    Nyamuk didominasi oleh marga Anopheles, Aedes, Culex. Kota Gunungsitoli adalah salah satunya yang rawan penyakit malaria yaitu di Desa Fodo maka perlu dilakukan penelitian identifikasi nyamuk yang bersifat vektor. Desa ini merupakan daerah yang berada di pinggir pantai. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan menjelaskan atau menggambarkan variabel masa lalu dan sekarang (Arikunto, 2006). Berdasarkan hasil penangkapan nyamuk yang dilakukan di Desa Fodo Kecamatan Gunungsitoli diperoleh sebanyak 90 ekor nyamuk yang berasal dari 3 lokasi yang berbeda dan terdiri atas 3 jenis nyamuk yaitu Anopheles sundaicus 9 ekor (10%), Anopheles maculatus 3 ekor (3,33%), Culex sp 76 ekor (84,44%). dan Aedes sp 2 ekor (2,22%).English : Mosquitoes are dominated by the Anopheles, Aedes, Culex clans. Gunungsitoli city is one of them which prone to stretch by malaria disease that is in Fodo Village, it is necessary to do research of mosquito identification which is vector. This village is in a seashore area. The method used in this research was the descriptive method by explaining or describing past and present variables (Arikunto, 2006). Then, based on the results of mosquitoes catching conducted in Fodo Village, Gunungsitoli District, there were 90 mosquitoes from 3 different locations and consisted of 3 species of mosquitoes: Anopheles sundaicus was 9 (10%), Anopheles maculatus was 3 (3.33%), Culex sp was 76 (84.44%). and Aedes sp was 2 (2.22%).Mandarin abstract: 蚊子主要是Anopheles, Aedes, Culexb. 这个城市 Gunungsitoli, 是其中之一, 容易发生疟疾然后, 福多村需要进行蚊子鉴定的研究是矢量. 这个村庄是海岸上的一个区域. 研究中使用的方法是描述性方法通过解释或描述过去和现在的变量 (Arikunto, 2006). 根据捕蚊的结果在Gunungsitoli 区的 Fodo 村, 有 90 只蚊子它来自 3 个不同的地方, 由3种蚊子组成即按蚊 (Anopheles sundaicus) 9 尾 (10%) , 按蚊 (Anopheles maculatus) 3 尾(3.33%) 库蚊sp 76鱼 (84.44%). 和伊蚊sp 2尾(2.22%).Japan Abstract : 蚊はハマダラカ属、ネッタイシマカ、アカイエカ属によって支配されている。グヌングシトリ市はマラリアの発生しやすい都市の1つである。フォド村では、蚊のベクター同定調査を実施する必要がある。 この村は海岸沿いの地域である。 本研究での方法は、過去と現在の変数を説明または記述することによる記述的な方法である。(Arikunto、2006) 蚊の捕獲結果に基づいて、三つの異なる場所から90匹の蚊があり、3種類の蚊、すなわちAnopheles sundaicus は9匹(10%)、Anopheles maculatus は3匹(3.33%) 、Culex spは 76匹(84.44%)。 ネッタイシマカsp は2匹(2.22%)である

    18 HlmRestorasi merupakan upaya memperbaiki atau memulihkan kondisi lahan yang rusak dengan membentuk struktur dan fungsinya sesuai (Mendekati) dengan kondisi awal. Restorasai dilakukan pada lahan-lahan bekas tambang mineral (nikel, batu bara, timah,emas/ tembaga, bauxite, granit), oli dan gas, bekas bakaran, bekas perambahan, bekas perumahan, karena tsunami/ gempa. Tahapan dalam restorasi hutan di daerah SOL yaitu menganalisis kandungan tanah di area konstruksi semertara, menganalisis vegetasi lahan dan menganalisis diversitas dan dominasi herpetofauna, pembibitan, rancangan teknis (pelubangan), penanaman, monitoring dan evaluasi. Dari tahap- tahap tersebut di peroleh data bahwa tanah memiliki pH 5,1 dan kandungan organik hanya sebesar 1,5 % sehingga perlu diberi perlakuan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa vegetasi maka di peroleh data bahwa ada 14 jenis tumbuhan yang perlu di tanam di daerah restorasi dengan jumlah 27.610 bibit pada lahan seluas 25.1 hektar. Pada saat ini tahap proses restorasi sudah mencapai tahap pembibitan. 14 jenis tumbuhan yang dibibitkan diambil dari hutan dengan metode transpalanting, bibit yang diambil daunnya dipangkas dan akar tumbuhan di potong, lalu direndam dengan hormon auxin selama 30 menit, lalu ditanam di dalam media yang telah di siram dengan larutan fungisida dan disungkup selama kurang lebih selama 1 bulan

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman jenis kupu-kupu dan untuk mengetahui parameter suhu, kelembaban dan intensitas cahaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling yaitu dengan cara mengambil sampel secara sengaja ditempat yang sudah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keanekaragaman kupu-kupu yang ditemukan ada 9 jenis dari 3 (tiga) famili yaitu Nymphalidae, Lycanidae dan Pieridae. Kupu-kupu yang mendominasi adalah Euroma sari dari famili Pieridae. Parameter lingkungan pada kawasan tiga juhar memliki suhu 270C, kelembaban 82%, intensitas cahaya 101 x 100 Lux.The purpose of this study was to determine the diversity of butterfly species and to determine the parameters of temperature, humidity and light intensity. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. Sampling with purposive sampling technique that is by means of taking samples intentionally in a predetermined place. The results showed that the diversity of butterflies found were 9 species from 3 (three) families namely Nymphalidae, Lycanidae and Pieridae. The dominating butterfly is the Euroma sari from the family Pieridae. Environmental parameters in the three juhar region have a temperature of 270C, humidity 82%, light intensity 101 x 100 Lux

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods
