Homebirth merupakan persalinan yang telah direncanakan sebelumnya
dengan syarat dan ketentuan tertentu, dibantu oleh bidan yang berkompetensi
khusus yang dilakukan di rumah. Homebirth masih mengalami pro dan kontra di
dunia terutama di bidang kesehatan wanita dan bayi. Namun, pemilihan homebirth
masih banyak diminati oleh wanita dari berbagai negara di dunia, terutama negara
yang memfasilitasi adanya homebirth ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengeksplorasi mengenai persalinan homebirth di berbagai negara di dunia.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah narrative literature review. Penelitian ini
dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2021 sampai Juni 2022. Pencarian artikel diakses
melalui database Pubmed, Science Direct, dan Google Scholar. Artikel yang
dipilih berdasarkan pada kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi.
Pencarian artikel yang terdapat di dalam jurnal ilmiah dilakukan melalui
database PubMed, Science Direct, dan Google Scholar. Kemudian dilakukan
pemilihan menggunakan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang ditetapkan dan
duplicate jurnal sehingga didapatkan 23 artikel yang relevan dengan topik dan
dilakukan analisis.
Adanya alasan, kriteria wanita, regulasi, kriteria tenaga kesehatan, manfaat,
risiko, dan peran bidan dalam persalinan homebirth.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan antara komunikasi organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja pegawai di PT PLN (Persero) DJBB APJ Cimahi. Kepuasan kerja pegawai merupakan suatu hal yang penting dalam suatu perusahaan atau organisasi, PT PLN (Persero) DJBB APJ Cimahi menyadari pentingnya kepuasan kerja pegawai tersebut tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat berbagai kendala untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dengan cara meningkatkan komunikasi organisasi.
Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu komunikasi organisasi sebagai variabel X yang terdiri dari tiga buah indikator yaitu komunikasi ke bawah, komunikasi ke atas dan komunikasi horizontal. Sedangkan kepuasan kerja pegawai sebagai variabel Y yang terdiri dari tiga indikator yaitu prestasi kerja, kedisiplinan dan moral kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di PT PLN (Persero) DJBB APJ Cimahi sebanyak 209 orang, dikarenakan banyaknya populasi yang ada sehingga dilakukan penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik Proporsional Random Sampling, sehingga didapat sampel berjumlah 75 orang responden yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi rank spearman dengan uji statistika adalah uji t.
Dari hasil analisis data tentang gambaran variabel diketahui bahwa variabel X yaitu komunikasi organisasi berada pada kategori baik dan variabel Y yaitu kepuasan kerja pegawai berada pada kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan rank spearman diperoleh r = 0.623 artinya bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara komunikasi organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja pegawai di PT PLN (Persero) DJBB APJ Cimahi. Adapun saran penulis untuk PT PLN (Persero) DJBB APJ Cimahi pelaksanaan komunikasi organisasi hendaknya dapat ditingkatkan karena dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai, sehingga tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai dengan efektif dan efisien.

This research is purposed to recognize the correlation between communication in organization and employees’ satisfaction of Electrical Government Limited Company Network Service of Affiliate West Java and Banten Cimahi Area (APJ). The job satisfaction is a necessary thing in a company or an organization, Electrical Government Limited Company Network Service of Affiliate West Java and Banten Cimahi Area (APJ) realizes the importance of job satisfaction, but there are always be obstacles to bring it into reality. One of ways to cope with such problem is by increasing the frequency of organizational communication.
The research consists of two variables—organizational communication as X variable, consists of three indicators, such as: up-bottom communication, bottom up communication, and horizontal communication. While employees’ job satisfaction as Y variable, consists of three indicators, such as: job achievement, discipline, and job moral. The method used is descriptive. The population of this research is all the employees in Electrical Government Limited Company Network Service of Affiliate West Java and Banten Cimahi Area (APJ) which is amount to 209 employees, due to the population is in great quantities, the writer used Proporsional Random Sampling Method with the result that 75 respondents, then was processed by using rank spearman correlation analysis technique with t-test on its statistical test.
Based on the analysis concerning the description of variable, it is recognized that X variable—organizational variable is in good variable, while Y variable—employees’ job satisfaction is in high category. According to the rank spearman calculation, it is resulted that r=0.623—means that there is closely correlation between organizational communication and employee’s job satisfaction in Electrical Government Limited Company Network Service of Affiliate West Java and Banten Cimahi Area (APJ). The writer’s suggestion for Electrical Government Limited Company Network Service of Affiliate West Java and Banten Cimahi Area (APJ) is that they are required to increase organizational communication due to can cause the employee’s job satisfaction. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used

Unsur intrinsik adalah unsur yang terdapat di dalam sebuah karya sastra dan membentuk eksistensi cerita yang bersangkutan. Unsur intrinsik meliputi tema, alur, tokoh dan penokohan, sudut pandang, latar, amanat dan gaya bahasa. Menulis cerpen adalah proses menuangkan pikiran dan imajinasi dalam wujud cerita fiksi. Pada kenyataan di lapangan tidak mudah menulis sebuah cerpen, banyak yang mempengaruhi hasil menulis cerpen siswa.Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan (1) karakteristik hasil menulis cerpen siswa dilihat dari aspek alur, (2) karakteristik hasil menulis cerpen dilihat dari aspek tokoh dan karakter, (3) karakteristik hasil menulis cerpen siswa dilihat dari aspek latar, dan (4) karakteristik hasil menulis cerpen siswa dilihat dari aspek tema. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pendekatan objektif (tekstual teks cerpen). Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah teks hasil menulis cerpen siswa kelas XII IPA 1 MAN 1 Proboliggo. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumen tertulis dalam bentuk hasil menulis cerpen siswa.Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh empat simpulan penelitian sebagai berikut. Pertama, berdasarkan aspek alur, terdapat dua jenis alur dalam cerpen karya siswa kelas XII IPA 1 MAN 1 Probolinggo, yakni (1) alur maju, dan (2) alur mundur. Kedua, berdasarkan aspek tokoh dan karakter terdapat dua macam tokoh pada cerpen karya siswa yaitu (1) tokoh utama, dan (2) tokoh tambahan. Sedangkan pada karakter tokoh, penggambaran karakter tokoh dilihat dari segi psikologis, fisiologis dan sosiologis. Penggambaran dari segi psikologis lebih banyak ditemukan dari pada penggambaran dari segi fisiologis dan sosiologis. Ketiga, berdasarkan aspek latar, terdapat tiga aspek latar pada cerpen karya siswa kelas XII IPA 1 MAN 1 Probolinggo, (1) latar tempat, (2) latar suasana, dan (3) latar waktu. Keempat, berdasarkan aspek tema terdapat enam aspek tema, yaitu (1) seorang anak yang kesepian, (2) cinta, (3) keluarga, (4) persahabatan, (5) perjuangan menggapai cita-cita, dan (6) kecerobohan di sekolah. Penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam pembelajaran menulis cerpen berdasarkan unsur intrinsik, khususnya aspek (alur, tokoh & karakter, latar, dan tema). Penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai motivasi bagi siswa untuk lebih giat belajar khususnya dalam pembelajaran menulis cerpen agar terdapat peningkatan dalam pembelajaran menulis cerpen pada siswa
