No full textAdvocates of Open Access call to substitute the established scholarly publication model, in particular subscriptions and licences, by an Open Access Publishing model. Scholarly papers should be immediately accessible without paying and leave the copyright to the author. At the beginning the Open Access movement focused on and demanded for the publication of original scientific articles in Open Access journals. Meanwhile they moved on to support a form of secondary publication, the self-archiving of scholarly papers in institutional repositories. The current interview with Falk Reckling gives an account of the FWF Austrian Science Fund (http://www.fwf.ac.at) and their point of view towards Open Access. The interview hits the Golden Road as well as the Green Road to open access and their costs. Preconditions for a paradigm shift towards Open Access Publishing are brought up and prospects of scholarly publishing in 2020 were discussed with a look on libraries and their possible role within this setting

No full textLes entreprises ont intégré le développement durable dans leur stratégie et ont mis en place des politiques de Responsabilité sociétale des entreprises (RSE). Le concept d'entrepreneur durable diffuse l'idée que les entrepreneurs, jusqu'alors considérés comme plutôt destructeurs de l'environnement, peuvent en fait contribuer à la création de valeurs environnementales et sociales tout en assurant la pérennité de leur entreprise. Certains auteurs évoquent aussi l'entrepreneur responsable, très souvent associé aux petites et moyennes entreprises (PME). L'objectif de ce papier est d'éprouver la définition de l'entrepreneur responsable à travers une étude de cas de grande entreprise. La définition qui en est proposée par Bon & Van Der Yeught en 2018 (qui semblent réellement distinguer les concepts d'entrepreneur durable et d'entrepreneur responsable), est utilisée comme grille de lecture et d'analyse de l'étude de cas. Les principaux résultats montrent que le concept d'entrepreneur responsable ainsi défini ne résiste probablement pas à la grande entreprise

This chapter is part of an OER text published by Penn State. The author was invited to participate given her published research on Nazi resisters. Falk Harnack was the brother-in-law of Dr. Mildred Fish-Harnack. Dr. Fish-Harnack was the only American woman executed on Adolf Hiter's direct orders for her resistance efforts in Nazi Germany. She was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She and her husband were leaders in the resistance group called the Red Orchestra.
