Pengembangan Kewirausahaan Santri Pada Balai Latihan Kerja Komunitas Pesantren Al-Istianah Pati Jawa Tengah
This study aims to determine (1) The process of program implementation at the Balai Latihan Kerja Komunitas Pesantren Al-Istianah Pati Central Java (2) Factors that influence the development of sustainable entrepreneurship of students after the implementation of the Balai Latihan Kerja Komunitas Pesantren Al-Istianah Pati Central Java program. Researchers used descriptive-qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity checks using data triangulation techniques and data analysis using data reduction, data display, and conclution drawing/verification techniques.
The results showed: (1) the implementation of the Junior graphic design training program at BLK Komunitas Pesantren Al-Istianah Pati has been running effectively in accordance with the technical instructions from the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower in developing the knowledge and skills of trainee santri in the field of graphic design competence (2). The sustainable development of santri entrepreneurship after the implementation of the training program at BLKK Al-Istianah is influenced by several factors, namely: factors of vision, mission and organizational goals, training curriculum, training instructors and graduate participants. Based on these findings, this study recommends the need for collaborative and synergic steps from various parties in the form of further programs at BLKK Al-Istianah related to improving business skills, strengthening business infrastructure, capital support, mentoring and mentoring as well as building networks and business partnerships so that later santri graduates can truly be motivated and entrepreneurial in developing independent and sustainable businesses
A Correlational Study between Attitude towards Learning English and Reading Comprehesion Achievement of Grade XI Bahasa 1 Students at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember
Reading can be regarded as a basis to understand the language in written communication. It can be said that reading is an activity which involves the reader and the text whereby the readers are fully engange with the text to elicit the meaning of the written words in a text. Besides, students’ attitude in learning can also affect on their performances. Both attitude and knowledge relates one another as if it becomes the essential point in deciding student’s success or failure in language learning. This research was intended to find the correlation between attitude towards learning English and reading comprehension achievement. The research used correlational study as a research design. The subjects of the research were XI Bahasa 1 students at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember in the 2015/2016 academic year which chosen purposively. The main data collection methods of this research were reading comprehension test and questionnaire. The result of the research was anylized statistically by using Spearman Rank Order Correlation. The result revealed that the correlation coefficient was 0.623. In other words the coefficient correlation was 0 <0.623< 1, it indicates that there was a positive correlation. The result of the research showed that the degree of the correlation between students’ attitude towards learning English and reading comprehension achievement was in moderate strong relationship. Based on the calculation, the significant value was found 0.001. It showed that the significant value < 0.05 which means that null hypotheses (Ho) was rejected, as the consequence the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. In conclusion, the present research proved that there was a significant correlation between attitude towards learning English and reading comprehension achievement of grade XI Bahasa 1 students at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember in the 2015/2016 academic year
A Study of the Eighth Grade Students' Reading Comprehension Achievement at SMPN 1 Panji Situbondo
This quantitative research aimed at describing the reading achievement of the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Panji Situbondo. Reading itself is known as one of the four skills in English that is required to learn by the students. However, some of the eighth grade students of SMPN 1 Panji Situbondo had difficulty to comprehend a text, especially for a descriptive text. Thus, it was very important to conduct a research on reading comprehension achievement by using four indicators, namely the ability to comprehending word, comprehending sentence, comprehending paragraph, and comprehending text. As the result, the researcher found that the Eighth grade students' reading comprehension achievements at SMPN 1 Panji Situbondo was classified as “fair”; because, most of the students got the score between 60 up to 69
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Pengembangan Kecerdasan Verbal Linguistik Melalui Buku Cerita Bergambar (Studi Kasus Di RA Al Istianah Desa Srikaton Kecamatan Kayen Kabupaten Pati) Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021
Kecerdasan verbal linguistik sangalah penting untuk anak usia dini, karena dengan kecerdasan verbal linguistik anak dapat berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan baik. Untuk dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan verbal linguistik, lembaga sekolah harus mempunyai penunjang pembelajaran yang tepat untuk pengembangan kecerdasan verbal linguistik melalui buku cerita bergambar. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengemabangan kecerdasan verbal linguistik melalui buku cerita bergambar dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat di RA Al Istianah Desa Srikaton Kecamatan Kayen Kabupaten Pati.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1) untuk mendiskripsikan pengembangankecerdasan verbal linguistic melalui buku cerita bergambar di RA Al Istianah Desa Srikaton Kecamtan Kayen Kabupaten Pati. 2) unrtuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang menghambat dan mendukung dalam pengembangankecerdasan verbal linguistik melalui buku cerita bergambar di RA Al Istianah Desa Srikaton Kecamatan Kayen Kabupaten Pati.
Jenis pelitian ini adalah pendekatan lapangan (Field Exploration), dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data primer meliputi kepala RA, guru kelas dan wali murid. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder yaitu dokumen tentang sejarah berdiri, visi dan misi, stuktur organisasi, daftar guru, daftar anak didik dan dokumen lainnya yang terkait dengan penenlitian. Dimana dalam penelitia ini dilakukan menggunakan Teknik pengumpula data berupa observasi, interview dan dokumentasi yang diperoleh dari responden yang terkait dengan peneltian dan analisis data.
Hasil penelitian dapat disumpulkan bahwa: 1) Pengembangan kecerdasan verbal linguistik melalui buku cerita bergambar di RA Al Istianah Desa Srikaton Kecamatan Kayen Kabupaten Pati sangat baik. Dengan menggunakan buku cerita bergambar dapat memberikan stimulus kecerdasan verbal linguistik kepada anak untuk menyimak dan mendengarkan serta tanya jawab saat pelaksanaan bercerita. Dalam pelaksaan bercerita menggunakan buku cerita bergambar guru menyusun langkah-langkah persiapan, dimana menentuan pokok pemasalahan yang akan diceritakan terlebih dahulu, menyiapakan anak didik sebagai pendengar yang menyaksikan jalannya cerita. Kemudian tahap pelaksanaan, setelah tahap persiapan terselesaikan, guru bercerita dengan runtut menggunakan buku cerita bergambar membuka halaman buku satu persatu sampai selesai. Setelah selesai bercerita, kemudian guru bertanya kepada anak didik tentang isi cerita, tokoh dalam cerita, isi gambar dan memberikan anak kesempatan untuk tanya jawab dan kesempatan untuk menceritakan kembali cerita tersebut. 2) Faktor yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat pengembangan kecerdasan vebal linguistik melalui buku cerita bergambar di RA Al-Istianah Desa srikaton Kecamatan Kayen Kabupaten Pati, faktor pendukung yaitu dapat meningkat kemampuan berbicara anak, memotivasi dan membangkitkan semangat anak serta melatih perkembangan kecerdasan verbal linguistic dalam berkomunikasi secara efektif dan efisien sehingga proses percakapan menjadi komunikatif. Sedangkan penghambatnya yaitu pemahaman anak didik akan menjadi salut ketika crita itu telah terakumulasi dengan cerita lain atau masalah lain. Dan waktu yang sedikit dalam melakukan cerita membuat anak didik dan guru merasa kurang puas dalam pelaksanaan bercerit
STUDI KASUS PERMASALAHAN KETERLAMBATAN PERKEMBANGAN MOTORIK KASAR ANAK USIA DINI (5-6 TAHUN) DI PAUD AL-ISTIANAH KABUPATEN TASIKMALAYA
Abstrak
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena kurangnya kemampuan motorik kasar pada salah satu orang anak usia dini berkebutuhan khusus (5-6 tahun) di PAUD Al-Istianah Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui jenis dari keterlambatan perkembangan motorik kasar anak usia dini, penyebab dari keterlambatan perkembangan anak usia dini, dan penanganan dari orang tua dan guru terhadap keterlambatan perkembangan motorik kasar anak usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PAUD Al-Istianah Kabupaten Tasikmalaya dengan subjek dari penelitian ini yakni satu anak laki-laki yang berusia enam tahun. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan oleh peneliti yakni wawancara, obervasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa subjek yang diteliti mengalami keterlambatan perkembangan motorik kasar pada otot tangan dan kaki yang disebabkan oleh gangguan pada saraf pusat yang mengakibatkan saraf pada otot-otot tangan dan kaki terganggu. Subjek mengalami gangguan tersebut disebabkan karena subjek lahir dengan kedaan prematur, dan mengalami gangguan epilepsi. Keterlambatan perkembangan motorik kasar ini muncul ketika subjek berusia tiga tahun, yang ditandai dengan gejala awal yaitu demam yang tinggi dan kejang terus menerus. Solusi untuk menangani keterlambatan perkembangan motorik kasar yaitu dengan menjalani fisioterapi ke dokter spesialis saraf.
Abstract
This research is motivated by the lack of gross motor skills in one of the early childhood with special needs (5-6 years) in PAUD Al-Istianah Tasikmalaya Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out the types of delays in grass motor development in early childhood, the causes of delays in childhood development, and solutions and handling from parents and teachers to delays in gross motor development in early childhood. The research method used is a qualitatuve approach with a case study method. This research was conducted in PAUD Al-Istianah, Tasikmalaya Regency with the subject og this study, namely a six-year-old boy. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers are interviews, obervation, and documentation. The results of this study stated that the subjects studied experienced dealys in gross motor development in the muscles of hands and feet caused by neurological disorders that nad been sufferes since birth. The subject experienced the disorder because the subject was born prematurely, and had an epileptic disorder. The dealy in gross motor development apppeared when the subject was three years old, which was characterized by early symptoms, namely high fever and continuous seizures. The solution to dealing gross motor development is to undergo physiotherapy to a neurologist
