    Background: The Pesawaran Regency area has topography, most of which are located on the seashore. In general, the people who live on the beach complain about the high incidence of malaria. Due to the fact that most of the areas are located on the seashore, it is very possible for malaria to occur, especially in the working area of the Hanura Public Health Center, Pesawaran Regency.Purpose: This study aims to determine the relationship between the use of mosquito nets and the incidence of malaria in the working area of the Hanura Public Health Center, Pesawaran District.Meanwhile, the specific objective of this study was to determine the incidence of malaria in Pesawaran District, Lampung Province. Know the description of the use of mosquito nets. Knowing the description of confounding variables: age, gender, education.Methods: This research methodology has this type of research is analytic, namely a study conducted with the aim of looking at the relationship between mosquito nets and the incidence of malaria in the work area of the Hanura Health Center in Pesawaran District.Result: The research results for the relationship between the use of mosquito nets and the incidence of malaria resulted in a p value of 0.18 which means greater than 0.05Conclusion: The research results for the relationship between the use of mosquito nets and the incidence of malaria resulted in a p value of 0.18 which means greater than 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable. Keywords: Malaria, Relationship of malaria incidence, Mosquito Nets, Community Health Centers ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Wilayah Kabupaten Pesawaran memiliki topografi wilayah yang sebagian besar berada di tepi pantai. Umum nya warga masyarakat yang tinggal di tepi pantai mengeluhkan banyaknya kejadian malaria. Dikarenakan wilayah yang sebagian besar berada di tepi pantai maka akan sangat memungkinkan untuk terjadi nya kejadian malaria terutama di wilayah kerja puskesmas hanura kabupaten pesawaran.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara penggunaan kelambu dengan kejadian penyakit malaria di wilayah kerja puskesmas hanura kabupaten pesawaran. Sedangkan tujuan khusus dari penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui kejadian malaria di Kabupaten Pesawaran Provinsi Lampung. Mengetahui gambaran penggunaan kelambu. Mengetahui gambaran variabel confounding: umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan.Metode: Metodologi penelitian ini memiliki jenis penelitian analitik yaitu suatu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara kelambu dengan kejadian penyakit malaria yang ada wilayah kerja puskesmas hanura di kabupaten pesawaran.Hasil: Hasil penelitian untuk hubungan penggunaan kelambu dengan kejadian penyakit malaria menghasilkan p value 0,18 yang berarti lebih besar dari 0,05Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian untuk hubungan penggunaan kelambu dengan kejadian penyakit malaria menghasilkan p value 0,18 yang berarti lebih besar dari 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan antara variable dependen dan variable independen. Kata Kunci: Malaria, Hubungan kejadian malaria, Kelambu, Puskesma

    Peningkatan Pengetahuan Phbs Penghuni Panti Asuhan Melalui Penyuluhan Kesehatan Dengan Metode Pemutaran Video

    ABSTRAK  Penghuni panti asuhan merupakan salah satu kelompok masyarakat yang perlu mendapat perhatian lebih untuk mencapai derajat kesehatan baik secara individu maupun kelompok melalui pembelajaran agar terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku positif bidang kesehatan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat para penghuni Panti Asuhan As-Salam yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada sikap dan perilaku positif dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui penyuluhan kesehatan dengan metode pemutaran video perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, diselingki tanya jawab, demonstrasi, dan praktik melakukan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini dengan mengukur perubahan tingkat pengetahuan saat sebelum dan sesudah diberikan penyuluhan kesehatan menggunakan metode pemutaran video. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa ada peningkatan rata-rata skor pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan penyuluhan kesehatan sebesar 12,63 dari 82,11 menjadi 94,74 dan secara statistik peningkatan tersebut signifikan (p-value=0,021). Simpulkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Panti As-Salam melalui penyuluhan kesehatan dengan metode pemutaran video berhasil meningkatan pengetahuan PHBS penghuni panti asuhan. Untuk memantau dan membina PHBS para penghuni panti asuhan diperlukan kegiatan sejenis dengan topik dan materi berbeda yang dilakukan secara berkala dan terus menerus. Kata kunci: PHBS, Penyuluhan Kesehatan, Panti AsuhanABSTRACT Orphanage residents are a group of people who require additional care in order to obtain health degrees both individually and in groups through learning, resulting in a growth in knowledge, attitudes, and positive conduct in the health sector. This community service project intends to strengthen the residents of the As-Salam Orphanage's awareness of clean and healthy living behaviors, which will have an impact on positive attitudes and conduct in everyday life. This activity is implemented through health counseling, which includes watching films of clean and healthy living activities interspersed with questions and answers, demonstrations, and practicing clean and healthy living behaviors. The success of this exercise was determined by comparing changes in knowledge before and after receiving health education via video playback. According to the data analysis results, there was a 12.63 rise in the average knowledge score before and after health education, from 82.11 to 94.74, and the increase was statistically significant (p-value = 0.021). Conclude that community service activities at the As-Salam Orphanage through health education utilizing the video playback approach were successful in enhancing orphanage residents' PHBS awareness. Similar activities with varied subjects and materials that are carried out on a regular and ongoing basis are required to monitor and foster PHBS for orphanage inhabitants.Keywords: PHBS, Health Counseling, Orphanag

    Helina connexa Malloch, 1934 (Figs. 6, 9 E) Redescription. Male (Fig. 6 A). Head. Black with silver pollinosity. Holoptic. 6–8 pairs of frontal setae. Eye hairs long and numerous. Lunule pale brown; fronto-orbital plate, parafacial, gena, postgena, and occiput black with silver pollinosity. Gena with black setae. Postocular setae proclinated. Palpus black. Thorax. Scutum black with two grey pollinose vitta; scutellum; anepisternum, anepimeron, katepimeron, katepisternum, proepisternum, proepimeron and meron black; anterior and posterior spiracles brown. Chaetotaxy: acrostichal setae 1-2+1; dorsocentral setae 2+4; humeral setae 2; notopleural setae 2, of similar size. Prealar strong, half as long as its anterior supra-alar postsutural seta. Anepisternum with a series of 8–10 strong setae. Wing. Yellowish-brown; costal spine longer than the costal bristles, the transverse cross-vein dm-cu curved; vein R 4+5 and vein M slightly divergent; cross vein dm-cu in basal half of cell r4+5. Both calypters yellow with yellow margins. Legs. Coxae, trochanter, and fore femur black; fore tibia brown-yellow; mid and hind femora and tibiae yellow; tarsi black. Fore femur with long and fine setula on dorsal, posterodorsal, and posteroventral surface; fore tibia with 1–2 posterior setae, and four strong preapical dorsal setae. Mid femur with long and fine setula on dorsal, posterodorsal, and posteroventral surface, and 3 preapical setae on posterodorsal to posterior surface; with 3 preapical setae on poseterodorsal to posterior surface; mid tibia with 3 posterior setae, 2 anterodorsal setae, and 4 apical setae (anterodorsal, posteroventral, ventral, and anteroventral). Hind femur with a strong anterodorsal row of setae, an anteroventral row of curved setae at the apical middle, and posteroventral row of setae at the apical middle; hind tibia with several anteroventral setae, 2 anterodorsal setae and several posterior setae, calcar absent. Abdomen. Dark brown with grey pollinosity, a central line without pollinosity. Female. Length. Body: 5.64–7.06 mm, wing: 5.27–6.81 mm. Differs from male as follows: Head, dichoptic, the shortest distance between eyes is 0.71–0.84 mm; frontoorbital plate setulose with 2 reclinate orbital setae. Parafrontal plate setulose. Legs. Mid femur with 3–4 setae in the basal middle on ventral surface; and a row of setae in the basal middle on anterior surface. Mid tibia with 2–3 setae on anderodorsal surface, and 4–5 setae on posterodorsal surface. This species was briefly described by Malloch (1934) based on male and female specimens from several locations. This author suggested that this species is similar to H. nigrimana, but different in the shape of the cercal plate (Malloch 1934: 307, fig. 55b, c). We provided a redescription based on a single male paratype housed in MNRJ, and females collected in several loacations. No male terminalia extraction was performed. Biology.     Investigating Spatial Patterns of Pulmonary Tuberculosis and Main Related Factors in Bandar Lampung, Indonesia Using Geographically Weighted Poisson Regression

    Tuberculosis (TB) is a highly infectious disease, representing one of the major causes of death worldwide. Sustainable Development Goal 3.3 implies a serious decrease in the incidence of TB cases. Hence, this study applied a spatial analysis approach to investigate patterns of pulmonary TB cases and its drivers in Bandar Lampung (Indonesia). Our study examined seven variables: the growth rate of pulmonary TB, population, distance to the city center, industrial area, green open space, built area, and slum area using geographically weighted Poisson regression (GWPR). The GWPR model demonstrated excellent results with an R2 and adjusted R2 of 0.96 and 0.94, respectively. In this case, the growth rate of pulmonary TB and population were statistically significant variables. Spatial pattern analysis of sub-districts revealed that those of Panjang and Kedaton were driven by high pulmonary TB growth rate and population, whereas that of Sukabumi was driven by the accumulation of high levels of industrial area, built area, and slums. For these reasons, we suggest that local policymakers implement a variety of infectious disease prevention and control strategies based on the spatial variation of pulmonary TB rate and its influencing factors in each sub-district

    HUBUNGAN KEJADIAN DEMAM BERDARAH DENGUE DENGAN CURAH HUJAN PADA KONDISI PANDEMI COVID-19 DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS BERINGIN RAYA

    Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus Dengue dan ditularkan melalui gigitan nyamuk Aedes aegypti. Penyakit ini menjadi masalah kesehatan serius di negara-negara tropis seperti Indonesia, terutama saat musim hujan ketika curah hujan tinggi menyebabkan banyak genangan air yang menjadi tempat berkembang biak nyamuk. Peningkatan kasus DBD sering terjadi selama musim hujan, tetapi hubungan antara curah hujan dan kasus DBD belum sepenuhnya dipahami. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara curah hujan dan jumlah kasus DBD guna mendukung kebijakan pencegahan yang lebih tepat. Penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan desain studi ekologi time series menggunakan data sekunder dari Puskesmas Beringin Raya dan BMKG. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh kasus DBD di wilayah tersebut pada periode 2020-2022, dengan metode total sampling. Variabel bebasnya adalah curah hujan, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah jumlah kasus DBD. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan korelasi dan regresi untuk melihat hubungan antara kedua variabel. Selama penelitian, PPKM akibat pandemi Covid-19 diterapkan, yang mempengaruhi pola aktivitas. Uji Korelasi Spearman menunjukkan nilai p=0,946 (p>?), sehingga tidak ditemukan hubungan signifikan antara curah hujan dan kejadian DBD, dengan korelasi sangat lemah (r=0,012). Ketiadaan hubungan ini mungkin dipengaruhi oleh cakupan wilayah yang kecil, kondisi pandemi, serta faktor-faktor lain seperti kepadatan penduduk.     HUBUNGAN KONDISI LINGKUNGAN FISIK RUMAH DENGAN KEJADIAN TUBERKULOSIS PARU DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS BUKIT KEMUNING TAHUN 2022

    Penyakit Tuberkulosis Paru (TBC) masih menjadi masalah kesehatan yang utama di Indonesia, dengan jumlah kasus terbesar kedua di dunia. Selama tahun 2021, di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bukit Kemuning ditemukan 98 kasus baru. Faktor lingkungan berkaitan erat dengan penyebaran TBC. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis hubungan faktor fisik lingkungan rumah dengan TBC. yang berhubungan dengannya, yaitu faktor suhu, kelembaban, pencahayaan, ventilasi, kepadatan hunian dan jenis lantai. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan kasus-kontrol, melibatkan 80 responden (40 kasus dan 40 kontrol). Faktor fisik lingkungan yang dinilai adalah suhu, kelembaban, pencahayaan, ventilasi, kepadatan hunian dan jenis lantai. Keseluruhan data dianalisis dengan Chi-square dan Odds Ratio, pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan faktor lingkungan fisik yang berhubungan dengan TBC adalah suhu ruangan (p-value =0,022; OR= 2,914; 95%CI 1,149-7,393), pencahayaan (p-value =0,004; OR= 3,889; 95%CI 1,533-9,868), ventilasi (p-value =0,0242; OR= 2,852; 95%CI 1,137-7,152), dan kepadatan hunian (p-value =0,003; OR= 4,059; 95%CI 1,568-10,510. Sedangkan variabel yang tidak berhubungan adalah kelembaban dan jenis lantai. Variabel yang berhubungan dengan kejadian TBC adalah suhu, pencahayaan, ventilasi dan kepadatan hunian. Perbaikan kualitas lingkungan fisik rumah dan pengetahuan masyarakat menjadi bagian penting untuk pengendalian TB

    Background: Aerosols are solid or liquid suspensions that float in the atmosphere. Aerosol size is 0.001-100 µm. Aerosols 2.5 µm are coarse particles. The disease spreads through the air. Tuberculosis is still a major global health problem because it causes deaths from infectious diseases with a low ability to anticipate the incidence of BTA (+) Pulmonary TB in the city of Puskesmas working area in Bandar Lampung.Objective: To know the trend of BTA positive pulmonary TB disease in 2015-2021 based on time. Furthermore, it is predicted in 2021 until 2030. The type of research is descriptive study research using time series analysis. The population and sample in this study were all BTA (+) pulmonary TB case data.Methods: Time series analysis design based on time-based observation. Type of quantitative descriptive research. The subjects in this study were cases of patients with BTA positive pulmonary TB sourced from the Health Office in Bandar Lampung in 2019-2022. The data was analyzed using Brown's double exponential smoothing forecasting method. R squat can be categorized as strong (>0.75), moderate (<0.5) and weak (<0.25). This means that the more R squat approaches the number one, the better the memorization.Results:  The results of this study indicate that the trend of BTA (+) Pulmonary TB cases is predicted to continue to increase.Conclusion: Time model with Brown's double exponential smoothing method. Able to forecast Pulmonary TB BTA (+) in 2015-2020, using the equation, the results of forecasting the number of Pulmonary TB cases in 2021-2030 with Brown's double exponential smoothing method obtained experience a linear trend. Keywords: Time Seriess, TB.Paru BTA(+), Tren kasus

    Backgorund: Work fatigue is a feeling of tiredness and decreased alertness. From a neurophysiological point of view, it is revealed that fatigue is seen as a systematic state of the central nervous system resulting from prolonged activity and is fundamentally controlled by opposing activity between the activity system and the inhibition system in the brain stem. purpose: From this research to determine the temperature, lighting and humidity in the Tahu Home Industry, Gunung Sulah Village, Bandar Lampung City. Methods: This research is descriptive, namely direct observation in the field. The objects of this research are 7 tofu home industries located on Mount Sulah, data obtained through temperature and humidity measuring devices (Thermohygrometer), lighting (Lux meter), as well as checklists and questionnaires for work fatigue.Results: Obtained from seven tofu industries that have not fully met the requirements or 100% none of them have met the requirements as decided by Minister of Health Regulation No. 70 of 2016. The measuring instruments used are temperature, humidity (Thermohygrometer), Lighting (Lux meter) and of the thirty-five respondents, twenty-five workers are affected by health problems, namely Heat strain, Heat Exhaustion and Heat Stroke, while work fatigue is excessive, namely never 0%, Rarely 2.85%, Sometimes 11.42%, Often 85.71%, Very often 0%.Conclusion: The author hereby suggests that every home industry owner should control environmental factors in accordance with the need for a comfortable and safe workplace for workers.Suggestion: It would be best for every home industry owner to know to add ventilation or fans to minimize high temperatures in the workplace to create good air circulation, add lighting in the form of lamps or natural lighting, and prepare drinks for workers so that lost body fluids can be replaced with drink lots of water Keywords: Temperature, Lighting, Humidity and Work Climate ABSTRAK Latar belakang: Kelelahan kerja adalah rasa penat serta berkurangnya kewaspadaan. Berdasarkan perspektif neurofisiologi, kelelahan dianggap sebagai kondisi sistem saraf pusat yang disebabkan oleh kegiatan tanpa henti, yang secara mendasar dikendalikan oleh interaksi kontradiktif antara koordinasi aktifitas dan sistem supresi di batang otak.Tujuan: Dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Suhu, Pencahayaan, Kelembaban dan kelelahan kerja pada Home Industri Tahu Kelurahan Gunung Sulah Kota Bandar Lampung.Metode: Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif yaitu observasi langsung ke lapangan. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah tujuh home industri tahu yang berada di Gunung Sulah, data yang diperoleh melalui alat pengukur suhu dan kelembaban (Thermohygrometer), pencahayaan (Lux meter), serta cheklist dan kuisioner untuk kelelahan kerja.Hasil: Diperoleh dari tujuh industri tahu belum memenuhi syarat sepenuhnya atau 100% tidak ada yang memenuhi syarat sesuai yang diputuskan oleh Permenkes No. 70 Tahun 2016. Alat ukur yang di gunakan yakni suhu, kelembaban (Thermohygrometer), Pencahayaan (Lux meter) dan dari tiga puluh lima responden dua puluh lima pekerja terkena gangguan kesehatan yakni Heat strain, Heat Exhaustion, dan Heat Stroke sedangkan untuk kelelahan kerja secara berlebih yakni tidak pernah0%, Jarang 2,85%, kadang-kadang 11,42%, Sering 85,71%, Sangat sering 0%.Kesimpulan: Dengan ini penulis menyarankan untuk tiap pemilik home industri agar dilakukannya pengendalian faktor lingkungan sesuai dengan kebutuhan tempat bekerja yang tentram dan terjaga bagi pekerja.Saran: sebaiknya untuk tiap pemilik home industri tahu menambahkan ventilasi atau kipas angin untuk meminimalisir suhu yang tinggi di tempat kerja agar terciptanya sirkulasi udara yang baik, menambahkan penerangan berupa lampu ataupun berupa pencahayaan alami, dan menyiapkan minum untuk para pekerja agar cairan tubuh yang hilang bisa digantikan dengan minum air putih yang banyak. Kata Kunci: Suhu, Pencahayaan, Kelembaban Dan Iklim Kerja

    Planning of the New Public Transport Network for the Town of Kuressaare

    Uuringu eesmärgiks oli kavandada Kuressaare linna uus ühistranspordivõrk, mis toetaks paremini inimeste liikumisvajadusi ja pakuks mugavamat teenindust. Autor koostas uuringu toetudes teoorias Peter White raamatule „Public Transport, Its planning, management and operation“. Ühistranspordi teeninduskvaliteedi parandamiseks võeti luubi alla lisaks sõidugraafikutele ka bussipeatused, pileti müügi süsteem kui tehnoloogia valik. Uurimismeetodiks oli vaatlus ja andmeanalüüs, mille käigus autor läbis erinevaid bussiliine aprilli kuu jooksul. Tähelepanekud ehk puudused tähendas autor bussi valiku osas, bussipeatuste seisukorras, piletite müügi süsteemis ja sõidugraafikutes. Uue koostatud transpordivõrguga kaasneb parem kättesaadavus, sobivam planeering, sobivamad bussid reisijate jaoks ja parandatud bussipeatuste olukord. Kuressaare bussipeatuste paiknemise osas nägi autor antud uuringu raames vajadust lisada juurde vaid kaks bussipeatust.Paljud olemasolevad bussipeatused vajavad renoveerimist ja info täiendust. Sõidugraafikute koostamisel kaotas autor ära ülearused pikad seisuajad erinevates peatustes ja selle tulemusena muutes sõidugraafikut tihedamaks ja reisijale kättesaadavamaks. Pakuti välja ka katseajaga proovida linnaliini pikendust Nasvale hommikusel ja õhtusel kellaajal. Kaotati ära üleliigne buss ja lahendati uus sõidugraafik kolme bussiga, mis peaks alandama püsikulusid. Lisaks kolmele teenindavale bussile peaks kasutuses olema ka varubuss, kes teostab lisareise lennujaama vastavalt tellimusele ja näiteks suvisel ajal turismi gruppidele tellimussõite linna piires (näiteks kaubanduskeskuse külastamist) ja asendab välja rikkega või teenindust vajavaid busse. Olenevalt vajadusest tellimussõitude järgi saab kasutada ka liini nr. 3 teenindavat bussi. Sõidugraafikute info peab olema väljas igas peatuses, mis on selge ja loetav ning lisada info ka bussijaama. Piletite müük peab toimima lisaks bussijuhilt sularaha eest ostes ka mobiilselt, mis muudab reisid mugavamaks noortele ja turistidele. Uue bussigraafiku välja töötamisel tegi autor tähelepanekuid ka linna planeerimisel. Selleks, et tõsta bussi kasutamise populaarsust võiks linnas näiteks luua tasulise parkimise tsoon ja võimalusel muuta kesklinn jalakäijate alaks, kuhu pääseb vaid linnaliiklust teenindav buss. Antud teema on juba aastaid ka linnavalitsuse arutlusel, aga senini ei ole kindlat otsust vastu võetud. Hetkel on linn üle pargitud ja suvisel ajal väga väikse läbilaskevõimega tekitades ummikuid kesklinna rajooni. Saaremaa on väga suur turismi ja spa´de keskus, kus käib erinevatest sihtkohtadest sadu turiste. Linnaliini busse oleks võimalik ka ära kasutada reklaamina tutvustades Saaremaa suurimaid vaatamisväärsusi nagu Kuressaare linnus, Angla tuulikud, Panga pank, Kaali kraater jne. Võimalus kasutada ära bussi tühja valget pinda illustreerides bussid vaatamisväärsuste piltidega, mis muudaks inimeste jaoks bussid ka lõbusamaks. Antud töö täitis oma eesmärki kujundada uus ühistranspordivõrk Kuressaare linnale. Loodetavasti on Kuressaare linnavalitsusele ja Saare maavalitsusele antud uuringust kasu ja neil õnnestub populariseerida ühistranspordi kasutust ja viia bussiliiklus Kuressaares jälle kasumlikuks.The aim of the work was the design of the new public transport network in Kuressaare, which will provide better support and navigation service needs of people with mobility. The author has produced a study of the theory on the basis of the White Peter "Public Transport, Its planning, management and operation" In order to improve the service quality of public transport the author monitored timetables, bus stops, ticket sales system and technology of choice. The new public transport network in Kuressaare provides better accessibility, more suitable planning, more suitable planning, appropriate technology for passengers and improved situation in bus stops. As regards the location of public bus stops in Kuressaare, the author saw the need to add only two bus stops. Existing bus stops need renovation and supplement information. This topic has been discussed for many years in city government, but so far on firm decisions has been taken. Saarema is a major tourist and Spa center with the works of hundreds of tourists from different destinations. Urban buses were also to be able to take advantage of the provisions introducing the Saaremaa´s biggest attractions such as the fortress of Kuressaare , Angla windmills, Kaali crater, etc. The opportunity to take advantage of the bus empty white space to illustrate the buses with pictures of the attractions, which also makes buses more fun to watch for people. The objective of this work was filled with creating a new public transport network of the city of Kuressaare. It is hoped that this work gives the County of Kuressaare and Saare County Government will benefit from the study, and they are managed to popularize the use of public transport and the bus service to be profitabel again in Kuressaare
