ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN DATA KEHADIRAN KARYAWAN PADA PT TELEMEDIA DINAMIKA SARANA

This scientific work aims to know how to manage employee attendance
data at PT Telemedia Dinamika Sarana (Subsidiary of PGN). It is undeniable that
the management of this attendance data has always been a routine task
undertaken by Human Resources staff. The method used by the author in this
scientific work is to use a method of descriptive analysis with the method of
collecting data through observation study (Studi Observation), by conducting a
direct observation of how to manage attendance data in PT Telemedia Dynamika
Sarana, as well as what the system used for the management of that data. The
second method is with Library Research, by reviewing several references to
related theories and assisting in the handling of analysis of employee attendance
data management so that the data obtained can be analyzed scientifically.
Based on this study, analysis results showed that there are several
obstacles that occurred during the process of managing employee attendance
data. Such as constraints are the occurrence of delays in the process of collecting
attendance data, and the use of systems that are less precise, so it takes quite a
long time. This obstacle will certainly affect of the salary of each employee who is
in the company. To overcome these constraints, some solutions can be done by
giving sanctions in the form of verbal or written strikes to every employee who is
late in collecting attendance data, and change the system of attendance data
management from manual systems to electronic systems. Management of
employee data with good system will certainly facilitate the employees in
completing the process of management attendance data. The management of
attendance data using electronic systems is easier because of calculations in late
hours and overtime can be done automatically.

Pengembangan Desain Planter Hidroponik Untuk Personal Rumah Tangga Memanfaatkan Limbah Plastik Dari Sedotan Plastik Dengan Sistem Injection
Tren berkebun hidroponik menjadi salah satu hobi yang dipakai untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan. Hidroponik merupakan salah satu cara dalam membudidayakan tanaman pada halaman terbatas, tanpa menggunakan media tanah. Metode hidroponik ini cocok untuk dilakukan dimana saja dan hasil tanaman tidak bergantung pada musim dan pasar. Daur ulang limbah plastik merupakan salah satu tindakan preventif untuk mengurangi limbah plastik. Maka, perancangan ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan desain planter hidroponik vertikultur dengan menggunakan material jenis PP (polypropylene), untuk memudahkan pengguna (ibu rumah tangga dan pemula) untuk dapat bercocok tanam pada dinding eksterior bangunan yang dapat dijadikan sebagai elemen untuk mempercantik fasad bangunan pada eksterior hunian pengguna sebagai sarana untuk mempercantik, menghijaukan dan melengkapi kebutuhan rumah tangga dibutuhkan. Metode perancangan yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan studi pustaka, riset konsumen, wawancara dengan partner hidroponik dan komunitas hidroponik, benchmarking, ideasi, pengembangan model alternatif, pembuatan mockup, hingga pengujian terhadap pengguna yang dipakai sebagai tolak ukur dan acuan dalam menganalisis kebutuhan desain pada produk planter hidroponik. Manfaat dari perancangan yang dilakukan adalah untuk menemukan solusi dan kebutuhan konsumen terhadap produk instalasi planter hidroponik yang sudah dipakai dan memperbaiki permasalahan desain sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen, yang menjadi acuan dalam pembuatan desain baru pada produk planter hidroponik menggunakan material jenis PP (polypropylene).

The trend of hydroponic gardening is a hobby to meet food needs. Hydroponics is one way of cultivating plants in finite gardening, without soil media. This hydroponic method is suitable to carry out anywhere also does not depend on the season and market. Recycling plastic waste is one of the preventive measures to reduce plastic waste. So, this design develops a vertical hydroponic planter design using PP (polypropylene) type material. To make it easier to grow crops for users (housewives and beginners) on the exterior walls of the building. And can be used as an element to adorn the facade of the building on the residential exterior to beautify, green, and complete the household needs needed. The design method used is by conducting library research, consumer research, interviews with hydroponic partners and the hydroponic community, benchmarking, thinking ideation, developing alternative models, making mockups, and testing users. It will be used as benchmarks and references for analyzing design requirements on hydroponics's planter products. The benefits of the design are to find solutions and consumer needs for hydroponic's planter installation products. That used and fixed design problems according to consumer desires, which is a reference in making new designs for hydroponic planter products using PP (polypropylene) type material
Prosedur Pengajuan dan Pencairan Deposito Berjangka pada PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Artha Buana Krian Sidoarjo
This Final Assignment research was conducted at PT.BPR Artha Buana Krian Sidoarjo, the author conducted research on one of the existing deposit products at the bank. The product is a time deposit. The objectives to be achieved from this research are to find out and recognize the procedure for time deposits at PT. BPR Artha Buana Krian Sidoarjo. The author uses descriptive research methods with data collection techniques, namely interviews, heritage studies, documentation studies, and observations. Based on the research conducted, it can be seen that this time deposit product has the highest interest rate among other bank simoanan products. Then this time deposit has the terms and conditions fulfilled, the next step is the time deposit procedure. In addition, the calculation of interest on time deposits is calculated based on an agreed period of time at the beginning. Then the disbursement of deposits can be made in cash or non-cash. If the disbursement of the time deposit is withdrawn before maturity, the current interest on the time deposit is not given.

COVID-19 aftermath: study of implication to Indonesia industries performance
This study aims to analyze the difference in market performance value and fundamental performance before the pandemic, during the pandemic, recovery period, and after the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive methodology to characterize the results of the analysis of market performance variables, namely share return, MBR, and PER. Then the fundamental perforance consists of ROA, CR, and DER for all components. The data of this study are secondary. The objects of this study are 11 industrial sectors recorded on the IDX through a sample selection process with conditions determined by the author. Data were tested using ANCOVA test through a process of descriptive, normality, and homogeneity testing. The results showed that Market to Book Ratio (MBR) that has significant differences is the main cyclicals sector, consumer non-cyclicals, financial, main industrials, infrastructures, technology, transportation & logistics and energy. Then the price earning ratio (PER) which has significant differences is the main industrial sector, the technology sector and the transportation & logistics sector. The variable share return that has significant differences is the cyclicals sector and the consumer non-cyclicals sector. Profitability variables that have significant differences are the main cyclicals sector, healthcare sector, main industrial sector, infrastructures sector, properties & real estate sector, Transportation & Logistics sector, energy sector. Liquidity variables that have significant differences are the basic materials sector, the main industrial sector, the technology sector, the transportation & logistics sector. Solvency variables that have significant differences are the main cyclicals sector, the property & real estate sector and the energy sector
