ABSTRAK
Siswa SMA Negeri 3 Gowa dan SMA Negeri 1 Lappariaja mengalami kecemasan akademik yang tinggi sehingga perlu diberikan intervensi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat kecemasan akademik antara kelompok siswa yang diberikan treatment dengan kelompok siswa yang tidakdiberikan treatment. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 184 siswa yang terbagi atas dua kelompok yaitu 92 siswa kelompok eksperimen yang berasal dari SMA Negeri 3 Gowa dan 92 siswa kelompok kontrol yang berasal dari SMA Negeri 1 Lappariaja. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pretest-posttest control group design. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji independent samples t test dan paired sample t test dengan menggunakan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa musik relaksasi berpengaruh terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan akademik siswa (p = 0.011). Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, musik relaksasi dapat menjadi salah satu pilihan bagi siswa untuk mengurangi kecemasan akademik. Sedangkan dari uji hipotesis Paired Sample T-Test diperoleh nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan. Musik relaksasi dapat diterapkan disekolah untuk menurunkan tingkat kecemasan akademik siswa sebelum menghadapi ujian.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah proses
manajemen sumber daya manusia tenaga pendidik (honorer) di MAN
1 Tanggamus. Lebih spesifiknya mengenai proses perekrutan tenaga
pendidik, proses pengembangan tenaga pendidik, proses pembayaran
kompensasi tenaga pendidik, serta untuk mengetahui sistem
pemutusan hubungan kerja tenaga pendidik. Sumber daya manusia
yang di maksudkan pada penelitian ini adalah tenaga pendidik, yang
di fokuskan pada tenaga pendidik honorer di MAN 1 Tanggamus.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah
pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analisis melalui
penelitian lapangan mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan suatu hal
seperti apa adanya. Penulis akan melakukan penelitian disalah satu
lembaga sekolah yaitu di MAN 1 Tanggamus yang terletak di jalan Ir.
H. Juanda No 11, desa Kota Batu, Kec Kotaagung, kab. Tanggamus,
Lampung. Dalam penulisan penelitian ini penulis melibatkan beberapa
sumber yaitu, Kepala Madrasah , Ka Tu, Tenaga Pendidik. Teknik
pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan
observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan
data yang diperlukan untuk memecahkan masalah penelitian, dan
untuk mengumpulkan data dari objek penelitian. Prosedur analisis
data yang di gunakan yaitu, Sebelum menganalisa data yang
terkumpul, maka dalam memperoleh data penulis akan menggunakan
cara data reduction (reduksi data), data display (penyajian data), dan
conclusion drawing/verifikasio, kemudian dilakukan triangulasi.
Hasil analisis yang di peroleh pada penelitian ini adalah pertama,
Rekrutmen sumber daya manusia di MAN 1 Tanggamus dilaksanakan
sesuai dengan procedural dan melalui serangkaian proses rekrutmen
dengan kualifikasi dan ketentuan kemampuan yang telah ditentukan
oleh pihak Madrasah. Kedua, Pengembangan sumber daya manusia di
MAN 1 Tanggamus telah dilaksakan sesuai dengan prosedur,
pengembangan dilaksaakan dengan rutin. Pengembangan yang
diadakan memiliki dampak yang positif bagi sumberdaya manusia
sehingga dapat membantu beradaptasi dengan baik meskipun terdapat
perubahan sistem dalam pendidikan dan kemajuan teknologi. Ketiga,

Kompensasi yang didapatkan oleh sumber daya manusia di MAN 1
Tanggamus, berupa gaji setiap bulan, upah kepanitiaan, dan gaji
pembinaan ekstrakulikuler. Pihak MAN 1 Tanggamus tidak
memberikan kompensasi jenis lain, seperti tunjangan hari raya dan
tunjangan kesejahteraan lainnya. Keemat, Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja
(PHK) di MAN 1 Tanggamus tidak pernah dilakukan secara sepihak
oleh pihak MAN 1 Tanggamus sendiri, sema pemutusan hubungan
kerja (PHK) disebabkan karena pengunduran diri, meninggal,
pemindahan tugas dan pensiun.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to find out whether the human
resource management process for teaching staff (honorary) in Man 1
Tanggamus. More specifically regarding the process of recruiting
teaching staff, the process of developing teaching staff, the process of
paying compensation for teaching staff, and to find out the system for
terminating teacher employment. The human resources referred to in
this study are teaching staff, which is focused on honorary teaching
staff at MAN 1 Tanggamus. The research method used in this study is
a qualitative approach with descriptive analytical methods through
field research describing and explaining things as they are. The author
will conduct research in one of the school institutions, namely MAN
1 Tanggamus which is located on Jalan Ir. H. Juanda No 11, Kota Batu
Village, Kotaagung District, Kab. Tanggamus, Lampung. In writing
this research, the authors involved several sources, namely, the head
of the madrasah, deputy curricula, teaching staff. Data collection
techniques in this study are by observing, interviewing, and
documenting studies to collect the data needed to solve research
problems, and to collect data from research objects. The data analysis
procedure used is, before analyzing the collected data, in obtaining the
data the writer will use data reduction, data display, and conclusion
drawing/verification, then triangulation is carried out.
The e results of the analysis obtained in this study are first, the
recruitment of human resources at MAN 1 Tanggamus is carried out
according to procedural procedures and through a series of recruitment
processes with qualifications and ability conditions that have been
determined by the Madrasah. Second, human resource development at
MAN 1 Tanggamus has been carried out in accordance with
procedures, development is carried out routinely. The development
carried out has a positive impact on human resources so that they can
help adapt well even though there are system changes in education and
technological advances. Third, the compensation obtained by the
human resources at MAN 1 Tanggamus, in the form of monthly
salaries, committee wages, and extracurricular coaching salaries.
MAN 1 Tanggamus does not provide other types of compensation,

such as holiday allowances and other welfare benefits. Fourth,
Termination of Employment (PHK) at MAN 1 Tanggamus has never
been carried out unilaterally by MAN 1 Tanggamus itself, all
termination of employment (PHK) is caused by resignation, death,
transfer of duties and retirement

This research is motivated because the author found a blind student who excels in the field of Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur'an (MTQ) even though he has visual impairment. The purpose of this study was to determine the method of learning the Qur'an for blind students (X), how blind students X in learning to read the Qur'an, the time of learning the Qur'an for visually impaired students (X), the media used by blind students. (X) in learning the Qur'an and what achievements have been achieved by blind students (X) in the field of MTQ. This study uses qualitative research methods with the type of case study research. The subject in this study was a visually impaired student of class X 2021 from the Department of Extraordinary Education, Faculty of Education, UNP who was totally blind. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study found that X used the practice method in learning to read the Qur'an, X began listening to the Qur'an from MP3 since he was a baby and began learning to memorize the Qur'an at the age of 3 years. many years. THE SATIRE AND MOCKERY TOWARD TWENTIETH CENTURY BRITISH AS SEEN IN PLOT AND MAIN CHARACTERS' ACTION AND ATTITUDE IN EVELYN WAUGH'S DECLINE AND FALL
No full textLiterature is art that present imaginative world. Mario Klarer in his book entitledAn
Introduction to literary Studies states that “In most cases, literature is referred to as the
entirety of written expression, with the restriction that not every written document can be
categorized as literature in the more exact sense of the word” (1). From the Klarer’s
statement, the writer thinks not all written works belong to literary works. There are some
characteristics that should be acquired in order a work can be called a literary work. Then,
Charles Bressler in his work entitled Defining Criticism, Theory, and Literature, said that ”
imaginative and creative aspects of literature are essential components of the word Literature
itself “(13). This statement supported the writer’s opinion that literature is art which is
characterized by creativity and imagination of its author. Without those two elements, there is
no works that can be called literary works.
In addition, Peter Barry in his book entitled Beginning Theory, emphasizes that the
“literary text contains its own meaning within itself. It does not require any elaborate process
of placing it within a context”(20). This statement is seeing a work in intrinsic way like
character, plot, and theme of a novel, drama, or poetry. Next, David Carter in his book
entitled Literary Theory, said that “ Literature is what a given society at a given time
considers it to be”(17). It means that music, drama, and art belong to literature in specific
society at a specific time. The writer thinks Carter sees literary works from historical
perspective.
From several explanations above, the writer concludes thatliterary works from a society at
specific time contain meaning and we can analyze that meaning within the literary text. In
addition, Boris Ford in his book entitled From Dryden to Jhonson, adds that “the quality of
civilization shows itself best in its arts”(420). This means literary works as part of arts are
mirror of a civilization.
The writer chooses Decline and Fall as an object of analysis because this is the first
and possibly the best work of Evelyn Waugh. Because this novel is his first work that gains
him famous in Britain in twentieth century. The novel is notable for its economy of time and
space because the action extends over one year. In that short time, the writer thinks Waugh
can make an interesting story from Paul’s experience since he drops out from Oxford until he
comes back to this university with new appendix and faked his identity.
Then, there are too many characters in Decline and Fall and it is hard to understand
the characters. The characters are complex. As Jane Elizabeth Neff (1972) from Iowa State
University stated that Evelyn Waugh's Decline and Fall characters do not remain flat. A
single character may perform the work of two or more separate characters functions. Decline
and Fall tells about Paul Pennyfeather's experience since he drops out from his college, then
seeking for work in Llanabba school, getting engage with student's mother, Margot, in jail,
and ending in same place where the novel started, Paul's college. From Paul's movement from
one place and situation to another, he meets many people with complicated problems, mostly
they are high class people. Their names are Dr.Fagan, Philbrick, Captain Grimes, Margot,
and many mores.
According to Jane Elizabeth Neff in her thesis entitled Character development in the
novels of Evelyn Waugh, “The author Evelyn Waugh was born in Hampstead, England in
1903. His works are mostly satiric in theme. He elegantly criticizes british society
intwentieth century era or between the World War (first and second)”(3). The writer argues
Waugh’s works mock the British society who praise material pursuit and class-oriented.
Then, the writer also thinks that the problem that Waugh criticizing in the form of satire
inDecline and Fallis still relevant today as Altshuler in his book entitled Prose as Experience points
out: “the problem that our civilization faces today is its inability to focus on moral, social, and
religious truth”(284). This shows most of society in this century face similar problem as British
society has. In addition, Evelyn Waugh is one of the giants of 20th-century English literature
and one of the greatest English stylists of any age. According to Evelynwaughsociety.org:
“Though his faith, politics and temperament remain out of step with the norms of
literary culture today as they were at the time of his death in 1966, he is perennially in
print and likely to survive as one of the giants of 20th-century English literature and
one of the greatest English stylists of any age”( Evelynwaughsociety.org).
Therefore, Waugh is one of the important figures of novelist in twentieth century era. His
works stand as leading works in literary tradition . Afterward, this research is aimed at
uncovering the satire and mockery of Evelyn Waugh in the Decline and Fall based on the
analysis of A.J. Greimas theory
