ABSTRACT Watching mukbang videos is a habit that has become a trend, especially among teenagers and adults. Supported by easy internet access and unlimited types of mukbang videos on social media, it is one of the factors for the spread of mukbang fans, especially among students. The display of food and eating activities presented in the mukbang video triggers a visual stimulus that can stimulate the desire to eat for the audience. In general, the food shown in mukbang videos tends not to pay attention to nutritional content, higher in calories, fat, sugar, and sodium. This study aims to analyze the relationship between watching mukbang habits with appetite, diet, and nutritional status in students who regularly watch mukbang. The design of this study is cross-sectional with the subject of 85 regular students outside the Nutrition Study Program at Sahid University who are included in the routine category of watching mukbang. Data analysis using the Spearman Rank correlation test. For most of the subjects, watching with a moderate duration (240-479 minutes/week) was 51.8%. There was no significant association (p>0.05) between mukbang viewing habits and eating desires, diet, and nutritional status. There is a possibility that watching mukbang is an indirect factor that can affect students' appetite, diet, and nutritional status. Some of the contributing factors that may be found include genetics, sleep duration, physical activity, health problems, psychological, body and mage preferences, family income, and parental education. Giving blood supplement tablets (BST) to teenage girls (TG) is a program of the Indonesian government to reduce the prevalence of anemia in 2025. The coverage of giving iron supplementation to TG in West Java Province is still below the national target, especially in high schools in Bogor Regency. Low knowledge and attitudes about anemia prevention are one of the factors for non-compliance in taking BST among TG which affects hemoglobin levels. So the competition for team adolescents in the knowledge of anemia (CANTIK) program was carried out wto compareknowledge, attitudes, and behavior in consuming BST among TG before and after the program. The design of this study is quasi-experimental with one group pre-test-post test. The research subjects were 58 adolescents aged 12-17 years in MTs Al-Islamiyyah, Bogor Regency. Knowledge and attitude were measured through pre and post-questionnaires analyzed in the score range 1-100 and then tested differently using the paired sample T-test. The results showed that there was an increase in the average knowledge score from 39 to 68 while the attitude score from 45 to 77. During the 2 months of the program, the average adolescent consumed BST as much as 6 tablets, with the highest consumption being 20 tablets and the lowest being 0 tablets. There was a significant difference (P<0.05) in knowledge and attitudes about the prevent the other f anemia in taking BST but there was no significant difference in the behavior of TG before and after the program was implemented. Nutrition education through the CANTIK program is quite good at increasing knowledge and attitudes but needs to be continued routinely so that it can change the compliance behavior in taking BST to prevent anemia among TG. Keywords: anemia, blood supplement tablets, cantik, teenage girls ABSTRAK Pemberian Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD) pada remaja putri (rematri) merupakan program pemerintah Indonesia untuk mengurangi prevalensi anemia di tahun 2025. Community kitchens play an essential role in ensuring the provision of nutritious and safe meals, particularly in large-scale government-supported initiatives such as the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) program in Tangerang Selatan. The Lengkong MBG kitchen, which produces thousands of portions daily, faces persistent challenges in food safety, staff training, and operational management. The SIGAP (Siap Jaga Gizi dan Pangan Aman) program was introduced to address these issues through HACCP-based training, development of visual SOPs, manual stock recording systems, and structured volunteer engagement. This paper qualitatively documents the implementation process involving 47 local volunteers, one nutritionist, and two administrative staff. Results indicate improvement in food safety awareness, operational documentation, and volunteer empowerment, with ongoing challenges particularly regarding non-compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE). The program framed volunteers as “kitchen heroes” preparing meals for the nation’s golden generation, reinforcing intrinsic motivation to uphold food safety practices. HACCP simulations with simple case studies emphasized the importance of vigilance. At the end of the program, 50 aprons were donated as mandatory PPE. The findings underline the critical role of participatory action in building sustainable food safety systems in community kitchens across Indonesia

The PKM team will provide TOT (Training of Trainers) online to the core team of the BGBJ Royal Community and then the Core team is responsible for providing training to 10 POKIMAS target participants. The results and benefits that have been achieved include: increased knowledge of how to create and the importance of POKIMAS; the creation of 16 simple nutrition gardens managed by households around BGBJ which previously did not exist. Initial target of 10 POKIMAS gardens; as well as the addition of 8 participants that have nutrition gardens around the BGBJ pilot project. The program that is still running with the commitment of the BGBJ community is expected to consume vegetables and fruit from POKIMAS that are made independently by participants

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Cluster Analysis of Food Consumption Patterns among Women of Reproductive Age in Indonesia

The aim of this study was to cluster the provinces based on the Food Consumption Patterns (FCP) of the Women of Reproductive Age (WRA). This study used secondary data from the 2014 Indonesia Total Diet Study conducted by the Ministry of Health Indonesia. The final subjects included 40.954 healthy WRA aged 15-49 years old. FCP was calculated based on energy adequacy of WRA of nine major food groups for each province. The hierarchical clustering with Ward\u27s method was applied to cluster the FCP of WRA. The results showed that three clusters of FCP were found. The first cluster was characterized by higher intake of cereals and animal foods, but lower intake of tubers, vegetables, and fruits, which implies a high risk of vitamin B6 and C deficiencies. The second cluster was characterized by higher intake of pulses, oil and fat, oily seeds, and sugar, but lower intake of vegetables and fruits as well as animal source foods, which implies high risk in vitamin B1, B3, and B12 deficiencies and overweight. The third cluster was characterized by higher intake of tubers, fruits, and vegetables but lower intake of animal sources foods, pulses, added fat and oily seeds, which implies a high risk in animal protein, fat, calcium, iron, vitamin B2, and folic acid deficiencies
