This research uses cognitive semantic studies which study the meanings of depictions of human nature through the use of animal names in Mandarin songs from 1990-2000. To analyze research problems, linguistic theory and cognitive semantic theory are used which analyze language concepts and sentences in Mandarin songs through human thinking. The research method used by the author is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Analysis of the Use of Language Styles in Food Advertising Products
No full textThis research discusses the analysis of the use of language styles in food advertisements. This study uses two theories, namely Functional Systems Linguistics (TLSF) and stylistics, where stylistic theory is used to discuss how language styles are used in 10 food advertisements. The researchers used the theory of functional systems linguistics (TLSF) and stylistics to describe the language styles found in 10 food advertisements. The data source of this research is the Blibli application. The type of research used by the author uses a descriptive qualitative approach and a phenomenological approach. The results of this study are 23 data which show that (1) there are six language styles in food advertisements, namely exaggeration, repetition, rhetorical questions, duality, metaphor, and comparison. (2) The most dominant language style in food advertisements is exaggeration. Based on the author's analysis and conclusion, the author puts forward the following results: There are six language styles used in food advertising products, namely: Hyperbole, repetition, comparison, metaphor, rhetoric, and parallelism. In food product advertisements, the most widely used style is hyperbole, followed by repetition, third by comparison, fourth by metaphor, and finally rhetorical questions and paralism.140 PagesSkripsi Sarjan

No full textThe study is titled on twelve statues of Chinese Astrology (Shio) at the Avalokitasvara Pematangsiantar Vihara with a study of function and meaning. The author uses two theories namely the functional theory of Bronislaw Malinowski, and the semiotic theory of Charles Sanders Pierce. Methods and techniques used are qualitative research methods based on field observations and interviews. Significant results of this study are some of the meanings of the twelve zodiac, consisting of: (1) Astrology (Shio) Mouse symbolizes intelligence, (2) Buffalo symbolizes perseverance, (3) Tiger symbolizes dignity, (4) rabbit symbolizes hospitality, ( 5) The dragon symbolizes self-esteem, (7) Horse symbolizes the beneficent, (8) Goat symbolizes the creative, (9) Monkey symbolizes the optimist, (10) Chicken symbolizes discipline, (11) Dog symbolizes loyalty, 12) Pig represents calm. The next result of this research is about the function of twelve statues of Astrology (Shio) in the Avalokitasvara Monastery in Pematangsiantar which the society believes that every statue of zodiac serves to determine the talents, abilities and profession of the zodiac owner. (1) Astrology (Shio) Mouse tend to have the ability in the field of journalists and traders. (2) Buffalo has the ability in the field of photographer and nurse, (3) Tiger has the ability as officials and military, (4) Rabbit has the ability as actor and diplomat, (5) Dragon has the ability in the field of architects and lawyers, (6) as a lecturer and writer, (7) Horse possesses the ability as an artist and technician, (9) Monkey has the ability as a scientist and politician, (10) Chicken has the ability as police or enforcer other laws and doctors, (11) Dog has the ability as a pastor or a cleric, (12) Pig has the ability as a comedian or comedian.Penelitian ini bertajuk pada dua belas patung Astrologi Cina (Shio) di Vihara Avalokitasvara Pematangsiantar dengan kajian mengenai fungsi dan makna. Penulis menggunakan dua teori yaitu teori fungsional dari Bronislaw Malinowski, dan teori semiotik dari Charles Sanders Pierce. Metode dan teknik yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yang berdasarkan atas observasi lapangan dan wawancara. No full textThis thesis is entitled "Analysis of Structure of Narrative Text Script of Mandarin Short Story in Xun Bao Newspaper", analyzing about short story story structure. The phenomenon and setting it as the background and purpose of the study is to describe the experimental function of the Chinese short story narrative text in Xun Bao's Newspaper and to describe the structure of narrative text of the Chinese short story narrative on the Xun Bao newspaper. The author uses the theory of Functional Linguistics System and Generic Structure theory. The result of the research shows that the most common process of the whole short story is the material process that consists of the process, the participants and the circumstances and the short story writers have not fully applied using the structure of the schematics in accordance with the theory consisting of: abstract, complication, resolution, evaluation , And koda. This thesis can help short story writers to make short story structures better.Skripsi ini yang berjudul “Analisis Struktur Skematika Teks Narasi Cerita Pendek Bahasa Mandarin Pada Koran Xun Bao”,menganalisis tentang struktur skematika cerita pendek. Penulis menggunakan teori Linguistik Fungsional System dan teori Struktur Generik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses yang paling banyak muncul dari keseluruhan cerita pendek tersebut yaitu proses material yaitu terdiri dari proses, partisipan dan sirkumstan dan penulis cerita pendek belum sepenuhnya menerapkan menggunakan struktur skematika yang sesuai dengan teori yang terdiri dari: abstrak,komplikasi, resolusi, evaluasi, dan koda. Get PDFMulticulturalism is a classic concept in Islam that has existed for a long time, even since the state of Medina was born as the first Islamic state in the world. Meanwhile, in the context of Aceh, multiculturalism has also been known for a long time, considering that Aceh is a pluralistic region with diverse identities among its people. This article is the result of the author's research, which shows that Islamic law in Aceh seems unable to cover the multicultural aspects of Acehnese society. The implementation of Islamic law in Aceh requires a local-based approach by prioritizing multiculturalism as the estuary of policy determination. Multicultural conflicts in Aceh can be resolved through an educational approach through 2 (two) substances. First, Theoretical Substance, which is related to the education curriculum, learning methods, subject matter, and educational institutions. Second, Practical Substance, which is related to social, cultural, economic, and religious research whose root problems lead to multiculturalism, then practical and wise solutions are sought based on education. The author formulates the concept of persuasive Islam through 4 (four) principles, namely: (1) cultural-based preaching, (2) realizing active community participation, (3) psychological-based preaching, and (4) optimistic preaching. These four principles are expected to be able to become a solution in efforts to resolve the religious conflict that occurred in Aceh
Design and Simulation of Low Power and Voltage Micro Photovoltaic Cell for Mobile Devices
Get PDFIn this study, designed and simulated a micro photovoltaic cell circuit which is part of smartphone battery charging system sensor. Problem discussed in this paper was that smartphone are still charging battery from PLN through a wall outlet, but smartphone would be better off if it had other charging alternatives, such as being able to charge anywhere or mobile. This paper proposed used photovoltaic cell that can convert sunlight into electricity and it can charge the battery on a smartphone. Photovoltaic cell were integrated with smartphone batteries in photovoltaic IC to form a battery charging system that can charge smartphone. The design of the micro photovoltaic cell sensor section is based on from the references paper. Micro photovoltaic cell was design by modifying the resistor value in the micro photovoltaic cell circuit, so the output low voltage and power be able to charge the smartphone battery. Designed and simulated micro photovoltaic cell circuits will be carried out using LTSpice. The results that achived in this research, when shunt resistance value was configure negative, the voltage value around 200mV, the power value around 1,48µW. When the shunt resistance value was configure positive the voltage value around 199mV, the power value around 1,44µW. Analysis was carried out by comparing voltage values obtained in this study with previous studies. In this study, a smaller voltage value was obtained by modifying the resistor value in the micro photovoltaic cell circuit. The circuit design will later be implemented in 0.35µm CMOS technology

Get PDFThe purpose of the thesis research entitled "Space Deixis and Time Deixis in the Film Forensic Medicine Song ci (法医宋慈 ) by Hu Guohan" is to determine the types of spatial deixis (locative lexemes, demonstrative lexemes, temporal lexemes) and the forms of time deixis (present time deixes). , time deixis, future time deixis relative time deixis) were the most dominant found. In this study the authors analyzed the form and use of deixis. The researcher uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data in this study is the text that becomes a conversational dialogue in the film Forensic Medicine Song ci (法医宋慈 ) by Hu Guohan. Based on the results and discussion, the researcher concludes that space deixis and time deixis in the film Forensic Medicine Song ci (法医宋慈 ) The author of Hu Guohan's work found that the results of the research data contained 71 space deixis and time deixis consisting of 28 forms of space deixis and 43 forms of time deixis. In addition, the theory that the research results uses the theory of Bambang K.P (1984: 1) shows that the use of deixis is related to the context of speech. Deixis has meaning if it is considered and can be known through the context of the speech.Tujuan dari penelitian skripsi yang berjudul “Deiksis Ruang dan Deiksis Waktu dalam Film Forensic Medicine Song ci (法医宋慈 ) Karya Hu Guohan” adalah untuk mengetahui jenis deiksis ruang (leksem lokatif ,leksem demonstratif ,leksem temporal) dan bentuk deiksis waktu (deiksis waktu kini, deiksis waktu ,deiksis waktu mendatang deiksis waktu relatif) yang paling dominan ditemukan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menganalisis bentuk dan penggunaan deiksis. Peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif .Data dalam penelitian ini ialah teks yang menjadi dialog percakapan pada film Forensic Medicine Song ci (法医宋慈 )Karya Hu Guohan .Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa deiksis ruang dan deiksis waktu dalam film Forensic Medicine Song ci (法医宋慈 ) Karya Hu Guohan penulis menemukan hasil data penelitian ada 71 deiksis ruang dan deiksis waktu yang terdiri atas 28 bentuk deiksis ruang dan 43 bentuk deiksis waktu. Smarthome merupakan bagian dari internet of things yang bertujuan untuk memonitor dan mengendalikan Segala sesuatu di kediaman laptop atau smartphone. Untuk itu dalam implementasi smarthome jurnal ini akan membahas bagaimana merancang gorden dan lampu otomatis menggunakan sensor cahaya dan sensor temperature tubuh manusia berbasis arduino yang dikontrol dengan smartphone. Alat ini berfungsi untuk membuka atau menutup gorden dan menyalakan atau mematikan lampu dalam dua mode. Dalam alat ini akan terdapat dua mode yaitu otomatis dan manual, dimana mode otomatis akan bekerja dengan inputan yang masuk dari sensor sedangkan mode manual akan bekerja dengan inputan dari smartphone. Untuk mengerakkan gorden digunakan motor dc dan untuk mengontrol lampu digunakan relay sedangkan lcd digunakan untuk menampilkan mode yang sedang digunakan dalam alat
