No full textDi desa Trunyan ada tiga kuburan (sema) yang diperuntukan bagi tiga jenis kematian berbeda yaitu Sema Wayah, Sema Bantas dan Sema Muda. Sema Wayah merupakan lokasi pemakaman bagi jenazah warga Terunyan yang meninggal secara wajar. Ada dua cara pemakaman di Desa Trunyan. pertama adalah mepasah, yaitu meletakkan jenazah di atas tanah dibawah udara terbuka. Kedua adalah dikubur atau dikebumikan. keunikan pemakaman di Sema Wayah Desa Trunyan tersebut menyebabkan rasa ingin tahu serta timbulnya rasa ketertarikan untuk mengangkatnya sebagai sumber inspirasi dalam berkarya seni lukis, Adapun metode-metode yang dipergunakan adalah penjajagan (ekplorasai), percobaan (eksperimen), pembentukan (forming), yang terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu persiapan alat dan bahan, proses melukis, penyelesaian (finishing). Dalam hal tersebut saya dapat menyelesaikan 10 karya seni lukis dengan gaya surealisme diantaranya berjudul, Coming Home, Goa Tengkorak, The End of Time, Hutan Kematian, Meninggalkan Dunia Abadi, Menyatu Dengan Alam, Surud Buron, Teror Wangi, Asah, Incredible Ancak Saji. Makna yang ingin disampaikan adalah perbanyaklah berbuat baik, selalu waspada dalam bertindak, pandai-pandailah memilah antara dosa dan pahala, jangan menghalalkan segala cara dalam mencapai tujuan, kaya dan miskin tidak menjadi ukuran dimata Tuhan , yang akan menentukan adalah baik buruknya sifat kita hingga kita menuju kematian.

ABSTRACT
In the Trunyan village there are three graves (sema) that are intended for three different types of death which is Sema Wayah, Sema Bantas and Sema Muda. Sema Wayah is a burial site for the bodies Terunyan residents who died of natural causes. There are two ways cemetery in Trunyan. The first is Mepasah, namely putting the corpse on the ground under the open air. Both are buried or interred. the uniqueness of the cemetery at Sema Wayah Trunyan causes curiosity as well as a sense of interest as a source of inspiration in the work of art, The methods used are exploration, experiment, and forming, comprising of three stages: preparation of equipment and materials, the process of painting, finishing. In conclusion, I can finish the 10 paintings in the style of surrealism entitled, Coming Home, Goa Tengkorak, The End of Time, Hutan Kematian, Meninggalkan Dunia Abadi, Menyatu Dengan Alam, Surud Buron, Teror Wangi, Asah, Incredible Ancak Saji. Meaning to be conveyed is to multiply good deeds, always be vigilant in acting, be smart sorting between sin and reward, do not justify any means to achieve goals, the poor do not become the size of the eyes of the Lord, because the Lord will determine the merits of our nature to us to death.

Elles sont un outil de dialogue entre les personnes intéressées, ce dialogue intervenant par l'intermédiaire de questionnaires au cours de réunions ou de séances de brainstorming qui permettent un approfondissement de la réflexion par la mise en lumière, permanente des principaux facteurs qui constituent 1'environnement de la décision. Le jugement réfléchi est alors valorisé par une aide rationnelle qui permet au responsable de la décision d'avoir une vue globale et synthétique du problème

No full textMarriage registration occurs because of a court order. With the stipulation from the court, the decision that the judge will give will vary, some will grant the application and some will reject the application. Thus, the Supreme Court recently issued Supreme Court Circular Letter (SEMA) No. 2 of 2023 concerning Guidelines for Judges in Adjudicating Cases of Applications for Registration of Marriages between People of Different Religions and Beliefs which aims to end problems related to interfaith marriages. However, the issuance of SEMA No. 2 of 2023 still causes tension in the community due to political intervention in the issuance of SEMA No. 2 of 2023. This type of research is field research. As for answering research questions, the author uses a legal political approach with the theory of Policy Analysis. The author analyzes the politics of Islamic law against SEMA No. 2 of 2023. This thesis uses a qualitative method, while in collecting primary data the author conducts interviews with the Chairman of the Supreme Court Chamber of the Republic of Indonesia. While the secondary data the author obtains from various other sources to complement the research needs. This research reveals that there are factors in the emergence of SEMA No. 2 of 2023. The background of the issuance of SEMA No. 2 of 2023 has several factors. First, the factors for the emergence of SEMA No. 2 of 2023 are due to the variety of judges' decisions in adjudicating cases of applications for registration of marriages between people of different religions, some judges reject the application and some judges grant the application. Second, the emergence of SEMA No. 2 of 2023 was due to political intervention, namely the arrival of the Deputy Chairman of the MPR RI from the PAN faction who asked the Supreme Court to cancel the judge's decision that granted the application for registration of marriages between people of different religions. The issuance of SEMA No. 2 of 2023 concerning Guidelines for Judges in Adjudicating Cases of Application for Registration of Marriages between People of Different Religions was due to political intervention. In SEMA No. 2 of 2023, there was already a Working Group Meeting attended by religious assemblies, Supreme Court judges, family law experts, and so on. But this SEMA also has political intervention from Yandri Susanto's presence at the Supreme Court to ask for legal certainty in the practice of interfaith marriage. In this case, the state has the right to intervene like the Zakat Law and the Hajj Law. The state is not here to limit people's beliefs but has the aim that people's religious expressions do not deviate from their respective teachings

No full textIn 2023 the Supreme Court issued Supreme Court Circular Letter (SEMA) Number 2 of 2023 concerning Instructions for Judges in Adjudicating Cases on Applications for Registration of Marriages Between People of Different Religions and Beliefs . SEMA sparked a polemic because it was considered discriminatory and lacked urgency. This research was conducted to explore the actual regulations for interfaith marriages in SEMA Number 2 of 2023 from the perspective of MaqÄá¹£id SyarÄ«'ah Ibnu 'Ä€syÅ«r. In an effort to answer the perceived discriminatory policies contained in SEMA Number 2 of 2023 the author uses 4 bases of Ibn Asyur's MaqÄá¹£id asy-SyarÄ«'ah. The concept of MaqÄá¹£id ash-SyarÄ«'ah 'Ammah and Ibn Asyur's level of Maslahah will be used to formulate and track the level of urgency in promulgating SEMA Number 2 of 2023 through the benefits contained therein. In this process the author will use the statute approach and conceptual approach, with descriptive analysis. The research results show that the urgency of promulgating SEMA Number 2 of 2023 in the Indonesian context, according to the author, is at the level of hajiyat benefits . Meanwhile, efforts to enforce or supremacy of law through SEMA Number 2 of 2023 will be less effective. Apart from that, SEMA Number 2 of 2023 is considered to be less than fully successful in providing social stability and resilience to the justice-seeking community as desired by Ibnu Asyur through legal supremacy efforts
