Full text linkKedudukan media pembelajaran sangatlah krusial. Pendidik dituntut untuk bisa memilih media yang cocok digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran agar penyampaian pendidik diterima dengan jelas dan menarik minat belajar peserta didik. Mengingat teknologi yang sudah menyebar luas dalam kehidupan modern, hal ini dapat dimanfaatkan secara efektif sebagai media yang praktis untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran melalui penggunaan teknologi. Namun, berdasarkan pengamatan penulis diperoleh informasi bahwa media pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di MAN Surabaya belum maksimal dalam pemanfaatan teknologi. Hal tersebut menjadi dasar yang digunakan penulis untuk menetapkan weblog sebagai media pembelajaran. Selain media pembelajaran, hal yang dapat menarik minat belajar ialah diversifikasi materi ajar. Salah satu konsep materi yang diperkenalkan dalam Kurikulum Merdeka, yaitu alih wahana, merupakan subjek penelitian yang menarik karena kebaruannya dan masih terbatasnya literatur. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses penelitian, efektivitas, dan respon peserta didik terhadap pemanfaatan weblog sebagai media pembelajaran menulis alih wahana teks biografi menjadi puisi di MAN Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen sebenarnya. Sumber data dikumpulkan melalui tes awal dan tes akhir. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi pengamatan, tes, dan angket respon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemanfaatan weblog dalam proses pembelajaran berhasil dan dikategorikan sangat baik serta mendapat respon positif dari peserta didik. Hasil belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan dan analisis statistik melalui uji-t menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok. Artinya, pemanfaatan weblog efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran alih wahana teks biografi ke puisi.

Full text linkThe increasing use of social media on Instagram has triggered the emergence of sarcastic comments, particularly concerning the topic of sexual harassment, in the comment section. This research aims to identify the types and meanings of the sarcasm used by netizens on the Instagram account @mastercorbuzier, as well as the functions of these sarcastic remarks. This research follows a qualitative descriptive approach, using descriptive sentences rather than numbers. The data for this study consist of Instagram comments on the @mastercorbuzier account, which are expressed in sentence form. The data collection procedure employs the observation and note-taking method. The data are analyzed based on their meanings, types, and functions, and the results are then summarized. The data analysis technique involves an interactive model that examines the written language of sarcasm from Dedy Corbuzier's Instagram account, records the identified data, analyzes them descriptively, and draws conclusions from the research findings. The findings of this study reveal that the stylistic device of sarcasm, known as antiphrasis, appears in 24 instances. These instances demonstrate that Instagram users employ implicit language that conveys the opposite or contrary meaning to express their comments. Furthermore, out of the 23 instances, netizens predominantly utilize connotative meanings to convey their intentions in the comment section. Lastly, the most common linguistic function employed by netizens, with 13 instances, is discourse, which serves to discuss ongoing events

Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk, makna, dan fungsi bahasa slang yang digunakan fans K-pop pada akun TikTok @official_nct. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah teknik simak dan teknik catat, adapun teknik lanjutan simak bebas libat cakap. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode padan intralingual. Data penelitian ini berupa kata atau frasa pada komentar fans K-pop yang mengandung bahasa slang. Dari hasil penelitian, ditemukan empat bentuk bahasa slang berupa singkatan, bentuk salah ucap yang lucu, bentuk yang dipendekkan, dan interjeksi. Ditemukan dua makna yang berupa makna denotasi dan makna konotasi. Ditemukan fungsi bahasa slang yaitu fungsi representasi, fungsi interaksional, fungsi personal, dan fungsi imajinatif. FUNGSI KOMPETITIF IMPERATIF DALAM DEBAT CALON PRESIDEN REPUBLIK INDONESIA 2024
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fungsi tuturan imperatif dalam Debat Calon Presiden Republik Indonesia 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data berasal dari tuturan lisan yang mengandung tuturan imperatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah video youtube KPU RI debat pertama, debat ketiga, dan debat kelima. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi, simak bebas libat cakap (SBLC), dan catat. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data berupa metode padan pragmatis dengan teknik pilah unsur tertentu. Teknik hubung banding menyamakan (HBS) digunakan sebagai teknik lanjutan yang menyambungkan, membandingkan, dan menyamakan data kebahasaan dengan teori sebagai objek penelitian. Adapun prosedur analisis data melalui empat tahap, yaitu pengodean data, analisis data, penyajian hasil, dan penyimpulan data. Hasil penelitian ini berupa fungsi tuturan imperatif meliputi fungsi kompetitif, fungsi menyenangkan, fungsi bekerja sama, dan fungsi bertentangan. Fungsi kompetitif mendominasi tuturan yang disampaikan oleh tiap-tiap calon presiden dalam debat. Hal tersebut terjadi karena forum Debat Calon Presiden 2024 ini bersifat formal. Dalam situasi tersebut, para calon presiden sedang menunjukkan otoritas dan kepemimpinan apabila terpilih sebagai presiden periode selanjutnya. Temuan dalam penelitian ini dapat dijadikan referensi penggunaan tuturan imperatif untuk memperoleh dukungan masyarakat dalam sebuah kompetisi politik.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
