This report was prepared based on the result of research conducted by the writer at financial management agency of Sukabumi city. This final assignment report is prepared to take one of the requirements to take a the final trial of the tax diploma III in Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi.
The author in this final report is a descriptive method. The purpose of the author takes the title above to determine the extent to which advertisement of tax revenues in the city of tax payers. It is known that income from locally generated revenue adverstiment tax in the city of Sukabumi has experienced up and down. This is because the advertisement tax has a inconstan nature and a lack of people are aware of the obligation to pay taxes.
The results obtained for the authors in this final report are that BPKD improves workshop and seminars to the public, so that tax paayers can understand the procedure for paying advertisement tax and can pay advertisement tax correctly. Awaresness of tax payers is increasing in fulfilling tax obligations in advertisement tax, but there are still many who do not have permits or do illegal installation, such as installing pamplets on the shop walls. BPKD Kota Sukabumi optimizes the collection process from payment, supervision, collection to inspection. BPKD emphasizes that if the taxpayer is late to pay, he will be penalized every month at 2%

During the performance of the Working Class Media (KKM) for 2 months at the television station ADiTV, authors can feel how the real world of broadcasting. The author also know and understand how to work in local television which is different than the way it works with the national television station. Moreover, I also understand how the role and duties of a production assistant in a production program. With the KKM author more confidence in giving direction to the crew and the writers also be sociable and can adapt quickly. All of this can’t be separated from the guidance and direction provided by the agency. Conclusion according to the author of the work as a production assistant is a production assistant one key to the success of the production process of a program, and a production assistant is someone who responsive and knowledgeable and has a creative thinking. The suggestions for ADiTV that every program ADiTV requires innovation - innovation that program doesn’t look boring. ADiTV also must maintain a competent crew and should increase the human resources to improve the quality of programs. And it is expected that the program Diploma in Applied Communications Broadcasting particular to improve lectures by deepening the theory and practice. No full textThe objectives of this research was to solve how to increase the students’ average result especially on the subject of Opportunities. This study aims to determine whether the students’ average result of the student Mathematic Education Department STKIP Muhammadiyah Pringsewu Lampung (STKIP MPL) in the academic year of 2013-2014 using instructional teaching media using Microsoft Office PowerPoint on the subject of Opportunities, is better than the students’ average result without using instructional teaching media using Microsoft Office PowerPoint. This research is a quantitative approach, with a quasi-experimental research methods. The population was all of the students in third grade of the Mathematic Education Department STKIP MPL in the academic year of 2013-2014. The samples of the research were taken by using the cluster random sampling technique. Based on hypothesis test, it can be included that: 1) there are differences in students’ average results between experiment class that used computer teaching media using Microsoft Office PowerPoint and the kontrol class without using a computer teaching media using Microsoft Office PowerPoint; 2) the students’ average results at experiment class that used a computer teaching media using Microsoft Office PowerPoint higher than the students’ average results in kontrol class.

No full textABSTRACT EVALUATION OF PAYMENT PROCEDURES OF CERTIFICATE OF LAND AND BUILDING PROPERTY (BPHTB) BY TAXPAYER MANDIRI ON MANDIRI IN BPPKAD SURAKARTA Nur Rahma Fitriani F3514061 The purpose of this research is to know the procedure of payment of Tax of Acquisition of Land and Building Rights (BPHTB) and the way of giving procedure information to the taxpayers who pay independently at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Board (BPPKAD) Surakarta. In this study the author uses Descriptive method, by using data retrieval by observation, interview, and document analysis. The method of observation is done during the work apprenticeship, the interview is done by interviewing the head of the subdivision of calculation and determination, the dafda and dock officer, and the taxpayers who pay independently, and document analysis by analyzing Surakarta Mayor Regulation No. 1 of 2013 on Guideline for Implementation of Regional Regulation Number 13 of 2012 on BPHTB. The authors do this research because it sees that bpdb payment procedures are considered less efficient so that taxpayers must return to BPPKAD 2-3 times. And the procedure of providing information related to the procedure is also less until the taxpayers who pay tax BPHTB independently become less understood BPHTB payment procedures. So BPPKAD Kota Surakarta need to provide information related to payment procedure BPHTB in print or on the website in order to facilitate and accelerate the taxpayers who pay independently in the payment BPHTB. The procedures given are in accordance with Surakarta Mayor Regulation No. 1 of 2013 on Tax on Acquisition of Land and Building Rights. However, the delivery of information to taxpayers in print or electronic does not yet exist. So the authors recommend that the BPPKAD make information bphtn payment process in the form of print or electronic (website). With that expected BPHTB payment process faster because taxpayers who pay independently will know what supporting documents need to be collected prior to the customer service officer. ABSTRAK
Full Color Entertainment merupakan salah satu Event Organizer di Indonesia yang berlokasi di daerah Jakarta Barat yang menyediakan jasa penyelenggara acara konser, serta dapat berperan sebagai Artist Booking Agent. Tiket.com merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang memiliki sebuah situs penyedia layanan tiket terkenal di Indonesia yang berfokus pada pemesanan tiket kereta api, pesawat, hotel, sewa mobil hingga tiket konser secara online.
Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Management Event Any Noor dan Event planning and management: Principles, Planning and Practice Ruth Downson & David Bassett.
Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor Full Color Entertainment pada Maret – Juli 2019. Penulis menggunakan key informan dan informan sebagai data primer melalui observasi dan wawancara, serta menggunakan studi literasi dan sumber online sebagai data sekunder.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan kerjasama penjualan tiket konser sebuah event konser sangatlah berperan penting. Kerjasama ini bertujuan untuk saling menguntungkan bagi kedua belah pihak. Bagi Full Color Entertainment, kerjasama ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan dan memudahkan promotor untuk menangani penjualan tiket konser. Sedangkan bagi Tiket.com, kerjasama ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan branding awareness masyarakat terhadap Tiket.com dan meningkatkan jumlah pengguna aplikasi serta situs Tiket.com.
Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah Full Color Entertainment membagi tahapan kerjasama menjadi 3 tahapan yaitu Tahap Pra Kerjasama, Tahap Implementasi Kerjasama, dan Tahap Pasca Kerjasama.

ABSTRACT
Full Color Entertainment is one of Event Organizer in Indonesia located at West Jakarta, that provides a variety service of organizing event such as concert and also has role as Artist Booking Agent. Tiket.com is a leading travel company that provides a variety of activities needs in one platform that offers train tickets, plane tickets, hotels, rent cars, and also concert ticket by online.
The theory used in this study is Any Noor’s Management Event and Ruth Downson & David Bassett’s Event planning and management: Principles, Planning and Practice.
The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. This research was conducted in the Full Color Entertainment office in March – July 2019. The author uses key informants and informants as primary data through observations and interviews, and uses studies literature and online source as secondary data.
The result of this study indicated that implementation of cooperation at sales concert ticket has a very important role. This cooperation had aims to get benefit to each others companies. For Full Color Entertainment, this cooperation had aims to increase and facilitate promotor to handle the sales of ticketing. Meanwhile for Tiket.com, this cooperation had aims to increase branding awareness people to Tiket.com and increase the amount of users.
The conclusion of this research is that Full Color Entertainment divided cooperation phases as three phases, there are Pre Cooperation Phase, Implementation Cooperation Phase, and Pasca Cooperation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pandangan dunia dalam novel Mata di Tanah Melus karya Okky Madasari. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Jakarta, sejak bulan Januari 2022 hingga Januari 2023. Tujuan penelitian ini (1) mendeskripsikan struktur novel Mata di Tanah Melus karya Okky Madasari menggunakan kajian strukturalisme naratologi yang dibatasi pada tema, tokoh, alur, dan latar, (2) mendeskripsikan subjek trans-individual dengan kajian strukturalisme genetik, (3) mendeskripsikan pandangan dunia dengan kajian strukturalisme genetik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deksriptif kualitatif dan dialektik yang berkaitan dengan strukturalisme genetik Lucien Goldmann. Diketahui bahwa tema dalam novel ini adalah petualangan. Tokoh/penokohan yang terbentuk dalam novel ini berdasarkan struktur aktan yang melihat fungsi tokoh dalam cerita. Alur dalam novel diurutkan berdasarkan urutan kejadian dalam cerita. Latar dalam novel dibentuk sesuai dengan oposisi desa dan kota. Subjek trans-individual dalam novel menghasilkan bahwa pengarang merupakan kelompok sosial kelas menengah dan kelas menengah di Indonesia memiliki pandangan penting mengenai pendidikan. Setelah menganalisis struktur novel dan subjek trans-individual ditemukan pandangan dunia yang berupa pandangan dunia romantisisme.

This study aims to determine the worldview in the novel Mata di Tanah Melus by Okky Madasari. This research was conducted in Jakarta, from January 2022 to January 2023. The aims of this research are (1) to describe the structure of Okky Madasari's novel Mata di Tanah Melus using a study of narratological structuralism which is limited to themes, characters, plot, and setting, (2) to describe trans-individual subject with the study of genetic structuralism, (3) describe the world view with the study of genetic structuralism. The method used in this study is a qualitative and dialectical descriptive method related to Lucien Goldmann's genetic structuralism. It is known that the theme in this novel is adventure. The characters/characterizations that are formed in this novel are based on the structure of the actan which looks at the function of the characters in the story. The plot in the novel is sorted based on the order of events in the story. The setting in the novel is formed according to the opposition of village and city. The trans-individual subject in the novel results that the author is a middle-class and middle-class social group in Indonesia who has important views on education. After analyzing the structure of the novel and the trans-individual subject, a worldview is found in the form of a romantic worldview.

Fear Of Missing Out (FoMO) adalah ketakutan yang dirasakan
individu ketika mereka tidak mengetahui pengalaman atau kegiatan
orang lain yang dianggap menarik. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi
FoMO adalah Kebutuhan Afiliasi dan Konformitas Teman Sebaya.
Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan Kebutuhan
Afiliasi dan Konformitas Teman Sebaya dengan Fear Of Missing Out
pada Mahasiswa pengguna media sosial Instagram.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik
sampling yang digunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel
sebanyak 120 responden. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini
menggunakan 3 skala yaitu Fear Of Missing Out 30 aitem (α = 0.927),
Kebutuhan Afiliasi 32 aitem (α = 0.876) dan Konformitas Teman
Sebaya 21 aitem (α = 0.803). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah
regresi berganda dengan bantuan software JASP ver 0.19.3. for
windows.
Hasil penelitian dapat dilihat dari nilai R = 0.622 dan nilai F = 36.840
dengan signifikansi p < 0.001 dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 38.6%,
yang berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kebutuhan afiliasi
dan konformitas teman sebaya dengan fear of missing out pada
mahasiswa pengguna media sosial instagram. Kemudian nilai (rx1-y)
0.564 dan p<0.001, sumbangan efektif sebesar 23.8%, sehingga
terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kebutuhan afiliasi
dengan fear of missing out pada mahasiswa pengguna media sosial
instagram. Nilai (rx2-y) sebesar 0.498 dan p<0.001, sumbangan
efektif sebesar 14.8%, sehingga terdapat hubungan positif dan
signifikan antara konformitas teman sebaya dengan fear of missing out
pada mahasiswa pengguna media sosial Instagram.

Fear Of Missing Out (FoMO) is the fear experienced by individuals
when they are unaware of experiences or activities of others that are
considered interesting. The factors that influence FoMO are the Need
for Affiliation and Peer Conformity. The aim of this research is to
determine the relationship between the Need for Affiliation and Peer
Conformity with Fear Of Missing Out among students who use the
social media platform Instagram.
This study uses a quantitative method with purposive sampling
technique and obtained a sample of 120 respondents. The data
collection for this research used 3 scales, namely Fear Of Missing Out
with 30 items (α = 0.927), Need for Affiliation with 32 items (α =
0.876), and Peer Conformity with 21 items (α = 0.803). The analysis
technique used is multiple regression with the help of JASP software
version 0.19.3 for Windows.
The research results can be seen from the value of R = 0.622 and the
value of F = 36.840 with a significance of p < 0.001 and an effective
contribution of 38.6%, which means there is a significant relationship
between the need for affiliation and peer conformity with fear of
missing out among students who use Instagram social media. Then the
value (rx1-y) 0.564 and p < 0.001, with an effective contribution of
23.8%, indicating a positive and significant relationship between the
need for affiliation and fear of missing out among students who use
Instagram social media. The value (rx2-y) of 0.498 and p < 0.001,
with an effective contribution of 14.8%, indicating a positive and
significant relationship between peer conformity and fear of missing
out among students who use Instagram social media.

Namun, pada saat ini masih sedikit webmarket yang secara khusus menawarkan produk lokal dari sebuah daerah. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini dibuat rancang bangun dari sebuah webmarket yang mampu menawarkan produk kayu dengan informasi terkait profil penyedia, produk unggulan, dan berita mengenai kayu. Pada penelitian ini, rancang bangun webmarket diimplementasikan sebagai sebuah web yang memuat informasi mengenai perusahaan kayu dan produk hasil olahannya yang siap dijual. Layanan webmarket ini dirancang untuk admin dari Disperindag, pemilik perusahaan kayu, dan pengunjung yang dapat memberikan testimoni dari masing-masing produk. Webmarket kayu lokal ini memiliki beberapa fitur, yaitu dapat mengelola data berita seputar kayu, menyediakan fasilitas member bagi pemilik perusahaan, dan menampilkan hasil produk berbahan kayu. Garcés describió encuentros con varios grupos indígenas, entre ellos los cajuenches, jallicuamais, quiquemar, cucapás, jumas, pimas y comaricopas. Señaló los conflictos persistentes entre los cucapás y los jumas, pero destacó que en general se había restablecido la paz entre los grupos.
