No full textThe Electronic E-learning System for Productive Multimedia and Marketing Lessons at Karsa Mulya Vocational High School, Palangkaraya City, was built for convenience for teachers and students who during this time the learning process is always limited when studying in the room. In the process of designing an E-learning system for productive lessons in Multimedia and Marketing at SMK Karsa Mulya, Palangkaraya City, using the Waterfall Method according to Sommerville (2011: 29-30) which is divided into several stages, namely Analysis and definition of needs, system design and software, implementation and unit testing, system integration and testing, operation and maintenance. In the analysis and design stage the writer conducted a survey, interview and discussion with the school to find options and solutions for what features would be designed next and this analysis stage also made a flowchart, then used the programming language THML, PHP, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript and MySQL as the database creation. Then implemented into an E-learning website, which is carried out in the testing phase using a Blackbox. From the results of research that has been carried out by the author implementing the results of this study in the E-learning system of Productive Multimedia and Marketing lessons at SMK Karsa Mulya, Palangka Raya city. The output produced by this system is in accordance with the expected criteria and objectives, obtained an accuracy of 72.7% with a system error value of 27.2% in testing system results

No full textFacing the ASEAN Economic Community (MEA) Vocational High School (SMK) has claimed to produce the output that has high competency and skill. By through industrial working practice, students were able to face competition increasingly rigorous work. To produce results industry work practices, students have to be encouraged by teacher and school to arouse an interest in entrepreneurship, desire, and willingness to be ready encounter work atmosphere. Based on the author's background, research aims to find out the relationship with learning outcomes entrepreneurship interest in industrial working practice of students at SMK Karsa Mulya Palangka Raya. The methods used in this study is quantitative research using research correlation approaches to find the relationship with learning outcomes entrepreneurship interest in industrial working practice. The population in this research is the whole of class XII TKR SMK Karsa Mulya Palangka Raya at academic year 2016/2017 conducted for total number of 57 students. The sample used in this study is students of class XII TKR A with 30 students with sampling techniques applied in this research. The total sample is all the populations. Entrepreneurship interest instruments before undertaking research has conducted the trials of instruments in SMKN 1 Palangka Raya with the number of respondents at around 21 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaire form and documentation in the form of the value of the results of the study industrial working practice of grade XII TKR. Test of normality is obtained that data with the Gaussian results of entrepreneurship learning interest in industrial working practice of students. The research results obtained by the author that is there is a significant relationship between interest in entrepreneurship learning outcomes of industrial working practice to students in class XII TKR SMK Karsa Mulya Palangka Raya on academic year 2016/2017. It is based on the results of the calculation of the coefficient correlation analysis which r value at 0.721 turned out to be located above the 5% significant level of 0.388. In addition it also can note that large contributions toward the learning outcomes entrepreneurship interest in industrial working practice of students in class XII TKR SMK Karsa Mulya Palangka Raya at academic year 2016/2017 at well about 52% while there is 48% determined by other factors

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Peranan Humas Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Dr Hasan Sadikin Bandung Melalui Konferensi Pers Dalam Memberikan Informasi Kepada Publik Eksternalnya”. Untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian, maka peneliti mengangkat sub fokus yaitu kredibilitas, Pesan, Media dan Peranan Humas dalam memberikan informasi kepada publik eksternal RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung.Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dimana peneliti hanya menjelaskan karakteristik dari objek yang diteliti. Teknik pengumpulan data, dilakukan oleh para peneliti adalah dengan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, studi pustaka dan internet searching. Penelitian subyek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah dua orang. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Dra. Ani Mulyani dan Ekie Adrian, Amd serta key informan bernama Muhammad Ashari.Hasil dari penelitian diketahui bahwa kredibilitas humas dalam melaksanakan kegiatan konferensi pers untuk memberikan informasi kepada publik eksternalnya harus melalui tahap seperti kemampuan berkomunikasi, kepribadian atau kejujuran, kemampuan membina relasi, kreatif dan kemampuan menulis. Pesan yang disampaikan melalui kegiatan konferensi pers bersifat informatif, persuasif dan edukatif dengan isi pesan yang singkat dan faktual serta gaya bahasa formal dengan memiliki sifat media yang bebas, cair dan komunitas yang kuat patron-klien, dengan bentuk media seperti Koran, radio dan televisi dimana semua pemilihan unsur ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan kepercayaan publik eksternalnya.Kesimpulan dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan adalah bahwa Humas RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung melalui kegiatan konferensi pers dalam memberikan informasi kepada publik eksternalnya menjadikan suatu program kegiatan dan aktivitas RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung yang dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, kredibilitas, pesan dan media yang ditentukan dan berlangsung karena koordinasi dan kerjasama tim yang baik dengan semua pihak yang terkait akan berfokus pada layanan yang maksimal, ingin menjadikan kegiatan konferensi pers di RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung sebagai media untuk menerima dan penyampaian pesan kepada publik eksternal dan menjamin komunikasi dari dalam ke luar.Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan ada beberapa saran untuk kegiatan penyelenggaraan konferensi pers ini yaitu mulai membina hubungan dengan media yang baru, pemilihan pesan yang bersifat informal dapat menjadi pilihan dalam kegiatan konferensi pers, perluasan sasaran target dalam pemilihan media dan lebih diperhatikan dalam ketepatan waktu, pemilihan lokasi dan pengendalian topik dalam kegiatan konferensi pers

No full textThis research is based on the phenomenon that occurs in modern society, which is not only experiencing a crisis of purpose or spiritual emptiness. Therefore, the author provides his study that examines the need for spiritual education in interacting with society from the perspective of Dr. KH.Said Aqil Siraj in his book "Sufism as Social Criticism". The main purpose of spiritual education in general is to empower the individual self which refers to the development of a harmonious relationship with God (Hablun Minallah), others (Hablun Minannaas) and the universe (Hablun Minalkaun) by following the instructions of the Prophet, as well as spiritual education as the processing of the human soul in developing moral character.
This research uses library research, the researcher uses sources of information in the literature and relevant documents to answer research questions or examine the hypotheses proposed. This method involves searching, selecting, and critically analyzing the existing literature to gain a deeper understanding of the topic being researched. The essence is how individuals adapt and position themselves as best they can in interactions with all of them and with anyone. In essence, everything in life involves an educational component because of the interaction with the environment. Like existing societies, in reality the burgeoning educational culture is still too focused on academic meanings, intelligence, and perhaps tied to the adjective, "rarely" aimed at emotional and spiritual intelligence. At its core is how individuals adapt and position themselves as best as possible in interactions with all conditions and with anyone. In particular, the limited understanding of digital security poses a significant challenge, especially in RW 02, where many residents own digital devices but remain vulnerable to risks such as the misuse of personal data and online fraud. Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) conducted by UBHARAJAYA as part of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) initiative aims to enhance the digital literacy skills of the local community. This program offers education on the wise, safe, and productive use of digital technology, along with training in the use of applications and social media platforms such as WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee. Furthermore, the program instills awareness of digital security risks and methods to protect personal information. It is expected that through this initiative, the residents of RW 02 will be able to optimize their use of digital technology and build a smart and resilient digital community

No full textKonsep kepemilikan dalam Islam menunjukkan karakteristik yang berbeda dengan pandangan kapitalisme dan sosialisme. Menurut Islam, hak milik sejati atas segala sesuatu adalah milik Allah SWT, namun manusia diberi hak untuk mengelola dan memanfaatkannya. Lebih dari sekadar hak eksklusif, kepemilikan dalam Islam juga mengandung tanggung jawab sosial dan moral terhadap penggunaan harta tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tinjauan literatur untuk mengeksplorasi sumber-sumber utama dalam hukum Islam, seperti Al-Qur'an, Hadis, dan karya para ulama. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Islam menekankan keseimbangan antara hak individu dan kepentingan masyarakat, dengan prinsip-prinsip keadilan, kesetaraan, dan distribusi kekayaan yang merata. Kepemilikan dipandang sebagai amanah yang harus dikelola dengan bijaksana dan digunakan untuk kemaslahatan umum. Islam tidak membatasi bentuk atau usaha seseorang dalam memperoleh harta, dan tidak mempermasalahkan jumlah hasil yang dicapai.

<p><em><span>This research draws on the results of industrial field observations regarding the procurement of goods at the Kartika Hotel. This research discusses Food and Beverage at the hotel. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data obtained from interviews and documentation with the purchasing department This journal aims to identify how the implementation of Purchasing F&B section management is very important to be applied in the hospitality industry and then assist by using the SWOC method (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Challenges). Through this case study, the author analyzes the identification of the purchasing management of the F&B section, the implementation of the implementation strategy, and the purpose of implementing purchasing. The results of this study conclude that controlling the supply of goods is very important for hotel needs in the contract strategy with suppliers, procurement of superior goods, and management carried out by purchasing management in maintaining its excellence.</span></em></p>

PENGARUH PARTISIPASI PENDIDIK DALAM MEMBENTUK KARAKTER PESERTA DIDIK DI MA SEJAHTERA PARE
No full textEducators have a very close relationship with students in the learning process in class. In learning in the classroom the educator is the party who can supervise all student activities, thus the character of students can be formed with the participation of educators in learning. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of educator participation in shaping the character of students in MA Sejahtera Pare. The method used in this study is correlation with a quantitative approach, sampling is done with the slovin formula using the Accidental Sampling method, with a total of 35 students as respondents. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and interviews. The results of the study show that there is an influence of educator participation in shaping the character of students, seen from the Product Moment coefficient test it produces "????????????" or "????????" with a value of 0.441, this is greater than "????????" at a significant level of 5% = 0.344 and significant 1% = 0.442. Thus it can be seen that "????????" > "????????" either at the 5% or 1% level. Then the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted or approved, while the Null Hypothesis (Ho) is rejected or not approved. Based on the numbers that the author put forward, there is an influence of educator participation in shaping the character of students. If educators can guide and model good and correct behavior and are supported by other factors, then this can help students in the process of forming the right character
