan berbagai informasi serta data yang diperlukan
dan tidak hanya mengandalkan sumber-sumber data yang berasal dari lapangan
saja namun penyusun juga perlu melakukan pengumpulan informasi dan data
dengan cara membaca, menulis, dan mempelajari buku-buku yang terkait dengan
penelitian penyusun khususnya buku-buku hukum.
Hasil penelitian penyusun yang bersumber pada PWI Cabang Yogyakarta
dan Polda D.I.Y, hampir sama yaitu kasus pembunuhan Udin sampai saat ini
masih mengambang dan tidak jelas arah tujuan kasus ini. Pihak PWI cabang
Yogyakarta menginginkan segera dikeluarkannya surat SP-3 oleh pihak polda
DIY dengan mengajukan Pra Peradilan ke Pengadilan Sleman. Hal ini berbanding
sebaliknya dengan pihak Polda D.I.Y yang menangani kasus ini secara langsung,
menurut mereka kasus ini akan masih tetap di proses secara hukum yang berlaku,
dan belum daluwarsa. Dalam aspek yuridis penegakan hukum yang dilakukan
oleh pihak kepolisian menurut penyusun bertentangan dengan pasal 78 dan 79
KUHP. Selain bertentangan dengan pasal 78 dan 79 penegakan hukum kasus
Udin juga bertentangan dengan asas keadilan, dikarenakan pihak kepolisian tidak
memberikan kepastian hukum terhadap kasus ini

No full textThe management of dynamic records becomes the reference of an organization to achieve the goals of the organization. Dynamic archives will not be separated from correspondence in each unit at the agency. The background of this research is that the archives of Ushuluddin Adab and Da'wah (FUAD) IAIN Batusangkar have not been maximized. The research that the author uses is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. There were 4 informants in this assessment consisting of 1 Head of Administration and 4 archiving officers in the Faculty environment, are a receptionist manager, 3 departmental employees namely 1 Department of Library and Islamic Science Department 1 employee, Islamic Broadcast Communication 1 people and employees majoring in Islamic Political Thought 1 person. Based on observations made by the author, it can be concluded that the management of dynamic archives at the Faculty of Usuluddin Adab and Da'wah (FUAD) of Batusangkar IAIN has not run optimally, for the management of incoming and outgoing letters such as official letters, student letters in their distribution require a long time especially when the receptionist was not in place because the receptionist was a lecturer employed. Staff limitations and the difficulty in re-finding archives are due to the management of archives that are not in accordance with the standards and inadequate supporting facilities. Archival shrinkage in the Faculty of Usuluddin Adab and Da'wah has not used the Archive Retention Schedule
Qalb, Shadr dan Fuad: Satu Korelasi Mengikut I’jaz Bayani dan Tafsir al-Quran [Qalb, Shadr and Fuad: A Correlation According to I'jaz Bayani and Tafsir al-Quran]
Full text linkSetiap ayat yang diwahyukan oleh Allah SWT di dalam al-Quran memberikan makna dan tujuan yang tersendiri. Allah SWT menurunkan al-Quran dalam Bahasa Arab supaya manusia (menggunakan akal untuk) memahaminya (QS 12:2). Oleh itu kajian ini akan menunjukkan penggunaan tiga lafaz yang terpilih untuk perbezaannya iaitu lafaz "qalb", "shadr", dan "fuad" yang terdapat dalam al-Quran. Penggunaan tiga lafaz memberikan makna yang hampir kerana merujuk kepada aspek hati, emosi dan kehidupan batiniah manusia. Makna seakan sama akan tetapi wujud perbezaan diantaranya. Dalam kajian ini penulis akan memberikan definisi dan penjelasan terperinci tentang setiap konsep serta membuat perbandingan untuk memahami perbezaannya menurut perspektif al-Quran. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kepustakaan dan sorotan literasi bersumberkan Google Scholar dan Attanzil dengan carian subjek "qalb", "shadr", dan "fuad". Kajian ini juga merujuk kepada tafsir Ibn Katsir untuk mengetahui secara terperinci akan huraian-huraian setiap tiga lafaz tersebut. Kajian ini penting untuk dijalankan supaya setiap orang dapat melihat dengan jelas penggunaan lafaz-lafaz itu sesuai mengikut kehendak makna ayat.
Every verse revealed by Allah SWT in the Qur'an has its own meaning and purpose. Allah SWT revealed the Qur'an in Arabic so that people (use reason to) understand it (QS 12:2). Therefore, this study will show the use of three pronunciations selected for their differences, which are the pronunciations "qalb", "shadr", and "fuad" found in the Qur'an. The use of three pronunciations gives a close meaning because it refers to aspects of the heart, emotions and inner life of humans. The meaning seems to be the same but there are differences between them. In this study, the author will provide a detailed definition and explanation of each concept as well as make a comparison to understand the difference according to the perspective of the Quran. This study uses bibliographic methods and literature highlights sourced from Google Scholar and Attanzil with subject searches of "qalb", "shadr", and "fuad". This study also refers to the interpretation of Ibn Katsir to know in detail the descriptions of each of the three words. This study is important to carry out so that everyone can clearly see the use of the words according to the meaning of the verse

No full textBullying in school environment is a serious problem that has negative impacts on students’ psychological, social, and academic development. Syubbanul Wathon Junior High School Tegalrejo Magelang faces this challenge with increasing cases of bullying, both physically and verbally. This study aims to resolve conflicts due to bullying based on Mitchell’s conflict management theory, with the main stages: recognition, analysis, decision making, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. This study uses qualitative descriptive method with interviews, observation, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of the study show that the resolution strategies implemented include strict supervision, guidance and counseling, socialization of the dangers of bullying, and mediation between the parties involved. The resolution process involves various parties, including BK teachers, homeroom teachers, and parents, with a mediation and education-based approach. This approach has proven effective in reducing bullying rates and creating a more conducive school environment. The implementation of Mitchell’s theory in conflict resolution shows that the active involvement of all elements of the school is very important in overcoming bullying systematically and sustainably.Bullying di lingkungan sekolah merupakan permasalahan serius yang berdampak negatif pada perkembangan psikologis, sosial, dan akademik siswa. SMP Syubbanul Wathon Tegalrejo Magelang menghadapi tantangan ini dengan meningkatnya kasus bullying, baik secara fisik maupun verbal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyelesaian konflik akibat bullying berdasarkan teori manajemen konflik Mitchell, dengan tahapan utama: pengenalan, analisis, pengambilan keputusan, implementasi, monitoring, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi penyelesaian yang diterapkan mencakup pengawasan ketat, bimbingan konseling, sosialisasi bahaya bullying, serta mediasi antara pihak yang terlibat. Proses penyelesaian melibatkan berbagai pihak, termasuk guru BK, wali kelas, dan orang tua, dengan pendekatan berbasis mediasi dan edukasi. Pendekatan ini terbukti efektif dalam menekan angka bullying dan menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang lebih kondusif. Implementasi teori Mitchell dalam penyelesaian konflik menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan aktif seluruh elemen sekolah sangat penting dalam mengatasi bullying secara sistematis dan berkelanjutan
Eksplorasi Game Engine PlayCanvas Untuk Pengembangan Game 3D Action Roguelike

Perangkat yang bisa digunakan untuk bermain game juga semakin banyak mulai dari smartphone yang digunakan sehari-hari, komputer, bahkan terdapat perangkat yang dikhususkan untuk bermain game seperti konsol dan VR headset. Dengan banyaknya perangkat, pengembang game perlu menemukan cara untuk mengembangkan game yang bisa dimainkan di berbagai perangkat tanpa kerepotan mengembangkan game untuk masing-masing perangkat. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan mengembangkan game yang bisa dijalankan di web browser. Ini merupakan salah satu cara termudah karena smartphone, komputer, dan VR headset bisa mengakses web browser. PlayCanvas adalah game engine untuk mengembangkan game yang dapat dimainkan di web browser. Tugas Akhir ini akan mengeksplorasi kemampuan dan fitur-fitur yang ada di PlayCanvas. Game yang akan dikembangkan untuk eksplorasi PlayCanvas adalah game 3D bergenre aksi roguelike. Roguelike adalah genre game dimana tujuan utama pemain adalah bertahan selama mungkin menghadapi musuh. Pemain akan mendapatkan power up di tengah game yang akan membuat pemain lebih kuat namun semakin lama pemain bertahan maka musuh juga menjadi semakin sulit dikalahkan dan semakin banyak jumlahnya. Berdasarkan dari pengujian performa yang telah dilakukan pada Tugas Akhir ini, game 3D action roguelike yang dikembangkan dengan PlayCanvas dapat berjalan di perangkat PC dan Android.

Nowadays technology is more accessible. Everyone has a smartphone. That means more people are playing games than in decades past. There are also more devices that can be used to play games ranging from the smartphones that we use every day, personal computers, and there are even devices designed specifically for playing games such as game consoles and VR headsets. With so many devices, game developers need to find ways to develop games that can be played on multiple devices without the hassle of developing games for each device. One way is to develop games that can be run in a web browser. This is one of the easiest ways because smartphones, computers, and VR headsets all have access to a web browser. PlayCanvas is a game engine for developing games that can run in web browser. This final project will explore the capabilities and features of PlayCanvas. The game to be developed for PlayCanvas exploration is a 3D action roguelike game. Roguelike is a game genre where the main goal of the player is to survive as long as possible against the enemy. The player will get power ups in the middle of the game that will make the player stronger but the longer the player survives, the more difficult and numerous the enemy becomes. Based on the performance testing that has been carried out in this final project, the 3D action roguelike game developed with PlayCanvas can run on PC and Android devices
