Permasalahan pada skripsi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh Pengangkatan penjabat kepala daerah untuk mengisi kekosongan pejabat kepala daerah definitif yang disebabkan karena adanya penundaan pilkada di 271 daerah di Indonesia telah menimbulkan permasalahan dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan di Indonesia. Karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tinjauan hukum terhadap peraturan pengangkatan penjabat kepala daerah pengganti kepala daerahberdasarkan prinsip-prinsip good governance, dan mengetahui bagaimana perubahan terhadap Permendagri No.1 Tahun 2018 dan Permendagri No.4 Tahun 2023.
Penelitian ini berbentuk studi kepustakaan (library research) dan merupakan penelitian hukum yuridis normatif yaitu mengacu pada norma-norma hukum. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknis analisa data tersebut menerapkan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan undang-undang (statue approach) dan pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach) dengan penarikan kesimpulan mengguakan metode deduktif.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dalam tinjauan hukum dan pemerintahan yang baik, pengangkatan penjabat (Pj) kepala daerah pada masa transisi Pilkada Serentak Nasional Tahun 2024 tidak mencerminkan penerapan prinsip-prinsip good governance yakni karena tidak terdapat ruang partisipasi masyarakat melalui dewan perwakilan maupun masyarakat secara langsung dalam proses rekruitmen penjabat (Pj) kepala daera dan tidak terdapat tranparansi dan tidak ada legitimasi yang kuat, karena dalam proses penunjukannya tidak terdapat ruang partisipasi bagi masyarakat untuk dapat menyatakan kehendaknya demi menjamin dan menjaga kepentingan masyarakat daerah. Perubahan Permendagri No.1 Tahun 2018 dan Permendagri No.4 Tahun 2023, sudah ada aturan yang jelas mengenai mekanisme pengangkatan Penjabat Kepala Daerah, tetapi di dalam pasal Permendagri tersebut belum menyentuh prinsip-prinsip partisipasi dan transparansi.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Kata Kunci: zeolit, katalis, hidrokarbon Minyak bumi dan gas alam merupakan sumber energi utama hidrokarbon yang tidak dapat diperbaharui, sedangkan persediannya semakin lama semakin menipis akibat permintaan yang bertambah dari tahun ke tahun. Metanol merupakan salah satu bahan baku yang sedang berkembang saat ini, dimana banyak digunakan untuk berbagai macam produk petrokimia, sintesis kimia dan bahan bakar mesin internal pada kendaraan bermotor. Selain itu metanol merupakan sumber energi yang dapat diperbaharui. Penggunaan metanol sebagai sumber hidrokarbon dapat lebih dioptimalkan setelah beberapa peneliti berhasil mengubah peran metanol menjadi hidrokarbon dengan cara mengkonversi metanol menjadi fraksi gasolin atau yang lebih dikenal dengan proses MTGO (Methanol to Gasoline). Proses MTGO pertama kali ditemukan melalui bantuan katalis zeolit. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan katalis zeolit-Fe sebagai katalis dalam konversi metanol menjadi hidrokarbon yang diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif sumber hidrokarbon terbarukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas katalis sebelum dan setelah dimodifikasi pada konversi metanol menjadi hidrokarbon. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Kimia FMIPA UM. Ukuran sampel yang digunakan adalah 8-10 mesh. Zeolit alam diaktivasi mengggunakan larutan asam HF 1%, HCl 6 M, dan NH4 Cl 0,1 M, kemudian diimpregnasi dengan garam Fe dari larutan FeCl3.6H2O dengan konsentrasi Fe3+ dalam zeolit adalah 15%. Uji karakterisasi katalis yang dilakukan yaitu pengukuran rasio Si/ Al dan keasaman pada zeolit alam, zeolit aktif serta zeolit-Fe dengan variasi suhu kalsinasi 650°C, 750°C, 850°C, dan 950°C. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji katalitik dengan variasi massa katalis pada reaktor (2, 6, 10 gram) dalam proses konversi metanol menjadi hidrokarbon. Pada produk yang dihasilkan dianalisis menggunakan GC-MS, serta dilakukan uji karakterisasi yaitu uji titik didih, uji nyala, dan uji kalor pembakaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, suhu kalsinasi optimum pada zeolit-Fe berada pada suhu 750°C dengan rasio Si/ Al dan keasaman sebesar 6,736 dan 4,939 mmol/gram tertinggi bila dibandingkan zeolit alam maupun zeolit aktif. Produk konversi yang dihasilkan berupa zat berwujud cair, berwarna kuning jernih dengan aroma yang menyengat menyerupai bahan bakar. Dari analisis GC-MS produk hasil konversi metanol diperoleh hidrokarbon yang dominan C6H14 (heksana) pada penggunaan katalis Z-Aktif 2 g, dan C11H16 (1,2,3,4,5-pentametilbenzena) pada penggunaan katalis Z-Fe 2 g

Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
