Daya Simpan Bolu Kukus Dengan Penambahan Belimbing Wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi) dan Jeruk Nipis (Citrus aurantifolia) Sebagai Pengawet Alami
Sponge cake steamed was one of the traditional cake that favored by people because of the shape and color attractive. The shelf life of sponge cake steamed only 2-3 days. To extend the shelf life, it can be added with material containing flavonoids and phenols, these compounds can be found in starfruit and lime. The purpose of this research was to know shelf life and organoleptic quality of sponge cake steamed with the addition of starfruit and lime. This research used a completely randomized design of two factors: the first factor: type of natural preservative that are P1: starfruit, P2: lime and the second factor was a natural preservative concentration K0: 0%, K1: 2%, K2: 4%, K3: 6%, K4: 8. Research results have shown that shelf life of sponge cake steamed with the addition of starfruit only until day 2 but the number of bacteria at a concentration of 2 % and 4 % more less than addition lime, the shelf life of sponge cake steamed with the addition of lime until day 3. The addition of starfruit and lime was affected the flavor of spone cake steamed, but does not affected the texture of sponge cake steamed
Pertumbuhan Seedlings Anggrek Hitam (Coelogyne Pandurata) Secara In Vitro Pada Media Alternatif Dengan Penambahan Pupuk Gandasil D, Growmore, Dan Hyponex
The population of black orchid (Coelogyne pandurata) in their natural
habitat increasingly rare because the shrinking of forest and the collector of
orchids who hunt it for sale. In addition, the size of orchid seeds are very small
and doesn’t have an endosperm (food storage) causes orchids can’t grow well in
their habitat. Therefore, to support the availability of this orchid conducted
several experiments on the effect of culture medium with the substitution of foliar
fertilizer types Gandasil D, Growmore, and Hyponex to growth of the black
orchid seedlings. The purpose of this research to determine the growth of black
orchid seedlings in vitro on alternative media with the addition of Gandasil D,
Growmore, and Hyponex fertilizer. This research method using a completely
randomized design (CRD) with one factor, namely the provision of a negative
control treatment without foliar fertilizer {M0 (-)}, positive control {M0 (+)} with
media MS, Gandasil D (M1), Growmore (M2), and Hyponex (M3) on the black
orchid seedlings growth media with 5 repetitions. The results showed that the
addition of Gandasil D, Growmore, and Hyponex fertilizer can affect the growth
of black orchid seedlings. The application of foliar fertilizer types Gandasil D
provides the best results for growing roots of black orchid seedlings with 6,00
units. Growmore fertilizer provides the best results for the growth of leaves with
9,20 units.

Hubungan Penggunaan Komunikasi Efektif SBAR Terhadap Kualitas Pelaksanan Handover Di Ruang Rawat Inap RS JIH Solo
Hospitals as providers of health services for the wider community are required to provide health services with good quality health services. The quality of hospital services can be achieved one of them with SBAR communication, so that the information conveyed can be informative and well received which will improve the handover process so that patient safety can be realized. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between effective SBAR communication and the quality of handover implementation in the Inpatient Room of JIH Solo Hospital. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The number of respondents was 90 respondents divided into 72 nurses and 18 midwives who were given observation sheets using the SBAR communication method and observation sheets for the quality of handover implementation. Variable correlation assessment using the chi-square test. The results of the analysis of the relationship between variables are significant with a sig value of 0.000 (p=0.05). Then, the value of the correlation coefficient between variables is very strong, namely 0.979. The use of effective SBAR communication resulted in the majority of respondents namely 79 people or 85.7% being categorized as qualified. In its implementation, the majority of respondents with a total of 87 people (196.7%) were categorized as qualified

The author recognizes that Commercial Buildings do not meet the requirements of the structure of strength, stability, and stiffness. Of the substructure and upper structure of commercial buildings in the business center in Riau Province. Even though they have been built, they do not meet the structural requirements. A thorough analysis is needed from the bottom structure to the top structure. This research aim is strengthening under and upper structure, nothing moving the user and operational — survey methodology with collecting primary and secondary data. Substructure and upper structure data are analyzed for the cause of the damage. The solution is the design and construction stages — design of substructure and upper structure strengthening. The right construction stage applies for an essential role in the success of the construction because the condition of the existing structure from the bottom up is weak. The structural improvement achieved successful results

Hepatoprotective activity of sea cucumber Phyllophorus sp. extract in carp (Cyprinus carpio)
Many procedures continuously in aquaculture and scientific research like tagging and vaccinating cause pain,
involving damaging tissue and also cause stress responses in fish. Stress responses in fish influence liver because liver
have vital role to supply energy and metabolism. Histology alteration in liver is caused by stress response like changes of
vacuolation hepatocyte and characteristic colour. Triterpenoid was known had hepatoprotective activity. One of marine
organism contained triterpenoid was sea cucumber. Result of research showed that liver tissue in fish with injected acetic
acid 5 % (in upper lip) as pain stimulus have histopathology damages such as pyknosis (medium damage level) and
oedema (heavy damage level) after 8 hour injection. Injected Lidocaine 1mg/fish as analgesic drug have histopathology
damages such as oedema (heavy damages level), necrosis and pyknosis (low damages level). Injected acetic acid 5 % (in
