No full textPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disrupsi teknologi pada bidang transportasi khususnya strategi promosi layanan transportasi daring di Kabupaten Karimun yang terdiri dari Gojek, Maxim, dan Draiv. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif secara deskpritif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang berada di Kabupaten Karimun. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang diterapkan menggunakan accidental sampling. Waktu pengumpulan sampel dan observasi pada penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama Agustus sampai dengan Oktober 2024.Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dan primer. Data sekunder yang digunakan berasal dari telaah pustaka atau bentuk dokumentasi lain yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian. Data primer di sini bersumber saat peneliti melaksanakan interaksi dan wawancara dengan informan yang ditentukan saat penelitian dengan metode accidental sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu jika stategi promosi masingmasing aplikator sendiri di wilayah Karimun masih menggunakan media seperti spanduk atau banner, dan memanfaatkan media sosial. Kehadiran aplikator layanan transportasi daring dinilai membantu masyarakat dan pelaku UMKM. Dari ketiga aplikator yang tersedia di Karimun

No full textSmall war became popularly used in irregular warfare when a more considerable force dominated the opponent. Small wars but troublesome opposing forces are known as guerrillas. Since war architects popularized the guerrilla theory, it has also been frequently used in wars between forces. The psychological impact of most of the war's success can influence both state and group leaders to apply this model. It has been practiced and applied for a long time in various parts of the world until today. The very popularity of this model of warfare has prompted the author to produce an article that aims to compare the three guerrilla architects' frameworks from the point of view of a comprehensive strategy, tactics, and social aspects using the method of collecting data through document study. The results show that the framework of Mao Tse Tung, Vo Nguyen Giap, and Che Guevara about guerrilla warfare has its characteristics and perspectives

DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY POLICY FOR SMEs: A BIBLIOMETRIC ANALYSIS
No full textThis study aims to analyze digital technology policies, especially for SMEs publication trends regarding time, author, journal, affiliation, and institution; research areas that are prominent and influential on digital technology policies, especially for SMEs, as well as opportunities and limitations for future researchers to explore. This study uses Scientometrics analysis through bibliometric analysis. Data analysis was carried out in two parts through inductive analysis where the first was bibliometric analysis and in the second part, network mapping. Data were extracted from the Scopus database, in November 2021 during the period 2003-2021. The results of the study show that the highest publications were in 2020 as many as 19 documents; the most relevant source is Telecommunications Policy, the most cited authors are Depaoli, Paolo and the most relevant affiliate is Loughborough University. The results of the study have implications that in the future Digital Technology Policy for SMEs research will focus on studies on Digital Technologies barriers, innovation-diffusion, SME innovation and E-Business
