Kereta Api Indonesia on increasing company value during 2019-2021. The objects studied in this study are companies engaged in the transportation services sector for Indonesian Railways services. PT. Kereta Api Indonesia is an Indonesian state-owned enterprise that provides rail transportation services. PT services The data source for this research is secondary data. Secondary data is data taken in the form of data that has been processed in the form of reports that have been prepared by competent agencies or institutions in the form of reports, books or written materials related to the topic to be studied. The results of this research, namely the results of this study, can be concluded that: (a) Pricing Earning Share, Debt to Equity Ratio and Dividend Pay Out Ratio have no significant effect on firm value. (b) The hypothesis says that the Pricing Earning Share, Debt to Equity Ratio and Dividend Pay Out Ratio have no significant effect on the value of the rejected company; (c) Variations in book value per share, large capital to guarantee debt and dividend distribution policies do not affect how much the value of PT.     Customary clothing becomes an important part in every ritual and customary activities for the community in the island of Buru, the function of traditional clothing in addition to body armor is also a symbol of identity attached to the outfit. This research is a qualitative study aimed at describing indigenous fashion for the community. The research location focuses on three villages namely Kayeli village, Kubalahin Village and Wasi Village with consideration of the traditional clothing use which is more often found in comparison of other villages in Buru Island. The number of informant interviewed by 25 people, consisting of customary figures, community leaders, leaders of indigenous institutions and village apparatus as well as local people residing at the research site. Analytical techniques used to follow the concept of Miles and Huberman where activities in the analysis of qualitative data are conducted interactively and continuously. The results showed that customary clothing in all three locations had several similarities in the use as well as differences in the placement of custom fashions. The villagers of Kayeli and Wasi used traditional clothes for the activities of receiving indigenous guests and traditional activities that took place in the village, while the community was kubalahin using traditional clothes while the traditional ritual was carried out. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa bahwa masyarakat kurang teredukasiperihal manfaat dan tata cara penggunaanya, disisi lain faktor budaya juga turutmendukung respon negatif masyarakat tersebut.     The social capital found in the community in Waplau Village of Buru Regency grows and develops in line with the achievement of fulfilling the necessities of life. The relationship of cooperation in the distillation of oil from eucalyptus leaves is built among landowners, tenants, renters, and receptors so that social capital is built with participation, trust, cooperation, and reciprocity become the norm which continues to be maintained. This research was conducted based on the preference for the implementation of the eucalyptus oil refining process in Waplau Village as an effort to gain profits and fulfill household needs. The research location was focused in Waplau Village considering the number of eucalyptus oil workers which was more dominant compared to other villages in Buru Regency; the research samples were eucalyptus landowners, land tenants, rental workers, and collectors. The researcher uses primary data obtained from the results of observations and direct interviews with informants. The data analysis method used proposed by Miles and Huberman and Spradley. The results showed that social capital is an indicator of the success of eucalyptus oil workers in achieving goals. The social capital aspect has a strong relationship with the existence of landowners, tenants, and rental workers, as well as working groups among anaconda, leaf sequencer, cook and laborer in completing the task of refining oil so that social capital is able to become an instrument for eucalyptus oil productivity in Waplau village

    Kabupaten Buru merupakan penghasil hotong terbesar di provinsi Maluku. Sebagai daerah penghasil hotong banyak petani yang menggantungkan mata pencaharian dengan membudidayakan tanaman tersebut. Dilihat dari manfaatnya, hotong merupakan jenis makanan sehat yang rendah lemak yang baik dikonsumsi oleh segala usia. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk membantu petani hotong meningkatkan nilai jual hotong yang dihasilkan dengan mengolah hasil panen hotong menjadi tepung. Pengolahan tepung hotong diharapkan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian rumah tangga petani karena selama ini hotong hanya dijual dalam keadaan mentah kepada pengepul atau pembeli langsung dengan harga murah, serta hasil produksi tidak seluruhnya terjual habis. Selain itu mitra akan dibantu dalam hal pengadaan tepung, pengemasan dan pemasaran produk olahan hotong dengan harapan dapat menigkatkan kesejahteraan petani hotong. Kendala yang dihadapi mitra yaitu setiap masa panen hasil pemasaran hotong tidak selalu mencapai nilai maksimal selalu menyisakan hasil produksi hotong yang tidak terjual mencapai 35 persen dan akhirnya dikonsumsi sendiri padahal untuk memproduksi hotong bisa mencapai 4-5 bulan. Permasalahan produk yang dijual dalam bentuk mentah akibat rendahnya pengetahuan petani hotong dalam melakukan diversifikasi hasil pertanian. Kegiatan dilakukan pada program PKM ini berupa pengembangan, antara lain: pelatihan pembuatan tepung serta pemanfaatan tepung hotong sebagai bahan pembuatan kue, upaya ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi kerugian petani akibat rendahnya distribusi hasil panen. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan bertambahnya pengetahuan kelompok petani hotong dalam mengolah hasil panen dalam bentuk tepung serta pengayaan pengetahuan dalam pemanfaatan hotong sebagai bahan dasar pembuatan kue. Kondisi ini diharapkan menjadi pemicu berkembangnya usaha pembuatan tepung hotong yang menguntungkan serta berkelanjutan.

The number of informants interviewed was 45 people divided into communities, village apparatus and community leaders. Analytical techniques used to follow the concept of Miles and Huberman where activities in the analysis of qualitative data are conducted interactively and continuously. The results showed that the village\u27s Kalesang program was able to become a development instrument and empowerment that was able to foster cooperation from the Community and government to plan and implement development and to keep watching it Through active participation. The end goal of the village Kalesang in the form of poverty testing made easy in the frame of harmonization and synergy between the government and the community to cooperate in resolving the problem of Village development
