Pear story collection
This is a collection of the pear story told by 8 speakers in 7 recordings. Each participant first watches The Pear Film and tells the story from their own perspective. While 6 recordings consist of one participant telling the pear story to Khairunnisa, one recording (KN1-028-07) consists of two participants in which one tells the story to the another person. Seven of the participants are female and one is male. The eight participants are Fitri Handayani (KN1-028-01), Lehaq (KN1-028-02), Sari (KN1-028-03), Tini (KN1-028-04), Jawariah (KN1-028-05), Jubaedi (KN1-028-06), Sumar'ah (KN1-028-07), and Zuhairatun (KN1-028-07). GOJEK: The Road to Being SEA’s Super App
This case study delves into the remarkable journey of Gojek, an Indonesian startup, as it evolved into Southeast Asia's leading super app. The study examines three key growth strategies employed by Gojek: business scope expansion, product expansion, and geographic expansion. Initially a platform for ojek (motorcycle taxi) bookings, Gojek expanded its services to encompass transportation, logistics, food delivery, and payments, among others. The company's success led to its status as Indonesia's first decacorn in 2019, and subsequent expansion into Vietnam and Singapore. This paper explores the challenges faced by Gojek during its growth trajectory and examines how the company harnessed its human capital and technology to overcome these hurdles. Additionally, the study identifies how the leader’s strong growth vision and network, coupled with Gojek’s agility, business scalability, innovation, and social impact propelled Gojek's growth and concludes with recommendations to address current challenges. Overall, this case study demonstrates the transformative potential for a small startup to become an industry giant through a combination of the right people, mindset, and a culture of innovation.

ROLE OF THE VILLAGE HEAD IN THE MANAGEMENT OF VILLAGE OWNED ENTERPRISES (BUMDes) PRATAMA JAYA IN THE VILLAGE OF SADAR JAYA THE SIAK KECIL SUB DISTRICT OF BENGKALIS ABSTRACT By FITRI HANDAYANI This study aims to determine the role of the village head in the management of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) Pratama Jaya in Sadar Jaya village, Siak Kecil district, Bengkalis district, and to find out what factors influence the role of village heads in managing village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) Pratama Jaya. in Sadar Jaya Village, Siak Kecil District, Bengkalis Regency. The type of research used is a qualitative approach with data collection using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Then produce descriptive data in the form of written words, spoken words of people and behavior that can be observed by the author and then make conclusions. The results of this study can provide an overview of how the Role of the Village Head in the Management of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Pratama Jaya in Sadar Jaya Village, Siak Kecil District, Bengkalis Regency. The informants consisted of the BUMDes Director, BUMDes Supervisor, and the Head of the Savings and Loans Business Unit. Meanwhile, the key informant is the village head. The results of the study can be seen from the research conducted by the author that the pioneering work carried out by the Village Head in the Management of Village Owned Enterprises has not played a role because it can be seen that the indicators implemented are only partially. Actually, the duties and obligations have been explained in the standard operating procedure, but there are several factors that hinder the implementation of BUMDes management. One of the inhibiting factors is the lack of time given by the Village Head in managing BUMDes which has resulted in not carrying out all the duties and obligations of the Village Head as Commissioner of the Pratama Jaya Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) and there is a lack of communication between the village head and BUMDes members

Formulation of the problem in this Final Report are how the stages in conducting a feasibility study of a business and an entrepreneur’s ability to expand its business in terms of characteristicsand traits of entrepreneur. A study conducted in DTalla Home at Jalan Wortel Mongosidi No. 102 Rt 16 Rw 04 Kelurahan Kalidoni Kecamatan Kalidoni. The data used in this study are primary data collected through characteristics and traits euntrepreneur and step in conducting feasibility studies in DTalla Home Pizza. And Secondary data were obtained in the form of a brief history of the company and the work activity of the company. The preparation of this final report uses qualitative descriptive method that is theoretically by focusing on the research, assisted by reading books related to the issue to be studied, so as to provide information that authors need and eventually I will attemptto draw conclusions and suggestions. The result obtained in application DTalla Home Pizza that have implemented entrepreneurial characeristic and traits in her. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the DTalla Home Pizza feasible to be developed by opening new branches in Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya Palembang because it can provide a significant advantage
PELAKSANAAN LAYANAN KONSEING INDIVIDUAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN SELF ACTUALIZATION SISWA DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS NEGERI 14 PEKANBARU

Layanan konseling individual adalah konseling yang dilaksanakan oleh seorang pembimbing (konselor) terhadap seorang klien dalam rangka pengentasan masalah pribadi klien. Self actualization adalah kebutuhan orang untuk menjadi seharusnya sesuai dengan potensi, kebutuhan kreatif, realisasi diri, dan pengembangan self. Adapun rumusan dari penelitian ini bagaimana pelaksanaan layanan konseling individual dalam meningkatkan self actualization siswa di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 14 Pekanbaru. Faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan layanan konseling individu dalam meningkatkan Self Actualization siswa di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 14 Pekanbaru Riau. Adapun informan dalam penelitian adalah 4 orang guru bimbingan konseling dan 3 orang siswa. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan deskriptif kualitatif dalam bentuk kalimat-kalimat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan layanan konseling individul dalam meningkatkan self actualization di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 14 Pekanbaru adalah cukup terlaksana. Hal ini dapat terbukti karena tiga orang siswa yang telah diberikan layanan konseling individual merasa lebih ringan masalah aktualisasi yang ada pada dirinya serta puas akan solusi yang diberikan oleh guru bimbingan konseling. Adapun faktor pendukung dari keempat guru bimbingan konseling adalah minat siswa, penerimaan diri siswa, moralitas siswa dan sosail siswa. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah sarana dan prasarana serta waktu yang kurang memadai untuk melaksanakan layanan konseling individual.

Skripsi ini membahas tentang analisis level berpikir siswa dalam
menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika berdasarkan Taksonomi SOLO di SMP
Negeri 1 Tomoni. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui level berpikir siswa
berdasarkan taksonomi SOLO dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita mata pelajaran
matematika ditinjau dari gaya belajar VAK.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan
deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket gaya belajar
VAK, tes, dan wawancara. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 3 orang siswa kelas
VIII.2. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian
data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan siswa dalam
menyelesaikan soal matematika berdasarkan Taksonomi SOLO dengan gaya
belajar visual, auditorial, dan kinestetik memiliki kemampuan menyelesaikan soal
berbeda-beda. Dari indikator level berpikir Taksonomi SOLO siswa dengan gaya
belajar visual mencapai level 1 yaitu unistruktural, siswa dengan gaya belajar
auditorial dapat mencapai level 2 yaitu multistruktural, sedangkan siswa dengan
gaya belajar kinestetik dapat mencapai pada level 3 yaitu relasional.

GEOGRAFI DI SMA NEGERI 1 KAMPAR TIMUR
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata
pelajaran geografi yakni pada materi potensi sumber daya alam. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe
Snowball Drilling terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Geografi di SMA
Negeri 1 Kampar Timur. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode
Quasi Eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI yang terdiri
dari 10 kelas. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI 9 sebagai kelas kontrol
dan kelas XI 10 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes dan
dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji T-Test dan diperoleh
nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai alpha yaitu 0,05 yang berarti Ha di
terima Ho ditolak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh
penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Snowball Drilling terhadap hasil belajar
pada materi potensi sumber daya alam, dilihat dari nilai rata-rata pretest kelas
eksperimen sebesar 70,15 menjadi 89,24. Pada nilai postest kelas eksperimen,
menunjukkan kenaikan hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 27%.

Analisis Penerapan Akuntansi Pada PT. Fitri Indah Gemilang
Based on the description and explanation that the researchers have pointed out in the thesis, the problem formulation in this study is: Is the Application of Accounting at PT Fitri Indah Gemilang in accordance with the General Acceptable Accounting Principles ?. While the purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of the application of Financial Accounting implemented by PT Fitri Indah Gemilang with General Accepted Accounting Principles. The type of data used by the author in writing this thesis are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses descriptive methods which compare data collected with relevant theories and then conclusions are drawn. Based on the results of research that has been done, it can be concluded that the presentation of fixed assets made by the company is not in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles because the company has depreciated its fixed assets within 1 year even though the use of the fixed assets has not reached 1 year. This causes the cost of depreciation to be large, having an impact on the amount of costs thereby minimizing profits. The company brings together estimates of land and buildings in one account. While the land is not depreciated and the building is depreciated. Thus, the presentation of land and buildings must be separated. The company recognizes the revenue received in the following year in the current year. This causes the revenue is recognized to be too large than it should be. The company does not calculate all costs on its posts. Such depreciation costs for equipment used in the project must be recorded as an addition to the cost of the project, but by the company recorded as administrative and general costs. Thus, the Application of Accounting at PT Fitri Indah Gemilang is not in accordance with General Acceptable Accounting Principles

This study aims to determine the effect of Selling Prices and Promotion Costs on Revenue. The scale used is a ratio scale. The method is quantitative. The research variables are Selling Price (X1) Promotional Costs (X2) and Revenue (Y). The type of data used is secondary data. The data collected was then analyzed using the Classic AsusMsi test, namely Normality Test, Multicollonierity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Auto Correlation Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing using t Test, F Test and Determination Coefficient Test.
The classic assumption test results, namely the normality test, indicate that the selling price and promotion costs towards income are normally distributed. T-Test results show that the selling price has a no effect on income, while the cost of promotion has a significant effect on income. The f-test results show that the simultaneously selling price and promotion costs affect income
THE USE OF CODE SWITCHING AND CODE MIXING IN ENGLISH TEACHING AND LEARNING PROCESS AT MAN 3 PEKANBARU

Fitri Handayani Harahap, (2023): Penggunaan Code Switching dan Code Mixing dalam Proses Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di MAN 3 Pekanbaru.
Skripsi ini mengkaji penggunaan pergantian kode (code switching) dan pencampuran kode (code mixing) dalam proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di MAN 3 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi jenis-jenis pergantian kode dan pencampuran kode yang digunakan oleh guru bahasa Inggris di dalam kelas, serta alasan di balik penggunaan kedua fenomena bahasa tersebut. Desain penelitian kualitatif digunakan dengan melibatkan pengamatan di kelas, wawancara dengan para guru, dan analisis rekaman ujaran guru. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para guru bahasa Inggris di MAN 3 Pekanbaru menggunakan pergantian kode intra-kalimat, pergantian kode antar-kalimat, dan pergantian kode dengan penggunaan tanda tag. Selain itu, pencampuran kode dilakukan melalui alternasi, leksikalisasi konsisten, dan penyisipan. Alasan penggunaan fenomena bahasa ini meliputi pembahasan topik tertentu, penekanan pada poin-poin penting, pengulangan untuk penjelasan, membantu siswa memahami kosakata dan struktur kalimat yang tidak familiar, serta memberikan bantuan yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan siswa. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman tentang bagaimana pergantian kode dan pencampuran kode digunakan dalam kelas bahasa Inggris, memberikan wawasan mengenai tujuan dan efek penggunaannya.
