She is a Malaysian singer, songwriter, actress and businesswoman with more than 300 local and international awards. She had launched her own beauty product line (SimplySiti) in 2010 which had made nationwide sensation in both local and the international market. With the help of her husband, Datuk Seri Khalid Mohd Jiwa and two others business partners, she ventured into the cosmetic industry after two years of research with AC Nielsen to study the market and target customers. The brand's name was derived from the word “simplicity”. For this situation study, I might want to share about the business person and a couple of things that everybody must know about Dato Siti Nurhaliza and her product's. There are many difficulties that Dato Siti Nurhaliza needs to look before her successful in business. Last but not least, everyone should makes Dato Siti Nurhaliza as their own roll model because she is a good business person in Malaysia. SimplySiti of this case study is that we are able to see the situation where we see the existence problem that needs to be solved. After i have do investigation, I had found that the model of the business is manufacturing. With the inclusion of nanotechnology, cosmetics are manufactured in Korea. The nature of this business is health and beauty. SimplySiti is creating a premium local brand that able to position itself at par with the international brands. The primary marketing objective is to establish SimplySiti as the best Asian brand in cosmetic. My references of this case study is from internet. The sector will give a good improvement to nation economy and income. Because of the many entrepreneur was sucessfull, I find myself interested in getting involved in the business sector. We can see, there are many of business in Malaysia. I choosed to make my business about clothing. The clothing industry is not dominated by Malaysian only but, also foreigners. At this point of view, we can see that the clothing is important because it is everyone’s need. The specialized of industry clothing is it come with various types of design, so people will buy the various of it. My vision in my business is to make my shop qualified as the industrial standart to ensure the materials, products, processes and services are fit for purpose. Meanwhile, my mission is to make my business differences with others. The obejctives of my business is to create the close the relationship with the customers and make sure customers will repeat my products. I named my shop as Alissa Collection. I gived the name in conjunction with my name “Alissa” and collection is means from collection from the clothes that I have sale. I establish the business at Kampung Batu Mengkebang 18000 Kuala Krai, Kelantan. . I love my business because it is my hobby since I studying at primary school. I started join business since 15 years old. I make a business while studying. My teachers and friends always support me. They will buying things that I have selling. I started join business because want to gain money to ease the burden. At first, I only sold one or two blouse in a week, but now I can sell 100 hundred and so on in a week. I was inspired to do business because of my cousin. He do a business printing. He always use a characteritis to be a sucessfull entrepreneur. Today, business has become ingrained in my life. Supporting from others is a important things that seller must have. For example, support from family, friends and other peoples. Without their supporting, we can down and give up when have challenges. At the beggining, I only started doing my business because needed money, I did not think of doing it as living for the rest of my life. There are many clothes that I have sell, for example, blouse, mini dress, pants, skirt, dress and so on. Today, I have 20 dropships under my business. There always doing sale every week. I will give rewards to my dropships who can fullfill target sale that I have wants. By giving rewards, they will more struggle to do business. My business concept is stylish moden and contemporary clothing offered at reasonable prices. I offered my product for the customers who wanted to wear in their daily. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

This report investigates the feasibility of establishing an economically viable snail farming and industry in Malaysia. The focus of this feasibility study is directed towards the commercial production and management for the development of a small and large-scale commercial snail farm. The report also includes information on growing and breeding snails on a commercial level, detailing appropriate husbandry and stock control. Studies on the nutritive value and trial processing of land snail into canned and frozen products were conducted. This report also covers religious issue regarding breeding land snail
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

Full text linkThis report provides a summary of my internship experience, which I undertook from 03 March until 15 August 2023. I successfully finished the placement at Lost World of Tambun's finance department as required by the Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) Finance, UiTM. With the assistance of the senior officer finance, I spent a great deal of my time in an everyday life, industrial environment where I learned a variety of skills. Even though I was unable to summarize every aspect of my internship in a text, I have high hopes that the skills I learned there will be valuable in my future career. I got specifically given responsibility for account payable, which required me to enter and update the invoice into the Sunway Esker Portal monthly in order to track whether payments were successfully and properly made to the suppliers. I was given the responsibility of processing invoices and monitoring the status of issued cheque. From the first day of my internship, the senior officer manager went through my responsibilities and the prerequisites for the job with me. I also had the excellent opportunity to work for this organization, which helped me improve my cooperation, punctuality, and communication skills. In addition, I learn more about the PESTEL and SWOT analyses used in this organization. I decided to look into how Lost World of Tambun runs its business to make sure that its goods will be handled well and provide awesome moments for the guests. Bring along their strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat. I will find the factors affecting the Malaysian tourism sector, such as political, environmental, social, technological, economic, and legal aspects, through PESTEL analysis. By using SWOT and PESTEL analysis, the organization will be able to determine which aspects of the business they specialize in and which they need to improve in the future. Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Full text linkWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
