E-Tourism Communication: Hacking Business English Skills with Digital PBL (A Mixed-Methods Analysis)
No full textThis study employed a Convergent Parallel Mixed-Methods design to investigate the effectiveness of Digital Project-Based Learning (DPBL) in enhancing Business English Communication (BEC) outcomes for 15 E-Tourism students (N=15) following a 12-week intervention. Quantitative results showed high agreement on Authenticity (=4.60) and Digital Proficiency (=4.53), alongside significant perceived gains in oral (=4.13) and written (=3.93) communication skills. Qualitative data confirmed DPBL acted as a rapid "hack" for skill acquisition, specifically boosting Confidence in Presentation and Professional Email Tone through constant, situated digital communication. The convergence of findings confirms that DPBL, by integrating authentic digital tools into project tasks, is a highly effective and potent pedagogical model for accelerating the development of critical BEC skills required in the E-Tourism sector for students at a Private Collage in South - Sulawes

The method used is quantitative descriptive, which seeks to explain and examine how an independent variable influences the dependent variable. The data used is secondary data in the form of Financial Reports which have been processed in 2017 - 2021 at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk KCP Kolaka. The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The research results show that 1) Liquidity partially has a significant effect on company profits at Banak Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Cab Kolakawhich is smaller than 0,005 2) Deposits partially have a significant effect on company profits at Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk which is smaller than 0,00
The Structure of Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Its Relationship with Work Enthusiasm and Auditor Performance
No full textThis study aimed to test empirically the effect of emotional and spiritual intelligence to the enthusiasm of the work and performance of auditors. The study population was auditor who works at Public Accountant Office and Ministry of Finance of Indonesia South Sulawesi region. Online distribution of questionnaires carried out and from the results of the questionnaire, obtained 91 questionnaires that can be analyzed. Instrument research measured using Likert Scale point 1 to point 5. Engineering variance-based SEM (SEMPLS) with WarpPLS 5.0 used in this study. The results of the study provide evidence that emotional intelligence positive and significant effect on work enthusiasm. High spiritual intelligence in the same direction but did not significantly affect the increase in the work enthusiasm. Emotional intelligence has an insignificant effect on auditor performance. Spiritual intelligence has a real effect to improve the auditors’ performance. Work enthusiasm has a positive and significant effect on auditors’ performance. Emotional intelligence through the work enthusiasm has a significant effect on auditors’ performance. Spiritual intelligence through work enthusiasm has an insignificant effect on auditors’ performance.</jats:p

No full textThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the work environment on the performance of Human Resources Skills and Training Institutes in Pinrang District, identify and analyze information technology on the performance of LKP human resources in Pinrang District, identify and analyze the effect of the work environment and information technology simultaneously on HR performance in Penang Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive using a sampling technique with the Slovin method. Primary data from the results of the questionnaire as many as 48 samples were received and processed using SPSS 24 statistical tools using multiple linear regression methods. The research results obtained are the work environment has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of LKP Human Resources in Pinrang Regency, information technology has a positive and significant effect on HR performance in Pinrang Regency, the work environment and information technology simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of LPK HR in Penang Regency

The study focuses on analyzing data related to third-party funds and liquidity at the Panakukang Makassar branch of Bank BNI spanning from 2017 to 2021. Secondary data derived from financial reports processed at the Panakukang branch is utilized for analysis, employing SPSS software for data manipulation. Methodologically, the study employs a range of statistical tests including descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination tests. Results indicate a significant positive correlation between demand deposits and company profitability, attributed to the effective utilization of both demand and time deposits in influencing company earnings. This influence is elucidated by the bank\u27s adeptness in reinvesting deposits into both productive and non-productive assets Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah ada pengaruh dana giro dan deposito berjangka terhadap laba perusahaan pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero). Sampel penelitian adalah jumlah dana pihak ketiga dan likuiditas pada Bank BNI periode 2017 sampai dengan 2021 KCP Panakukang Makassar. Penelitian ini sepenuhnya menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan yang telah diolah pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk KCP Panakukang. Data diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak statistic SPSS. Uji statistic yang digunakan adalah uji diskrptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis parsial dan simultan, uji koefisien determinasi.
