MODEL PENGEMBANGAN MUTU PRODUK HYDROTILLER
Mutu produk merupakan salah satu aspek penting yang harus diperhatikan
oleh perusahaan karena konsumen hanya akan memilih suatu produk dengan mutu
yang sesuai atau bahkan yang melebihi harapan dan kebutuhannya. Kenyataan adanya
keluhan dari pengguna terhadap produk, permintaan yang semakin menurun
merupakan indikator yang mengharuskan perusahaan mengambil langkah
perbaikan/pengembangan mutu Usaha Pengembangan mutu produk bukan suatu
kegiatan yang sederhana karena didalamnya terdapat proses pengambilan keputusan
apalagi bila dukungan sumberdaya yang sangat terbatas. Faktor keterbatasan sumber
daya mengharuskan untuk mengambil langkah prioritas. Faktor-faktor inilah yang
melatarbelakangi dilakukannya penelitian di CV. Cherry Sarana Agro Payakumbuh
yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur alat mesin pertanian, khususnya mesin bajak
Hydrotiller, dengan tujuan mendapatkan model prioritas ataupun optimasi
pengembangan mutu produk yang dalam hal ini adalah produk hydrotiler.
Penggunaan Metoda Quality Function Deployment (QFD) yang diperkuat dengan
proses Analitic Hierarchy Process (AHP) didalam proses pengembangan mutu
produk dapat memberikan patokan bagi perusahaan dalam memenuhi harapan
konsumen. Sebagai hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap faktor mutu hydrotiller.
disimpulkan bahwa 1. Terdapat delapan karakteristik mutu yang diperoleh dari suara
konsumen, yakni a. roda bajak lebih lebar; b. memajak lebih dalam; c. pontoon tidak
mudak bocor;; d. alat tidak menukik; e. daya apung; f. dapat memotong rumput; g.
ruang alir yang besar dan h. Mesin yang lebih lebar. , dimana karakteristik
“kemampuan alat untuk membajak lebih dalam” menempati ranking tertinggi dalam
urutan tingkat kepentingan, yakni sebesar 5 dalam skala 1-5. Tingkat kepentingan ini
selanjutnya diolah dalam rumah mutu dan menghasilkan bobot absolut tertinggi antar
karakteristik, yakni sebesar 28 %, 2. Kedelapan karakteristik tersebut memiliki
hubungan dengan pemenuhan kepuasan pelanggan dimana karakteristik teknik “titik
berat” memiliki nilai persentase (technical characteristic weight) tertinggi, yakni
sebesar 24,2 % di ikuti oleh karakteristik “desain mata bajak” sebesar 21,5 %. Angka
ini menunjukkan tingkat kesesuaian karakteristik teknik dalam pemuasan pelanggan
(costumer requirement), 3. Pilihan model optimasi pengembangan mutu produk yang
efektif sebaiknya mengikuti kombinasi ranking kesesuaian dengan trade off antar
karakteristik, dimana dalam hal ini pilihan karakteristik teknik “desain mata bajak”
memiliki angka AOW (absolute optimization weight) tertinggi, yakni sebesar 28 %.

Peningkatan Kualitas Pendidikan Melalui Penerapan Sistem E-Tracer Study Berdasarkan Kriteria Penilaian Instrumen Akreditasi Program Studi BAN-PT Dan DITJEN BELMAWA KEMENRISTEKDIKTI
Tracer study implementation primarily aids institutions in their transformation into state universities capable of producing graduates who are adaptable to industrial needs. Universities can use the results of an accurate and structured tracer research as a benchmark for building excellent teaching curricula and education systems. ATI In terms of the preparation of the tracer study questionnaire instrument and technological data collecting, Padang Polytechnic optimizes the implementation of the tracer study. The BAN-PT accreditation assessment criteria and elements, as well as the key questions of the Directorate General of Belmawa, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education's tracer research, were used to create the questionnaire instrument. The collection of data is done in tandem with the building of a website. Identity, type of work, amount of time waiting for graduates to acquire a job, and information about their initial wage were all included in the surveys. According to the results of the alumni search from 2018 to 2020, ATI Padang Polytechnic graduates were absorbed at a rate of 73 percent. Analysis of the correlation between science literacy and critical thinking of grade eight students in the circulatory system
This study aimed to analyze the relationship between scientific literacy and students' critical thinking skills in biology science material in junior high schools. The research used a quantitative correlation method. The subjects in this study were the students in the eighth grade of junior high school SMPN 9 Buton consisted of 68 people. The research instrument was in the form of multiple choice questions to measure scientific literacy skills and essay questions to measure students' critical thinking skills. The research data obtained were then analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistics through the product-moment correlation test. Results of descriptive statistics show that literacy science and student critical thinking there in four criteria excellent, good, enough, and low. The inferential statistic analysis results show that the significance value of the correlation between scientific literacy and critical thinking skills is 0.001 less than the alpha value of 0.05. Based on the results can be concluded there is a positive and significant correlation between scientific literacy and students' critical thinking skills in the circulatory system material
Analysis of Students Creative Thinking Abilities Through Project-Based Learning in Environmental Knowledge Courses
The competency of creative thinking for students is very important in the era of global competition because of the level of complexity. This is because creative thinking skills are included in the six competencies that must be possessed in competition in the 21st century. This is because creative thinking skills are included in the six competencies that must be possessed in facing competition in the 21st century. Project-based learning is one method that can be used to train and improve students' creative thinking skills. This research aims to analyze students' critical thinking abilities through a project-based learning model in environmental knowledge courses. The method used in this research is descriptive. The research subjects consisted of 38 participants. The instrument used in this research is an essay test, and four indicators of creative thinking skills are considered: fluency thinking, flexible thinking, original thinking, and elaboration ability. The data analysis technique used is descriptive. The research results show that students' creative thinking abilities in environmental knowledge courses are in the high (creative) category, with a total score for all indicators is 74,75. It indicates that project-based learning is an effective strategy adapted to train and improve students' creative thinking abilities. Project-based learning is an innovative student-centered learning method where students can work autonomously to construct their learning. This is thought to cause students' creative thinking ability scores in environmental knowledge courses to be in the high category

Kecamatan Lea-Lea, Kota Bau-Bau, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Memilki produksi rumput laut, setiap tahun menmiliki buget penjualan yang memadai dipasarkan. Salah satu pulau yang membudidayakan rumput laut sebagai penghasil kebutuhan masyarakat adalah kelurahan palabusa yakni pesisirnya, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif yaitu teknik penelitian menghasilkan data berdasarkan pada fakta di lapangan, Tempat Penelitian ini Terletak di Pantai Kelurahan Palabusa Kecamatan Lea-Lea, Sulawesi Tenggara, Adapun waktu dalam penelitian dilaksanakan mulai dari tanggal 10 Januari 2024 sampai 10 Febuari 2024, Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah para Nelayan budidaya rumput laut yang berjumlah 20 orang, Peneliti Menggunakan beberapa Teknik dalam pengumpulan data sebagai berikut, Observasi, Wawancara , dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebanyak 3 jenis dari 1 devisi yaitu Rhodopita: Eucheuma denticulatum, Eucheuma spinosum, Eucheuma Cotoni..Parameter fisika dan kimia yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah suhu air, tipe substrat, salinitas, dan pH. Berdasarkan pengamatan parameter fisik dan kimia kawasan perairan Pantai Palabusa terdapat rumput laut memiliki suhu yang berbeda

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
