    In this digital age, each of us needs to embrace technology to make our daily lives more manageable and efficient. Furthermore, in this pandemic where our movement is restricted and made it difficult to meet face-to-face, the use of technology as a medium of communication becomes our new normal. The postgraduate research students were having difficulty meeting face to face with their supervisor. Some of them cannot cope with this situation and cause delays in their progress, and the stress level is accelerated. Therefore, to cater for this problem, the author decided to write the eBooks that can be accessed everywhere and anytime. The ebook consists of complete guidelines with examples of writing a research proposal that consists of Chapter 1, Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 in a thesis. The ebook divided into three series according to chapter. These eBooks enhanced the understanding of research students on preparing an effective research proposal. Now, the research students can breathe a sigh of relief with the help of eBooks. As an implication, from the testimonials and author observation, the students can complete their proposal within the time frame and defence their proposal with confidence and passed with flying colours

    An executive summary of this training report is the study details in industrial programme for the undergraduate students which the students need to complete their industrial training in dateline given which is from 1 March 2023 until 15 August 2023 that need to be complete in (24 weeks or six months). The industrial training also has given an opportunity for students to experience the real environment in the workplace in the sector that has chosen which connected with the course that I take in the University. This report contains the profile of the company Yayasan Kelantan Darulnaim (YAKIN) which are name, location, background of the company, vision, mission, objectives, and organizational structure of the Yayasan Kelantan Darulnaim (YAKIN). Besides that, I also will show my training reflection during my industrial training at Yayasan Kelantan Darulnaim (YAKIN) which are duration of the specific date, working hours and time. I also will explain more details in my departments, roles, responsibilities, assignment, task that has given for me as an intern student. Furthermore, this report also will show the SWOT Analysis of the Yayasan Kelantan Darulnaim (YAKIN) which contains the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats from my perspective. This report also contains the discussion and recommendation that I give based on my SWOT Analysis in this report. Lastly, there are a lot of benefit and experience that I have gained during my internship at Yayasan Kelantan Darulnaim (YAKIN). This experience has helped me view a from variety of aspects.     The effect of annealing time on electrical properties and physical properties (surface morphology) of p-n junction between p-type silicon (Si) and n-type titanium oxide (TiC^) were investigated. By varying the parameter of the annealing time, the Ti02 thin films were deposited on silicon and glass substrates by using spin coating technique. Characterizations were done using current-voltage (I-V) measurement and atomic force microscope (AFM).The TiC>2 thin films were annealed at the 450°C. The annealing time varies from 30, 40, 60, 80, and 100 of minutes. The (I-V) measurement showed that at 80 minutes annealing time, the conductivity is higher than other annealing time. The AFM investigation showed roughness of thin film increase with longer annealing time. The result showed that the electrical and physical properties of TiO; could be affected by changing the annealing time

    The compulsory subject for every student pursuing a Bachelor's in Business Administration (Hons.) with a focus on Human Resource Management is the Industrial Report. I was fortunate to undertake my industrial training at the School of Medical Sciences (PPSP), Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), spanning from September 3, 2023, to February 8, 2024. Initially placed in the Human Resources Department as a Human Resources Trainee for a month, I was later transferred to the Quality Management Unit, serving as an administrative trainee for the remaining duration. This alignment with my Bachelor of Administration (Hons.) in Human Resources Management allowed me to gain diverse experiences. This report aims to present an overview of my internship, providing insights and recommendations for organizational enhancements to ensure long-term success in the industry. The report follows a structured format, covering sections such as student profile, company background, training reflections, PESTEL analysis, SWOT analysis, SWOT matrix, and conclusion. Over the six-month internship, I had the opportunity to share my experiences and observations. In summary, my internship experience was fulfilling, thanks to the collective support of everyone involved. It enabled me to apply the theoretical knowledge gained during my studies and successfully complete my degree within the stipulated timeframe

We already find the problem before we create this product which is Small Battery Capacity. Frequent use may quickly drain the battery, leading to interruptions during styling sessions and requiring frequent recharges. The solution is we make large battery capacity. The large battery capacity provided can help users to prepare and facilitate their affairs and can be used for a long time. The second problem is Electrical Dependency. Reliance on an electrical connection restricts the device's usability to areas with power outlets. Dalam peningkatkan produksi tanaman mangga diperlukan bibit yang bermutu dan teknik cara perbanyakan tanaman secara vegetatif agar cepat berproduksi. sambung pucuk merupakan teknik perbanyakan vegetatif yang dilakukan sedini mungkin pada kondisi batang bawah yang masih kecil. Pertumbuhan batang bawah yang optimal dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan penyambungan dan pertumbuhan bibit hasil sambungan. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor, yaitu :Faktor I (Esktrak Bawang Merah) terdiri dari A0+ = Auksin sintetik 100 ppm/liter air, A0- = Air, A1 = Ekstrak bawang merah 100 ml/liter air, Ekstrak bawang merah 150 ml/liter air, A3 = Ekstrak bawang merah 200 ml/liter air, A4 = Ekstrak bawang merah 250 ml/liter air, A5 = Ekstrak bawang merah 300 ml/liter air Faktor II (Batang Bawah) terdiri dari B1 =Mangga udang, B2 = Mangga kweni, B3 = Mangga tongdam. Hasil Penelitian yaitu Pemberian Ekstrak bawang merah tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, diameter batang dan jumlah daun, tetapi berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan luas daun tanaman sambung pucuk mangga varietas arum manis. Penggunaan batang bawah tanaman yang berbeda tidak berpengaruh nyata terahadap pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah daun. Tetapi berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan luas daun pada mangga varietas arum manis batang bawah kweni. One of the determining factors in the management of fruit tree agribusiness is the use of good quality seeds, especially from vegetative propagation. In increasing the production of mango plants, quality seeds and vegetative propagation techniques are needed so that they can produce quickly. grafting is a vegetative propagation technique that is carried out as early as possible when the rootstock is still small. Optimal rootstock growth can increase grafting success and growth of grafted seedlings. The study was conducted using a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of 2 factors, namely: Factor I (Shallot Extract) consisting of A0+ = Synthetic Auxin 100 ppm/liter of water, A0- = Water, A1 = Red onion extract 100 ml/liter liter of water, shallot extract 150 ml/liter water, A3 = shallot extract 200 ml/liter water, A4 = shallot extract 250 ml/liter water, A5 = shallot extract 300 ml/liter water Factor II (rootstock) consists of B1 = Mango shrimp, B2 = Mango kweni, B3 = Mango tongdam. The results of the study, namely the administration of shallot extract did not significantly affect the growth of plant height, stem diameter and number of leaves, but had a very significant effect on the growth of leaf area of the arum manis mango shoot grafting plant. The use of rootstock of different plants did not significantly affect the growth of plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves. However, it had a significant effect on the growth of leaf area on shoot grafting of the Arum Manis mango variety on kweni rootstock

    Non-Biodegradable Plastic source namely Bubble Wrapped Plastic (BWP) mainly in the packaging industry has leading to the landfilling problems. Instead of landfilling, burning process can be the options. However, this kind of methods has contributing to the climate change impacts including ozone depletion due to the carbon dioxide (CO2) increments. This study provides solution to the raised problem where the BWP itself is used as engineering layer in the construction of several infrastructure projects including drainage, road works and sanitary landfill (waste disposal site). This study proposed on the usage of fabricated BW-Liner as an alternative to conventional plastic sheets namely Geo-Membrane (GM). Raw bubble wrapped plastic was fabricated from a single layer into an engineered layer I with 30 layers of single plastic (4-mm thickness) and applied with hot-pressing technique to increase the strength in between the plastic surface. The single and fabricated engineered layer I were then tested for chemical (Thermogravimetric analysis - TGA) and mechanical (Tensile strength analysis) characteristics. Obtained results from TGA analysis shown fabricated BW-Liner and GM undergoing thermal degradation when temperature reached 480oC to 490oC. Findings from tensile (strength and stress) analysis shows that BWLiner can withstand the higher forces at 185 N for 4-mm thickness while GM at 213 N at 2-mm thickness. The proposed BW-Liner can promote sustainable solution to landfilling problems by recycling the NBP waste and provide option to the industrial practitioner in term of using low-cost added material

    Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Desa Bukit Melintang Kecamatan Kuok Kabupaten Kampar . Penelitian ini berlangsung pada bulan April 2014 hingga Juni 2014. Adapun ketertarikan penulis untuk melakukan penelitian terhadap masalah ini adalah untuk mengetahui Implementasi Perda Kabu paten Kampar No:10 Tahun 2012 Tentang Penanganan Fakir Miskin di Desa Bukit Melintang Kecamatan Kuok Kabupaten Kampar . Dalam penelitian ini Teknik pengumpulan datanya berupa penyebaran angke t, observasi dan wawancara langsung kepada masyarakat miskin dan kurang mampu yang ada di Desa Bukit Melintang Kecamatan Kuok Ka bupaten Kampar dan data skunder berupa dokumen - dokumen yang berhubungan dengan penaganan fakir miskin dan kurang mampu di Desa Bukit Melintang Kecamatan Kuok Kabupaten Kampar . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat miskin dan kurang mampu yang men dapatkan bantuan pangan, bantuan pendidikan, bantuan perumahan, dan bantuan modal usaha. Berdasarkan pengelolaan data dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam implementasi perda kabupaten kampar No:10 Tahun 2012 di Desa Bukit Melintang Kecamatan Kuok Kabupaten Kampa r dalam kategori Cukup Baik (73,86 %), di mana menurut responden fa kir miskin dan kurang mampu di D esa B ukit M elintang sudah banyak masyarakat yang merasakan program - program pemerintah un tuk mengurangi fakir miskin, walaupun masih ada masyarakat yang belum mendapatkan bantuan tersbut.
