    Tingginya tingkat kriminalitas yang terjadi di Indonesia mendorong masyarakat untuk belajar bela diri. Akan tetapi keterbatasan waktu dan tempat membuat sebagian masyarakat tidak dapat berlatih bela diri ditempat latihan yang sudah ada. Namun dengan teknologi saat ini, dimungkinkan untuk masyarakat berlatih bela diri dengan pelatih virtual di rumah. Selain kepraktisan yang ditawarkan, penggunaan teknologi juga dapat mengukur ketepatan gerakan yang di latih. Memanfaatkan fitur motion capture pada sensor Microsoft Kinect, penulis akan membangun aplikasi “basic taekwondo training system” untuk menciptakan pelatih bela diri virtual yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk berlatih taekwondo didalam rumah. Dengan “basic taekwondo training system” penulis berharap dapat memberikan solusi bagi masyarakat yang ingin membekali diri dengan bela diri guna memenuhi iv kebutuhan berolahraga dan mengantisipasi tindakan yang tidak dinginkan. ========================================================================================================== The level of criminality in Indonesia encouraging people to learn how to defense their self , but the the limitation of time and place make half of them cant practice martial art on available place , with the technology today it is posible for online practice at home , besides of the simplicity that is offered the use of technology could measure the accuracy of the motion which is trained. Using Microsoft Kinect, the author want to develop basic taekwondo traning system to create virtual couch. By using this application, user can train taekwondo everywhere and everytime. With basic taekwondo training system, the author hope that it could give the solution for the people who wants to prepare them self with martial art to fulfill the needs of sports and anticipate the bad people

Stern tube is a steel tube built into the ship’s structure for the purpose of supporting and enclosing the propulsion shafting where it pierces the hull of the ship. The stern tube system used is lubricating system with lubricating oil media and mounted pads that are made of babbit metal, also given rubber seals. Leakage of the stern tube will occur when the stern tube is abnormal. The research method that the writer uses in the preparation of this thesis is SWOT method as data analysis technique to analyze the existing problem at stern tube, that is what factors causing leaks on stern tube aboard, impact resulting from leakage at stern tube and effort improves the leakage of the stern tube by systematically identifying various factors against strenghts, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats from the environment to formulate strategies will be taken. Based on the results of research that has been done by the author on the ship can be concluded on the stern tube caused by damage experienced on the stern tube because of poor material quality. Then for the inconvenience for the company as well as for the ship, the strategy to fix the leakage of stern tube using SWOT analysis strategy that is defensive strategy that is in quadrant IV, there are two factors of effort to improve the stern tube according to the strategy formula that the company must take an active role in supporting the activity of docking repair the damaged seal stern tube.     Deteksi Kondisi Lelah Berbasis Sinyal Electroencephalograph (EEG) Satu Kanal Menggunakan Linear Discriminant Analysist (LDA)

    Kondisi kelelahan dapat menjadi permasalahan serius jika tidak ditangani dengan tepat, khususnya kondisi kelelahan mental. Kondisi kelelahan mental sangat erat hubungannya dengan tingkat kemampuan dan konsentrasi yang dimiliki oleh seseorang. Selain itu, kondisi kelelahan mental juga dapat menjadi indikasi penyakit berbahaya tertentu. Banyak penelitian telah dilakukan untuk mendeteksi kondisi kelelahan secara mental ini. Pengukuran secara subjektif, kognitif, dan fisiologis telah diusulkan pada penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya. Di antara metodemetode tersebut pengukuran dengan menggunakan pengukuran fisiologis, khususnya dengan memanfaatkan sinyal electroencephalograph (EEG) dirasa paling akurat dan paling banyak digunakan. Meskipun demikian, pemanfaatan sinyal EEG untuk mendeteksi kelelahan secara mental masih terkendala dengan proses komputasi yang kompleks, karena memanfaatkan banyak kanal dalam perekaman sinyal EEG. Tingkat kompleksitas yang tinggi ini membuat pemanfaatan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan sulit untuk di implementasikan pada kondisi sebenarnya. Sehingga diperlukan paradigma baru yang dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi kondisi kelelahan mental dengan metode yang lebih sederhana. Pada penelitian ini diusulkan metode pendeteksian kelelahan mental dengan menggunakan sinyal EEG yang diambil dari satu kanal. Untuk mendapatkan informasi yang lebih detail mengenai ciri kondisi kelelahan mental, sinyal EEG dibagi ke dalam beberapa segmen. Metode klasifikasi LDA, QDA, dan SVM digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat akurasi yang dihasilkan oleh metode yang diusulkan. Akurasi sebesar 78.13% dengan menggunakan LDA. Hasil tersebut didapatkan dengan memanfaatkan segmentasi dengan panjang segmen sebesar 60 detik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat dibuktikan bahwa pendeteksian kondisi kelelahan mental dapat menggunakan sinyal EEG yang didapatkan hanya dari satu kanal. ========================================================================================================= Fatigue condition can be a serious problem if it not handled properly, especially mental fatigue condition. Mental fatigue condition is a type of fatigue that related to cognitive and concentration ability of human being. It also has a correlation with acute or chronic illness. Many previous researchers tried to find an effective method to detect mental fatigue condition. Methods like subjective measurement, cognitive measurement, and physiological measurement have been used in the previous research. However, physiological measurement seems more promising to detect mental fatigue condition. Electroencephalogram (EEG) signal is the most widely used as a physiological measurement in this case. Nevertheless, mental fatigue detection using EEG signal has some problem such as complex computation. The complex computation problem was caused by multi-channel electrode sensor which used to record EEG signal. This problem lead to difficult implementation in real life condition. Another solution need to be proposed to solve the implementation problem. The new solution must be as simple as possible. In this research, mental fatigue detection using EEG signal using single channel sensor has been proposed. Window segmentation method was used to get more information about mental fatigue characteristics. LDA, QDA, and SVM also used to classify mental fatigue condition. According to our experiments, LDA yield the highest performance with 78.13% of accuracy. This result obtained from 60 second length of window segmentation. This result showed that mental fatigue can be detect using EEG signal which captured only from single channel

    Still, the presence of errors in the application of qawa''id Arabic Arabic textbook writing in the neighborhood Dikdasmen PWM DIY shows that the preparation of textbooks is not of good quality. This research aims to locate faults textbook writing so that it can immediately be repaired. As of this writing done on the application of qawa'id Arabic in textbook writing. The procedure used:  data collection,  classification or  grouping error,  frequency error  types,  the identification of the scope of the type of error, remedial and identification errors. Artifacts errors found as many as 524 items an error. The error types, divided into two aspects of the  errors,  namely  (1)  Error morphology  (akhta  'al-sarafiyyah)  include isim  gairu munsarif,  jama'  and  fi'il  Muta'adiy,  alif  Layyinah,  and typographical errors.  (2)  a  structural  or syntactic  errors  (akhta  'tarkibiyyah)  include:  na'at  man'ut,  nakirah-ma'rifah,  errors  harokat, miscellaneous  structures,  tarkib  Idafiy  (mudaf-mudaf  ilaih),  tarkib  isnadiy  (mubtada'  khabar), maf'ul  mutlaq,  mabni  fathah,  removal  of  language  elements,  ambiguous, one selected, couples idiom said, adding, writing qat'a glottal stop, and hamzah wasal. Based on the analysis of the textbook errors, some errors are still common, namely the writing section glottal qat'a, isim gairu munsarif, alif Layyinah, writing errors, nakirah-ma'rifah, mabni fathah, and hamzah wasal. Some of the things that cause the occurrence of such errors that is the attitude of carelessness and a disregard for the rules by the author, the inconsistency of the author of  the application  of a  rule,  application of  the rules  are an incomplete  and excessive generalization

    Design and Analysis of Run-of-River Water Turbine

    This paper discussed on the project entitled, “Design and analysis of run-of-river water turbine”. It consists of project background, objectives, problem statements, and the relevance of the project, literature reviews, and the methodology which is the flow of the project and finally the result and discussion before the conclusion. In this project the author design a run of river water turbine and analyze the power that can be generated by the turbine. The study is about gathering all possible information about river water turbine for further studies which will lead to the result of the design of the water turbine and the power generated by the turbine. The main objective of this project is merely to prove that the author’s design of the vertical axis run of river water turbine can generate power in form of electric. Water turbines can be classified depending on the direction of rotational axis relative to water flow direction. Axial flow water turbines have their axis of rotation parallel to water stream direction. Other turbines such as cross flow water turbines or Darrieus type water turbines (from Jean-Marie Darrieus, inventor of first vertical axis wind turbine, have rotational axis perpendicular to current direction. A vertical-axis turbine is able to extract power from any direction without adjustment. At the end of this research, the conclusion that can be obtained is the run-of river water turbine can generate power. In order to provide such conclusion, the data that need to be considered are the river water velocity, the cross sectional area of the augmentation channeling, and the height of the augmentation channel that would be immersed in the water

Computer aided simulation software will be used as main method. Data of manufacturing system will be collected and will be used as input in simulation software.. Altering several parameters such as machines quantity and batch size helps author to studied final output. It helps author reduce time to do trial for new design as simulation software will done based on real time and system performance will be address to help improvise new design. Simulation also can be applied at both the justification phase and design phase. By using this method, critical area can be identified in manufacturing system and explore several solution based on different scenario

    Tingkat Kerawanan Desa Berdasakan Dampak Bencana Kab.Bojonegoro Dengan Metode Clustering Algoritma K-Means

    The Bojonegoro Regency is a region that is quite prone to disasters, especially floods, landslides, and extreme weather. There have been 2,162 recorded incidents in the past three years, causing significant material and moral losses totaling IDR 1,986,210,000. In an effort to reduce future losses, early prevention measures can be taken by conducting research on the potential disaster-prone areas based on the impact of disasters that have occurred in the region. This study utilized data from 430 villages (2019-2022), considering 6 disaster impact parameters, including the number of disaster events, casualties, affected houses, affected land, material losses, and facility damage. The objective was to identify the vulnerability level of villages using the K-Means Clustering method. The optimal number of clusters was validated using the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI), and the data mining process followed the CRISP-DM standard. The trial results indicated that the optimal number of clusters is k=3. Cluster analysis revealed that Cluster 1 (3 villages) experienced more significant disasters, causing more damage to houses and land; Cluster 2 (17 villages) faced disasters with significant casualties, while Cluster 3 (410 villages) experienced disasters with the lowest impact.Kabupaten Bojonegoro merupakan daerah cukup rawan bencana terutama banjir, tanah longsor, dan cuaca ekstrem, tercatat 2.162 kejadian yang menyebabkan kerugian materiil dan moril meningkat signifikan dalam tiga tahun terakhir, mencapai Rp 1.986.210.000. Dalam kaitannya untuk mengurangi kerugian dimasa mendatang dapat dilakukan pencegahan sedini mungkin, dengan dilakukannya penelitian mengenai potensi daerah yang rawan bencana berdasarkan dampak bencana yang terjadi di daerah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan data 430 desa (2019-2022), dengan 6 parameter dampak bencana meliputi jumlah kejadian bencana, korban jiwa, rumah terdampak, lahan terdampak, kerugian harta dan kerusakan fasilitas. Tujuannya mengidentifikasi tingkat kerawanan desa dengan metode Clustering K-Means. Validasi jumlah cluster optimal dilakukan dengan Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) dan data mining mengikuti standar CRISP-DM. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan jumlah cluster optimal k=3.     Identification of optimum segment in single channel EEG biometric system

    Nowadays, biometric modalities have gained popularity in security systems. Nevertheless, the conventional commercial-grade biometric system addresses some issues. The biggest problem is that they can be imposed by artificial biometrics. The electroencephalogram (EEG) is a possible solution. It is nearly impossible to replicate because it is dependent on human mental activity. Several studies have already demonstrated a high level of accuracy. However, it requires a large number of sensors and time to collect the signal. This study proposed a biometric system using single-channel EEG recorded during resting eyes open (EO) conditions. A total of 45 EEG signals from 9 subjects were collected. The EEG signal was segmented into 5 second lengths. The alpha band was used in this study. Discrete wavelet transform (DWT) with Daubechies type 4 (db4) was employed to extract the alpha band. Power spectral density (PSD) was extracted from each segment as the main feature. Linear discriminant analysis (LDA) and support vector machine (SVM) were used to classify the EEG signal. The proposed method achieved 86% accuracy using LDA only from the third segment. Therefore, this study showed that it is possible to utilize single-channel EEG during a resting EO state in a biometric system
