Akuntansi. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Tingkat Kecukupan Modal, Risiko Pembiayaan
dan Efisiensi Operasional terhadap Profitabilitas pada Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat
Syariah di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif.
Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi dan pengambilan data
sekunder yang berasal dari laporan keuangan BPRS di website Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan (OJK) periode 2019-2021. Sampel di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan
teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 77 BPRS. Penelitian
ini menggunakan beberapa teknik analisis data, yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif,
analisis regresi data panel, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil
penelitian secara parsial, tingkat kecukupan modal berpengaruh positif signifikan
terhadap profitabilitas, risiko pembiayaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas
dan dan efisiensi operasional berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.
Koefisien determinasi pada penelitian ini adalah 72,79% yang menunjukkan
kemampuan tingkat kecukupan modal, risiko pembiayaan dan efisiensi operasional
dalam menjelaskan pengaruhnya tehadap profitabilitas. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa BPRS sudah baik dalam mengelola modal serta sudah efektif
dalam menjalankan kegiatan operasionalnya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah video company profile
yang efektif untuk mempromosikan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM)
Bumbu Mak Djuai melalui media sosial. Dalam era digital saat ini, media sosial
telah menjadi platform yang kuat dalam mempromosikan produk dan layanan
melalui multimedia, salah satunya dalam bentuk video, yatu video company profile.
Namun, banyak UMKM belum memaksimalkan kegiatan promosi usahanya
menggunakan video company profile.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Villamil Molina.
Metode ini memandu peneliti dalam menentukan ide, membuat script dan narasi,
hingga hasil pengujian. Langkah awal penelitian adalah mengumpulkan informasi
tentang UMKM Bumbu Mak Djuai, termasuk sejarah, produk, visi, dan nilai-nilai
perusahaan. Selanjutnya, identifikasi target audiens yang sesuai untuk promosi ini
dilakukan untuk memastikan video dapat menyampaikan pesan dengan efektif.
Proses perancangan meliputi development, pre-production, production, post
production, dan delivery.
Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan adalah sebuah video company profile
yang menarik, informatif, dan menggugah emosi, mampu mengkomunikasikan
identitas dan nilai-nilai UMKM Bumbu Mak Djuai dengan jelas kepada audiens.
Video tersebut diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai alat promosi yang efektif
melalui berbagai platform media sosial, seperti Instagram.Selain itu, penelitian ini
juga dapat menjadi sumbangan dalam pengembangan metode perancangan visual
yang lebih baik dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar digital saat ini.

DESIGNING A COMPANY PROFILE VIDEO FOR
PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES OF UMKM BUMBU
MAK DJUAI USING SOCIAL MEDIA

This research aims to design an effective company profile video to promote
Bumbu Mak Djuai Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) through social
media. In the current digital era, social media has become a strong platform for
promoting products and services through multimedia, one of which is in the form
of videos, namely company profile videos. However, many UMKM have not
maximized their business promotion activities using company profile videos.
The method used in this research is the Villamil Molina method. This
method guides researchers in determining ideas, creating scripts and narratives, and
testing results. The initial step of the research was to collect information about
UMKM Bumbu Mak Djuai, including history, products, vision and company values.
Next, identification of the appropriate target audience for this promotion is carried
out to ensure the video can convey the message effectively. The design process
includes development, pre-production, production, post-production, and delivery.
It is hoped that the results of this research will be an interesting, informative
and emotionally evocative company profile video, capable of communicating the
identity and values of UMKM Bumbu Mak Djuai clearly to the audience. It is hoped
that the video can be used as an effective promotional tool through various social
media platforms, such as Instagram. Apart from that, this research can also be a
contribution in developing better visual design methods that suit the needs of
today's digital market.

“Perancangan Video Company Profile Untuk Kegiatan Promosi UMKM

Laporan tugas akhir ini disusun dalam rangka memenuhi salah satu syarat
pendidikan Program Studi Teknologi Informatika Multimedia Digital pada Jurusan
Teknik Komputer Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

This study aims to determine the effect of the Capital Adequacy Level, Financing Risk and Operational Efficiency on Profitability in Islamic Rural Banks in Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques and secondary data collection originating from the BPRS financial reports on the Financial Services Authority (OJK) website for the 2019-2021 period. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 77 BPRS. This study used several data analysis techniques, namely descriptive statistical analysis, panel data regression analysis, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. Based on the partial results of the study, the level of capital adequacy has a significant positive effect on profitability, financing risk has no effect on profitability and operational efficiency has a significant negative effect on profitability. The coefficient of determination in this study is 72.79% which indicates the ability of the level of capital adequacy, financing risk and operational efficiency in explaining the effect on profitability. The results of the study show that the BPRS is good at managing capital and has been effective in carrying out its operational activities.

Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
