Hamdan Zoelva\u27s Political Thoughts in the Book Constitutional Struggle
Political thought has a crucial role in determining policies and shaping the ideal social order. In Indonesia, various ideologies are present, including Pancasila as the foundation of the state as well as the concepts of pluralism, nationalism, and democracy. Hamdan Zoelva\u27s thought emphasizes the importance of the constitution as the basic norm of the state of law and the protector of human rights. Hamdan criticized liberalism and capitalism which he considered could erode the values of Pancasila in Indonesia\u27s political and economic system. In his book Constitutional Struggle, he warns that the dominance of capitalism must be controlled according to the principles of Pancasila. This research aims to 1) understand Hamdan Zoelva\u27s political journey, and 2) find out the causes of his political thinking about the constitution. The research data includes primary and secondary sources, processed through interviews and documentation. The validity of the data was checked by examining Hamdan\u27s background, such as his curriculum vitae, education, influence, and political and cultural conditions at the time. The results of the study show that Hamdan Zoelva sees the constitution as the will of the people that must be respected. He emphasized the role of the Constitutional Court (MK) in maintaining the balance of power and protecting human rights. However, Hamdan criticized the amendment to the 2024 Constitutional Court Law which he considered threatening the independence of judges

ABSTRAK
Salah satu sifat solarcell adalah menyerap energi maksimum matahari pada saat solarcell tegak lurus sejajar dari matahari. Permasalahannya kebanyakan solarcell ditempatkan pada posisi yang tetap. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi hal tersebut perlu di buat alat penggerak yang dapat bekerja mengikuti arah sinar matahari. Komponen komponen yang digunakan adalah sensor LDR, mikrokontroler arduino uno, motor DC sebagai penggerak mekanikal solarcell . Prinsip kerja secara sederhana adalah saat mikrokontroler arduino uno mendapat sinyal dari sensor LDR maka motor DC akan menggerakkan panel solarcell mengikuti arah pergerakan matahari. Alat ini dapat mengikuti pergerakan matahari ( tracker ), arus masuk dan arus keluar dapat dikontrol. Saat solarcell terus sejajar dengan datangnya cahaya matahari, maka solarcell dapat mengeluarkan energi yang maksimal. Hasil perhitungan tegangan yang didapat saat mengukur dengan menggunakan tracker maupun tanpa menggunakan tracker tidak jauh berbeda hasil data pengukurannya, dimana yang menggunakan tracker tegangan rata – rata nya 20,06 Volt dan yang tanpa menggunakan tracker 19,06 Volt, perbedaan hanya sekitar 1,00 Volt. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan perolehan energi listrik sebesar 24,6 % yaitu dari posisi tetap tanpa menggunakan tracker diperoleh energi listrik sebesar 74,313 Watthour sedangkan posisi yang menggunakan tracker diperoleh energi sebesar 92,655 Watthour.

DESIGN OF TRACKER FOR SOLAR 100 WATT POWER PLANT BASED ON ARDUINO UNO MICROCONTROLLER

ABSTRACT
One of the properties of solarcell is to absorb the maximum energy of the sun when the solarcell is perpendicular to the sun. The problem is that most solar cells are placed in a fixed position. One way to overcome this need to be made movers that can work in the direction of sunlight. The components used are the LDR sensor, the arduino uno microcontroller, the DC motor as the solarcell mechanical drive. The working principle is simple when the arduino uno microcontroller gets a signal from the LDR sensor, the DC motor will move the solarcell panel to follow the direction of the sun's movement. This tool can follow the movement of the sun (tracker), the inflow and outflow can be controlled. When solarcell continues parallel to the arrival of sunlight, the solarcell can release maximum energy. The voltage calculation results obtained when measuring using a tracker or without using a tracker are not much different from the results of the measurement data, where those who use an average voltage tracker are 20.06 Volt and those without using a 19.06 Volt tracker, the difference is only around 1.00 Volt. The trial results show that there is an increase in the acquisition of electrical energy by 24.6% is from a fixed position without using a tracker obtained electrical energy by 74.313 Watthour while the position using a tracker obtained energy by 92.655 Watthour.

Ikan koi merupakan salah satu ikan hias yang memiliki nilai jual tinggi. Salah
satu ikan koi yang dibudidayakan oleh masyarakat di Tulungagung tepatnya di desa
bendiljati adalah jenis Yamabuki Ogon Slayer dan Taisho Sanshoku Doitsu. Adanya
masyarakat awam yang belum mengetahui terkait kedua jenis ikan koi tersebut
membuatnya bingung karena belum mengetahuigambaran yang jelas tentang
perbandingan morfologi ikan koi tersebut. Selain itu, pada mata kuliah zoologi
vertebrata di Universitas Negeri Islam Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung masih
memiliki keterbatasan waktu dan kurangnya sumber belajar terkait marfologi ikan
membuat pembelajaran kurang efektifnya. Sehingga dibutuhkan adanya sumber
belajar berupa booklet perbandingan marfologi ikan koi jenis Yamabuki Ogon
Slayer dengan Taisho Sanshoku Doitsu.
Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui perbedaan
morfologi ikan koi jenis Yamabuki Ogon Slayer dengan Taisho Sanshoku Doitsu
hasil pembudidayaan di desa Bendiljati Tulungagung. (2) Untuk mengetahui hasil
kelayakan pengembangan booklet morfologi ikan koi.
Metode penelitian ini terdiri dari dua tahapan yang pertama menggunakan
pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplorasi dan deskriptif.
Teknik pengumpulan data pada tahap pertama meliputi observasi yakni dengan
melakukan Pengamatan Perbandingan Morfologi Ikan koi dan mengukur faktor
abiotiknya dan dokumentasi. Alat dan bahan yang dibutuhkan yakni Termometer,
alat bedah, kamera, penggaris, Kertas PH Indikator, alat tulis menulis, cawan petri,
Mikroskop Stereo, instrumen pengamatan marfologi ikan koi dan Sampel ikan Koi
jenis Yamabuki ogon slayer dan Taisho sanshoku doitsu. Penelitian tahap dua
menggunakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model ADDIE yakni
Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Uji kelayakan
dilakukan oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan mahasiswa yang pernah mengikuti mata
kuliah zoologi vertebrata.
Hasil penelitian diperoleh (1) Yamabuki Ogon Slayer dengan Taisho Sanshoku
Doitsu memiliki perbedaan seperti Warna Yamabuki Ogon Slayer dominan
transparan putih keemasan, sedangkan Taisho Sanshoku Doitsu berwarna putih
bercorak hitam dan merah. Pada bagian sirip Yamabuki Ogon Slayer berbentuk
memanjang sedangkan Taisho Sanshoku Doitsu bentuknya cenderung pendek.
Panjang rata-rata Yamabuki Ogon Slayer sekitar 7 cm sedangkan Taisho Sanshoku Doitsu sekitar 7,6 cm. Pada jari-jari sirip Yamabuki Ogon Slayer bercabang dan
lemah sedangkan Taisho Sanshoku Doitsu mudah dibengkokkan. Yamabuki Ogon
Slayer memiliki sisik dan memiliki pigmen terlihat jelas sedangkan Taisho
Sanshoku Doitsu tidak memiliki sisik dan terdapat garis tegak berwarna putih
kemerahan. (2) Uji kelayakan menunjukkan sangat layak karena memperoleh nilai
74,28% dari ahli media, 95% dari ahli materi, dan memperoleh 82,69% dari
mahasiswa yang sudah pernah menempuh mata kuliah zoologi
Longitudinal profiling and tracking stability in the Singapore study of macro-angiopathy and microvascular reactivity in type 2 diabetes cohort
The Singapore Study of Macro-Angiopathy and microvascular Reactivity in Type 2 Diabetes (SMART2D) is a prospective cohort study which was started in 2011 to investigate the effect of risk factors on vascular function and diabetes-related complications in Asians. We aimed to compare the longitudinal change in risk factors by accounting for batch effect and assess the tracking stability of risk factors over time in patients recruited for SMART2D. An energy-resolving photon-counting X-ray detector for computed tomography combining silicon-photomultiplier arrays and scintillation crystals
X-ray photon-counting computed tomography (PCCT) has garnered considerable interest owing to its low-dose administration, high-quality imaging, and material decomposition characteristics. Current commercial PCCT systems employ compound semiconductor photon-counting X-ray detectors, which offer good energy resolution. However, the choice of materials is limited, and cadmium telluride or cadmium zinc telluride is mostly used. Although indirect radiation detectors can be used as alternatives to compound semiconductor detectors, implementing fine-pitch segmentation in such detectors is challenging. Here we designed an indirect fine-pitch X-ray photon-counting detector by combining miniaturized silicon photomultiplier arrays and fast scintillation crystals, with a pixel size of 250 μm, for future indirect PCCT. The fabricated array detector has the potential to discriminate photon energies with a 27% resolution at 122 keV, 296 μm spatial resolution, and charge-sharing inhibition ability
Association between lower phase angle and chronic kidney disease progression in type 2 diabetes patients
Introduction: Phase angle (PhA), derived from bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA), is the angle of vector determined by the body’s resistance and reactance. It indicates cellular integrity and hydration status. Though extracellular volume excess was associated with chronic kidney disease (CKD) progression, the association between PhA and CKD progression is unknown. Matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) is a member of zinc-dependent endopeptidase family and promotes renal interstitial fibrosis. We investigated association between PhA and CKD progression, and whether the association was through MMP-2 in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Method: We conducted a prospective study on 1,078 patients with T2DM (mean age 58.9±9.1 years). PhA was measured using BIA. CKD progression was defined as ≥25% decrease in estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) from baseline with deterioration across eGFR categories. Multiplex immunoassay was used to quantitate MMP-2. We examined association between PhA and CKD progression using Cox proportional hazards model, adjusting for demographics, clinical parameters and medications. Results: Over 8.6 years of follow-up, 43.7% of participants had CKD progression. Compared to tertile 3 PhA (higher level), tertiles 1 and 2 PhA were associated with higher hazards of CKD progression, with corresponding unadjusted hazard ratios (HRs) of 2.27 (95% confidence interval [CI] 1.80–2.87, P<0.001) and 1.57 (95% CI 1.24–2.01, P<0.001). The positive association between tertiles 1 and 2 PhA with CKD progression persisted in the fully adjusted model with corresponding HRs of 1.71 (95% CI 1.30–2.26, P<0.001) and 1.46 (95% CI 1.13–1.88, P=0.004). MMP-2 accounted for 14.7% of association between tertile 1 PhA and CKD progression. Receiving social support from diverse helpers: associations with quality of life
More older adults now live in non-family-based households, even as the provision of support to older adults within the domestic setting becomes more salient. This study examines the determinants of having non-immediate family or non-coresident helpers in older adults' received social support networks, and its associations with quality of life. Data were from a nationally representative study of Singaporeans aged 60 and above (N = 2248) who did not live alone. Findings show that those who received help solely from persons other than their spouse or child report a lower quality of life compared to other kinds of networks. However, those who had more non-coresident helpers than co-resident helpers experienced a higher quality of life compared to those who relied mainly on co-resident helpers. Pendampingan Penggunaan Zona Baca Digital di LKSA Kyai Raden Moh Kasiman sebagai Optimalisasi Literasi Digital
Yayasan Kesejahteraan Anak Kyai Raden Moh Kasiman memiliki Taman Baca Digital bernama “Zona Baca Digital” yang dilengkapi dengan area hotspot, tetapi yayasan ini tidak memiliki pengetahuan pengoperasian area hotspot. Untuk menjamin keberlanjutan taman baca tersebut, diusulkan kegiatan pengabdian pendampingan penggunaan zona baca digital di lksa kyai raden moh kasiman. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan keahlian operator LKSA Kyai Raden Moh Kasiman dalam pengelolaan hotspot area dan mengukur kepuasan stakeholder terhadap layanan pendampingan. Metode yang digunakan terdiri dari: (1) analisa potensi dan masalah, (2) penetapan dan implementasi solusi terpilih, dan (3) analisa dampak kegiatan. Berdasarkan Analisa masalah, metode pendampingan berbasis demonstrasi partisipatif dipilih untuk memicu operator mempraktikkan langsung materi yang diberikan. Media pendampingan yang digunakan adalah aplikasi rekomendasi ip address. Aplikasi diharapkan dapat membantu memberi rekomendasi alamat IP ketika operator melakukan pengaturan area hotspot. Pada tahap analisa pengukuran keahlian, empat operator menerapkan metode self-assesment dan mencapai rerata 2.5 dari skala 3. Sedangkan pengukuran kepuasan stakeholder diukur menggunakan indeks CSI berdasarkan kegunaan, kejelasan, dan tipografi. Hasil indeks kepuasan stakeholder mencapai 88% yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa stakeholder menyatakan tingkat kepuasan layanan pendampingan sangat tinggi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Bagaimana pelaksanaan integrasi pendidikan ketrampilan dalam kurikulum madrasah di MAN Kendal
Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif lapangan, adapun untuk memperoleh data-data yang dipaparkan dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif.
Program pendidikan ketrampilan sebagai pendidikan yang dapat memberikan bekal ketrampilan yang praktis, terpakai, terkait dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja, peluang usaha dan potensi ekonomi atau industri yang ada di masyarakat. Integrasi pendidikan ketrampilan tidak mengubah kurikulum di madrasah (melaksanakan pendidikan agama dan pendidikan umum). Kurikulum ketrampilan ini dapat diartikan sebagai suatu konsep kurikulum yang menekankan pada pengembangan kemampuan/mempunyai ketrampilan dengan standar performansi tertentu, sehingga hasilnya dapat dirasakan siswa berupa ketrampilan yang dimilikinya.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan integrasi kurikulum pendidikan ketrampilan (workshop) di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kendal telah berjalan dengan baik. Pendidikan ketrampilan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk intrakurikuler (muatan lokal) dan ekstrakulikuler (program khusus/workshop).. Kurikulum (materi) pendidikan ketrampilan mengacu pada berbagai ragam kemampuan, seperti ketrampilan elektronika, tata busana dan otomotif. Pelaksanaan pendidikan ketrampilan ini untuk dapat mengaktualisasikan potensi-potensi bakat dan minat siswa, agar dapat digunakan untuk memecahkan problem yang dihadapi, ketrampilan yang dimiliki sebagai bekal siswa dalam menghadapi dunia kerja jika siswa tidak melanjutkan studi ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi.

Hubungan Islam dan Negara dalam Negara Hukum: Analisis Pemikiran Moh. Mahfud MD
The battle between Islam and the state is well-known, as it began during the process of establishing the Indonesian state, resulting in the division of the country into two groups: Islamic nationalists and secular nationalists. Pancasila, according to Mahfud MD, is a collection of factors aimed at resolving divisions. The purpose of this study is to describe how Moh. Mahfud MD views the link between Islam and the state, what his background is, and how the relationship between Islam and the state functions in a state of law. The author compares the viewpoints of many figures on this subject using a qualitative method with a normative approach. According to the study\u27s findings, Moh. Mahfud MD believes that while religion does not rule the state, the state\u27s structure is a creation rather than a product of political science. The reason for Moh. Mahfud MD\u27s ideas is that they bear a resemblance to Nahdatul Ulama, as Mahfud is involved in alumni activities and was formerly a member. Mahfud MD tentang hubungan Islam dan negara, apa yang melatar belakangi pemikiran Moh. Mahfud MD, serta bagaimana hubungan Islam dan negara dalam negara hukum? Penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan normatif untuk membandingkan pendapat para tokoh terkait hal ini. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Moh. Mahfud MD memandang agama tidak mengatur negara akan tetapi bentuk negara merupakan ciptaan daripada ilmu politik. Hal yang melatar belakangi pemikiran Moh. Mahfud MD yaitu adanya kemiripan dengan Nahdatul Ulama dikarenakan Mahfud aktif dalam kegiatan alumni sekaligus pernah menjadi anggotanya. Adapun hubungan Islam dan negara dalam negara hukum mempunyai persamaan yaitu sama-sama menjunjung tinggi sistem demokrasi guna menjunjung tinggi hak asasi manusia.Kata Kunci: Islam, Negara, Negara Hukum, Pancasila
