Keberadaan tempat wisata akan berdampak besar bagi masyarakat desa. Masyarakat dapat mengelola dan memanfaatkan alam desa sendiri dan tidak terpaku pada pertanian atau peternakan saja. Namun lemahnya kemampuan mengembangkan potensi alam yang ada, maka pemerintah desa berusaha mengembangkan potensi melalui wisata alam perbukitan yang dikelola oleh kelompok sadar wisata (POKDARWIS).
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat oleh POKDARWIS Paras Adi Prakarsa dan kondisi kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat desa pasca mengikuti program POKDARWIS Paras Adi di Desa Karangsambung, Kecamatan Karangsambung, Kabupaten Kebumen. Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwah: 1) proses peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi nasyarakat oleh POKDARWIS Paras Adi Prakarsa yaitu: a) Tahapan penyadaran (Gethuk Tular, Sosialisasi, Musyawarah), b) Tahapan Pengkapasitasan (Pelatihan kepada pengurus dan masyarakat), c) Tahap Pendayaan (UMKM, Home stay, Catering makanan), d) Tahapan Evaluasi (program yang sudah terlaksana sera kritik dan saran dari masyarakat Desa Karangsambung). 2) Kondisi kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat desa pasca mengikuti program POKDARWIS Paras Adi Prakarsa yaitu: a) Meningkatkan Aspek Ekonomi, b) Meningkatkan Aspek Pendidikan, c) Meningkatkan Aspek Sosial, d) Meningkatnya Pelayanan terharap Pengunjung, e) Terjaganya Ketentraman dan Keamanan Lingkungan

No full textKelas Holothuroidea yang merupakan salah satu anggota filum
Echinodermata, terdiri atas enam bangsa, yaitu Dendrochirotida, Aspidochirotida,
Dactylochirotida, Apodida, Molpadiida dan Elasipodida. Holothuroidea umumnya
berbentuk bulat panjang atau silindris sekitar 10-150 cm, dengan mulut pada salah
ujungnya dan anus pada ujung lainnya. Hingga saat ini telah dapat diidentifikasi
sekitar 1.135 jenis Holothuroidea. Kelompok hewan ini dapat ditemukan hidup di
daerah terumbu karang dan padang lamun. Padang lamun dan terumbu karang
merupakan ekosistem yang terdapat di zona intertidal. Zona intertidal merupakan
suatu daerah yang menyimpan keanekaragaman jenis biota laut, salah satu zona
intertidal terdapat di Pantai Bama Taman Nasional (TN) Baluran.
Keanekaragaman jenis Holothuroidea pada suatu ekosistem memiliki peranan
yang penting. Holothuroidea merupakan salah satu hewan yang memiliki peran
sangat penting dalam penyeimbang ekosistem laut yaitu sebagai pemakan deposit
(deposit feeder) dan pemakan suspensi (suspension feeder). Disisi lain, beberapa jenis
Holothuroidea juga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan olahan makanan yang bernilai
ekonomis tinggi dan semua anggota filum Echinodermata termasuk kelas
Holothuroidea juga dapat digunakan sebagai bioindikator pencemaran air laut.
Sebagai area konservasi, keanekaragaman Holothuroidea di Pantai Bama TN Baluran
diduga cukup tinggi, sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang keanekaragaman
jenis Holothuroidea di zona intertidal Pantai Bama TN Baluran. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman jenis Holothuroidea di zona intertidal
Pantai Bama TN Baluran. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat sebagai salah satu sumber informasi mengenai keanekaragaman jenis Holothuroidea di zona
intertidal bagi masyarakat secara umum dan pengelola Pantai Bama TN Baluran.
Selain itu, penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi bagi kalangan
akademisi yaitu sebagai bahan kajian penelitian lebih lanjut.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode transek-plot sistematis sebanyak 379 plot.
Identifikasi jenis Holothuroidea dilakukan di Laboratorium Oceanografi LIPI Jakarta.
Dari hasil penelitian, jenis Holothuroidea yang ditemukan di Pantai Bama TN
Baluran sebanyak tujuh jenis yang mewakili dua bangsa, dua suku dan empat marga.
Holothuria atra merupakan jenis yang paling banyak ditemukan. Sedangkan
Bohadschia argus, Holothuria hilla dan Holothuria Scabra merupakan jenis dengan
jumlah individu terendah. Indeks keanekaragaman jenis (H’) Holothuroidea di zona
intertidal Pantai Bama dalam kategori rendah dengan nilai sebesar 0,578, sedangkan
indeks kesamarataannya (J’) tergolong tidak merata dengan nilai 0,297

No full textPelabuhan Perikanan Pantai (PPP) Labuhan Lombok dibangun pada tahun 1978
untuk menjadikannya sebagai pusat industri perikanan di Lombok Timur. Namun
masih terdapat masalah terkait penyediaan fasilitas, pelayanan aktivitas, dan
penyediaan data/informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat
efektivitas pengelolaan PPP Labuhan Lombok dan menentukan strategi dan
prioritas strategi yang dapat diterapkan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas
pengelolaan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei dan penentuan responden
dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah
SWOT, metode skoring, dan analisis USG (urgency, seriousness, growth). Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan tingkat efektivitas pengelolaan PPP Labuhan Lombok
adalah efektif dengan skor 2.97. Hasil analisis SWOT dan prioritas strategi
berdasarkan analisis USG antara lain: optimalisasi penggunaan lahan dalam upaya
meningkatkan ruang investasi di pelabuhan, peningkatan publikasi potensi
pelabuhan untuk menarik investor dalam penanaman modal di pelabuhan,
penambahan SDM untuk pelayanan aktivitas dalam menunjang kegiatan
revitalisasi perikanan tuna dan perbaikan fasilitas yang rusak sehingga dapat
menunjang kegiatan ekspor dari pelabuhan

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan suatu sistem Aplikasi Komite Sumber Daya Manusia (KSDM) online berbasis web yang dapat diandalkan, sehingga mampu menghasilkan informasi dan laporan yang lebih cepat, akurat dan relevan sesuai kebutuhan. Tempat penelitian adalah pada PT Cendana Teknika Utama Jakarta, perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang alat antrian dan bidang jasa pembuatan website. Sumber dan jenis data yang digunakan diperoleh melalui studi lapangan dan studi kepustakaan. Diantaranya dengan melakukan observasi dan interview langsung pada obyek penelitian serta ditunjang dengan literatur-literatur yang sesuai. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif.Dari hasil penelitian, ditemukan kendala kendala dari sistem yang saat ini sedang berjalan, antara lain: banyak kertas yang terbuang karena penjadwalan talent menggunakan kertas, proses sidang talent harus tatap muka, proses pembuatan laporan dan cetak hasil sidang tidak dapat di akses secara online, dan sebagainya. Aplikasi KSDM online ini mampu mengatasi permasalahan diatas dan mengantisipasinya.Dengan dibangunnya aplikasi Komite Sumber Daya Manusia ini membantu proses pengambilan keputusan dalam mencari penyedia (supplier) yang tepat dalam kegiatan pengadaan barang pada PT. Cendana Teknika Utama. Aplikasi menunjang kegiatan operasional perusahaan sehingga dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien
