    Artificial Intelligence for Data Visualization of Lancang Kuning University Library

    Artificial Intelligence (AI) has a significant influence in various aspects. One of the impacts is the library. AI can be applied in various activities, such as data visualization, analysis of library usage trends, book recommendations based on user preferences, and predictions of future collection needs. It is hoped that the Lancang Kuning University Library can be more responsive to user needs and be able to provide excellent service. The method used is descriptive analysis. It aims to find factually relevant facts through data that is collected, processed, and analyzed. The steps of the method taken in the study are problem determination, literature study, data collection, data processing, data implementation, and data analysis. This study produces a description of the stages of library data visualization. There are three stages of library data visualization activities, namely; first, the database preparation stage, this stage is to prepare the dataset taken from SLiMS and service data; second, data processing, this activity is carried out for data filtering, then the data is stored in .xls file format before finally being visualized using Google Looker Studio. Third, visualizing data, data visualization using Google Looker Studio. Lancang Kuning University has initiated the implementation of AI in library data visualization. One of the initiatives is the development of an interactive dashboard that displays statistics on the use of library services in real time. This dashboard allows library managers to easily monitor book loans, daily visits, and other activities. The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology for data visualization at the Lancang Kuning University Library is very significant in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of information management in the form of statistics. By utilizing AI technology, libraries can present data more interactively and informatively, making it easier for users to access and understand the information available. This also helps library managers in monitoring and analyzing library usage, so that managers can make more informed decisions in developing collections and services.

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan sistem super enkripsi dan deskripsi pada keamanan data file yang sesuai dengan aturan yang digunakan. Untuk mangatasi kesalahan pada proses super enkripsi dan deskripsi ini dapat dilakukan dengan algoritma kriptografi yaitu menerapkan kombinasi Vigenere Cipher dan Shift Cipher pada keamanan data file txt. Vigenere Cipher dan Shift Cipher adalah salah satu algoritma dalam Kriptografi klasik. Algoritma ini di pilih karena mampu melakukan super enkrispi dan deskripsi pada keamanan data file txt. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengubah isi file txt menjadi sandi acak (file enkripsi) untuk menjaga keamanan data dari orang yang tidak berhak, dan hanya pemiliknya yang bisa mengembalikan menjadi data file aslinya (deskripsi). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan agar sistem yang dibuat dapat membantu menjaga keamanan data file sebelum proses mengirim data dilakukan  dalam lingkup perusahaan,  supaya pesan tetap rahasia sampai ke tangan orang yang berhak

    Design of a Smart Bin with Data Acquisition At Madrasah Aliyah Al-Huda 1 Jatiluhur is a system created to handle waste by integrating trash into the system. In general, trash cans must be checked manually by visiting their location, for this reason the authors conducted research with the aim of designing and building a system that functions to be able to detect garbage levels, temperature levels, humidity, light intensity, and rain, designing system modeling using unified modeling language (UML), namely use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. Applications are built on two desktop and mobile platforms, for desktop platforms built using visual basic.net, for databases using MySQL, and mobile platforms built using Android Studio, as well as for system testing using black-box testing, as well as for hardware implementation, the author uses Nodemcu ESP8266 and Arduino Uno. By designing a smart waste bin system with data acquisition, it will help handle waste more effectively and efficiently

    Polylactic Acid Implant for Cranioplasty with 3-dimensional Printing Customization: A Case Report

    BACKGROUND: Cranioplasty is aimed to restore the structure and function of the lost portion of the skull defect. Many materials can be used for cranioplasty, such as the bones of the patient (autograft), the bones of other patients (allograft), bones of animals (xenograft), or synthetic materials such as acrylic or titanium mesh. These materials are quite expensive and sometimes require complex processes. Manual shaping of material for cranioplasty is also quite time-consuming and prone to cause esthetic dissatisfaction. The author will discuss the case of using polylactic acid (PLA) implant with 3-dimensional (3D) printing customization as a cheap and accurate cosmetic solution for cranioplasty procedures. CASE REPORT: We report 2 cases of skull defect underwent cranioplasty. The first case, female, 20-year-old, had a history of severe traumatic brain injury (TBI) and epidural hematoma. She underwent decompression craniotomy on the left frontotemporoparietal region of her skull. The second case, male, 46-year-old, had a history of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage due to arteriovenous malformation (AVM). He underwent decompression craniotomy on the right frontotemporoparietal region of her skull. Both the data of computerized tomography (CT) scan were reconstructed to get 3D model of skull defect. Prosthesis was made by 3D printer accordingly using PLA as material. There was no complication reported postoperatively and cosmetic satisfaction was obtained on both cases. CONCLUSION: The use of PLA implant with 3D printing customization was proved to be cost-effective and good cosmetic satisfaction with no complication reported following cranioplasty procedure

    This study aims to investigate the use of written communication on an Instagram post. Specifically, the power contained in the communication and its influence for the audiences. In purpose to reveal the implied meaning of the messages, by examining the diction used, sentence form and the topography in a written communication. This study applied a qualitative descriptive method to help in arranging this study. This study found the relationship between the word used and the author ideology in an instagram post which can be known as a form of discourse. The examined data shows that the repetition of words ‘BDS’ and ‘Boycott’ has a power to build up the content. With the depicted symbols as the target of the ‘BDS’ and 'Boycott’ action, the author uses his/her authority to influence the readers persuasively. The writers conclude that the object is conveying the author’s message to persuade the audiences with the use of language.     The development of seismic anisotropy needs to be studied systematically hence research could be focused on the latest scientific knowledge, therefore a bibliometric analysis is needed as a measurement of citation strength in the form of mapping "co-occurrence", "co-author" and "co- citation", thus the strength of the research direction could be well understood. The software which is used; VOSviewer version 1.6.18 examined at least 494 papers in the SCOPUS domain during 2017 -2020. It appears from the results that the development of the seismic anisotropy are very rapidly dominated by the needs of the applied science and pure science. The heavily publication countries are United States of America, China and Japan. However, in reality, this density does not necessarily correspond to the number of citations between countries, as well with publications in Japan

    This study aims to determine the application of techniques, methods, and practices in the context of humanitarian conflicts in translating Al-Sȃir fȋ al-Darb by Badȋ’ Al-Qasyȃ’alah. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The sources of this research are primary sources, namely Al-Sȃir fȋ al-Darb, and secondary sources, which include books related to translation and several dictionaries such as the al-Munawir Arabic-Indonesian dictionary, the al-Mufid dictionary, and Ma`ani. The results of the research consist of 20 data points on translation methods and ideologies with representations of humanitarian conflicts. The conclusion of this study is that the ideologies of domestication and foreignization in the representation of the context of humanitarian conflict in Al-Sȃir fȋ al-Darb can be used in the case of translating texts so that the target readers can feel the nuances or emotional impact of the author, because humanitarian conflict is a universal issue between Indonesia, Lebanon, and Palestine, where humanitarian conflicts frequently occur

    PENGARUH SIZE DAN KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP EFFECTIVE TAX RATE

    The purpose of this analyze the effect of financial performance on the effective tax rate. The effective tax rate is a determinant of the payment of corporate income. This study selected companies in the banking sector. The author is interested in researching tax rates that have been effective or not. The independent variables in this study are size, leverage, profitability, capital intensity ratio, and activity ratio, while the dependent variable of this study is the effective tax rate. Determination of the research sample was carried out by purposive sampling method that is based on the criteria that have been determined in this study. There were 15 banks during the research period, but based on the sample selection process, there were only 12 companies that consistently earned profits for 5 years, 2015 – 2019 and were not removed from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, so the number of observations in this study was 60 observations. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a negative effect, fixed asset intensity has a negative effect, leverage has a positive effect, and firm size has a significant negative effect on effective tax rates.Keywords : Size; Leverage; Profitability; Capital Inttensity Ratio; Dan Activity Rasio; Effective Tax Rat

    Pandemic As a Crime Factor: Reason Mitigating or Aggravating Penal? (The Reflection Post Covid-19 in Indonesia)

    Crime is part of the form of human behavior and will continue to develop following the dynamics of human life and civilization. There’s no exception that the Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world also had an impact on Indonesia. The impact is not only in the sphere of human health but also in the sphere of social life, including changes in human habits and behavior. Various Indonesian government policies to reduce the spread of Covid-19, such as restrictions on activities outside the home, to prisoner assimilation policies have also influenced changes in human behavior and the economic condition of the community which can be a potential change in the form and rate of crime. Crime will not be separated from the problem of criminal law and punishment, especially modern criminal law that is oriented to the perpetrator and the deed (daad-dader straafrecht) or also known as penal individualization. One of the characteristics of penal individualization is that the crime must be adapted to the characteristics and conditions of the perpetrator, which is elaborated with the view of the ecology school in criminology, a person’s evil deeds are influenced by the environment of the perpetrator (external factors). It becomes a question, is the pandemic condition a factor of crime, or is it a reason for aggravating or mitigating crime for criminals? To answer this question, the author uses a juridical/normative research approach, and it is found that the Covid-19 pandemic as a national disaster can become a mitigating circumstance and aggravating circumstances, in the form of Judicial Mitigating and Aggravating Circumstances.
