SINTESIS DAN KARAKTERISASI MOLECULARLY IMPRINTED POLYMERS BERBASIS BUTIL AKRILAT SEBAGAI BAHAN PENYERAP KOLESTEROL
Molecularly Imprinted Polymers merupakan pembentukan situs pengenalan molekuler dalam polimer dengan melakukan sintesis adanya template target. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui karakterisasi, pengaruh jumlah kolesterol, pengaruh waktu penyerapan dan pengaruh pH larutan kolesterol. Metode yang digunakan dalam sintesis MIPs adalah metode photopolimerisasi menggunakan cahaya ultraviolet dan dialiri gas nitrogen secara kontinyu. MIPs yang diperoleh berbentuk membrane padatan transparan dan dikarakterisasi menggunakan FTIR. Berdasarkan hasil spectrum FTIR menunjukkan bahwa MIPs ekstraksi tidak ditemukan puncak serapan gugus OH dan MIPs reekstraksi ditemukan puncak serapan gugus OH pada daerah 3395 cm-1.Kolesterol yang diserap MIPs dianalisis menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis dan dalam darah menggunakan easy touch. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh membrane MIPs kolesterol dengan kondisi penyerapan maksimum jumlah kolesterol pada membrane MIPs sebanyak 0,015 gram, dengan waktu kontak 30 menit. Efisiensi serapan MIPs dalam darah sebesar 9,9 mg/g. Hal ini menunjukkan MIPs yang disintesis dapat menyerap kolesterol dengan baik dalam larutan dan darah
PENINGKATAN EFISIENSI SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL (DSSC) MENGGUNAKAN PELAPISAN TiO2 DOPING ZnO DENGAN ZAT WARNA POLI TANIN
Dye Sensitized olar Cell (DSSC) merupakan sel surya dengan bahan pewarna sebagai penyerap foton dari sinar matahari. Penelitian terkait DSSC masih terus mencari komponen DSSC yang menghasilkan efisiensi tinggi dengan biaya produksi terjangkau. Efisiensi DSSC dapat meningkat dengan semakin banyaknya cahaya yang diserap dan juga dipengaruhi oleh banyaknya ikatan rangkap terkonjugasi yang terbentuk. Maka pada penelitian ini digunakan metode doping pada pasta untuk memperkecil celah pita, yang mampu mempercepat elektron tereksitasi dari pita valensi ke pita konduksi. Celah pita ini akan meningkatkan jumlah cahaya yang diserap. Polimerisasi juga dilakukan pada zat warna yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ikatan rangkap terkonjugasi sehingga lebih banyak foton yang terserap dan lebih banyak elektron yang mengalir. Hasil penelitian ini dapat mereduksi bang gap dari 3,2 eV menjadi 2,94 eV dan memperoleh efisiensi sebesar 11,4%
Development of Electrolyte and Nonelectrolyte E-Modules Integrated Demonstration Video and Science Literacy
The type of research used is Educational Design Research with the Plomp development model. The Plomp development model consists of 3 stages, namely; the preliminary research, the prototype phase, and the assessment phase. The research instruments used are; student observation sheets, teacher interview sheets, validity questionnaire sheets, practicality questionnaire sheets, and student learning outcomes tests. The e-module was validated by 5 validators. The results of the e-module validity test were analyzed using the Aiken's V formula, while the practicality test results were analyzed using a Likert scale. The results of the validity of the e-module obtained an average Aiken's V of 0.85 with a valid category and has a CVR value of 1 with a valid category. The results of the practicality of the e-module by teachers and students obtained an average practicality value of 98% and 84% with a very practical practicality category. The results of the e-module effectiveness test obtained an average N-Gain value for the experimental class of 0.63 with a medium category. Development Of Chemical Learning Module On Hydrocarbon Based On Guided Inquiry With Chemical Literation Of Students In SMK
Chemistry is one of the subject learned at the technical and business motor cycle of Vocational School. One of the sub material learned is hydrocarbon. Based on the interview with some of the teachers, it can be concluded that students' motivation and being active in learning process are still low. Therefore, researcher think that there should be a developing on learning module to increase students' encouragement. The purpose of this research is to develop a valid, practical and effective based on guided inquiry based with chemistry literacy. This is a research and development study using 4 D model consist of define, design, development and disseminate. The guided inquiry based module had been validated by three experts and tested to 2 chemistry teachers and 32 mechanic technical students at first semester of technical and business motorcycle of Vocational School to see the practical level and effectivity of the developed module. The data of validity and practicality testing is taken from the quetionnaire from teachers and students of technical and business motorcycle and which was descriptively analyzed with Momment kappa. The data of effectivity testing was taken from students' comprehension. Mean score of momment kappa formula for validity of guided inquiry based module is 0,48 dan based on the questionnaire for lecturers, the mean score is 0.95. The mean score of students' questionnaire is 0.83. The highest mean score of effectivity testing of students comprehension is 83,2. Pengembangan Modul Berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) Pada Materi Laju Reaksi Fase F
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan modul yang berbasis problem-based learning pada materi laju reaksi fase F yang memiliki validitas dan praktikalitas tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan research and development Model Plomp dan berlangsung hingga tahap prototyping dalam small group, dengan tujuan untuk menilai validitas dan praktikalitas modul yang dikembangkan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini meliputi Dosen Kimia FMIPA Universitas Negeri Padang, guru kimia, serta siswa kelas XI MIPA di SMAN 09 Padang. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Rumus Aiken\u27s V dan Rumus Purwanto untuk mengevaluasi tingkat praktikalitas modul. Validity and Practicality of Chemical Equilibrium Electronic Student Worksheets Based on Guided Discovery Learning to Increase the Critical Thinking Ability
Chemical equilibrium is an abstract chemical material that includes concepts and calculations. The purpose of this study was to develop and produce chemical equilibrium electronic student worksheets based on guided discovery learning to improve students’ critical thinking skills and fulfill the criteria for validity and practicality. This research and development use the Plomp model which consist of three stages, namely the preliminary research phase, prototyping phase, and the assessment phase. The validity and practicality of the teaching materials developed were obtained through research instruments in the form of validation and practicality questionnaires. Validation was carried out by 6 material expert validators and three media expert validators while practicality was carried out by 40 students of 11thgrade high school students and three chemistry teachers. The data analysis technique used is Aiken’s V technique for validity and the percentage technique for practicality. The results of the analysis of the material expert validation and media expert validation data based on the average Aiken’s V value showed a result of 0.84 and 0.89 with a very valid category. Deskripsi Proses Pembelajaran dan Hasil Belajar Kimia Fase F Pada Materi Laju Reaksi di SMAN 9 Padang
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi laju reaksi di kelas XI SMA Negeri 9 Padang. Materi laju reaksi dipilih karena memiliki konsep-konsep abstrak yang sering kali sulit dipahami siswa, seperti faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kecepatan reaksi dan cara pengukurannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi menggunakan lembar penelitian, wawancara, dan studi dokumensi. Proses pembelajaran kimia fase F di kelas ini mencakup penerapan berbagai metode pembelajaran, termasuk diskusi kelompok, dan eksperimen laboratorium untuk membantu siswa memahami konsep laju reaksi secara lebih konkret. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa masih tergolong rendah. Rendahnya hasil belajar ini disebabkan oleh beberapa komponen proses pembelajaran yang belum terlaksana secara optimal. Perencanaan pembelajaran yang kurang matang serta proses pembelajaran yang kurang efektif menjadi kendala utama dalam mencapai hasil belajar yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat validitas dari e-modul yang dikembangkan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) menggunakan model pengembangan Plomp. Uji validitas e-modul dilakukan pada tiga orang dosen kimia FMIPA UNP dan dua orang guru kimia. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket validitas. Hasil validitas e-modul dianalisis menggunakan rumus Aiken’s V. Uji Validitas dilakukan dua kali karena hasil validasi pertama sebesar 0,84 (tidak valid), kemudian dilakukan validasi kedua dengan hasil 0,93 (valid). Discovery Learning Based E-Modul Development On the Acid Base Tiration Material for Class XI Senior High School
The 2013 curriculum requires students to be active, productive and innovative during the learning process at school so that to achieve these goals it is carried out using a scientific approach. The scientific approach requires a learning model in its development. The learning model used in this research is discovery learning. This study aims to develop an acid-base titration e-module based on discovery learning. The development model used is the plomp model which has 3 development stages, namely preliminary research, development or prototyping phase and assessment phase. This research is limited to the level of validity and practicality of the developed e-module. The instrument used in this research is a validity and practicality of the questionnaire. The subject of this study were 3 UNP chemistry lecturers, 3 chemistry teachers and 18 students of class XI at SMAN 14 Padang. The data obtained from the validity test were analyzed using Aikens V and practicality was analyzed using descriptive statistics. The average content validity analysis result obtained is 0,82 with a valid category, the average construct validity data analysis result obtained is 0,85 with a valid category and the average media validity data analysis result is 0,94 with valid categories. The average result of the practicality data analysis by the teacher is 84% wtih a very high practicality category. The average result of practicality data analysis by students in the small group test is 86% with a very high practicality category and the average data analysis result in the field test is 88% with a very high practicality category.
