SANGGAR SEBAYA SEBAGAI WADAH PEMBINAAN BERNYANYI SISWA SMA NEGERI 1 SENDANA DI KABUPATEN MAJENE
Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembinaan
bernyanyi di sanggar sebaya SMA Negeri 1 Sendana, (2) Untuk mengetahui apa
saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapan metode pelatihan
bernyanyi di sanggar sebaya SMA Negeri 1 Sendana. Jenis penelitian ini adalah
penelitian kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan untuk memperolah data-data
berupa lisan maupun tulisan dari hasil pengamatan. Sumber data penelitian adalah
data primer, yaitu data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian dan hasil observasi
yang dilakukan dilapangan, data primer yang diperoleh berupa informasi bahwa
yang menjadi anggota dari sanggar sebaya yaitu mulai dari kelas X, XI, DAN XII
SMA Negeri 1 Majene. Sedangkan data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh
melalui telaah kepustakaan. Selanjutnya, metode pengumpulan data yang
digunakan adalah observasi yaitu melakukan pengamatan langsung di lapangan
atau lokasi penelitian, wawancara yaitu melakukan komunikasi langsung dengan
narasumber yang berkaitan dengan judul penelitian, dan dokumentasi yang
diambil melalui ponsel di lokasi penelitian. Kemudian teknik analisis data
dilakukan melalui tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, display data (penyajian data), dan
kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembinaan bernyanyi siswasiswi di Sanggar Sebaya SMA Negeri 1 Sendana merupakan proses
pengembangan bakat serta kemampuan bernyanyi siswa-siswa dengan
menerapkan proses latihan yaitu proses latihan yang dilaksanakan secara
berulang-ulang dan melalui beberapa langkah-langkah yaitu mulai dari tahap
awal, tahap pelaksanaan, hingga tahap akhir. Selain itu, pada proses latihan ada
faktor pendukung (dari pihak sekolah, dari pihak pelatih, dan dari pihak anggota
sanggar) dan penghambat (jadwal latihan dan beberapa anggota yang kurang
disiplin) dalam pembinaan bernyanyi di sanggar sebaya SMA Negeri 1 Sendana.
Kedua faktor tersebut tidak dapat dipungkiri pasti selalu ada di setiap proses
latihan dengan adanya kedua faktor tersebut dapat menjadi motivasi baik para
anggota maupun pelatih.

Pengaruh Media Sosial Tiktok terhadap Minat Berkunjung Wisatawan (Studi pada Akun Tiktok @tamanbungacelosia)
The development of the tourism sector in the current digital era requires tourism actors to play a role in technology by utilizing social media. Social media can be an effective tool in promoting Indonesia's tourism potential through various platforms such as Tiktok which is currently popular. Utilizing social media by uploading interesting content can create a sense of interest in visiting the promoted tour. Celosia Flower Park Tourism has a Tiktok account with the name @tamanbungacelosia. In this account, the manager uploads videos of various forms of tourism activities offered and information related to Celosia. The @tamanbungacelosia account has up to 200 thousand followers. With so many followers, the Tiktok @tamanbungacelosia account can indirectly allow attracting interest in visits from its followers. This research is a descriptive quantitative research with a survey method where the author will make observations from the results of the questionnaire. The data sources in this study include primary data obtained from questionnaire answers that have been filled in by respondents and secondary data obtained from articles and previous research. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the SPSS application. The results showed that the social media Tiktok account @tamanbungacelosia has an influence of 46% on visiting interest. This is evidenced by the R Square value. The indicator that is considered the most influential in social media variables is the Connection indicator, while the indicator that is considered the most influential in the visiting interest variable is the transactional interest indicator. The suggestion that researchers can give is the hope that further research can use other social media platforms besides Tiktok, and can use other variables that are considered to influence visiting interest
PENGGUNAAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN VIDEO GAME IPA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENGUASAAN KONSEP SISWA
AbstractIn education, many empirical studies have shown evidence that video games have the potential to improve student learning outcomes, but there is still great controversy in the literature regarding the impact of video game. More evidence is needed to convince educators and researchers regarding the actual value and the efficiency of video game in learning science. The purpose of this study was to examine the use of video game in learning to improve the mastery of concepts about the interaction of living beings and the environment of junior high school students who played the “Selamatkan Dunia Digital!” educational gaming application that has been developed by author in previous studies. This weak experimental study collected pretest and posttest results to determine students\u27 mastery of concepts before and after Intervention. Normalized Gain of the pretest and posttest are assumed to be the effect of the intervention. The results show a low increasing mastery of concept by students who learned by playing game, so this study stated that learning science by using instructional video game media are still not able to facilitate mastery of concept of students.Keywords: interactive media; video game; mastery of conceptsAbstrakDalam dunia pendidikan, banyak penelitian empiris telah berhasil menunjukkan bukti bahwa video game memiliki potensi dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, tetapi kontroversi besar masih ada pada literatur mengenai pengaruh game yang sebenarnya. Dibutuhkan lebih banyak bukti untuk meyakinkan pendidik dan peneliti mengenai nilai aktual dan efisiensi pembelajaran menggunakan video game. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui penggunaan game dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan penguasaan konsep tentang Interaksi makhluk hidup dengan lingkungan siswa SMP. Game yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah game yang berjudul “Selamatkan Dunia Digital!” yang telah dikembangkan oleh peneliti pada penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu, dengan desain The one-Group Prettest-Posttest Design untuk memperoleh gambaran penguasaan konsep siswa sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Peningkatan nilai pada pretest dan posttest diasumsikan merupakan efek dari perlakuan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan nilai N-gain rata-rata siswa masih dalam kategori rendah, dan pencapaian skor posttest rata-rata siswa juga masih rendah, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran IPA dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran media video game masih belum dapat memfasilitasi penguasaan konsep IPA siswa pada konsep Interaksi Makhluk Hidup dengan Lingkungan.Kata Kunci: media pembelajaran interaktif; video game; penguasaan konsep Permalink/DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.15408/es.v8i2.157
URGENSI PIDANA TAMBAHAN DALAM PEMULIHAN KAWASAN HUTAN BERDASARKAN UNDANG -UNDANG LINGKUNGAN HIDUP
Problems regarding the environment in Indonesia, especially in the forest environment, are increasing regardless of how and what types of forest damage exist, so the author conducted research that focuses on forms of resolution of all types of forest damage in Indonesia through additional criminal sanctions in in environmental law. This research was carried out because so far the forms of forest damage carried out by criminals have only received sanctions in the form of imprisonment and fines, therefore in this research examples of decisions are presented which contain several examples of the imposition of additional criminal sanctions and then analyzed. to get answers to the problems that are the author's focus point. This research was carried out because the direct impact of the damage itself is to living creatures as well as nature and they certainly also need a number of treatments to return to the good category. So this research raises problems regarding its existence regulation of additional criminal sanctions in the UUPLH as an effort to restore forest damage in Indonesia and the benefits of imposing additional criminal sanctions for the restoration of forest damage in Indonesia. This research uses a normative juridical methodCase approach (Case Approach) and legislation. The legal material collection technique uses literature study, analysis of cases that have been provided and additional interviews with ICEL resource persons as secondary data. The results of the research show that based on Article 119 of the Environmental Law, there are several forms of additional criminal sanctions, namely confiscation of profits obtained from criminal acts, closure of all or part of business premises and/or activities, repairs resulting from criminal acts. Obligation to carry out what was neglected without rights and/or Placement of the company under guardianship for a maximum of 3 (three) years. So the form of repair resulting from criminal acts is recovery by eliminating sources of pollution and cleaning up polluting materials, recovery by modernization, recovery by reforestation, recovery by rehabilitation. Then to answer the benefits of environmental improvements in the form of area restoration, namely efficiency of recovery time, cheaper financing, the flora and fauna ecosystem recovers quickly. The conclusion of this research is that the provision of additional criminal sanctions which are then given in the decision can have a greater good impact, namely the effectiveness of the time it takes for nature to regenerate its body to return to a good standard more quickly and also to stop additional negative impacts due to destruction. From the results of the research above, suggestions were obtained, namely reviewing all types of regulations regarding additional criminal sanctions that exist in environmental law and forestry law as well as the need for additional explanations regarding the execution of additional criminal sanctions that have been decided by the court
PERBANDINGAN SISTEM PEMILIHAN UNTUK INDONESIA YANG MAJEMUK (KOMPARASI DENGAN SISTEM CHILE DAN AMERIKA SERIKAT)
General elections, including the election of president and vice president, legislative members and other regional election, are a manifestation of democracy and the basic principles of the nation in Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Indonesia currently adheres to an open proportionality election system. As time goes by and many changes occur, the electoral system adopted by Indonesia has many shortcomings, and various problems are also faced, such as identity politics and kinship politics. Based on the many differences in electoral systems in the world, the author examines two other countries, namely Chile and the United States, to see the differences and advantages of each of the electoral systems adopted. This is because the two countries are pluralistic countries. This research uses a normative method with a conceptual approach and a comparative approach which is configured into a systematic answer. Researchers found that Indonesia was right to use an open proportional electoral system, noting that Indonesia could adopt and combine several things to develop a better electoral system
The Relevance Of Citizen Lawsuit As A Positive Legal Instrument In The Procedural Law Of The State Administrative Court
Citizen Lawsuit is a law enforcement process with a mechanism for filing a lawsuit by citizens. The implementation of Citizen Lawsuit in Indonesia is termed still gray because there are no specific laws or regulations that regulate the mechanism either substantively or procedurally. The basis of the existence of a Citizen Lawsuit is negligence or violation by the state administrator of the laws and regulations and the General Principles of Good Governance (AUPB). The Citizen Lawsuit mechanism deserves a deeper study, because in its development there have been many Citizen Lawsuit lawsuits submitted to the General Court in terms of environmental law enforcement, fulfillment of human rights, violations of the principles of good general governance, and so on. By looking at the essence of the Citizen Lawsuit, the idea emerged that the Citizen Lawsuit must be legally adopted as part of positive law in HAPTUN for the sake of legal enforcement and certainty. The study, entitled the relevance of Citizen Lawsuit as a positive legal instrument in the procedural law of the state administrative court, aims to examine and analyze how the concept of the Citizen Lawsuit mechanism in the perspective of the State Administrative Court and whether it can be adopted as part of its positive law. The author uses research methods with a normative juridical approach or legal research as well as scientific literacy literature studies. The author's ideas are expected to provide a more comprehensive view of the perspective of Citizen Lawsuit in State Administrative Procedural Law and the relevance of Citizen Lawsuit to positive law. Citizen Lawsuit in the perspective of HAPTUN relates to the subject matter of the Defendant, the claims in the lawsuit related to the demands of attitudes or actions by state administrators, and their functions or objectives in fulfilling the rights of citizens. The main reason for Citizen Lawsuit can be adopted into positive law is because the concept of Citizen Lawsuit never conflicts with laws and regulations, and in its implementation provides many solutions to existing citizen problems and improves the implementation of the rights of citizens by state administrators. However, it is necessary to review the mechanism of Citizen Lawsuit in making positive law by adapting and adjusting to the Indonesian legal system so that in practice it can run effectively and optimally.
