Building condition survey report case study at Kuala Krai district / Siti Nur Hasibah Azlani
Practical training or also known as industrial training outside the institution is a condition that all student need to get through. Some other course, their industrial training is on semester 4 or semester 5. After that they need to continue their study as usual. But for course building surveying, the industrial training is for the last semester. The procedure of applying the place of training is before the second last semester had end. So the student needs to confirm their place of industrial training as soon as possible to avoid any unwanted things happen. The company for industrial training must be related with the course. So the student can learn more and get more experience about the course. Also learn and look how the surveyors work. During the training, the student must write a simple written report in log book that was given by the lecturer. What are the student do every day must be write in the log book by write and also picture for the evidence. The students also need to do the report during the training. The title of the report must be the project that the company is currently doing. The report must be submit at the end of the industrial training
Synthesis and characterization of Fe2O3 by sol-gel method / Noor Hasibah Ridzuan
The single phase of Fe203 has been prepared by the sol-gel method. The powders are synthesized using Iron (III) nitrate nonahydrate, Fe(N03)3.9H20 as the starting material, absolute ethanol as the solvent, and ammonia as the gelling agent. All the sol-gel products were annealed at 300°C, 500°C, and 700°C for 6 hours and 24 hours respectively. The annealed products were characterized by Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) to find the thermal behavior, X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) to find the structural properties, and to characterize the morphology by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The effects of annealing time and annealing temperature on the phases and structural properties of Fe203 were investigated throughout this study. The thermogravimetric analysis provided insight into the decomposition process of the Iron (III) nitrate nonahydrate. The XRD analysis indicates that all the products were of the rhombohedral lattice. Besides that, the particle sizes of Fe203 were increased due to the increase of annealing temperature and annealing time. The morphology of Fe203 was nanosized

The questionnaire was distributed to 150 Muslim respondents around Kuantan, Pahang. The findings revealed all the result from the Muslim respondents in Kuantan, Pahang. The result of regression analysis and correlation analysis will show whether the components of perception, awareness and religiosity is significant or not with insurance policy holders
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Decision making framework on energy retrofitting by stakeholders for commercial office building in Malaysia / Siti Nur Hasibah Azlani
Building sector is one of the largest sources of gas emission. The data from the USGBC and AIA shows a huge number of percentages which also gave huge negative impact on the environment. The existing buildings were not built based on green practices. Demolish the existing building is not practically viable to solve the negative impact on the environment, hence, there is one approach which is building retrofitting. The rate of response to building retrofitting is very low. The building stakeholders are the key person who can decide on the retrofitting of a building. Some research stated that the building stakeholders are less interested to retrofit the building. The reason why the building stakeholders are not likely interested in sustainable retrofitting is because there are lacks of business cases for sustainable retrofitting and it is also based on the circle of blame. Besides, lack of awareness of the building owners was also one of the reasons to the low progress in energy or sustainable retrofitting. Lack of established practises on decision making tools also one of the reason the failure for the building retrofitting on the existing building. Most of the researches were focused on the technology implementation for the building, but just few researches were focus on the aspects of decision making. It was found only little research was exploring on the decision making which consider four (4) main criteria before making a decision which are economic, technical, social and environment
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
PERAN PENGASUH DALAM PEMBENTUKAN PERILAKU ANAK DI PANTI ASUHAN (Studi Kasus: Panti Asuhan Al-Hidayah Kecamatan Kuranji Kota Padang)
HANI HUWAINA HASIBAH, 2010822016, Departemen Antropologi Sosial Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Andalas, Padang, 2025. “Peran Pengasuh Dalam Pembentukan Perilaku Anak di Panti Asuhan, Studi Kasus: Panti Asuhan Al-Hidayah, Kecamatan Kalumbuk Kota Padang”, Pembimbing I Dr. Sri Setiawati, M.A dan Pembimbing II Dra. Ermayanti, M.Si.

Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
sophisticated methods
