    Abstract: The existence of this paper is to examine the Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) applied at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School through a learning system that is internalized in the form of activities, programs and habituation patterns in Islamic boarding schools as an effort to shape the character of students, develop knowledge, insight, increase motivation , positive thinking, creative, critical and independent behavior. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observations and documentation. In this study the author intends to reveal how the PAI learning system based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) is implemented at the Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school.     ABSTRAK Durotul Inayati Alfaizah. “Meningkatkan Pengenalan Kosakata Bahasa Inggris Anak Usia Dini Melalui Permainan Puzzle di Kelompok B1 Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) Nurul Ummah Kotagede Kota Yogyakarta”. Skripsi. Yogyakarta: Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, 2019. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) Mengetahui kemampuan bahasa Inggris anak usia dini di kelompok B1 TK Nurul Ummah Kotagede Kota Yogyakarta. (2) Mengetahui pelaksanaan permainan puzzle untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa Inggris anak usia dini di kelompok B1 TK Nurul Ummah Kotagede Kota Yogyakarta. (3) Mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan bahasa Inggris anak usia dini melalui permainan puzzle kelompok B1 TK Nurul Ummah Kotagede Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang bersifat kolaboratif, yakni peneliti dengan guru kelas bekerjasama dalam proses pembelajaran. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok B1 di TK Nurul Ummah Kotagede Kota Yogyakarta dengan jumlah anak 15 siswa. Sedangkan obyek penelitian ini adalah Pengenalan bahasa Inggris anak usia dini melalui permainan puzzle. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain yang dikembangkan oleh Kurt Lewin yang memiliki empat komponen yaitu perencanaan (planning), tindakan (acting), pengamatan (observing), dan refleksi (reflecting). Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi yang berbentuk tanda centang/cheklist. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Kemampuan bahasa Inggris anak kelompok B1 sebelum dilakukan tindakan mendapatkan persentase 51,3%. (2) Pengenalan bahasa Inggris anak usia dini melalui permainan puzzle dilakukan dua siklus dengan dua kali pertemuan pada tiap siklus. Setiap pertemuan dibagi menjadi tiga yaitu kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti, dan kegiatan akhir. Peneliti menyediakan tiga puzzle setiap pertemuan sehingga anak bermain dengan bergantian. Sebelum anak bermain, peneliti mendemonstrasikan aturan bermain puzzle, kemudian anak bermain sendiri dengan pengawasan peneliti. (3) Kemampuan bahasa Inggris anak kelompok B1 meningkat setelah dilaksanakan tindakan melalui permainan puzzle. Pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 70,1% dan pada siklus II meningkat lagi menjadi 81,7%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pengenalan bahasa Inggris anak usia dini melalui permainan puzzle mampu meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa Inggris anak di kelompok B1 TK Nurul Ummah Kotagede Kota Yogyakarta. Anak mampu mengenal nama-nama binatang dalam bahasa Inggris, mengetahui arti dari bahasa Inggrisnya nama-nama binatang dan mampu mengucapakan bahasa Inggrisnya dengan benar. Dari hasil tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa penelitian ini berhasil karena persentase yang dicapai sudah mencapai batas yang telah ditentukan

    This study aims to determine the function of the mosque as a center for nonformal Islamic education in Troso village, Karanganom sub-district, with several problems 1) What is the function of the mosque as a center for nonformal Islamic education at the Nurul Huda Mosque as a center for nonformal Islamic education in Troso village 2) What any form of nonformal Islamic education at the Nurul Huda Mosque 3) What are the factors that support and hinder the function of the Nurul Huda mosque as a center for Nonformal Islamic Education. The results of this study show that the function of the Nurul Huda Mosque as a center for nonformal Islamic education has been carried out optimally by the administrators of the Nurul Huda mosque in Troso village. The forms of activities carried out at the Nurul Huda Mosque in Troso village are TPA and taklim assemblies consisting of daily, weekly and monthly recitations.     Gangguan pada darah dapat mempengaruhi proses metabolisme tubuh dan mengakibatkan terjadinya penyakit gagal ginjal serta kesalahan transfusi darah. Pemeriksaan golongan darah yang tidak tepat sebelum transfusi menyebabkan reaksi imunologis seperti anemia hemolitik, syok dan kematian. Pemeriksaan golongan darah dilakukan agar masyarakat mengetahui jenis golongan darah untuk antisipasi jika membutuhkan transfusi darah. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk memberikan edukasi dan mengetahui jenis golongan darah siswa Sekolah Dasar melalui pemeriksaan golongan darah sistem ABO. Tahap persiapan dilakukan observasi dan sosialisasi. Tahap pelaksanaan terdiri dari edukasi, diskusi tanya jawab dan pemeriksaan golongan darah. serta evalusi pada tahap akhir. Edukasi sangat efektif memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa tentang pentingnya mengetahui golongan darah. Jumlah siswa golongan darah O sebanyak 67 orang (52%), golongan darah A sebanyak 21 orang (16%), golongan darah B sebanyak 34 orang (26%) dan golongan darah AB sebanyak 8 orang (6%)

    One way to maintain the authenticity of the Qur'an is to memorize the Qur'an for a Muslim, because by memorizing the Qur'an all the verses in it will not change, so that its authenticity can be maintained. Therefore, the researcher wants to know how to memorize the Qur'an student of Tahfidz School Nurul Huda Kartasura? and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of memorizing the Qur'an student of Tahfidz School Nurul Huda Kartasura?. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of memorizing the Qur'an student of Tahfidz School Nurul Huda Kartasura and to identify supporting factors and obstacles to the implementation of memorizing the Qur'an student of tahfidz school Nurul Huda kartasura. The type of research used in this research is field research using a qualitative phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, documentation. Data validity techniques through persistence of observations and triangulation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study show that the implementation of memorizing the Qur'an student of Tahfidz School Nurul Huda Kartasura includes the purpose of memorization, memorization methods and memorization evaluation. The purpose of memorizing students is centered on Allah Almighty in order to get His mercy and be facilitated in the affairs of the world and the Hereafter. The method of memorizing the Quran that is applied is the wahdah method. The wahdah method is applied individually, which is to read over and over again the verses to be memorized and there are no errors. Evaluation aims to measure the extent to which students can memorize the Qur'an. The evaluation of memorization students includes two things, namely incidental evaluation and scheduled evaluation. There are also supporting factors, namely good physical and psychological, awards and adequate learning facilities as well as inhibiting factors, namely campus activities that are quite crowded, non-optimal time utilization and laziness

    Korelasi Kadar C-Reaktif Protein dengan Persentase Eosinofil pada Pasien Covid-19

    Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) merupakan virus corona baru yang dikenal sebagai Covid-19. Pemeriksaan skrining seperti C-reaktif protein dapat dilakukan pada saat timbulnya gejala klinis. infeksi SARS-CoV-2 dapat menyebabkan peradangan yang mengakibatkan meningkatnya kadar C-reaktif protein. Peradangan dapat diketahui dengan pemeriksaan hitung persentase eosinofil dimana sel ini berperan dalam sistem kekebalan tubuh terhadap infeksi virus. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui adanya korelasi antara kadar C-reaktif protein dengan persentase eosinofil pada pasien Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey analitik menggunakan rancangan survey cross sectional dengan pendekatan observasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah accidental sampling. Sebanyak 24 sampel dari penderita Covid-19 dilakukan pemeriksaan eosinofil dan kadar C-reaktif protein. Uji statistik hasil pemeriksaan dilakukan analisis bivariate dengan rumus korelasi pearson. Hasil penelitian didapatkan rerata eosinofil yaitu 2,5% dan rerata kadar C-reaktif protein 13,56 mg/L. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p= 0,037<0,05 dan nilai r= -0,428 sehingga menunjukkan nilai yang signifikan dan korelasi antara persentase eosinofil dengan kadar C-reaktif protein. Terdapat korelasi antara penurunan persentase eosinofil dengan peningkatan kadar C-reaktif protein pada pasien Covid-19

This study originated from a few observations in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Islam Ngemplak Boyolali where on the evaluation of learning activities in the subjects of the Qur'an Hadist teachers using the evaluation of the domain of psychomotor. This study aims to (1) describe the implementation of the evaluation of psychomotor learning Al-qur'an Hadist in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Islam Ngemplak Boyolali, (2) identify barriers and solutions in the implementation of the evaluation domain of psychomotor learning Al-qur'an Hadist in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Islam Ngemplak Boyolali. As for this research using qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. The technique of data analysis used data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of this study that the implementation of the evaluation domain of psychomotor learning Al-qur'an Hadist in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Islam Ngemplak includes the preparation, implementation and results. At the stage of preparation that teachers prepare the evaluation instrument, composing the lattice, draw conclusions, and follow-up. At the stage of implementation, teachers use the technique of evaluation of performance or practice that is the practice of memorizing the verses of the Qur'an and hadith. At this stage the results of the teacher doing the observation directly and indirectly. The obstacles that the first is still a lack of understanding of educators related to the evaluation. The solution that the teacher should study the various sources such as books, journals, attend seminars related to the evaluation, and seek information from the other party better understand the evaluation. The barriers that learners who are difficult in remembering or memorizing, and still not yet fluent in reading verses of the Qur'an and hadith, while time is not possible if in the teaching and learning activities the teacher only focuses on the quality of the recitation of Al-qur'an learners. The solution that the teacher and the school authorities make the program BTA held every school and his schedule is adjusted to the subjects of the Qur'an Hadist.     Desa Jelantik Kecamatan Jonggat Kabupaten Lombok Tengah memiliki kasus penderita penyakit tidak menular sebanyak 4,198% kadar gula darah, asam urat dan kolestrol dari jumlah penduduk dan ketercapaian deteksi penyakit tidak menular masih kurangnya yaitu masih dibawah 22 % dari total jumlah penderita. Penggunakan alat sederhana Point Of Care Tests (POCT) lebih praktis, mudah dibawa dan memungkinkan digunakan pasien untuk self-monitoring. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat ialah penyuluhan dan pelatihan pengetahuan kader tentang tentang penyakit tidak. Hasil yang dicapai ialah terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai penyakit tidak menular dan pemeriksaan laboratorium sederhana serta terjadi peningkatan keterampilan penggunaan alat sederhana POCT. Terjadi juga peningkatan ketercapaian pemeriksaan penyakit tidak menular dari 22% menjadi 50%. Saran dari hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ialah pada kegiatan posyandu keluarga pemeriksaan glukosa/kolesterol dan asam urat dapat dilaksanakan oleh kader posyandu terlatih, sehingga meningkatkan ketercapaian deteksi penyakit tidak menular

From the results of the questionnaire, psychological problems are most often problems experienced by the second semester English Education Program of STKIP Nurul Huda Sukarja with a mean of 72,73% who had a problem in vocabulary, 54,55% who have problems in grammar, 60,61% who had problems in pronunciation, 72,73% who fear of making mistake, and 57,58% who have problems in lack of confidence. In conclusion, linguistics and psychological problems are a problem that experienced by the second semester of the English Education Program of STKIP Nurul Huda Sukarja
