The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of Sale and Purchase
Financing and Non Performing Financing to Profitability in Sharia Rural Banks
on 2016, either simultaneously or partially. The method in this research is
quantitative method with descriptive statistics analysis. Data analysis technique
used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique in this research is
random sampling and gained 40 Sharia Rural Banks. In this research,
Profitability (dependent variable) proxied with Return on Assets (ROA) ratio.
While, Independent variable is Sale and Purchase Financing measured from
financing summation of murabahah, salam, and istishna, and Non Performing
Financing (NPF) proxied with NPF ratio. Based on the result this research show
that variable Sale and Purchase Financing and Non Performing Financing are
simultaneously effect to Profitability. The result for partially test, Sale and
Purchase Financing is no effect and not significant on the Profitability. While,
Non Performing Financing is negatively effect and significant on the Profitability.
The ability of Sale and Purchase Financing and Non Performing Financing
explain Profitability of 15,5%

Konteks dalam penelitian skripsi ini dilatar belakangi oleh upaya guru dalam mengenalkan bentuk-bentuk geometri untuk anak dengan menerapkan permaian dakon geometri. Dengan menggunakan permainan ini, anak-anak dapat mengenal bentuk geometri dengan lebih mudah dan lebih aktif karena permainannya menarik. Anak-anak dikenalkan dengan garis terlebih dahulu dan bangun membentuk geometri yang di gambar oleh guru di papan tulis. Gambar kemudian dikenalkan satu per satu kepada anak melalui tanya jawab. Maka diperlukan permainan yang dapat membantu dalam mengenal bentuk-bentuk geometri yaitu dakon geometri.
Fokus penelitian pada skripsi ini adalah (1) Bagaimana langkah-langkah penerapan permainan dakon geometri dalam, mengembangkan kemampuan kognitif anak di TK Rofi’ul A’la Jiwut Nglegok Blitar? (2) Bagaimana dampak penerapan permainan dakon geometri dalam, mengembangkan kemampuan kognitif anak di Tk Rofi’ul A’la Jiwut Nglegok Blitar?
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mendeskripsikan proses penerapan permainan dakon geometri dalam mengembangkan kemampuan kognitif anak di TK Rofi’ul A’la Jiwut Nglegok Blitar. (2) Untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan dakon geometri dalam mengembangkan kemampuan kognitif anak di TK Rofi’ul A’la Jiwut Nglegok Blitar.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Paparan data dan analisis data yang dilakukan dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan cara pengujian Credibility, pengujian Transferability, Pengujian Depenability, dan pengujian Confirmability.
Hasil dari paparan data penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Penerapan permainan dakon geometri yang dilaksanakn pada penelitian ini hasilnya efektif, pengenalan bentuk geometri pada anak berdampak pada kemapuan anak dapat memecahkan masalah dalam mengembangkan kemampuan kognitif yaitu mengenal bentuk-bentuk geometri. (2) Dampak dari permainan dakon geometri efektif dalam pengembangan kemampuan kognitif anak, karena proses kegiatan belajar mengajar lebih menarik dan efektif proses pembelajaran
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. PENGARUH HEDONIC SHOPPING MOTIVES TERHADAP IMPULSE BUYING PADA MAHASISWA PENGGUNA APLIKASI E-COMMERCE SHOPEE
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Hedonic Shopping Motives terhadap Impulse Buying pada mahasiswa Pendidikan IPS angkatan 2016 dan 2017 pengguna aplikasi E-commerce Shopee. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya pengguna aplikasi E-commerce Shopee dikalangan mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan IPS angkatan 2016 dan 2017. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan uji regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa nilai R square sebesar 0,435 hal ini membuktikan bahwa, variabel hedonic shopping motives berpengaruh terhadap impulse buying sebesar 43,5% sementara 56,5% sisanya merupakan kontribusi dari variabel-variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian ini. Hal tersebut juga diperkuat oleh hasil analisis uji-t yang diperoleh t-hitung 9,947 > t-tabel 1,978. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel hedonic shopping motives berpengaruh terhadap impulse buying pada mahasiswa pengguna aplikasi e-commerce Shopee.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Hedonic Shopping Motives on Impulse Buying at Social Science Education students class of 2016 and 2017 who uses Shopee E-commerce Aplication. This research was motivated by the increasing number of Shopee E-commerce users among the students. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The population used in this study were students of Social Science Education class of 2016 and 2017. Based on the results of the research with simple linear regression test, it shows that the R square value is 0,435 which shows that the variable hedonic shopping motives effect on impulse buying is 43.5% while the remaining 56.5% is the contribution of the other variables that not included in this study. This is also confirmed by the results of the t-test analysis obtained by the t-test 9,947> t-table 1,978. So it can be concluded that the variable hedonic shopping motives has an influence on impulse buying among Social Science Education students who uses Shopee E-commerce Aplication.

Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
