No full textThe theory of production is a way to achieve individual and group welfare according to the views of the two figures discussed in this study. This means that the role of production cannot be separated from or supported by the workforce and the organization or group itself. This study aims to find out what the thoughts of Ibnu Khaldun and Muhammad Abdul Manan are regarding the theory of production, especially in the aspects of labor and organization. This research was appointed because researchers so far have not found a comparison of the thoughts of the two figures. This research method uses literature review using primary and secondary data. The results of this study found that the similarity of this thinking is that Ibn Khaldun and Abdul Manan have a goal of achieving prosperity for society. The difference that is obtained is where it is related to labor and organizational issues here. Ibnu Khaldun in the three production groups, he always relates it to work specialization as well as in the intended organization, while Manan in the organization is more directed to how to establish an investment that is in accordance with Islamic law according to Islamic law. vision and mission of the organization

Misunderstandings about Islam greatly increased in this era of globalization. This mistake in understanding Islam caused the Islamic ummah to be extreme left and extreme right. In the field of education there are many over-attitude problems that adversely affect the teacher and his students, such as the teacher joking excessively with his students, jokingly triggering the teacher to react and kick each other, the parents rage to the new student admission committee because they protested asking for justice for the acceptance of new students. Events like this are things that must be resolved, especially for the world of Islamic education so that errors in understanding Islam can be anticipated and understood by all generations of Indonesian Muslims. No full textPT. Rajawali Mas Mandiri adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa konstruksi. Khususnya menangani bidang jasa seperti instalasi listrik dan mekanik, yaitu pembuatan PLTS (Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya). Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan pengerjaan proyek di lapangan masih terdapat permasalahan yakni dalam hal pengawasan atau monitoring yang dilakukan oleh eksekutif dalam hal ini Manajer Proyek. Seperti masih terdapatnya proses pendataan progress proyek yang belum terintegrasi yaitu menggunakan Microsoft Excel yang dikirim melalui email untuk disampaikan kepada eksekutif sehingga proses pengolahan data progres dan laporan proyek memerlukan waktu yang lama. Terbatasnya pelayanan informasi yang dapat diterima oleh eksekutif perusahaan yang ingin mengetahui sejauh mana progress proyek pengerjaan PLTS serta tidak adanya sistem pelaporan progress pekerjaan yang terintegrasi menyebabkan lambatnya penerimaan informasi yang diterima oleh eksekutif. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Object Oriented Analysis Design dengan model RAD (Rapid Application Development). Perancangan sistem dilakukan dengan notasi UML (Unified Modelling Language). Tahap pengkodean sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan PHP (Personal Home Page) dan MySQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi Eksekutif Monitoring Proyek yang dapat digunakan sebagai pendukung pelaksanaan kegiatan monitoring proyek pada eksekutif perusahaan di PT Rajawali Mas Mandir

Understanding Carok in Madura: Legal Reform from Criminal Law and Islamic Law Perspective
No full textThis article aimed to describe Carok nowadays from the perspective of criminal law and Islamic law. Carok is a traditional sort of vengeance or conflict seen in specific parts of Indonesia, particularly Madura, East Java. It usually consists of armed battles between groups or people, often resulting from long-standing feuds or disputes over land, honour, or revenge. Carok episodes can be violent and even fatal, and they are firmly ingrained in local cultural and social dynamics. A feeling of honour and pride frequently drives conflicts, and they can be difficult to resolve through normal legal processes. Carok was well-known for the Madurese killing (maybe similar to Hara-kiri in Japan, Sati in India, and so on), which moved on from the beginning as honour killing to nowadays as criminalization. This article intends to conduct legal research, similar to socio-legal research, due to the experience of the author(s) as Madurese, and involving several native Madurese people and figures in the research, such as religious leaders and law enforcers. As a result, this article found that Carok nowadays has identical meanings and punishment in Indonesian criminal law and Islamic law
