The Role of the Village Government in Empowering Women (Case Study of Lamamek Village, West Simeulue District, Simeulue Regency, Aceh Province)

partisipasi para perempuan desa. Pemberdayaan perempuan desa seharusnya menjadi perhatian
tersendiri bagi pemerintah desa, dikarenakan jika perempuan berdaya maka akan sangat
membantu kemajuan keluarga dan juga kemajuan desa. Penulis bertujuan untuk melakukan
penelitian mengenai peran pemerintah desa dalam memberdayakan perempuan, selanjutnya
untuk mengetahui apa saja hambatan yang dialami pemerintah desa dalam upaya pemberdayaa
n perempuan desa. Untuk mengukur peran pemerintah desa, penulis menggunakan dimensi
peran menurut Horoepoetri, Arimbi dan Santosa antara lain: 1). kebijakan, strategi, dan
komunikasi. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kaulitatif, sebagai instrumen penelitian
yang akan mempermudah penyesuaian dengan kenyataan yang sesungguhnya. Hasilnya

menghambat pemerintah desa dalam pemberdayaan perempuan desa yaitu sumberdaya
manusia yang belum memadai, kemudian kurangnya minat, kurangnya kepedulian,
ketertarikan dan rendahnya partisipasi para perempuan yang ada di desa dalam menjalankan
usaha kecil menengah yang telah pemerintah berikan. The role of the village government in Law number 6 of 2014 concerning villages has
opened up space for citizens' participation in village development, including the participation
of village women. The empowerment of village women should be a special concern for the
village government, because if women are empowered it will greatly help the progress of the
family and also the progress of the village. The author aims to conduct research on the role of
village government in empowering women, then to find out what obstacles are experienced by
village governments in efforts to empower village women. To measure the role of the village
government, the authors use the dimensions of the role according to Horoepoetri, Arimbi and
Santosa, among others: 1). policy, strategy, and communication. The author uses a qualitative
research method, as a research instrument that will facilitate adjustment to the actual reality.
The result is that the role of the village government in empowering women in Lamamek
Village, Simeulue Barat District, Simeulue Regency is optimal when measured from three
indicators which include policy (policy), strategy (strategy), and communication
(communication). Factors that hinder the village government in empowering village women
are inadequate human resources, then lack of interest, lack of concern, interest and low
participation of women in the village in running small and medium businesses that the
government has provided
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Full text linkWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

Full text link Pengeloaan manajemen keuangan syariah yang baik sangat diperlukan bagi UMKM dalam menjalankan usaha agar usaha yang dijalankan mampu memaksimalisasi nilai dan profit perusahaan, menciptakan kesejahteraan, menciptakan citra perusahaan dan tanggung jawab perusahaan. Kegiatan PKM KKN UMSU ini memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan penguatan pengelolaan manajemen keuangan syariah bagi UMKM di Desa Kotasan Kecamatan Galang Kabupaten Deli Serdang menggunakan metode Door to Door dengan cara mendatangi setiap usaha masing-masing UMKM yang ada di Desa Kotasan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman UMKM dalam pengelolaan manajemen keuangan syariah serta UMKM mampu membuat pencatatan transaksi keuangan dalam menjalankan usaha.

Pembimbing: Dr. Suhairi, SE, M.Si, Ak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jiwa entrepreneur terhadap prestasi kuliah, mengetahui sejauh mana pengetahuan mahasiswa akuntansi Universitas Andalas terhadap Undang-Undang Akuntan Publik No.5 yang disahkan pada tanggal 3 Mei 2011, dan mengetahui pengaruh jiwa entrepreneur terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi masuk PPAk. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari Mahasiswa Akuntansi Universitas Andalas. Metode analisis data menggunakan perhitungan SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwasanya pengaruh jiwa entrepreneur terhadap prestasi kuliah dan minat masuk PPAk mahasiswa akuntansi adalah berpengaruh positif. Artinya, semakin tinggi jiwa entrepreneur seorang mahasiswa, maka ia akan cenderung memiliki IPK yang lebih tinggi dan cenderung berminat masuk PPAk dibandingkan mahasiswa yang memiliki jiwa entrepreneur lebih rendah. Hasil penelitian ini juga menyatakan bahwa sekitar 83% mahasiswa akuntansi tidak mengetahui adanya perubahan standar Undang-Undang Akuntan Publik No.5 yang disahkan pada tanggal 3 Mei 2011. Supervisor: Dr.Suhairi, SE, M.Si, Ak This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial spirit to achievement in college, knowing how far knowledge of accounting students Andalas University Law No. 5 Public Accountants promulgated on May 3, 2011, and determine the effect of entrepreneurial spirit to enter PPAk accounting student interest. This study used primary and secondary data obtained from the Student Accounting Andalas University. Methods of data analysis using SPSS 16.0 calculations. The result suggest that the influence of entrepreneurial spirit of achievement and an interest in PPAk college accounting student is a positive influence. That is, the higher the entrepreneurial spirit a student, then it will tend to have a higher GPA and are interested in PPAk likely than students who have lower entrepreneurial spirit. The result of this study also this states that approximately 83% of students are not aware of any changes in accounting standars of the Public Accountants Act No. 5 promulgated on May 3, 2011. dilakukan oleh kepala bagian Tata Pemerintahan yang kemudian
diaplikasikan kepada seluruh karyawan. Adapun strategi dalam
meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dilakukan dengan lima tindakan yaitu
dorongan positif, program bantuan pegawai,, manajemen pribadi, dan
penetapan hukuman.
Berdasarkan pengamatan penulis, terkait strategi kepala bagian Tata
Pemerintahan sudahlah baik, namun yang selalu menjadi kendara
adalah kebijakan yang diharapkan mampu merangsang pegawai itu
maksimal pencapaiannya dikarenakan kurangnya karakter
kepemimpinan.
Peningkatan kinerja pegawai melalui sebuah motivasi kerap menjadi
solusi yang baik pada setiap organisasi, namun motivasi seharusnya
tidak hanya sekedar diucapkan tanpa sedikitpun perasaan mengayomi,
motivasi yang tulus akan menjadikan ikatan struktural antar atasan dan
bawahan menjadi lebih hangat dan bersahabat, dengan suasana itu
setiap kegiatan pasti akan dapat dijalankan dan diselesaikan dengan
baik
