No full textABSTRAK Keamanan dan kerahasiaan suatu pesan merupakan hal yang harus dijaga. Kebutuhan untuk menjaga keamanan pesan dan menjaga kerahasiaan pesan dibutuhkan dua metode yang berbeda, dimana untuk menjaga keamanan pesan digunakan kriptografi dan untuk menjaga kerahasiaan pesan digunakan steganografi. Pada penelitian ini, penulis mengkombinasikan kriptografi dan steganografi untuk menjaga keamanan dan kerahasiaan pesan. Kriptografi yang digunakan menggunakan algoritma RC4 dan steganografi yang digunakan menggunakan metode Least Significant Bit (LSB). Pada penelitian ini pengujian dilakukan dengan perangkat lunak Visual Studio 2008 dan untuk hasil gambar yang dihasilkan diuji menggunakan Matlab R2015b. Pengujian waktu pada proses enkripsi dan dekripsi menggunakan algoritma RC4 dilakukan sebanyak 10 kali dari jumlah karakter 100 hingga 1000 karakter, kemudian gambar yang dihasilkan mempunyai nilai error dan nilai kualitas yang tidak jauh berbeda.

Attributes of criteria among the other requirements, price and signals. Sample taken three(3) poeple and then fill out the questionnaire and the processed data into the software Expert Choice 2000. The result of data processing using software Expert Choice 2000 that the first rank is Telkomsel 23,9 %, second rank is XL 23,7%, third rank is Indosat 20,6%, fourth rank is Axis 16,2% and last rank is Three 15,7%.. Abstrak Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) digunakan untuk membantu masyarakat untuk menentukan pilihan paket internet android. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) yaitu pendekatan yang digunakan berdasarkan analisis kebijakan yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan keputusan yang tepat dan optimal bagi masyarakat. Sistem pendukung keputusan dirancang untuk mendukung seluruh tahap pengambilan keputusan mulai dari mengidentifikasikan masalah, memilih data yang relevan, dan menentukan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, sampai mengevaluasi pemilihan alternatif-alternatif yang ada didukung oleh software Expert Choice 2000. Atribut-atribut kriteria yang didapat antara lain kebutuhan, tarif dan sinyal. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 3 orang, lalu mengisi kuesioner, dan di olah datanya dengan ke dalam software Expert Choice 2000. Dari hasil pengolahan data menggunakan software Expert Choice 2000 diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa peringkat pertama yaitu telkomsel dengan bobot 23,9%, peringkat kedua yaitu XL dengan bobot 23,7%, peringkat ketiga yaitu Indosat dengan bobot 20,6%, peringkat keempat yaitu Axis dengan bobot 16,2% dan peringkat terakhir yaitu Three dengan bobot 15,7%. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. To provide optimal and maximum service to the community, the puskesmas needs to increase the competence of the staff at the puskesmas by conducting office application workshops for their staff. For the puskesmas staff in Selindung, there are already some who know how to use office applications such as word, excel and powerpoint. But in detail in the use and utilization of office applications in more detail, they still do not understand and are not optimal. This is what makes the author and the team collaborate with the Puskesmas Selindung to carry out a work shop for office applications for puskesmas staff. counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
