    Peningkatan mutu pelayanan dapat dilakukan dengan proses evaluasi dari penilaian, pada instansi pemerintahan yang memberikan layanan kepada publik diwajibkan untuk melakukan penilaian melalui indeks kepuasan masyarakat seperti yang tertuang pada peraturan KEMENPAN-RB. MPP XYZ selama ini masih menggunakan cara manual seperti memberikan angket kepada masyarakat, hal ini menyebabkan aktivitas penilaian menjadi tidak efektif dan evisien. Pengembangan sistem IKM dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode prototyping untuk mendapatkan sistem yang sesuai dengan keinginan pengguna dan mendapatkan umpan balik yang cepat dari dari sisi perancangan atarmuka pengguna.     RANCANG BANGUN MOBILE PHONE POSITIONING SYSTEM PADA PLATFORM ANDROID

    Positioning of the presence of moving objects by using SMS (Short Message Service) and voice call are the ways which can be carried out to find the presence of mobile devices, however such location determination is not effective if the user does not give a respond, especially when the position is needed periodically. Mobile Positioning application is designed by utilizing the LBS (Location Based Service) technology Android platform-based, the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) code of the cellphone is used as user’s unique code which differs between one device and another. The system consists of two applications which intergrated between position sender and position controller applications. Position data is sent by position sender application periodically on server online for then be catched by position controller application which shown in Google maps. The examination is carried out to two separate smartphone devices, the constructed examination results of the system show that the recipient application successfully show the location of position of sender application

    Understanding Schadenfreude through Personality Factors and Relational Aggression

    The purpose of this study was to explain the mediator role of relational aggression between schadenfreude and personality traits through the path model. Dark traits, agreeableness and hostility as personality factors are thought to be related to relational aggression according to General Aggression Model. Thus, the model was proposed by the author which included direct and indirect effects of personality factors on relational aggression and schadenfreude. 306 adults completed an online survey comprising dark triad, Proactive/Reactive Relational Aggression, agreeable-ness, and hostility scales and author-generated measure of expressed schadenfreude. Path analysis revealed that schadenfreude was predicted by only reactive but not with proactive relational aggression. Moreover, schadenfreude was predicted by the dark triad indirectly through reactive relational aggression. The dark triad was also predicted by agreeableness and hostility. Although reactive and proactive relational aggression were predicted by agreeableness and hostility, only reactive agression had a mediator role between personality traits (agreeableness, dark triad, hostility) and schadenfreude. Findings and implications for the future research were discussed. Limitations of the current study were also mentioned

    MODEL MOBILE POSITIONING SYSTEM BERBASIS ANDROID

    Seiring perkembangan teknologi mobile, aplikasi berbasis positioning system yang memanfaatkan Global Positioning System (GPS) untuk penentuan posisi semakin populer terutama pada platform android. Beberapa penelitian mengenai pengembangan aplikasi telah menerapkan mobile positioning system, namun belum ada yang membahas model mobile position system secara spesifik. Penelitian fokus fitur yang ada mobile position system yang dilakukan dengan memodelkan sistem dalam bentuk Unified Modelling Language (UML). Metodologi yang digunakan untuk membangun model sistem adalah metodologi prototyping yang diakhiri dengan evaluasi model sistem dengan menggunakan teknik blackbox testing. Penelitian ini telah berhasil memodelkan mobile positioning system yang terdiri 21 class yang mempresentasikan aktifitas dari 6 use-cases yang telah didefinisikan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan acuan dalam pengembangan aplikasi mobile berbasis positioning system lainnya

    Proses belajar mengajar adalah interaksi antara guru dan murid, yang diakhiri dengan proses evaluasi hasil belajar dalam upaya mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang berlangsung dalam suatu lokasi dan jangka waktu tertentu. Dalam proses pembelajaran dibutuhkan media pembelajaran dalam peyampaian materi agar siswa lebih memahami materi yang diberikan. Oleh sebab itu, usulan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) kali ini yakni memberikan pelatihan kepada guru untuk membuat media pembelajaran dengan pendekatan kecerdasan buatan (AI). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan bertujuan memberikan pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis AI dengan harapan dapat membantu para guru dalam menyiapkan materi atau bahan ajar pada bidang studi. Setelah dilaksanakan dan evaluasi kepada 54 responden dimana peserta diantaranya sebagian besar adalah para guru diperoleh hasil 34 dari 54 responden (63%) dapat meringankan dan membantu pekerjaan dalam membuat perangkat pembelajaran cepat dan akurat, 19 dari 54 responden (35%) dapat menambah pengetahuan, wawasan dan ilmu baru serta sisanya sekitar 2% masih jauh lebih baik merancang materi ajar sendiri sekalipun tidak menafikan perangkat kecerdasan buatan ini sebagai sesuatu yang baru dan bagus bagi para guru

    The determination of tourist routes in Pekanbaru is not solely based on identifying the shortest route but also the best route, considering the various challenges in the field, such as potholes, traffic congestion, and the lack of directional signs to tourist destinations. The selection of the best route is crucial to improving travel comfort and efficiency, reducing travel time, and avoiding potential risks that may disrupt the tourist experience. Therefore, this study aims to determine the best route to tourist attractions using the Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) method and rank tourist routes with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This study integrates two approaches: ACO, which mimics the behavior of ant colonies in finding optimal routes, and AHP, which generates numerical scores to rank alternatives based on how well each alternative meets the decision maker\u27s criteria. The results of this study are expected to help tourists find available facilities at tourist attractions and provide alternative routes that can serve as a reference in determining the best route to the tourist location, thereby enhancing tourist satisfaction and the overall travel experience.Penentuan rute objek wisata di Pekanbaru tidak hanya bergantung pada penentuan rute terpendek, tetapi juga pada rute terbaik, mengingat adanya berbagai kendala di lapangan, seperti jalan berlubang, kemacetan, dan kurangnya penunjuk arah menuju destinasi wisata. Pemilihan rute terbaik menjadi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan dan efisiensi perjalanan wisatawan, mengurangi waktu tempuh, serta menghindari potensi risiko yang dapat mengganggu pengalaman wisata. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan rute terbaik menuju objek wisata menggunakan metode Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) dan melakukan perangkingan rute wisata dengan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Penelitian ini memadukan dua pendekatan, yakni ACO, yang meniru perilaku koloni semut dalam mencari rute optimal, dan AHP, yang menghasilkan skor numerik untuk menentukan peringkat alternatif berdasarkan seberapa baik masing-masing alternatif memenuhi kriteria pembuat keputusan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan membantu wisatawan untuk menemukan fasilitas yang tersedia di objek wisata serta menyediakan rute alternatif yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam menentukan rute terbaik menuju lokasi wisata, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan wisatawan dan kualitas pengalaman perjalanan

    Nursing Student's Experience with Electronic Nursing Assessment Form: A Phenomenology Study

    The transition to the digital era also occurs in the health sector. This transition requires adaptation and learning starting from school, such as using electronic medical records. This study aimed to determine the experience of nursing students at Hang Tuah University Pekanbaru using the electronic assessment format. This research uses a phenomenological study approach. Participants used the electronic nursing assessment form (ENAF) which is still being develop by the research team. This study used a consecutive sampling technique that involved 33 nursing students who did clinical practice for the basic nursing skills course. Focus group discussion (FGD) was used to collect the data, it was divided into three groups. The data were analyzed using content analysis. There were two main themes with 7 sub-themes. The themes are dimensions of ENAF and future improvement. Mostly, participants agreed to use ENAF because it was considered more efficient and economical. In addition, the data is also safer without the fear of paper damage. The display of documentation results is also clean, and easier to analyze patients’ problems. Based on participants’ experience using ENAF, there are several obstacles such as forgetting to save the results of the assessments and technical problems when using ENAF on mobile phones. All participants agreed with using ENAF because ENAF is more practical and cheaper than using a paper-based assessment form. Nursing students should be prepared with the ability to use electronic health records so they can adapt to the digital era, especially in the documentation system.     Penerapan Web Content Accessibility Guidelines dan Design Thinking dalam Perancangan UI/UX Aplikasi Ujian Online

    The most significant change in education due to the pandemic is the implementation of online evaluation methods. Online exams provide students with the flexibility to take tests from any lo-cation. Although online examinations offer flexibility for learners to participate from any loca-tion, their implementation still faces various challenges, such as the potential for cheating, tech-nical disruptions, and limited accessibility for users with diverse physical conditions and digital competencies. These issues highlight the need for designing online examination interfaces that are not only easy to use but also inclusive. This study aims to design the user interface and user expe-rience by employing the design thinking approach and applying the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) to enhance interface accessibility starting from the design phase. The WCAG 2.0 standard, developed by the W3C, is applied as a guideline for meeting accessibility require-ments. The WCAG principles implemented include perceivability, operability, understandability, and robustness. Usability testing on the prototype was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS), scoring 69. This score indicates that the designed prototype falls into the "marginal high" category within the acceptability range. Accessibility testing using Axe for Designers indi-cated that, overall, the prototype met accessibility requirements. The results also show that inte-grating WCAG 2.0 principles during the design stage effectively enhances the accessibility of the user interface
